    The pool was reason why we picked this place and it was dirty and unclean Fri, Sat, Sun and Sun they put up a sign. I feel like we should get a refund for the reason why we picked the inside pool. My husband had a heart attack and he was supposed to try and exceriin a pool for 9 days before they go back in and put dye in. But this weekend he wasn't able to us the ammendies.

    I stayed at this property, near the local hospital, for a next day med procedure. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. My wife and I awoke with little rest and terrible back aches. Hence, a tough following day. The room was old yet conveniently located. The reviews were mixed and I took the chance. Bad choice. Not again. I expected more from Marriott!

    The rooms were extremely nice and the staff was super friendly. Will definitely stay there again. There was some minor confusion when i first checked in as they wanted me to pay again but that was because the reservation didnt state it was a package deal on expedia.

    It was right off the interstate and had restaurant options nearby. It also had a Bistro that served food and alcoholic beverages. Yes. It did not provide a free breakfast. I missed that when booking. The Bistro was available, which at check in a $50 charge was put on the card for incidentals such as that. We prefer the typical buffet.

    I was really impressed with the little cafe or restaurant they had across from the lobby inside the building the food was delicious. I don't normally eat from hotels except breakfast but their chicken and bacon quesadilla was on point and their chicken craser salad was really really good for a ceaser salad . They have other options like chicken wings and sanwitches etc I would recommend people to try it out. There was no fridge in the room and had to go to second floor to get to nearest ice vendor. Jacuzzi rooms were great it was decent size tub and was relaxing .

The hot tub was not there any longer, and the pool was very small and very cold when we tried to use it. I thought we were only able to use the pool till 11pm, but the last night was told it was open 24/7 which would have been great to know at the beginning of our stay for my kids that love to swim. We were out with family till close to 11pm each night so knowing this would have been great for us. We did pick a handicap room for a bath tub big enough for our kids to take baths and the walls were paper thin. We felt terrible for the people around us as we had kids that do make more noise in the room and a baby learning to talk. I think the information on this hotel should be updated and not state there is a hot tub, and possibly warn parents about the walls in the handicap rooms. The staff was very nice, and cleaned our room and supplied us with extra towels. Over all a good stay.

Got hit with a $100 fee for I guess room protection. Woke up to and went to bed to a hallway/ room full of the smell of Marijuana. No continental breakfast, no coffee. Definitely do not recommend it!     The Hotel was Great!! The only complaint i have is with Hotels.com. The room was not advertised well at all. I wish i could rate Hotels.com instead of just the hotel. The pictures for the room i booked were incorrect. I thought ibwas getting a Jacozzi in our room but we did not. I called the hotel before i got there to make sure they had our reservations. And i asked about the jacuzzi. The front desk informed me i did not have the room with a jacuzzi tub. When i asked for them to switch my room with one that did have the tub they said they couldn't because i booked through hotel.com. They told me i would have to contact hotel.com directly to change my room. Well i tried to contact them. With no luck. So the room i thought we were staying at was not the right room. So for me i give Hotels.com a big Fat ZERO.. for the hotel. I will give them a 4 out of 5. They didnt have any towels in the pool area. There was a dog on our floor that literally barked all night long. But the room was clean!

    Not the cleanest! Our car got broken into and so did my parents! Right in the parking lot! Windows busted out! This place needs security really bad! The hotel absolutely did not care they just called and woke us up and said to come downstairs and talk to police! Said it happens all the time

    We never got housekeeping service then we were told we had to ask for housekeeping services (making the bed & fresh towels empty trash refill coffee ) so we asked twice on our last night of 3 nights and it did not happen had to make our own bed and had to go get fresh towels. This is unacceptable for the price we paid they should make the bed everyday & empty the trash and refresh towels as needed

    It was hard booking the right room and i ended up getting one with a regular tub instead of one with the whirpool tub. The t.v was Staticky and only had cable so not a smart t.v like the mariott springhill suites. The pool center reekd heavily of chlorine and unhealthy amount that my eyes hurt just walking in. My kids wanted to indulge so i stayed less than an hour because my eyes couldnt take much longer. The lady at the bistro was kind of dumb or idk. I saw her arguing with a man who asked her for hot chocolate and she couldnt get it right and gave the man coffee. Then i got a parfait and she asked me what size i wanted there was only one. Not alot of options for breakfast or beverages. I strongly preffer the springfield suites or other marriott hotels but i dont think ill be going to the courtyard again the walls are so thin i kept waking up to hearing the downstairs neighbors and just walking in the hallway you can hear people very loudly doing their business. Its in a safe part of town but its still not a great facility

    This has got to be the worst Courtyard experience EVER. First my PAID FOR room was cancelled because they said I didn’t check in. This was not a room guaranteed on a credit card. This was a room that was paid for. Next, the rooms are older than the Django times. There was moisture on the room window and mold on the windowsill. The sink stayed clogged most of the time that we were there. I’m not sure how they were able to be under the Marriott umbrella. This is not a hotel where I will ever venture to again. Did I mention that we also found an uninvited guest in our room yes, there was a bug.

    Lovely interior. Room nicely done. The only complaint was the hvac was extremely noisy, as if the motor was faulty. we had to turn off the heat in order to sleep. Also, while this was not huge problem for us, the tv was getting no signal.

    First of all I’d like to say you guys advertised that I got a room with a jacuzzi just to find out when I get in my room I didn’t get one. I went down to the office and told them I got a room with a jacuzzi and there’s not one in my room. They told me nothing was available and that the 3rd party booking does that a lot. I go in to tell her I’ve never had an issue or this problem anywhere I’ve ever book through you guys but this time y’all let me down! I wish you could credit me a weekend stay somewhere cause that’s crazy it ruined my weekend I didn’t have that in my room but I made the best of it.

    I didn't realize there would be dogs at this hotel. I suppose that's my fault but I wish that was more clear when booking. Our room didn't smell clean and I had allergic reactions the whole time. The barking wasn't too much, thankfully. We didn't have enough towels and we had no coffee cups. I was disappointed that breakfast wasn't included and the breakfast offered was ridiculously expensive, but at least waffle House is right across the street.

I called the front desk and they said someone would be there shortly; after 20 minutes I called and the person at the front desk said he would check into why no one showed up and then proceeded to hang up on me. I thought he was going to put me on hold and let me know when maintenance would be there. So, I waited 10 minutes and called to see what he found out. At this point it was 10:15 p.m. and the front desk person asked if I wanted him to come up to my room and take a look to see if he could fix it. I asked if he knew how to fix it and he said "no". I told him it was 10:15 and I didn't want him in my room if he didn't know how to fix it. So, the following day, I talked with a lady at the front desk and she said she would get it taken care of. I returned to my room at 5:00 p.m. and it still wasn't working. So, I asked to be moved to a different room. They agreed. The other problems with my room was no coffee cups, but there was coffee, shampoo and body wash bottles were missing from the bathroom, and someone else's trash in the trash can when we arrived.

    When I showed up for my room, they told me that even though I had a reservation they had no room for me. They said the room had a water leak and there were no others available at the hotel. In fact, all hotels within 50 miles were sold out due to hurricane Helene. My room was booked at low rate, but just prior to selling out, they were going for more than 3x that rate. I truly believe they sold my room to someone else at double the price. I had to sleep in my car that night!! I would never recommend that hotel chain to anyone.

    When I showed up for my room, they told me that even though I had a reservation they had no room for me. They said the room had a water leak and there were no others available at the hotel. In fact, all hotels within 50 miles were sold out due to hurricane Helene. My room was booked at low rate, but just prior to selling out, they were going for more than 3x that rate. I truly believe they sold my room to someone else at double the price. I had to sleep in my car that night!! I would never recommend that hotel chain to anyone.

    The suite’s pullout is NOT a double, it’s a small twin. One of our children slept on a cushion on the floor because they also “had no access to their cots”. We got TWO of the large regular size bath towels the whole three nights we were there. The hottub was cold and they had a screw in place where you couldn’t even run the jets for more than 10 minutes. We couldn’t enjoy the balcony because it had a gross mildew path of water from the ac to the edge. The hotel was not clean in general. The staff was not super friendly in general and the clerk working the night we checked in was plain rude. Really the only positive I have to say is that the room was very spacious.

    There was no soap for the bathroom sink. The bottles of "stuff" in the shower were not clearly labeled and one was missing. The toilet continued to run long after flushing. The shower room looked like it had mold around the baseboards by the door. Lighting in the room was so low it was hard to read in the room.

    We stayed at this hotel, strictly for the hot tub and swimming pool. Both were indoors swimming pool and hot tub were freezing cold to the staff was fixed. We stayed there for five days. They only came in our room to vacuum and clean the rest we had to ask for towels and for trash to be picked up, very unsatisfied with this hotel the amount of money we spent

    When we arrived to check in I was immediately told that the pull-out bed in our room didn’t work and they had no other rooms available, and asked if that would be okay. It wasn’t, because part of why I booked that room was for the pull-out bed. When the gentleman didn’t have any suggestions to solve this problem I asked if the rollout bed was still an option. He told me he didn’t know and would ask someone, and then paged maintenance who confirmed there was one and they put it into our room. Grateful for their assistance there. Upon entering the room we found crumbs on the chair cushions, trash outside the glass door, the drawers hadn’t been wiped out, and stuff on the walls. I did not bring it up to staff because I was told at check there were no other rooms available, so we cleaned what we could and made the best of it. We did enjoy the pool and hot tub (even though the jets don’t work) Friday night, but when we went back Saturday evening the hot tub no longer worked at all and was cold. The only reason I kept my reservation was because this was for my daughter’s 15th bday and there were no other options at the last minute. This stay was certainly not worth the cost.

    No luggage rack available. Had to drag all our bags in after driving 13 hrs.The carpet was tacky under my feet, the a/c was not very good. Updated hotel but not the very clean. No complimentary breakfast. Barely functioning mini fridge.

    I have stayed here several times and it is invariably a pleasant experience. The staff is friendly and helpful and the rooms are spacious.

    The walls are a little thin and the jacuzzi looked like grimy at the bottom. Loved the shower and the dispensers for soap, shampoo and conditioner

    We were doing a couples getaway and was excited about the hotel until we got in our room. The main floor of the hotel is nice and the lady that checked us in was wonderful. We got a room with a balcony but couldn’t even use it due to cigarette ashes EVERYWHERE and butts laying all over the roof in front of the balcony. The couch seemed pretty used and needs replaced. Our comforter had red stains all over it as well. There was no microwave or hairdryer. When we went outside to sit around the fire pit the chairs had no cushions and the cigarette butt stands smelled so bad that we didn’t even stay long. The bar was extremely limited on what they could even make you because there was issues with the liquor license. When we checked out a day early we had to wait FOREVER for someone and the excuse was they are short handed but the man and woman coming from the kitchen were all smiles and laughter. The man waiting to order breakfast had been there longer than us and she came to see what we needed and when we wanted to voice our concerns she couldn’t even find someone so we left. Took days for the charges to adjust on our bank.
