The room had horrible Ac , we actually sweated all night . beds were just okay pillows were terrible , the breakfast was sub par would not recommend this hotel

First, I would like to say that the nice lady that checked me in and checked me out was top-notch. But I would not stay at this property ever again. The outside is deplorable. The breakfast is horrible and there is no water pressure in the shower.

Property is located in a nice quite environment. I rented a suite on the 2nd floor. It had plenty of space, the sofa and bed were both comfortable. I visited for four nights, spending time with my grandbaby. The hardwood floors were nice but dirty. No mopping appeared to have taken place in sometime. Because I had my 1 year old, this would be my only concern and dislike. But overall it was a nice stay. The hardwood floors were very filthy. And it’s a pet friendly hotel.

The room was clean, but our toilet wouldn’t flush half the time. Our shower stopped working on our last night of our stay. It kept going in and out. The TV had white dots all over the screen. Pool had a spray painted sign that said “STAY OUT”. Bed was uncomfortable. In a good location close to all the places we were visiting. Food delivery available. Staff was nice and offered to move us to different room, but it was the last night of our stay so we didn’t find it necessary to move rooms.

This property is in good location but sadly showing its age and lack of maintenance over the years. Staff was helpful.

Everything was great from a clean room, helpful staff, great parking and you didn't have to go far to shop.

Limited Booking. Com charged me for 2 rooms. And didnt pay for one i had to pay when I got there. Never got a credit for the one room.

Location was great for us; we attended a wedding very close. The 'continental breakfast" consisted of ONLY coffee, apples, a few bagels , cereal, and a few slices of bread, There was no luggage stand/rack. There was not a stopper in the sink.

The kitchen was closed down because they didnt pass inspection. So I would love a refund that was included in the price for my breakfast. Room was okay. I’ll start by saying that Dora at the front desk was wonderful! Very helpful and very friendly. There were serious plumbing problems that were going on Saturday morning but even though Dora was working alone that morning she took great care of us and got us moved to a new room. The part of our stay that was very disappointing was the “continental breakfast”. I know continental breakfasts are not fancy spreads, but some fruit, instant oatmeal and yogurt cups would have been wonderful. Coffee, juice and cheez-its is not a continental breakfast by anyone’s definition.

When i went to use the microwave it tripped the power for the rest of the night. They wouldn't move me to another room and couldn't turn my lights back on till morning but the staff is nice. The owners names are Mrs. and Mr. MK that all thwy would say

Very old and doors rusted and paint peeling. Hole in the wall hear the door it open to the outside. Ice machines falling apart not working. Covers on outside air considers were falling off. The good thing the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a bag of chips.

This hotel needs a major overhaul. Painting and cleaning would make it SO much better.

No breakfast was served. They said they were renovating so they had bags of snacks. The place is run down and needs renovations desperately.

The add and sign on the wall at check in says free breakfast but there is t any. Better plan ahead to go get food somewhere.

The location was convenient and the front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly and professional, however this facility was in very poor shape and I did not have a comfortable stay there. The bed was clean and comfortable, the bathroom sink area is new and clean The room smelled like cigarette smoke, the furniture was stained and the curtains were broken. The emergency lights outside were broken so they were blinking into the window all night. There was a lot of noise from other guests or tenants, in neighboring rooms. Arguing, shouting, swearing, and a lot of movement in and out of the rooms overall. There is a empty lot with dumpsters and trash bins near the rooms at the back and there were 2 people back there that seemed to be drunk or on drugs. While one cant tell if the people were staying there, friends of people staying there, or just hanging out there; the lot & dumpsters are very close to the rooms, so you can see and hear anything from that area. The facilities are extremely run down, an empty pool with construction materials scattered here and there, broken air conditioners, stair ramps etc. From the front of the building and the lobby it looks okay, but the surroundings and other guests made for an unpleasant night with little sleep.

The problem was that I booked over a month ago for a king suite, and when I got there, they’d given them all away. Isn’t a reservation supposed to hold something for you? I felt like I was on that Seinfeld episode: you are good at making reservations, but not good at keeping them. Additionally, it said there was a continental breakfast, but there was not. They said it was due to construction that was NOT happening in there. Rather, they had some packs of peanut butter crackers. Don’t waste your money here, or just don’t have any expectations.

Lumpy mattress, sorta clean room with sticky cleaning residual on floor, rusty fixtures in bathroom, toilet that was very slow to refill with water, a sink that was very slow to drain(leaving residual in sink), curtains with a 8 inch hole torn in it. They advertise a continental breakfast but I would not consider cheese crackers and single serve candy muffins a breakfast. Motel mostly seemed inhabited by construction crews (very friendly) who pay by the week. Not worth staying unless under severe finacilal strain.

The water pressure in the shower was non-existent, there was an outlet without a cover plate (safety issue) not enough towels, the drain inside the tub is all rusted out.Also, it appears they are doing some renovations but the amount of trash along the building leaves a lot to be desired.

Location was convenient to different stores, gas, places to eat. The room was nasty. You know it's bad when they use shower curtains, eww. Most places have a glass door that can be easily cleaned. You know they are not washing those curtains. There was hair on the wall of the tub. The door and walls in the bathroom looked like they haven't been wiped in awhile, very stained. The back of the door looked like they didn't finish painting or something. The sink was very slow to drain. There was construction boards right there at the room. It just looked and felt like a ran down motel. We were there for a funeral so I wasn't in the headspace to complain or get pictures but on any other day I would of asked for my money back and left immediately. Good thing I had my own sheets.

The staff was very nice. It was very very very very dirty, uncomfortable, and smelled very bad.

Room was dirty, especially baseboards. Chipped paint in barh, water damaged ceiling, cheap toilet seat that didn't fit toilet properly, sheets pulled and patched. Just overall lack of maintenance . Fesk clwrk gace wrong hours for breakfast. Climbing stairs with luggage dangerous.

The bed was very comfortable, as two disabled veterans we appreciated that we were placed on the bottom floor. The beaches was close by and it was easy access off the main road. The toilet was not stable, we had trouble with our door locking mechanism twice, and staff knocking on the door just because at 9am when checkout was at 11.

NOTHING! July 25-27th or 2025 I had reservations to stay at Quality Inn Georgetown, SC. We could not stay due to motel unclean and unsafe. The Bed linens had huge stains, carpet dingy an dank smell, 2 inch gap under doors(large enought for rodents and snakes to crawl under), dark dingy outside of room, men lottery outside of room. We did not stay. Returned the key 5 minutes after seeing the room. I reported this to the clerk anx requested a refund from Booking.com. Booking.com refused to give me a refund stating that I hade to request it throw Quality Inn motel Georgetown, SC. I made several attempts to reach out to Quality Inn mgr, who never was available and never returned my call. I followed up with Booking.com rhe rep offered me $10 refund on a reaervation the was MORE THAN $250. I requested to speak to a manager with Booking.com, to be placed on an extended hold and later told that a Booking.com supervisor would call me back. This never happened. DO NOT book through Booking.com or stay at Quality Inn Georgetown SC! They do not care about customer care, cleanliness, or your safety. Both companies will STEAL YOUR MONEY! In the end I had to book a room last minute at a hotel near by pay 3 times the amount that I paid Booking.com so that my family and I could be in a clean and safe environment.

Fire the maid. The sink was clogged and full of trash when I arrived. There is no way the maid could have missed it. I complained to the front desk twice. Despite assurances that the sink would be repaired, when I left 3 days later nothing had been done.

Front entrance garden needs repair. My room was nice and clean, but it faced the adjacent super gas station with loud engines, people shouting, and some honking during the night. At about 6AM four guests next door pulled chairs onto the balcony to drink coffee, smoke cigarettes, and talk loudly. I did not enjoy this section of this hotel. Breakfast was very good and included my favorite: make your own waffles. Overnight price of approx. $100 was great, and the location is 5 minutes from the Georgetown Hospital.

The Property was nice, location great, Room nice, except issue with Refrigerator leaking due to ice defrosting. The only issue I had was the strong smell of Urine around the ground floor of Property front and back from Room I was stay in.

The first room I was put in did not have hot water. After I unpack and got settled, I had to pack up and move to another room. The second room also didn't have hot water and one of the bed was nasty. It had hair in the bed and stains on the sheet. The third room was decent and had hot water. I will not be staying here again. The whole hotel need to be ungraded.

The toilet set shifted every time I sat down, the shower curtain had hair on it, the tub was rusted, the appliances needed cleaning, the bed spread needed changing, and the chair needed cleaning. Fortunately for me, I only had one day to stay in the room. The staff was very friendly and tried their best to accommodate me.

This place was dirty and ratchet. The breakfast was almost all bread and some of the bread was moldy. The rooms were humid and smelled moldy, and looked like they were falling apart.

Staff was friendly, property was ok, had seen better days. Found out the pool was closed on the day of arrival for maintenance concerns. The room was ok, beds were on metal bed stands that were noisy, the beds were ok, but not very comfortable. It’s an old hotel and it shows.

My grandchildren were not as happy with their rooms however. My granddaughter has allergies and whomever was in there before must have used a smokeless vape and it tormented her allergies bad. My grandson reported his bed was horrible. So some rooms must be updated and some not.

Romm was very dirty, and smelled really bad. Someone had been smoking in the room not very long before we went in. The mold and mildew smell along with the smoke smell was un bearable. We left immediately.

Unprofessional staff, paint peeling from walls, room was smelly. They charged me a $100 cleaning fee because the room smelled like cigarettes from a previous guest. They reluctantly sent me a refund, but only after 12 days and 3 phone calls.

The room was disgusting. It had an awful smell, the windows were filthy., the drapes on the window had holes in them and there was evidence of water damage that was painted over. This place needs a complete renovation!

The hotel is rundown, especially The outside area, which is crumbling and the bathroom, which was full of rust and cracks, and Not very clean at all. It looks like they have attempted a partial redo as the room itself had new flooring and new beds.

the furniture in the lobby was in poor shape, the varnish and stain peeling off of the coffee and end tables. our room smelled like cigarettes. bed was clean and comfy. bathroom was clean. floor was dirty, and surrounding baseboard trim was disgusting. will never stay there again.

my itinerary was for two rooms but when I arrived was told I only had one - learned to share the names of the people booked for each room.

The room i was in was in horrid condition. The walls had chunks of paint missing. The bathroom baseboards were not clean and there was mold in the corners. However the staff was very helpful and friendly. The beds were made to perfection and the sink area clean and tidy. My friend was in a room that had been renovated and had a totally clean and up to standard room. I ended up driving home and not staying the night. Good to know they are working on it but a waste of my $$.

Air conditioning not working, not fixable. Have to repack and move to another hotel 8 miles away. The new room microwave door was broken. The new room air conditioner’s location was placed by the headboard making cold air blowing into the guest nostril.

The stay was nosey the entire night from the time we arrive at 8pm. We had officers knocking on the door at approximately 5:00 in the morning looking for a runaway teen. Other than that the satff were very friendly.

This is a very old hotel. It looks rough on the outside. It sits not too far from the water so that is to be expected with the salt air. We stay here regularly because it is near a venue we frequent; it is a good price for the space and comfort and the front desk staff is very friendly. The rooms are always clean, the bed is so comfortable and there is plenty of free parking.

This hotel is decent. Looks like they have done some updating to the floors, beds, and paint but still needs a lot of fixing up. It served its purpose for us to stay overnight and move on but I most likely would not stay here again. It was loud throughout the night from partiers.

It was the worst place. It filthy. The sheet were dirty like they had not been changed. The furniture was rundown and dirty. We could not stay there it was so awful. We got into Georgetown and had to find another place to stay that evening. I lost my money because of the cancellation policy, but I not bring myself to stay there.

When we first arrived we had to wait like ten minutes until the front guest assistant decided to show up to check us in. Our room smelled like weed and we sprayed Lysol before going to supper. Once we came back the smell was even stronger so we had to get another room. This room was filthy and outlets and paint was hanging off the walls.

I had a comfortable stay. The check in and check out was easy and with very friendly service. The room was clean and although not perfect, it was definitely suitable

We had no TV service in our room. My husband did a hot spot off his phone to finally get us some TV the second night. We were supposed to stay 3 nights but checked out after 2. Never will stay again. When we checked in two employees were arguing over the paycheck of one of them. And when the lady checked us in, she bent over and her moon crack was showing. Not professional at all. The same lady told my husband there was nothing they could do about TV. Dont let them check you in to room 111.

The room wasn't exactly clean. The walls were in dire in need of new paint. Most of the electronics didn't work. We actually got locked out of our room (the latch caught on the door) and had to "break in" using tools provided by the front desk.

Didn’t stay, homeless staying in cars on property, prostitution. Tried to get a refund from Expedia but wasn’t successful.

There was smoking in rooms adjacent to mine and when brought to the attention of management nothing was done. Staff attempted to help but management refused to allow them to do anything. Rooms had some roaches, and housekeeping did not visit the room once during a weeklong stay. Grounds were unkempt and guests had personal items strewn about common areas. (walkways and courtyard)

Make sure you read all reviews. The pool and fitness centers are closed. The breakfast is just cereal and bagels, no eggs or bacon or yogurt. VERY basic. This hotel is fine for the price. You get what you pay for.

Electrical outlets on one side did not work, mildew was on the walls of the bedroom and the bathroom, spiders & webs were numerous. The phone to the front desk didn’t work; a power surge (nights out) occurred Sunday, 728/24 around 9:00am; lights were back on within a few minutes but, we had no hot water from that point. The price was definitely good; but I guess you get what you pay for.

The night agent was friendly and inviting. She talked with us as she checked us in. It was a smooth check in. Our stay was ok.

TV had weird light on screen, which they knew about but rented the room anyway. Dirty floors. Didn’t receive wake up call and missed breakfast.

I was charge a late fee when I was on location site. I think its terrible that the ownership is greedy to stick us with a charge when we checked out 15 min later especially when we repeatedly asked for pool towels, the bathroom drain didnt work, the overall place needed a paint job and the breakfast was skimpy with no food by 9 am.

I loved the staff here at Quality Inn & Suites! All of them were friendly, helpful and made check in a breeze. The room we booked was clean and comfortable. It was also convenient that there was a gas station next door to us within walking distance. It made grabbing to go items easier. Only downside throughout our stay was that the sink in our room was clogged/slow to drain. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and will consider staying here again!

The front desk person was amazing her name is Melissa White. Everybody was nice breakfast was good. My room in particular was clean and no bad smells. Stuff was super nice smiling all the time, it make feel comfortable.
