The male desk clerk has the worst attitude. The towels are nasty dingy. The sheets are also dingy and stained. The comforter was the same with white spots on it. Luckily, I travel with linen; sheets and towels. The only saving grace was there were no bugs!

Minutes after stepping into our room, we were met with cockroaches. There was feces wiped all over the bathroom walls and toilet. The door didn’t close all the way even when shut and locked. And our room key didn’t work for us, even after 3 separate trips to have it fixed back to back. I honestly think the front desk attendant was messing with us intentionally and not fixing the key when he said he was. Overall a terrible experience.

Rooms are run down. Desperately need of repair, repainting and deep cleaning. Non smoking room reeked of smoke. Shady clientele, loud all night long. Parking lot and outside of rooms was filthy, with garbage, cigarette butts even old socks lying around. This place is not at all what pictures ot description listed. Refrigerator smelled like mold, sheets had long black hairs on them. Pillows were miserable. This is a rent by the week slum.

Good location It was run down only the bear minimum of maintenance was done it was dirty and they tried to scam me out of my deposit ( a deposit that I was only told about after I had arrived and it was cash only)

The hotel was cheap and it looked cheap!!and the towells & wash cloths were nasty looking, the bedspreads had holes!!! I went only because helene had us in the dark. We left a day early because rm smelled so smoky l could'nt take it.

I would not represent this motel. It has mildew on the ceiling, microwaves are rusted out and still in rooms. My room had so much moisture it was everywhere even the bedspread was damp totally disgusting.

The price of the room was decent and the television worked. Only hot water was in the sink not the shower. Burn holes in both beds. Sheets look like they hadn't been changed was slept on my sheets I brought just in case.

I did not actually stay in this hotel. it was supposed to be non-smoking. I am highly allergic to smoke and the smoke smell was so bad it made me sick. The floor was so dirty you coulod not tell what color the carpet. the bed sagged and when turned the light swith on it made a noice. I neither sat down or took in my luggage. just turned in the key. I only ask for smoke free and clean. this room was neither.

GREAT -- Wonderful -- Terriffic Staff -- Hotel is in process of updating; but no problems with that. could not have more helpful folks. Fantastic people to help you out; printed out direction to my event and helped me with my computer hookup. GREAT can not say enough good about them.

THE HOTEL WAS SMELLY, THE CARPET WAS DIRTY, HAD SOMETHING STICKY ON THE FLOOR, THE TOLIET DIDN'T FLUSH RIGHT, WHEN THEY CLEANED THE ROOM ONE DAY, THE BEDS WERE HALF MADE, THE REMOTE CONTROL DISAPPEARED, THE REFRIGERATOR WAS TURNED OFF AND MILK SPOILED BEFORE WE REALIZED IT. I WONT STAY THERE AGAIN. THE BED WAS COMFORTABLE AND SHOWER WAS NICE.

but besides the room being a nightmare the attendents were very helpful because i had a couple issues with my room door and they helped me immediately

Horrible! You get what you pay for! Hotel was lacking everything. Towels for showing were scarce. You were lucky to get one if you did! The comforter was bed sheets. You could tell that the room was not cleaned properly. Hotel did not staff properly. There was one housekeeper on duty the whole time. When it was time for her to go home she went. Who could blame her. We stayed there a total of 3 days and room was not cleaned once! Good thing was that it was near stores, resturants and mall. Would never stay at this hotel again!

Hotel is run down. I don't expect a lot. Comfortable bed and clean room...that's it and I received neither. Hotel in serious need of renovation. Fresh paint would do some wonders. Room smelled very bad. Had to run to Walgreens to get some Fabreze to help. After hours check-in was a little uncomfortable. Have to go in a small hallway with your back to the exit. Had to wait outside for another to check in...did not feel safe.

I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. It was not clean and just felt dirty. There was alot of noise from the other rooms and outside. Also we asked for a non smoking room which we were not given, and the room really smelled bad. I do not recommend anyone stay here. It reminds me of a roach motel.

There were 2 of us and we only had 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. 2 bath towels though. Also we wanted to change the alarm on the clock radio and we couldn't figure it out. Should have some directions on it. Other wise it was ok for the night.

It was a nice room. I just didn't like to company upstairs or beside us. Others were too loud and smoked while sitting on my air conditioner which made me sick.

Hotel is defeinatley showing its age, could use some updating.
