Ashley was tremendous in her job on the desk. She greeted customers and was always upbeat. She is one of the nicest people I have ever met in the hotel industry. She should be acknowledged by the Hampton Inn. The breakfast was outstanding in one day. We came too late and the lady working the breakfast opened up the back room and allowed us to get some bagels and other things. It was a joy to stay at this hotel. The room was updated and very comfortable. I have nothing but good things to say about this hotel.

The staff on check in was the most friendly I have met. The breakfast was good as usual at Hampton Inn's. The only problem was a floor below us there were two big barking dogs that finally after 3 trips to complain somehow the person was able to quiet them down. This was the only bad thing that was quite annoying and these dogs should never been in a motel room by themselves all day and barked much in the evening.

We had to check in VERY late after a mix up with an Air BnB being filthy. The clerk that checked us in was more than welcoming and patient with us. Unfortunately, I didn't get her name but I sure do wish I had. She deserves recognition for her ability to calm someone's nerves after being angry about spending a fortune on a place that left us with no bed to sleep in because of filth. The room and the facility was immaculate and comfortable. The clerk that checked us out on March 29, 2026 needs a little review on serving her customers in front of her and not talking to the person she's on the phone with through her ear buds. I thought she was talking to us only to find out that she was talking to the person on her ear buds by her pointing to her ears then talking to her "friend" while I was asking a question. It isn't hard to tell the person that you're on the phone with to hold on while you wait on the guest in front of you. An enormous pet peeve of mine is for someone to be actively on the phone with a non business call while waiting on a customer/guest in front of them and it doesn't matter what kind of business it is. It especially doesn't come across well in a place like the Hampton Inn.

I was very impressed with the room as a whole, offering a large desk for working, blackout shades, updated features including tv, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, full length mirror, and all the necessities away from home. The check in gentleman accommodated my request for a late check out & the location is very convenient to I-85.

Stayed at the comfort suites across the street last weekend, what a mistake!!! If I knew this hotel was this nice I would have paid the difference. I come on business often to the area and I won’t stay anywhere else but here. Location is perfect! Walking distance to breakfast and dinner. Quiet and very clean rooms that don’t look like they been renovated by a poor man. Great job!!

One of the best hotel experiences we've had in a long time. Courteous staff, fantastic included breakfast. The beds went not the most comfortable. But, not bad. Room was clean. We enjoyed our 4 night stay.

Lobby and hallway were very cold

What stood out was the kindness of every single employee that I came in contact with. Also, the breakfast was the best I've had in a long time at a hotel. Lastly I didn't know the hotel was pet friendly and that's absolutely okay with me. I didn't notice one barking animal and all the pets I saw were released and very friendly.

Staff was friendly. Bed too hard...Room very small with an unexpected adjoining door to another room, gap in the door when closed, causing light from hallway to seep in all night long. Carpet not clean, non smoking floor smelled like smoke, back entrance smelled like Marijuana. Had to purchase a bed topper in order to get a good night sleep. Cleaner, better description of blind opening. Was told it was a remote control..instead it was a button on a wall.

Breakfast was great. Location was near all kinds of restaurants and shopping. Staff was very friendly. Property was well groomed and clean. Has a beautiful outdoor pool, but i didn't use it. I will stay here every time I travel there to visit my grandkids. I have no complaints.

There was not a remote available to close the shade so there was light shining in all night. I told them it did not close but no one ever fixed it. The door has no gasket so the light from the hall shines around the door. There was mold on the bottom of the soap dish in the shower.

I always stay at Hampton Inn when I travel. This time I chose Hampton Inn as my destination to visit with my young grandchildren and my daughter and have a pool for us to enjoy and the waffles and breakfast in the mornings a plus! I have stayed at Hampton Inns that are bigger, remodeled, upgraded but it was the staff at this Hampton Inn that made our stay extra nice! The room was fine, of course, but everyone that works there is down home friendly, seem to be happy to be working there and helpful! It was a wonderful weekend! Thank you!

Pool was clean, no sun after the afternoon🙃.... but the morning/afternoon was like a resort atmosphere especially with all the trees surrounding. The night experience at the pool was nice, we were waiting on the pool tp light up, its always nice to swim at night in a lit up pool, unfortunately the lights did not come on or therr werent any. But anyhow I would choose this place again.

Texas Roadhouse, Honey Baked Ham and Waffle House are literally footsteps away from the Hotel. But that’s not the best part; our room was the cleanest room we’ve ever had. In fact, the entire hotel was the cleanest. I heard and saw the cleaning staff vacuum every single day! The breakfast buffet was kept clean at all times snd the food that was meant to be hot, was hot and vice versa. We highly recommend this Hotel. It will be our go to all the time!!! BTW, if you think it’s pricey, it’s not, it’s well worth every penny!!!!

I booked 2 rooms for my family. Stayed the night of the 8th of January. The lady at checkin was fast and corteous. Once in the room we saw a cockroach that I had to kill because it was trying to get up my bed. Later when I went to take a bath a smaller one was swimming in the bathtub. Of couse after that me and my daughter were looking at the floor everytime we walked around. Did not enjoy our stay at all. Next morning at checkout I tried to explain what happened to the lady in the Front Desk. She didn't even care. She pointed to a card with the name and telephone of the manager that was on the counter. I asked if I was supposed to call the manager, answer was yes. Well, I am a foreigner with a foreign phone which cost me lots of money to call a USA number even when I am at USA. Am I supposed to call a manager by phone while I am still at the hotel front desk? I didn't even wanted to talk to any manager. Just wanted to tell them of the infestation so they do something. Didn't expect a compensation or anything, just an acknowledge of the situation, a "sorry for you not having a nice stay", just some comprehension. Of course I will not recomend or come back again. By the way, those small german cockroaches are the most difficult to exterminate of all. And once you see them with lights on, means they are hundreds around hidden. Nasty. Maybe the manager and front desk lady do read my review and take measures.

We would never stay here again!

The hot breakfast option was not up to par with other Hamptons. Staff was friendly I’ve been a Hilton honors member for a long time and continually miss adding points at Hampton Inns. I thought my phone number was automatically connected when Insigned in but found otherwise.

This would have been good, except it was the worse night we've ever had because we had a cricket in our room, someplace that chirped all night long! I have video recording of this for proof. It started at 9:30 PM and we were in bed, thus we're reluctant to call the desk and change rooms. Had I known that it would have lasted all night, without stopping, I would have changed rooms. I feel that we deserve a refund for our stay. I hope I hear back from someone regarding this.

This hotel was just okay. I'd say about halfway in between the others we stayed in on our two week road trip. The Summer of 2021 leaves a lot to be desired in Hotel stays. The utter lack of staff is the biggest issue. The room was reasonably clean, but the hallway, floors and elevators leaved a lot to desire. Definitely not inspiring a "Disinfected" feeling. This hotel was one of the busiest we stayed in and large groups of men gathering and hanging out were noisy, but seemingly harmless. Mostly they were just having fun and teasing one another, but it was noisy and went on late and started again early in the morning. Breakfast here was very weak. A listing needs to state more clearly on what exactly "breakfast included" means. This was no hot meal, continental only and slim pickings.

The person that checked me in was not friendly. The gym does not have weights. They do not have tea (only coffee). They said it is because of COVID. What does that mean?! I travel regularly for work and every hotel has tea. Trash in the parking lot.

I liked the location was around restaurants and not far from the mall there. I was in town to visit my sister so I wasn't in need of those things. The hotel was very clean. Staff was really friendly and welcoming. I didn't like the $50 fee I paid so I wouldn't stay there again when I know I can get the same accommodations minus a fee.

Overall stay was great...except when we went out for the evening for a celebration of life and returned. The lady working gave us a hard time because I forgot I had to use room key to get in the lobby after a certain time. It's been a long time since I left my room and returned last at night. She didn't need to be so rude about it.

Good location, easy to access from the Interstate. Nice motel, clean room. The bed was hard and the pillows were flat but the room was nice.

Had a good weekend, all the ladies were nice to talk with, Louise, Charniche, Gen, Hannah and Jennifer. Sorry if I left anyone out!! I had a small animal with me and my dog was even relaxed and enjoyed her stay. Lots of friendly places to eat within walking distances too

Overall, we enjoyed our stay. Front desk staff was very friendly. It's a pet friendly hotel but Hotels.com doesn't indicate there's a $75 fee. Was not thrilled with that. Room was mostly clean but our chihuahua quickly found an old pudding cup that had fallen between the bed and wall. That area was not clean at all... Again, overall, it was fine, but we will most likely not stay again.

The property exhibited the same high quality of comfort, safety and cleanliness I expect from a Hampton Inn. Very impressed by the effort to provide exceptional service.

It was a very enjoyable and comfortable stay. The staff was super friendly the moment I walked into the lobby. My room was immaculate and comfortable. Great experience.

Staff was rude and unpleasant the second night we were there. Told us at 730 pm while using the lobby that we all had to be in our rooms in bed by 10 pm. Even gave us a 15 minute warning of when that needed to be complete. Only reason we got to stay up was because another guest contacted corporate about the employee's attitude and demands of adults. When the employees changed shifts there were only a handful of people left just talking quietly in the lobby and the employees contacted the police stating we were being loud and refused to go to our rooms. Our group rented out almost 50 rooms over weekend, no outside seating was available, so we used the lobby which had plenty of seating for everyone.

First there wasn’t a tv remote so we got one from the desk. After searching for an outlet I found the remote on the floor at the head of the bed. The area under the bed was dirty with papers. We also were not told they would not clean your room unless you ask them too. They said due to covid. This should have been explained at check in. The shower curtain had mold on it overall terrible experience I’ll never stay there again

Directly out front of the hotel was an area where smokers could congregate, right beside the loading area coming into the hotel, not only were people smoking but drinking as well. Not a very good way to present the hotel to new travelers. Not happy with reservation & would like to make sure we are not charged for a "King" room when we received a "Queen" room.

The pool was padlocked (understandable). The Outcast MC were having a meeting in parking lot. Some members were staying in the hotel. I found this distressing and cut my visit short.

Had to change rooms bc the toilet wouldn’t flush. I just finished disinfecting the whole room to have to move bc maintenance was not on site. 👎 I definitely downgraded rooms in my opinion, but I adore Miss. Cookie ❤️ She made up for it with her sweet spirit. Promote her ASAP!

Quiet and enough room to park my tractor for the night. Helpful staff at the front and a good restaurant next door!

We were doing a Mustang Car Cruise through Tindol Ford. Great location.
