    I would have rated higher, but I left an expensive pair of shades in the room and called within 30 minutes and they said they didn't find them, so someone actually stole my shades, but I can buy another pair, I just hope they can buy a conscience. Also, they put us in a smoking room and we had to buy air fresheners. We were told we couldn't switch to a non-smoking, because non were available. I didn't even know they still had smoking and non-smoking rooms.

    The room smelled so bad, I had to go out and by lysol spray, dryer sheets for the vents, I had to spray the beds because the sheet smelled like smoke. Unfortunately, I couldn't get another room or go to another hotel due to the price. Just the worst.

    The afternoon desk Clerk E’nesa is the best there is, she really cares about the guest at the hotel and does everything she can do to help is they need it. I wished she worked ensured where i stay because she is the best.

    am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding the lack of heat in Room 130 during my stay from Monday night through Friday. Upon arrival Monday evening, I discovered that the heat in the room was not functioning. The temperature was extremely uncomfortable, and I had to sit in my truck to warm up before attempting to sleep. I had to be up at 5:00 a.m. for work, which made the situation even more frustrating. I reported the issue to the front desk Tuesday morning and was told that someone would look at it and that it would be fixed. I work 12–14 hour shifts, so when I returned later that evening, the front desk was already closed. The following day, I called again and was informed that no work order had been submitted. I was told it was too late to address it that day, but someone would come out the next day. I was also offered a room change at that time. By Thursday evening, the issue still had not been resolved. My checkout date was Friday, meaning I stayed Monday through Friday without heat in the room. Due to the ongoing issue, I had to purchase additional blankets from the nearby Walmart just to remain comfortable. This situation was highly inconvenient and disappointing, especially considering I was in town for work and needed proper rest after long shifts.     The receptionist was extremely friendly and helpful. That was it as far as the positives go for this hotel!!! This was the dingiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. The furniture is falling apart. The chairs were dirty and had stains. The bath towels were extremely small and one of the towel looked like it had a blood stain on it. The whole 4th floor smells like marijuana. That’s all you can smell once the elevator opened in the 4th floor. The whole stay all I could smell was weed!!! There’s no breakfast. There are pop tarts and Chef Boy R.D. lasagna cups in a vending machine ??? This was definitely a jenky ass hotel and seemed more like a motel than a “suite”. It’s nowhere near a suite room. This by far was my worst hotel experience I’ve ever had!!! The card scanners for the main door and hotel door barely worked and we had to have both cards reprogrammed. The room didn’t have a lamp or a coffee maker. The hangers were plastic and looked like dollar general hangers. The bed frames weren’t even centered with the headboards. I had to scoot the right bed over 6 inches.

    Staff was straight, beds are horrible and they don’t supply absolutely nothing even though it’s a suite with a kitchen. So make sure you bring everything you may need like pots/pans, plates, knives cleaning supplies etc……………….

    The Staff, the hotel room and the owner Michael. Before I come to the hotel I called and spoke with Valerie about the policies with payments and deposits. She gave me so much different information then what the policies were. She told me that if I book directly through them then the incidental fee would be cheaper than the 3rd party. Expedia is the one 3rd party that charges an incidental fee. Once I got there my a/c wasn’t working and it smelled like an electrical issue was going on in my room. I kindly asked if I could go into another room in which she had to convince the owner that my room was not sufficient and then she moved me to another room. Once I got moved in with my Son, I saw a roach running around the room and it smelled like mildew. Now I was alittle concerned about our safety and health due to everything bout I was willing to give it a shot since we moved out and into to this place. The next day I get a knock on the door at 10:00 am from the front desk receptionist asking if I was checking out. I told her I have a reservation for another day that I paid for and she told me I need to come down and do an incidental fee. I asked her to call the boss in order to get things straight because I have been told several things since before I checked in. The owner Michael solution was to tell me “ I don’t want you to stay at my hotel. You can come get your stuff and leave.” By the time I got to the hotel he had one of the maids attempting to move my stuff out.

    This suite was fantastic, the staff were wonderful and extremely accommodating. The rooms were cozy, affordable and convenient. I stayed for 2 weeks and had 0 issues with the property. Having a stove and basically a home away from home was really nice. If you’re a smoker you’ll definitely enjoy the 4th floor. Laundry is coin based and is only $2 per wash/dry. Notable staff members Jordan - Friendly & quick, even @3am! Very understanding and kind. Valerie - Friendly, present and provided exceptional customer service Enesa - Deserving of a raise! I can’t thank her enough for making my stay feel more at home, she is a wonderful woman and will go above and beyond for her customers! My issues with the property were addressed and fixed!

    I was harassed by an employee that lived there in room 119 bc I called corporate on him last time I stayed bc he went in my room when I wasn’t there and tried to lie about it. This stay I paid $535.00 for another weeks stay and he kicked me out the day after I paid the money bc someone “informed” him I had an animal in the room which I DID NOT and not one time did anyone come check my room. They just went on what someone told them and refused to pay me my money back!! Wires were hanging out of my air conditioner and only worked on one speed so it stayed hot. I was told I was not allowed to have company at all!! He gave me the wrong name but I was told his name is Jordan or Mike and he’s the only person that totally harassed me EVERYDAY!! He needs to be fired for snooping in peoples rooms!! And he made me go outside and tell someone I had a restraining order against for beating me in the head with a bat, to leave or I was getting kicked out!! I asked him if he would make him leave bc I was scared and he said no it’s my problem to deal with!! Anyone can get in the doors bc they’re always open so ur not safe at all!! THIS PLACE IS A JOKE AND HE NEEDS FIRED!! He probably kept my weeks payment!! He’s a total jerk and cares nothing about making customers happy!! Do not stay here bc u never know when he is gonna walk in on u while ur asleep or anything!! Invasion of privacy and I’m getting an attorney!!

    The only negative thing I have to say is I stayed more than a month in the hotel not once was my room cleaned nor serviced I washed all my stuff and cleaned my own room. Other than that it was ok. Paper thin walls could hear everyone next to me

    The rooms looked kind of like what they did in the photos, but not really. The toilet didn’t flush correctly, I pulled the curtain apart to take a shower and two roaches crawled out, when I got out of the shower a roach was on the wall beside my bed, and when I pulled the main blanket away from the sheets, the fitted sheet had cigarette burns on it. Other than that, decent service, good spot to stay considering it’s on I 40, Walmart is 1 min away, Raleigh is about 20 min. Pretty nasty room though. Never gonna book again

The toilet didn’t flush correctly, I pulled the curtain apart to take a shower and two roaches crawled out, when I got out of the shower a roach was on the wall beside my bed, and when I pulled the main blanket away from the sheets, the fitted sheet had cigarette burns on it. Other than that, decent service, good spot to stay considering it’s on I 40, Walmart is 1 min away, Raleigh is about 20 min. Pretty nasty room though. Never gonna book again

    I drove 8 hours from up north to see family. I was denied service. Front desk guy said he didn’t need to have a reason. Called the cops to see if there was any way they can assist. Not much they can do but they stated they have problem at this hotel all the time. As I’m waiting for the cops to show the guy locks us (my fiance, two kids and I) in the office and puts the air on blast. Worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.

    No complaints. I needed a break and I enjoyed it. If it's one thing only I didn't like, it was the price to stay a few more days. I would have liked to added a few more days after my week was up, and I felt the price was slightly to high for single days. Other than that I'll be back one day in the future hopefully.

    Rudest front desk staff I’ve ever encountered. They do not like when you book online because you get better deals and they don’t make as much money. The woman at the desk said that I cannot book online if I renew my stay, I will have to do it “in house” and if I leave and come back with an on line reservation that I will be charged $50.     The room was clean, the refrigerator was broke, they only had a non-smoking room available cause we were only staying 3 nights, so if we were staying longer then I could have gotten a smoking room?     The front desk associate refused to check me out at 11 because she was upset that I didn’t stay the remainder of my stay. She decided to check me out at 1:45 pm so that the hotel could charge me a 50$ late check out fee. Luckily, i was a rational thinker and i made her provide me with a letter on the hotel’s letter head explaining why she was unable to check me out at 11 am. Her explanation was because the manager was the only person whom could do so, which was a lie. So i did get a refund AFTER contacting expedia. Never visiting here again.

There were only 2 pillows, both of which were paper thin. The bed covers were so cheap and thing a d kinda rough except for the sheets. I have stayed in cheaper hotels with better bedding and pillows.

    The property was chosen due to being extended stay and we wanted something home like. Upon checking in, we were greeted by an older female. The female started going through the motions. She then made a face and continued making the face when she found out we were staying for a night. She kept reiterating that this was an extended stay hotel. She stopped checking us in to text on her cellphone and completely ignored us for about 2 minutes. The company charged my card prior and she proceeded to charge it once more although we told her I had paid. Upon receiving the key card, we went to the room to find it unkept in the bathroom. We removed the bedding and found a dead bug. When my boyfriend went to the front to ask for another room, I observed a roach climb the wall. The lady came back and was very unprofessional after I said I would like a refund. She slammed things and said well I can't rent the room now. She proceeded to contact her manager and the manager refused to give me a refund as she lied and said we were in the room for an hour. Proceeded to ask what we were doing. We had been unloading luggage and went searching once we saw the dirty sink and dead bug. After calling her out on lying, she issued a refund. This is the worst hotel I've ever been to and the lady at the front desk is unprofessional and rude even when you are respectful.

    No AC, no cold fridge. TV channels not working. Not offered a new room. Not told no towels on day 2. Hours 10-4 not normal business hours to even get a clean towel. But sure worried to send someone to get my credit card for deposit for a regrettable day 2. Reported all issues but no corrections or apologies.     I was very disappointed with my stay for several reasons, 1. The property never stated they didn’t have irons, I had to go purchase one from Walmart. 2. I never knew that housekeeping don’t come and change your linen or bring new wash clothes and towels, I had to go purchase that as well at Walmart. 3. The toilet was broke and kept backing up.. with these things going on here it was very unacceptable for my stay.

    When arrived the check in desk door was locked with a phone on wall.. call 500, called, busy.. saw a sogn saying call 501.. did that heard inside locked check in ringing and ring.. saw worker walk past locked door.. caled 500 still busy call 501, rang and rang 25 mins of going between these 2 and guy seeing my using this phone on wall he finally answeres the 501 #. And says " i will be with you in a few" another 10 mins later finaly unlockes the locked chick in door to check me in. The check in process is deff sucks. Get to room and have to figure out why the ac will not work. Bf figures out the plug blew the fuse or i would have had to go back to front desk. Tv remove did not work with tv so we have no tv for the night. Pot being smoked outside from time we checked to when we left!

    While my stay was descent for my family, I noticed that there was too much refurbishment going on which ruined my comfort. I would suggest if there’s an overhaul of changes that are needed to be made, please have everyone move out the hotel

    You don’t expect the Ritz Carlton when you book a hotel like this, but you also don’t expect roaches in the room, backed up toilets, and “We’ll get to it when we can” responses from the front desk. Stay away from this one!

    For the amount i paid i had a better chance of finding comfort at a motel over this hotel. The room was very old and dirty to say the least. Our AC stop working when it chose to, the quality of basic rooming was poor. When asked to change to a different room we were told we have to check out and rereserve again and take the lost of what we paid in advance. If you’re looking for a trash end this would be the place to go. Worse experience ever

    It took a while at the front desk to get booked into the motel. The clerk said it was just her third day on the job. I went to the room I was given and opened the door. Immediately I noticed a distinct odor of cigarettes. It was supposed to be a nonsmoking room. The bed looked as if the previous guest had just gotten out of the bed. There was a dirty wash cloth on the night stand. I went back to the front desk and told the clerk what I had found. She handed me a can of air freshener! No go!

    The rooms didn’t not look anything like the website. The hotel smelled of heavy smoke, ppl hanging around outside and inside. The 4th floor was loud and a guest told me “ oh you on the 4th floor, they be lit up there.” It was so loud that I had to leave before check out time. I want a refund because I had to relocate. The television didn’t work and one staff did get it to work, it only played 2 channels.

    On the website it specifically states that credit cards used to hold the reservation are NOT charged before check in but mine was and I am NOT happy about that. Otherwise the stay was average.

    Check in was good. After receiving my keys me and my family go to our room i notice right away the refrigerator(Full size) wasn't cleaned properly with food stains inside of it (hotel had an kitchenette) with no utensils to eat with no cups, no coffee maker, no plates no pots ect.. Normally when u book a room with a kitchenette you will find a couple of coffee cups , a few spoons a forks a coffee marker , and a pot OR 2. Also i notice WHAT APPEARED TO LOOK LIKE BODY HAIRS IN THE TUB AND A LIGHT DIRT RING. SMH i called receptionist i was told all rooms was booked out that weekend so no room change and they dnt provide eating utensils ect... right away had to go to walmart and purchase pots, disposable cups and eating utensils bleach to clean out tub and other cleaning products to just over all clean my room 4 for family.After being at hotel i needed more clean towels couldnt because staff was gone and office was closed waited early in the morning still no staff so at this point im back at walmart purchasing towels. So with that being said i probably wouldnt return ever again and wouldn't recommend.

    All in all I was not very pleased with my stay the hotel had a weird smell I can’t really describe the smell it was everywhere in the halls elevators and my room to I used a can of Lysol to try to get rid of it but with no success. Would not recommend or stay again

    booked my hotel WEEKS in advance and was still not accommodated! I payed for a smoking room as reflected on my receipt. Had plenty of time to notify before my stay that there was not a smoking room avaible and did not. did not attempt to clear a room for smoking ,placed me in a non smoking room and proceeded to try and charge me for smoking after a HUGE error on their part . I am very dissatisfied with my service

    Beware if you stay here, I had my CC on file for incidentals, for a 1 night stay, 4 days later my CC information was used to purchase another night. I would recommend anyone that stays here, after you use whatever form of payment for incidentals, IMMEDIATELY lock your card so it can't be used.

    Barebones hotel with the essentials. Can rent cooking utensils and plates. Comfortable and in a good neighborhood. Only negative was due to COVID-19 cleaning your room was every other week. Could pay extra for more cleaning.

    The general manager was not helpful nor friendly. Just checking in was disappointing. Never had I ever had so much trouble to check in. The room was not clean. Spend your money else where.
