Service desk was amazing nice and friendly the rooms was spacious well taken care of beds where comfy and pool was really nice.

It was easy to find and the room was very nice. The bed was comfortable.

Our room was ok but the staff were very friendly at check in and throughout the day. They had coffee all day and breakfast in the AM which was great for volleyball fuel

Needed to travel for an appointment at 35 1/2 weeks pregnant preparing to get the worst night sleep, even so much I forgot my pregnancy pillow and was dreading it…. Definitely not the case by far probably one of the most comfortable night of sleep I’ve gotten this whole pregnancy. The beds and pillows were so soft and comfortable, even made my way down to the pool which was the perfect temperature to walk right in. Definitely would recommend staying again. Super clean facility, friendly staff, and decent neighborhood very quite

The staff were awesome. Very professional. The first thing I noticed was the ac return filter was basically filthy. I contacted the front desk and they did have it replaced. The hotel had their palms trimmed while we were there. Unfortunately. You could not use the pool on a Sunday for most of the day. After the palms were trimmed, there was quite a bit of debris in the pool. I don’t know why you would trim during a weekend. We had a balcony room which overlooks the entrance carport area. The rooftop had a toothbrush, beer can and trash. One day while exiting the elevator. There was a person actually grabbing stuff of the trash can and eating it. With all this in mind. $200 + per night for this seems a far stretch. Unfortunately, we will not be staying here again. Hampton was always a very nice place to stay. Also. It seems they switched their out their mattresses. Not good. And, btw, one of our pillows actually had mold on it. The cover and pillow.

There were no gluten-free options for breakfast except oatmeal. When I asked they gave me bagel from the back. The hotel was clean and quiet. The pool was nice as well as the hot tub. The staff at the front desk were not very friendly.

Clean room. Most staff was very nice. Was annoying that housekeeping knocked on our two room doors and attempted entry despite do not disturb placards on both and it not yet being check out time. This took some of the shine off of the pretty cool standard 12:00 check out which we had verified the night before. (knocks came at 10:30). Location was good so we didnt have to go far for anything. Would stay again! I will also note that if the couch/bed combo is important there may be better options out there.

Only issue was the noise, people in the parking lot yelling then yelling and carrying on in the hallway and room next door. The quiet time is just ignored! I should never use third party booking because I always end up with a room nest to the freeway noise.

I enjoy Hampton Inn’s, it has a warm atmosphere . The breakfast was very nice and the morning person was working really hard. She did a good job. Our check in person was very nice “Sol” I think was the name and anyone that we talked with was helpful. The only down side was we could hear the freeway traffic most of the evening and early morning.

They put us in a handicap room. The bed was literally on the floor. The Hampton we were in the 4 nights before had upgraded us to a suite so this one was a little disappointing.

He told me to hang up our underwear. No toiletries. Very very uncomfortable bed. Dark room. No water, unless you’re a Hilton member, which we are. No place to sit outdoors to wait for an uber, unless you cross the road and sit behind their shuttle car. When I suggested that the lone bench would be of better use, near the hotel, I was told I was rude. I said after years in customer service, myself, I’d say to a suggestion, Good idea, I’ll mention it to the staff. We were there for a week visiting our new grandson. When I told him the bed was sunken and our backs were in pain, he said, he’d take care of it. Never did. I’ll never stay at a Hilton again, except of course, in Aruba.

They advised me that they would change it on their side but I needed to contact Hotels.com. When I reached their system was down. I waited for about 25 mins they eventually gave me a standard room which was not business room which I booked. I went in and no curtains in the room, it was just a screen which was just half window down. So the street light was just hitting the face while I was laying down, called front desk no one picked. Beaten up Spring Mattress, didn’t get any sleep because of the light and bad mattress. Not coming to this hotel ever again.

I asked for a quiet room and they gave me an even numbered room that faced the hi way. Although there was another hotel between my room and the hi way, you could still hear the traffic at night. Needless to say my stay wasn’t restful. I found out later that the odd numbered rooms were much quieter so this kind of upset me.

The renovations since the last time we were there were very nice. Friendly staff, especially those at the breakfast lounge and a front desk man even remembered us from the last time we were there. My only real small concern was the AC in the room is noisy, especially at night (but staying cool was necessary).

Beautiful and clean room/bathroom, many amenities, nice staff, and great breakfast with many options: scrambled eggs, waffles, hot oatmeal, bagels, muffins, real orange juice, etc. The only negative was that the air conditioning in the room creates quite a draft and the direction of the vent cannot be altered. Had to stack up pillows to create a ‘wall’ and prevent getting a cold during sleep.

This place was really nice and clean. Also the lady that checked us in was really nice and helpful.

It was good. One thing I didn't like is having to pay to use the washer and dryer. Loved the breakfast buffet. The room was new and updated with mini fridge and a microwave. I always choose this hotel.

Ms Kristy, Mr Herman, and Mr Jamy , with big smiles on their faces and over the top friendliness solved the issue quickly. The Gilbert Hampton has a great group of employees. We truly enjoyed the six days we were there.

We were put in a room overlooking the freeway and it was loud overnight. I talked with front desk and they immediately moved us to a quiet section of the hotel with no problems. Also, I was there for my mom's death. We had to check out at 3pm unexpectantly. The front desk guy and gal were so accomodating. They didn't charge us for staying late and were very sympathetic. We go to Pheonix every other month and will ALWAYS stay at a Hampton Inn, especially this one!!

The room and property are great. Only complaint is the shade does not block the lights from the parking lot. And unfortunately one of those lights was situated just right to hit us right in the eyes when trying to lay in bed. I had to use the pillows to block the light. Otherwise everything was wonderful. I will definitely stay here again. Just please either put in a longer shad or install some blackout curtains.

Great location for what we needed but the room was on the side of the expressway and was very noisy all night long. House keeping was every other day which was fine but there was no extra garbage bags and no safe in the room. The no Safe in the room is a dealbreaker. Also the towels at the pool are way to small and the lounge chairs were very uncomfortable.

I would recommend this hotel. The staff was very lovely
