Afternoon desk attendant was pleasant, but no one else even looks up at you. The property is old, but clean. The breakfast left something to be desired. Overall it was average and certainly not worth $140 a night.

The location of the hotel was perfect for every place I needed to go to be while there. It was nice and quiet and the staff was very nice. Also the breakfast was good and fresh.

I loved the location. Every place I needed to go was near and easy to get to. I also loved the fact that there was a variety of restaurants near by as well. Quiet atmosphere and welcoming staff. Definitely will be back when I'm in NC.

Also, there was no lotion in the dispenser and barely any shampoo in the bathroom. Also, I do not think the staff changed the linens completely. Just the top sheet. I did not want to complain. I just decided to never stay there again.

For some weird reason there’s shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathroom, but no soap to shower with. Made no sense to me. Good thing I had my own soap. Secondly, I traveled with a fairly large group. They knew ahead of time that we were coming, but when we got there, tired and wanting to just call it a night because we had a long day and had to leave early in the morning, the person at the desk knew absolutely nothing about our group coming and had to slowly check us in one at a time. Ofcourse we were all pleasant, but we were all extremely annoyed as well, because what was the point of us making plans and calling ahead to let them know of the group size and everything, especially if there would only be one person on duty when we got there?

We booked a room for 1 night as we were attending a concert that weekend. The location was good. Staff was really nice an the room was very clean.

For the cleaning crew, maybe more detailed training would greatly improve the experience of the guest.

The hotel seemed clean, but looked older and worn. We had wallpaper pealing off the walls in our room. The breakfast left a lot to be desired. The staff was very helpful, which we really appreciated.

Hot breakfast and free parking were positive incentives.

I stated this hotel and it’s been pretty consistent with good people amenities. But I want to say the choice hotels and Comfort Inn need to open the pool earlier than Memorial Day. The reason is as of April 1 it starts getting hot in North Carolina. I lived there for 25 years and it’s always questionable between the months of March and April. I understand not opening the pool up north any earlier with your hotels. But in North Carolina and South Carolina I would ask that you would consider opening a pool April 1. Even if you don’t think it’s that warm even at 70° kids want to swim. It’s a hell of a lot warmer than the ocean in Wilmington, which I came back from to stay at this hotel. I understand that’s the official summertime. But please consider opening the polls or earlier in the south.

It was clean and quiet. Staff was super friendly and accommodating. Hotel was close to gas stations and food spots. Conveniently located just right off the highway. No complaints here

For breakfast they have a rotating variety of preprepared eggs, sausage, bacon, omelettes, potatos, and biscuits. They have a pancake machine. They have 3" cinnamon rolls in a warmer. There are juices and milk and chocolate milk. Also coffee, yogurt, hard boiled eggs, apples, oranges and bananas

Everything was good except blackout screen on window didn’t work.

Breakfast was ok, Parking was fine. Lady at the front desk was Excellent very friendly and very helpful.

Very clean room. The only thing I did not like was that we had a shower chair which we did not need but also there was no place to put our shower things. A shelf in the shower would be nice. That is the only complaint. Very nice staff and a nice breakfast. Would stay their again.

There was only one worker for the front desk and breakfast upkeep, so was a little backed up for check in/check out but otherwise was a good stay. good breakfast, clean facilities. bed and pillow were not cushy but that's a complaint I have for all hotels.

Receptionist was very kind. The hotel parking lot was completely empty and it appeared I was the only guest. My room was very dark and stark with nothing on the walls and very little lighting. The whole place gave me the creeps. I ended up staying at a friends. For the price, I was expecting more.

I was told that one I couldn't pay in cash and that could only use the card that was on file. I tried to add another card to my reservation and I was told I couldn't use it. It was Thanksgiving and the card I reserved the room with couldn't be loaded until the next day because walmart was closed.

Nothing This is probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. There is nothing in the walls between the rooms so every sound from an adjoining room is amplified and reverberates. I went two nights without sleep before leaving at 1 am to find somewhere else to stay. Staff did nothing to quiet down some drug addicts carrying on in the middle of the night. Horns honking all night, drawers and doors slamming, and even the shower ran cold fairly quickly. I absolutely hated this place and will never come back.

1) Make the room darkening curtains spread across the entire window opening. Impossible to have a dark room currently. 2) Make the night light on the hair dryer have the ability to turn off. Between the nightlight and light coming in the window, it was difficult to sleep with all that light in the room. Otherwise, you would have gotten 5 Stars for all categories.

The room was not inviting. There was a street light shining into the window. The air conditioning was not working properly. The breakfast was not what was expected. I requested a tub which I didn't get. No shower gel and no sugar for the coffee in the room.

The front desk Clerk Laurie was very professional and courteous She was checking customers in by herself and it was very busy. She was so patient and answered all of our questions & concerns. She was extremely nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond. Just when I thought I could no longer find good customer service, Laurie changed my mind.

Lori checked us in and she was very friendly and talkative. I loved it. A little short on popcorn, not enough for two bags. The lemon water was delicious. Overall. I love a king sized bed. They're not available in the neighboring hotels. Lori gave me my rewards points. I did appreciate that.

Disgusting. My bags are ruined because of the smell. It smells like the rug of a house that has been smoked in for 20 years. The staff was nice. I stayed in two different rooms and they both were like that. Stay away. I smelled weed and cigarettes being smoked on both floors I stayed on.

There is a big problem with this hotel. There are two Comfort hotels in the area. The name of each hotel is so similar that we ended up with reservations a 25 minute drive from the place we were visiting rather than the expected 8 minutes. I was very upset when I arrived at a hotel thinking I had a room only to be told I was at the wrong location.

The treadmill and stationary bike did not function, the space was very small and confined. I was disappointed. Secondly, the air on the second floor was stale and musty. I’ve stayed at many other hotels in my travels and this is one I will not return.

The floor was dirty... soon as we got in the room my wife saw a nat. I killed a bug crawling on the floor..the couch was dirty. The pull out mattress from the couch was nasty. Fingernail clippings were on the carpet. Just yuck..My wife actually went back home.

Property was nice enough for an overnight stay. Breakfast was great with a large variety. Room smelled heavily of smoke and AC in the room was able to stay running long enough to actually cool the room but beds were very comfortable.

The only thing I can think of was that the water pressure was really low. No particular time, both morning and night time. The television had a huge selection of stations to view. The breakfast bar was typical but sufficient. I've stayed there twice and would stay again.

The property is conviently located next to plenty of shopping options. The hotel is very dirty. The thick layer of dust on the phone, and the amount of hair in the bed tells me that they don't clean the rooms. There were blood stains on the floor covered by bleach as well. The pillows smelled like body odor, too. The air conditioning unit barely blew out any air. Traffic by the freeway came roaring around 3am. It was very loud, I could not sleep. The dining room was pretty dirty, I didn't feel safe to eat their food. I stayed in room 223. I would not recommend for children.

We were unable due to weather . We couldn’t attend our aunts funeral. First time ever using Expedia so we were in a hurry to get the room but it wasn’t safe for us to drive from Ohio to NC so I tried to cancel to get money back and was refused my return cause of not marking something on app. I’ll never use Expedia due to this unless something is done for us. RIP Aunt Jackie

The hotel was clean and well kept. There were a few issues with the room that they fixed quickly. It was nothing major. In the shower they have shampoo and conditioner. The room which has a microwave and refrigerator with a small freezer is large. The breakfast was free. It was good. There is plenty of parking. They are conveniently located near a restaurant and Walmart. I recommend this hotel.

This is hands down the best hotel in this area. Clean rooms. Comfy beds. Shower has amazing pressure. They offer a good breakfast as well.

This hotel was disgusting! We couldn’t even stay. The bathroom had blood everywhere and the whole place was gross and smelled terrible. The manager almost refused to let us cancel after finding all of that at check in. Worst hotel experience ever. The only good thing I have to say is the receptionist was nice.

A very uncomfortable bed and a totally boring breakfast selection compounded by the inability to ever find anyone at the front desk and the need to beg for towels on a daily basis, lead me to say that I won't choose this hotel again.

We stayed here fory son's wedding. The staff were excellent, very helpful. Our only issue was our toilet leaked to the extent of dripping to the floor under us. After not having access to the bathroom hours before the wedding we were moved to another room. No offer of a discount for the 300 we paid for two days. The owner gave me two bottles of water with a package of cookies

We arrived at the listed check in time, was given the keys, went up and there were dirty sheets taken off but still piled up on beds. Our room hadn’t been cleaned. We had to wait around 15 minutes. Other than that our stay was great.

Rms need extreme cleaning. Rugs filthy. Lampshades stained filthy. Internet worked off and on.

The bed I was sleeping in had bed bugs the floor was not vacuumed which also has bed bugs on my socks. When I approached the front desk person she advised not able to give me a refund. I have to contact the manager. When I spoke with the manager he said he could only give me a refund for that night. But your hotel had bed bugs. I looked on my Discover card this hotel is still charging me. I will put this on every social media site so people will know not to stay at Comfort Inn. I never received a receipt for my stay.

The staff was exceptional and professional. The room was clean and was maintained excellently. It was a treat staying in this motel.

The room configuration was odd and bathroom sink was in the hall. Overall, the Inn needs a makeover, new carpet or remove carpet. Place looked dark inside.

Found soggy cereal on top my mattress getting there. Found long blonde hair everywhere in the room. Wasn’t impressed. Staff i encountered were friendly. It was a work trip so I didn’t bring it to their attention.

The staff was amazing. The hotel was easy to find. The room was dated and in poor condition. Missing and broken tiles, mild in shower, cracks in ceiling. Had to put the AC at 60 just to cool down the room. The elevator was beyind slow. The lobby was nice and the breakfast was good.

It was nice overall, just very loud vacuuming early in the morning.
