    Bathroom, dirty walls, floor and floor trim. Door was broken, cracked, clasp was missing screws and dangling. No roller on the toilet paper dispenser.

    2nd time staying. Check in was quick, lady at desk was ok (not real friendly). Check out was better as the gentleman was cordial. Pool was only open until 9pm and we weren't able to use that night. Towels. Linens were clean. Room smelled clean with no bad odors. Breakfast had a good selection and was well stocked. Would stay at again when we come to this area.

    The gentlemen that checked me in and out, we're very nice and professional. Comfortable bed. Room appeared clean. Very close to restaurants etc. The lobby area was very nice and well-kept. The second floor and the room however appeared very worn. Marks on the walls, etc. There appears to be mold growing on the shower door frame. HVAC unit was overly noisy.

    First of all, this hotel is in a great area for amenities and it is easy to get around. The hotel itself was fine; the breakfast was fine but go next door to Dunkin for coffee, the rooms were fine, the staff were great. It was acceptable for a two night stay and trying to keep costs reasonable.

    The location of the hotel. The toilet in the bathroom wasn’t the cleanest. I had to wipe it down with some sanitizer wipes. There was hair on the shower walls as well as hair in the sink.

    The rooms were so dusty I had to take a wash cloth and wet it and dust them mirrors were not clean the floor was dirty not swept the toilet was dirty yellow inside the closet to hang clothes was so dusty.the walking hallway carpet not vacuumed the way I saw janitors cleaning the carpet is sweeping using a broom instead of vacuum.also before I forget as I qas lying on the bed I saw a cockroach on the wall.

    It was located centrally It was dirty! There was a handprint on the wall, a broken picture with shattered glass above the headboard and glass on the floor. The floor was sticky and the closet was broken with one doo barely hanging on.

    The description. But was NOT as described. The person at the desk at first was very condescending at check in. But happily gave us our refund! Firstly the room was filthy! Top to bottom. Someone’s soap left in shower. Stains on pillow cases. Dust everywhere. Hair, spills and stain in the drawers as well the floors. Construction!! Several rooms in our floor were open and actively having work done, drilling and hammering going on. Unacceptable!! Id add more photos but they don’t accept more.

Our room seemed like it could have a good dusting, like they just finished the refurbishment and had construction dusts on floors and doors. Overall, felt safe, employees were nice and friendly. Breakfast starts at 530 am which was great for our weekend stay and having to be somewhere early. I would stay there again.

    I had a couple roaches in my room and someone that worked there stole some of my boyfriend clothes and pair of shoes. Then I got kicked out of my room after I just paid for 4 more nights and didn’t get refunded. The reason I got kicked out is bc the owner found out after a month of me staying there that I had a cat and he said there was a no pet policy eventho the other employees knew I had my cat there and it was ok and there was several other dogs that were there bc I saw them being walked!! They did me so wrong and only gave me an hour to get everything out knowing I had to be at work in 10 minutes so I was late for work!!

    While the hotel itself was nice for the price, my main complaints are I smelled cigarettes the entire time I was there. Every time I left my room, it reeked of cigarettes in a NON SMOKING hotel. Also, we did not get cleaning services at all while there. We stayed 4 days and 3 nights.. ran out of tissue and towels multiple times. We always saw the housekeepers cleaning other rooms but never cleaned ours

    I used to stay at this property frequently and had no issues. But this weekend was awful. Got to the room and the toilet was broken. The man came up and supposedly fixed it. He said if that didn’t work we could change our room. A day later my boyfriend got really sick and the toilet broke. I called the front desk again and they said to come get the plunger and do it myself. So I tried and the toilet just overflowed. I called the front desk and he had an oh well attitude and said they didn’t have maintenance. So as well as being sick my boyfriend had to deal with a nasty overflowing toilet. The employee would not let us move our room. Because my boyfriend was sick he left the housekeeping thing out and no one ever changed the linens. He called to the desk and he was told yet again to get them and do it himself. Now we paid enough to stay here, but now we are required to take care of things that the hotel should? I don’t think so. The door lock was broken on the bathroom as well as the shower faucet. Don’t spend your money here unless you feel like doing someone else’s job.

    The three nights total that I stayed there, I was in 3 more rooms. This was due primarily to excessive noise which prevented me from getting any sleep. Some encounters: cockroaches in one room, a smoke alarm constantly chirping outside the room door, toilet seats (2) almost falling off, a sliding door off its tracks in the bathroom, and traffic noise from I-40 highway located near the hotel. With ear plugs and sleep medications I was finally able to get a decent night's rest the final night of my stay. I do gadmit that the manager on duty tried to make my stay more acceptable by moving me from room to room. So, they did what they could it seems.

    Was not a fan of the property. The only reason why I am not leaving a brutal review of this hotel is that the lady at the front was extremely nice and her hotel is crud so she could only fix a few things. I had two different rooms because the first one, the AC didn’t work because the unit was old. The second room the ac worked but the bed had a spring in the mattress coming loose so it was super uncomfortable. The water pressure in the shower was a solid stream but no power behind it. If you’re over 6’4 325 pounds, the shower will be too small and the chair in the room will break right under you. Honestly? Should’ve spent $20 more and snagged the holiday inn express right around the corner. I’m not saying to avoid the property, just know the lobby is very updated, but the rooms look like they’re from the late 1990s

    While I cannot speak on room quality or cleanliness or even how nice the area is around the hotel. What I can speak on is their communication and customer service skills, both of which sucked!!! Unfortunately, we had a medical emergency on our way to the hotel which required my 15 year old son to need surgery. I attempted to call the hotel multiple times to give them a heads up but I was constantly met with a busy signal (what is this 1990 and your parents can't afford call waiting?!). So my last attempt to reach out to them was on the messaging through expedia and have yet to receive communication back. Maybe the blessing in disguise is we didn't have to deal with this crappy place and their crappy customer service skills. 0/10 would not recommend to ANYONE!!!!!

    Still smelled like smoke even though it's a non-smoking hotel. Since it's one of the cheapest options in the area, there were many construction workers that got up early and made a bunch of noise going down the hallway and firing up their equipment in the morning to head to work. Work. So nothing major, just life in a cheap hotel, I guess. Room was clean other than the smell and the staff was very friendly. The hotel was conveniently located close to the interstate as well. I would stay there again.

The toilet was soiled, there wasn't an extra toilet paper roll, the handtowels weren't hung on the loops by the sink, and only 1 soap was provided. The shower door in the bathroom was installed incorrectly and needed to be lifted up to close correctly in order to not flood the floor. There weren't any electrical outlets near the bed, very strange. Breakfast was good, the bed was good, and the room was spacious. You need to make an appointment at the front desk to have your room cleaned.

    Check in lady ignored me for quite a while, no "I'll be right with you" or anything. I asked for adjoining rooms and had booked 2 doubles - she said she could do an adjoining queen and double but a king/double would be extra. I asked how much extra it would cost and she ignored me, then said here are keys for a queen/double. I had booked through Hotels.com so I don't think she wanted to bother with changing anything.     I really loved my room. Especially the feather blanket for the bed. My stay would have been perfect if it wasn’t for the two hour hollering and door slamming going on from about 10 pm to 12 pm. I had to get out of bed, open my door and shout that I would like to get some sleep. Staff should be around to keep hallways quite. It was not the cheapest room. I had plans on staying another night but changed my mind after not being able to get a good nights rest. But I did love the room.

    Location was good, everything else was not. Upon arriving and going to the room I walked in to find a room that seemed that someone had trashed it and they were still using it for guests without fixing it. Curtains torn down but still hanging from the track, night stand broken, toilet running and not securely fixed to the floor. The only blanket was the flat sheet and the cover that is for decor also as warm as a flat sheet. I was cold but with two thermostats I had no idea which one was on if either of them even worked which I do not think they did. The bed was hard as a rock and I had to unplug the fridge due to the noise it made so I could try to sleep. I left the bathroom fan running all night to help with the noise of the family down the hall with the door propped open and kids running all over. If there was a chance the stay would have been refunded I would have tried to go to one of the other hotels in the area. I would never stay here again

The sheets and comforter appeared clean. The refrigerator had ice build up and some spots showing it had not been cleaned. I didn’t even look in the microwave. There was no TV remote in the room. We left before even midnight bc we were grossed out. When I mentioned the mold in the shower to the attendant at the desk, she just said “oh.” For the amount paid for the room, I am extremely disappointed and disgusted.

The shower had a bad odor and the toilet ran and flushed itself all night. It was exceptionally clean and a much better standard than the other room so we were thankful. Not sure why there was such a difference in standards. Hard bagels with old/crusty gravy and greasy burnt sausage. The orange juice was hot from the machine. Was very disappointed. Much nicer hotels across the street for the same price. No wifi.     There were a number of holes in the wall and shower that had clearly been patched up poorly. Beds are extremely hard to sleep. The mattress was extra extra firm. Bathroom was not clean and the AC didn’t really work in the room.

    The only handicap accessible room had only 1 bed for 3 people. They also don't clean the room unless it is specifically requested.

    We stayed at this hotel about 5 months ago and thought is was fine. This time, we had bedbugs in the first room we got. After requesting a room change, the sink was draining very slowly, and it was just as dirty as the first room. We found a bedbug the next morning.

    The lady at front was nice but there were a LOT of construction worker guys (single female with a 5 yr old) and i found a razor in my room. The area surrounding the hotel needs some serious work.

    Check in was ok, but a bit slow. The room was not the greatest as you can see in the pictures I've included. The walls were dirty, the light fixture above the sink was missing to of the bulb covers and not all of the bulbs lit up, and there were missing pictures from above the bed. I would not come back to this location.

    Site close to family we visited. Staff was responsive and friendly. Room was clean and size ok. Reasonable rates. Upon arrival needed 3 light bulbs replaced. Wished there were outlets by bedside tables. Did not know room would not be cleaned unless we asked and was not told this upon arrival. Food at breakfast was OK but not great.

    I was pleased with the condition of this property overall. It seems fairly new, the TV works, and the location is convenient, with facilities close by. The staff was friendly, but I was concerned that during the pandemic, they didn't seem to acknowledge CDC recommended safety precautions.

    There were numerous roaches in our room from the time we got there. The smell off weed kept coming through the bathroom vent all night to the point that we felt nauseous. About 2am a fight broke out in the hallway outside our room which prompted us to leave early. When we asked for a refund or comp at the front desk the man working was rude and refused. He also said that the smoke/weed smell was just “what you get at hotels like this” even though the facility is smoke free. Very upset…

    This hotel was decent. The floors could have been cleaner - there was trash left from previous guests around the bed. The toilet roll holder was broken, so that was a bit inconvenient. Otherwise, the beds were comfy and seemed clean. The breakfast was good - enough to get a start to the day.

    The staff was friendly. The only thing I was a little disappointed about is that when I didn't have the don't not disturb sign on the door they didn't come in and freshen up the room. But other than that I was very satisfied and will go back.

    We stayed for 3 nights. Bathroom was super tiny. It’s like a tiny closet with a pocket door with a toilet and stand up shower. The sink was on the outside. There was a sock between the bed and wall…which questioned if they do thorough cleaning. When we checked in I was told that housekeeping wasn’t available during our stay…only to find out at check out that it was a “by request” service…explaining due to covid and not going into people’s room.
