It was close enough to stores and things to do but also far enough away to be quiet. The rooms were nice and private. Its just a minor thing but the hdmi ports on the TV were inaccessible so I couldn't use the TV for a second screen for my laptop but its nothing to lose anything in a review about.

The dest clerk on second shift is amazing!! The price went up and the everything inclusing rhe ice machine was oit of order. The vending machine wasnt working also. My room only had three pitiful pillows and my remote for the TV didn't work. I usually don't complain about this place but they meed to step it back up

The person who checked me in was the most helpful nicest person on the planet when it comes to hotel staff. There was a problem with the room that I booked and she was able to transfer me so I was comfortable and able to use my stay right away! Kudos to her!! Honestly the only problem I had was that the TV was broken in the room I was assigned and after she switched me the TV still wouldn't get NBC for SNL... trivial, I know!

The room was very clean, but the couch was very uncomfortable a table and chairs would have been a much better choice since we went and picked up our dinner. No place to sit down and eat.

If anything would need to be changed was there was not anywhere to hang up clothes or no iron was in the room. The beds slept comfortable for the one night we spent.

The young man who check me in is always has a problem with me had to redo my booking 5 different time because he was trying to double charge me for a room I had already paid for then when I tried to explain it was already paid for and show him proof he refused to look told me he was not going to refund me or anything and got back on his phone then I couldn’t get in the room it was like almost having to kick a door down asked the cleaning tenant for help they refused told me I and to go to the office

There was one staff member that was very nice and helpful I asked for a accable room I'm disabled and I have mobility issues I was okay without it but they put us all the way down the end it was very far from the pool and office for me to walk when I asked to move rooms they said they didn't have anything else.I was very disappointed the house keeping staff was rude and didn't bring me anything until I complained to the front desk .there was one nice man that drove my daughter and I to the room and when I complained he even brought everything I needed to the room.

Place was ok but i booked the room at 12pm but would not let me check in until ater 3pm had to wait in my car , they did not have a problem taking my money 12pm dont know why i had to wait so long to ckeck in , if check out is at 11am u should be able to check in at least 12pm.

The place obviously had Tropical Storm Helene damage, but that was no excuse for the horrid appearance, weird people roaming around, and the filth. The website looked very good, but the place was a disgrace. I refused to stay there. They said I would cancel the reservation. I hope they follow through. Expedia should be more careful. I would like an explanation from them.

While we were about to go to sleep we saw a roach crawl down the wall. The bed was made but there were crumbs on it. A random qtip was on the floor. The tv didn’t work. Overall, it was not a great experience.

There were used needles in the pool.. so take it for what it is...

First my smoke detector was tweeting until they changed the battery. My phone was not connected. Wanted to call the front desk and it wasn't connected. The floors were dirty. The main reason I booked the room because it said breakfast was included. And there was a sign in the lobby that breakfast was between 6am and 9am. But they didn't serve breakfast. Why does the website and sign say breakfast is provided and it isn't.

Is property advertised that they have a breakfast, they did not. But 24hr coffee is available. The first room they put us in are keys did not work. I got housekeeping to try to let me in and their key did not work and she had to use a regular key. My husband had to go to the front desk to get us into another room for the night. Then we get in the room. There's no table. There's no chair. The phone doesn't work. The TV's not working properly. There's a hole in the middle of the floor. My husband goes out to go to the front desk to complain then his key wouldn't work. The gentleman at the front desk was rude. This is unacceptable. Then my husband finds live bug crawling on the towels. We tried getting room across the parking lot but they were booked. Don't waste your money. Don't stay here. Horrible place. I can give it a negative five I would.

The property was fine, the expedia experience was terrible. They did not have a record of it, even though I had the confirmation on my phone. BUT, it did now show a reservation # ! Only my Expedia record # which meant nothing to them. So then I had to download the expedia app to get what I needed and could not do that. The motel just gave me a room. The door "keys" did not work properly. I got new keys and they didn't work properly either. I had to insert the "key" for about ten to twenty times, and if I was lucky, the door might open. Very tiresome. When I wanted to check out, there was no indication of what time the manager was supposed to show up in the morning. There was only a sign warning me that if I didn't check out on time, I would be charged $20 extra. I was early, but wanted to talk to the manager about all the troubles I had been having with the room. I tried to call the office with my cell phone and got only a recording. The manager showed up at 8 o'clock after I had been waiting close to an hour. During that time, other guests showed up looking for assistance, and had to leave because no one was around to help them. I liked the area it was in, nearby to shopping and restaurants. I didn't like that there were holes in the sheets from smokers when I didn't request a smoking room and the sheets were dirty. I didn't have the microwave in the room as I was supposed to. There were holes in the walls and the vent was coming down out of the bathroom ceiling. There were writings all over the walls and door of people saying they wanted to kill themselves or overdose. I called to ask for a different room and different sheets, but I didnt get anything. Lots of things needed to be fixed and the pool was closed. So many people kept knocking on my door when I had the do not disturb sign on.

I liked the area it was in, nearby to shopping and restaurants. I didn't like that there were holes in the sheets from smokers when I didn't request a smoking room and the sheets were dirty. The rooms are remodeled and love the big king bed and then you have a love seat that pulls out to a bed for your company

We had this hotel booked for two nights. Thank goodness for free cancellation so we only had to stay one. There were lots of bugs in the room and the floors weren't clean. The bathroom door didn't shut and was missing the handle. There was an inch between the outside door and the floor where anything could crawl in. The tv wasn't set up so all that we could watch was analog. There were two foot prints on the headboard. The orange juice was brown.

The on duty manager Mr. Patel was heplful when i made reservation for the wrong month. He worked with expedia to get me a room for the night. But i had to pay twice as much.

It was an older motel that seemed to be used more for workers on extended stay. The room was clean but needed maintenance. The breakfast area was not much and they ran out on the second day. It was somewhat a sketchy place to stay

We needed a less expensive motel west of Charlotte. This was right off the interstate but quiet. Everything was fine. The TV gave me some trouble but the clerk came right away and got it straight. He also helped me with other things and was patent and pleasant. As a whole this motel was fine for our needs and primarily that it was clean which is the most important.

Was there just for one night the place was clean and the bed were very comfortable. Some of the things in the bathroom need a little TLC but everything works. It was also close to interstate 85 I would stay again

Was a terrible experience and wouldn’t recommend anyone renting a room! When me and my boyfriend arrived the room was over powered with the smell of meth from previous tenants. There was roaches crawling on the walls and when we checked the bed we found empty bottles of lubricant which showed the didn’t change the sheets which was stained as well. Over all terrible place to rent a room wouldn’t do it again.

The bathroom had a leak under the sink the bathtub had red candle wax stain in it, there were a few bugs. And also the neighbors were loud and disrespectful because i had work next morning each day. Even with calling the office to complain.

The room is dated which doesn't bother me since it is all clean. I just miss having a mini-fridge and desk in the room.

The room was super hot and smelt funny when we entered. The bathroom tub was gross. The fire detector was disabled in our room and the pool was not even full of water and had some stuff floating on top.

What was your name about the property is it was uniquely horrible and literally every aspect, even with the low bar I had set for expectations. A pay by the hour motel

I would not recommend this place.people are nice but room was nasty. I rather sleep in my car.
