Rooms were dirty with dirty floors. Everything looked neglected. Bathrooms were poorly equipped, rusty faucets, broken sinks, etc. Air/heat units were on the edge of going out, noisy and had to move rooms because one did not work.

If you’re just needing somewhere to sleep so you can get off the road like we did this place is sufficient. If you need to shower forget it. No hot water. Bed was very uncomfortable. 3/10

Clean quiet

Everything the bed for uncomfortable the table tops were greasy. There was no phone no radio the pillows were flat. Also there was roaches. And the refrigerator wouldn't get up to temperature and in the pictures on my booking info showed a sitting chair in the room but it wasn't there. And there was only one trash can.

Last minute planned stay …. Friday night got there the lady behind the counter was so amazing, nice, friendly. Didn’t plan on house keeping coming in .. we had a popcorn fight… we was going to clean up after the beach… they came in and our room was perfect after the beach! Great stay for the price.. had to get more towels again the lady was super awesome! Thanks to all of you ! Our last minute trip turned out perfect! Great location, great staff!!! You guys rock !! We will be back

Bed The room was old wallls was dirty and smell moldy floors was nasty. Yellow stuff came out the pipes . We got water in a bottle and the water was full of stuff .I couldn't even brush my teeth the water was so bad .

If you stay here, you need to stay closer to the main office. We did not have hot water when we arrived at 1am. The person working the front desk even came and checked and opened another room for us to shower in. On our last night, we got back to our room around 10pm and, again, had no hot water. When I spoke to the manager her simple said the “water is the water” and they didn’t receive any other complaints. However, we were the second to last room. Rather than believing his staff member and guest, he acted like we were lying. Why would we shower in another room? They also charged me more than I was to pay for the room. We also had to handle people who lived in the complex blaring their music at 11/12am.

Staff pleasant and amicable. No safety railing, our unit had a sliding glass door leading out to a roofed overhang with no safety railing at all. It's an older building,needs MORE maintenance, possible for hazards, under the beds haven't been cleaned in a long time. no bugs reported however, all electronics worked, however all electronics were plugged into one outlet causing a short in the microwave. microwave came on and off on its own . lighting was, interesting. Air Conditioner needed maintenance bad, however it still functioned properly

The management is rude. I had to leave early and was booked for the week and they refused a refund. They owed me for 4 days and they said, it wasn’t their problem! Do not stay here if at all possible.

The hot water sold the whole room tub was a little small but the bath was so awsome. The bed was so soft that sold me 2nd the mini fridge didnt get cold enough had to figure out how to turn the coldness up. It worked to get my mountian dew cold. Microwave worked good tv had cable but couldnt get connection for roku set up. Watched my phone instead .amazed the hot water sold the whole room!!!!

First, we had to move rooms because no TV worked in that room second room that we was moved to we killed two cockroaches, but the cleanness was very good and it’s very difficult to get in and out of the hotel driving wise

This property is very old, but there is new LVP, curtain, bedding and towels. The management is trying their best with paint to fix up the place.

This property was scheduled for two employees. They did not stay. There was dirt and blood on the bed, cigarette burns on the blankets (non-smoking room) and drugs were found under the bed. I had to move them to another hotel. I want a refund.

The drive has several potholes that needs to be filled. The room had an order. The toilet is off balance and needs a new lid. The facility needs an upgrade.

1st night no hot water, 2nd day had to leave water run for 30 minutes before hot water got to my room. When I complained to the front desk I was told it would be Monday before they could get a plumber and this was Saturday morning

It was a two- bed room to the back of the hotel. sliding doors have busted handles on it and was locked with a stick witch led to a roof. Phone didn't work, frigerator didn't work, electrical outlet uncovered floor beyon dirty walls dirty had to clean it myself. Night manager tryed to help but day manager never answered the phone.

The staff were very polite and welcoming. The room itself looked clean but only the floor did not look worn out. The bathroom sink was very damaged and worn but you could see it had been cleaned. We cleaned the bathtub tile and surround with bleach cleaner since there was black mold on the caulking. It came clean. Did not expect a resort experience but when it rained water came in around the air conditioner. All in all not a terrible stay! Bedding was clean and housekeeping was very nice

The room smelled like musty mold, the ceiling was caving in from water damage, the beds were dirty with stains, the bathroom has holes and stains on the tube and walls, the air conditioner was beyond dirty and smelled like old gym socks, the beds were hard as rocks and the pillows were flat almost like paper, the refrigerator did not work it was froze over. We stayed 1 night out if our three day booking because of the time we arrived but had to leave early because my throat started to burn and I was coughing non stop . It was a horrible experience that was suppose to be a family fun vacation so very disappointed.

This place is a major dump. The rooms are super dirty and i had roaches in mine. They are short staffed. The doors on the rooms need to be replaced. The tvs are way outdated and only had a couple channels. I would never stay here again!

The place is really old, I stayed there when it was a different name many years ago. They’ve done an ok job making it nicer, the bathroom layout leaves a lot to be desired, the bed was ok, but I need it a bit softer, the staff was awesome!

Hi! Lady at the front desk was helpful. The location of the hotel is great! However, the condition of the room is very poor. Fan did not work properly, towels were old and with a lot of stains.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! We only stayed about 10 minutes before we moved to a better hotel. First off guests can’t go in the lobby. You have to speak to the employee through a window like you would a movie theater. The lady at the desk was friendly though. The parking lot is awful (nothing but potholes) and the room looks like it’s never been updated. It was absolutely filthy. Trash was on the floor. The shower was covered with black mold. We didn’t feel safe touching anything. The smell was the worst. It was overwhelming and smelled like a rotting carcass. There was a discarded mattress right outside the room. The only positive is we got a refund without even asking. Don’t ever go here.

This hotel is absolutely disgusting! We only stayed about 10 minutes before we moved to a better hotel. First off guests can’t go in the lobby. You have to speak to the employee through a window like you would a movie theater. The lady at the desk was friendly though. Dont stay there... we originally bought 4 nights but there were bugs biting us so we went to the office very quietly not trying to make a big deal about it and the manager said show would return the two nights we didnt stay and comp the two nights we did stay to make up for our inconvenience well they only returned 78$ which is one night so i called and the women acted like she didnt know what was going on! Its disgusting and a shame they act like that

Bed was comfortable. Perfect after a days work .

Was great bed was so comfortable didn’t want get out the bed.
