    The employees are what make this hotel so special. From the front desk to the people who set up the breakfast buffet just the people who are vacuuming the hallways. They smiled when they saw you coming they said good morning. They just made you feel good.

    I was not impressed with the breakfast. I stayed in the Hampton Inn Suites in Greensboro last year in which enjoyed the breakfast very much so I was looking for the same here. Overall I was pleased with the service, but the breakfast quality was not quiet what I expected.

    was average motel room Night manager said she had no authority to quiet down room next to ours. I complained several times. On the fourth trip down to see her, it was 4am and she finally offered to let me sleep in another room and leave all of my belongings in the original room. She finally revealed on this fourth attempt at relief that the offending party was a group of college students whose dorm had been destroyed in a fire and the hotel's arrangement with the school was that they could not be evicted or even asked to change bad behavior. Yet the reservation system put us in a room next door! Total mismanagement and a great reluctance to provide a paying guest a night's sleep - which I took to be their reason for being in business. I contacted Hilton customer service, but they couldn't offer a refund because Booking.com took the reservation. I complained in a phone call to Booking.com, but never heard back from a rep who said she would call me back after confirming situation with property. That was on May 11! Total silence since then. I will try my best to never give any more business to either of these two inept, unresponsive, and inconsiderate businesses.

    The staff was all exceptional. They were courteous and professional. The elevator was almost unusable. We took the stairs up and down three floors most of the time. The breakfast options were not what we are accustomed to when staying at Hampton Inns. They should provide a better continental breakfast with more hot options.

    Everything was great except that the elevator was out. Luckily we were able to get a room on the 2nd floor, but it was still a hassle to have to continuously go up and down the stairs. But room was clean, breakfast was good, and they always had hot, fresh coffee available.

You could tell facility was older but it was kept up ok and clean enough, nothing weird in the rooms. The suite we got was roomy and had a microwave and mini fridge which is always convenient. The bed was unfortunately really hard and uncomfortable but what can we do.. the free breakfast was great, lots of options, and the staff we interacted with were all friendly, especially Bonnie on our first night. There are restaurants and a gas station(convenience store) walking distance. Biggest complaint would be that the elevator was down for the whole stay and we were on the 3rd floor, they did have someone there trying to fix it, yet another one of those what can ya do moments, we just hauled our luggage up the stairs once and moved on. I’d recommend it.

    The location, location, location. I enjoyed the staff was so welcoming and helping make sure your stay was fantastic. Even though their were different shifts, the customer service has been consistent during our stay. The staff helped with questions of how to navigate Raleigh, and Garner. Looking forward to staying at Hampton Inn Raleigh/Garner several times this year and my family and friends will be staying too. Thank you for striving for excellence (Job Well Done!!) I like to stay longer and more often. Will also bring referrals and my family and friends will be coming too.

    Location turned out to be ideal for my visit. The first thing I noticed, as I entered was the cleanliness of the lobby. The second thing I noticed was how quickly someone came to the front desk to check me in. Going to my room, the cleanliness again got my attention. Room is quite nice. The price was lower than most others, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But, I’m staying here again in November. It works very well for visitors.

    This was a great place to stay. Super friendly staff at check in. We had a room by the elevator and were worried but the noise, but it wasn’t an issue. Beds were very comfortable, it had a nice outdoor pool and it felt safe, and clean. I would stay here again. If I had to give a criticism, the breakfast was lacking ( but aren’t all hotel breakfasts?). There is an ihop that is a very easy walk, but I would recommend driving a bit down the street to a mom and pop place for better quality food and service. It was also difficult to turn left on to the main road because there wasn’t a light.

    This property is dated and tired. The elevator is out of order, rooms are not clean and there is a letter on the dresser stating that they will not clean your room during your stay unless you make a request to the front desk. This feels more like a Days Inn than a Hampton Inn.

    The swimming pool is entirely too small for adults. When I looked out window in my room, I immediately thought it was a kiddie pool and that the adult pool was in another area on the property. To my surprise, there was no other pool! Very disappointing!

    The hotel served a purpose but the walls are thin and you will hear a lot of noise, namely everyone's alarms in the morning. If you are looking for a good breakfast- skip it here. Food was not great.

    I have 3 separate non-smoking reservations; 5/4 King, 5/4 2 Queen and 5/5 King. Called the front desk on 5/3 4:30 pm ish if the 5/4 and 5/5 King can be in the same room so we do not have to move. A solid 'No'. Really? Checked in 5/5 at 1 am. Credit to the staff, was able to have the same King room for both 5/4 and 5/5. Was assigned 2 handicap room. After settle in, found shower in the King size room dangling with very little water coming out. Staff came to verified and had to move us to another King room for 2 day stay. At that time I was told the hotel was not fully booked. If that is the case, why give us handicap room when regular room is available? Also, if we are truly need a handicap room, imagine the trouble and inconvenience the person had to go thru. it was bad enough for us to pack our staff into suit cases and move....

    The staff was excellent, we had a late flight not getting to the hotel until 1am. The late arrival was not a problem and the hotel was quiet so we were able to get to sleep and sleep in late.

    Staff was very friendly and helpful. When checking in and when I passed the front desk, this young lady always spoke and smiled. Rooms were clean and very spacious. I will bring my own pillow next time… plenty of pillows but all are too soft for my sleeping. Have stayed here many times and will return.

    Why would staff put customers on unrenovated floor when there was availability of the 3rd floor? I paid over $200 per night and it was worthy of $80 at best. Extremely shocked and appalled at the conditions at this Hampton Inn. Website did not indicate renovations were taking place or I would have booked elsewhere.

    Now for the room. As soon as we went to use the bathroom sink, the handle fell off. Now if it did this so easy on me, I would have to think that it would have done the same for the cleaning staff. And next, while showering in the morning, water started leaking out of the ceiling in the bathroom. It created a fairly large crack in the ceiling. Not sure if it was the pipe leading to my shower or the room above. Again, the staff was excellent. So polite and helpful. But the issues with Expedia and the room we less than desirable.

    The place is clean and the free breakfast was good enough. The beds and pillows are very uncomfortable. The room I booked showed a couch in the photos but it was a chair so not as much space as it appears in photos. The shower head leaked water all over the floor. The pet fee says 2 dogs for $50 per accommodation, they changed me per dog but nice that I could have them.
