    After checking front desk staff locked up and left for the night. Once we got to out room found multiple stains in carpet along with cigarette burns, and multiple roaches. The hallways had a strong spoiled moldy smell. Definitely will not stay her again.

    Although the hotel needs work, the staff is very pleasant and a tentative to your needs. They accessed every situation and fixed it immediately. I would recommend that if you need long term stays, this is the place.

    The room was so outdated! The sink was leaning, refrigerator went out(he did replace it). Had to ask for towels! No room service until the the before check out, we had to take our trash out. They offer breakfast, but they don’t serve any type of meat with the breakfast! Something I think they should mention to guest before hand! Other than that, the 5 days was okay. We left the last night.

    We requested a mobility accessible room, and when we arrived they had given us a room without the accommodations due to a slight issue with the heater, but was not notified prior or upon arrival. They did switch us back to the original room, but also the first room they gave us was very disgusting- Floors stained, finger stains/smudges on the sheets, appliances/furnishings falling off the wall, etc. And the bathroom had no inner door knob. I will say, when they gave us the correct room, there were no issues there (Other than the heater that they mentioned, but we did not need to use it during our stay). I just wish that they communicated the issue beforehand so we didn't waste an hour trying to figure everything out. But we would probably not have stayed if that first room was the room we were initially given, that was definitely not worth the price we paid.

    Well I was paying a pretty reasonable rate. Bed linens were clean and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was simple, Waffles, cereal and the coffee. Seems the place is getting upgraded. The staff there were very pleasant and my $40 deposit was returned to me immediately upon checking out. No problems with the security in the area but not knowing the area had me initially a bit concerned. So maybe I was a bit thrown off by the deposit I needed to leave when checking in as this was not something I had done with other Booking.Com reservations. The area outside was just off the freeway and very loud traffic noise, i had some concern about the safety of the area as there were warning sign in the parking area. Building was a bit insecure as the back door only locked if it was pulled hard but seemed to be getting left unlocked. The room had a sort of unpleasant musty smell when first walking in although after I ran the A/C on high for awhile it diminished.

    The cleaning lady is very efficient. We didn't have the room clean but everything we need & asked her, she provided. The hair blow dryer doesn't work. The windows are not dual pane! You can hear the noise from the Interstate the whole night. Didn't get much sleep & requested for a room change & the 2 guys in the front desk just gave us the run around. We stayed for 3 nights. We could have looked for other motels if they had just told us right away that they can't switch our room. Instead, we were told to come back in the afternoon & they should be able to accomodate us & then nothing. Then the next day, they tell us to check back in the morning, etc. That they will inform the next person working in the front desk, etc. So it was a joke. Not coming back to this motel.

Even the shower curtain rod mount was coming loose from the wall so the curtain would not stay closed and kept sliding open and water splashing out onto the floor. I am being completely honest about this and it's probably the worst condition I've ever seen a motel room be in! Totally disgusting!

After a 7 hour drive and getting to the hotel about 2130, the attendant said I need to pay $40 cash only to “hold the room”. Pfft, yeah right, he would not give me my key unless I paid him. What a scam. Go somewhere else!!! I had to go to a different hotel. This place needs to be shut down! Customer beware!!!!!

    This was a nice middle class hotel. What I expect from a hotel? A comfortable bed. A shower and a nice room. This hetel met all of that for me. I'm not interested in the 'fluff' from more expensive hotels. That said, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. For me, I would recommend this hotel. Bottom line, a good place to stay for the price.

He finally did and I did receive the cash back the next morning at check out. If no one inspected the room prior to check out, why is that "deposit" required if the room was paid in full with a card prior to arrival? It cant be for damages since it was refunded back to me at check out. Seemed a bit sketch.

    I loved the hotel, the location, the convenience, ALL Of The Staff, the family oriented environment, etc. The bed was so comfortable me and my little family slept in all days it was really needed more then you could even imagine Super 8 you gave us the comfort we needed and we will be spending a lot more nights there. The only dislike I have is the small parking lot space

    I called the front desk to ask for a 5 AM wake up call. The guy told me that he won't be here for that and we don't offer that. Then I had the room for 2 days the maid didn't clean the room or make bed. Also, when I wanted coffee is the there was not a pot for the coffee pot.

    The bathroom was dirty, the sheets had burn holes In them. The room reeked of cigarettes when it was a smoke free room. The carpet in the room had random stains all over. It was very uncomfortable place to stay at.

    Needed a place to stay for a couple nights, was already feeling iffy about it but since it was Texas OU weekend it was one of my only options, the whole place smelled musty, definitely not updated in years, the carpets felt gross, there were splatters on the wall by the trash can, my view was of the roof, the tv had a line down the middle and when I told them about it all I got was a we know, the decorative sheet on the bed had a hole and they said we can’t just throw them out those are $40, I mean isn’t that why you charge us what you charge to put it back into upkeep?? The lights would flicker, the tub wasn’t cleaned up top, the toilet wouldn’t always fill up after flushing, the ceilings had dust. The chair had a stain on the cushion. I payed for two nights but only stayed for one. I also didn’t use the sheets, I brought some and laid them on top and used my own cover.

    Do not trust positive reviews on this location. The check-in desk is a small enclosed window where you have to pay like you're at a gas station with glass in front of the register. Then they have to buzz you in to the lobby like jail. We had to move rooms because we saw a few little roaches on the door of the first room we were in. Every room we went in had horrible ventilation and just had a layer of wetness in the room that made things clammy with the AC going. There were questionable stains on the sheets and the staff seemed unhappy with the fact that they had to help us. They also had no extra bedding materials or towels (or that's what they told us when we asked for an additional set because they gave us two towel sets for three people). There was no handsoap or shower soap in the room. Luckily, we only had to stomach it for a night. I don't know if they're paying reviewers or what, but do not book here unless you REALLY don't have a choice.

    For the purpose of having somewhere to sleep, it was fine. The ac worked well. The shower temperature was good, the water pressure was ok. The room smelled a little. The bed cover on one of the beds has cigarette burns. I have stayed in worse. Overall, it was good.

    We got there late and prepaid so we had to stay the first night. We refused to stay a second night even though we could not get our money back. It was so terrible. I have pictures. There was a hole in the bathtub and it would not drain. The second person showering has to step into ankle deep water. The bathroom door knob was hanging off as was a light fixture in the ceiling. There were no shelves in the mini frig. The carpet had stains and holes. It has a rating of 7 but I don’t know how. The hall smelled like cigarette smoke. I let the man at the front desk look at the photos we took and told him how unhappy we were. All of this after working all day and driving over 5 hours. I have never slept in a room this bad before. If we hadn't been so exhausted arriving after midnight, we'd have left the first night too. It was so bad!!!

    Cons - The lighting in the room was very bad. Both of the lamps by the bed and the clock did not work so I'm assuming the power outlets were out. The light over the sink was very dim and one of the bulbs was blown out And that made it very hard to see when washing your face and brushing your teeth and trying to look in the mirror. The other two overhead lights in the room were very dim and barely threw off enough light to see. The office chair in the room was missing three of the wheels and was one sided with you sit in it, the refrigerator was frozen up, and the toilet paper holder was coming out of the wall. Also the floor didn't appear to have been vacuumed well because I still saw some crumbs from previous guest visible on it. I'm not sure if I just got a bad room but this is my experience. Things like this should have been addressed before renting out the room. I had booked 4 nights but only stayed one night after giving it a try but couldn't stay any longer.

    The room was dirty when we arrived. The floor had not been swept (there was all sorts of stuff on the carpet), the bathtub was dirty, the bedding was torn. The towels had something on them, could have been a stain, but not something you would want to use. Could not get new towels until 9:00 the next day and then I had to track the house cleaner down to get them. When I checked in the lady was very rude and very slow. Overall a terrible experience.     This hotel was terrible. The room hadn't been cleaned, there was crumbs and hair in the bed. The fridge in the room didn't work, and had leaked all over the floor creating alarge wet spot on the carpet and musty odor in the room. The entire carpet was covered in stains. There was still urine in the toilet. When trying to find a solution with the hotel staff they didn't do anything but give me new sheets. No offer to switch rooms, and when I requested a refund through hotels.com the hotel staff lied saying that I requested an early check in so the room wasn't cleaned. I hadn't even booked the room until 4pm. The hotel was the worst I've stayed in in a long time. Not worth the price at all. Obvious they put no money into maintenance or cleaning staff AT ALL. And then just lie when a guest isn't happy with their stay.

    The stay was okay. Just needed somewhere to sleep at night while me and my daughter were in town for a tournament. The covers had holes in them, the fire alarm kept going off in our room every 30 minutes. The front desk kept asking for a tip which was rude when I was checking out

    if you are seeing this. do not go to this hotel! 3/4 rooms we booked had roaches in them! “we don’t spray for roaches only mice”. rooms were dirty, buddy had condoms in his. just a crazy experience.so unclean.

    Definitely not the best hotel. I’ve stayed in. But for the price it was acceptable. The guy at the front was very helpful. Very nice. I wouldn’t say that there is a free breakfast. They had yogurt and fruit and other than that the front area was closed. For a quick stay overnight it was great. It needs a lot of updates and some deep cleaning but other than that we had a nice stay.

    This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was not clean, it had a very stink odor. My check in time was 2pm check in got a key went to the room it was nasty. It was like someone was still in the room. TV was on nasty towels on the floor. Went back to the front desk . Told the person at the desk that the room was not clean. I reserved a deluxe king room. Ended up in a regular size king with no discount. I was shock to know that this was a hotel that had by Wyndham .

    Great stay that went from 1 night to 3 days! Great customer service and very friendly accommodating staff, which were very friendly and nice. Family oriented atmosphere, with clean rooms, linens, etc. Wound up staying another 3 days the following week!

    Absolutely disgusting hotel. Saw a roach literally ten seconds after entering my room, and then saw several more after that. This place is not suitable for a dog, let alone a human. To say the carpets were stained would be an understatement, disgusting is really the only word to describe it. Area also felt pretty unsafe and the staff wasn't anything special.

    It was alarming at first because they have you locked out in this little space through a glass window where you give them your card and info. I am sure it is for security or maybe even covid but it frightened me as a woman that this was an unsafe place to stay. My husband was not concerned about this and actually appreciated this security feature. POV matters.The room was okay, not the cleanest nor the uncleanest place I have ever stayed. I was disappointed they only provided 3 pillows for 2 people. The blankets were not that comfortable but it was a place to sleep. Their breakfast was over before we checked out at 9 or there really wasn't one. I do not think I would ever stay there again but the price was under 100 bucks for 1 night and you get what you pay for I guess. Even though I find 70 bucks for 1 night as in not even 24 hours, ludicrous. That is the time we live in that a 40 dollar a night hotel can charge 70 dollars now. I will say that it was quiet and the a/c worked well.

    This is the second time I stayed at this motel this month. This time, the room smelled a little musty when I checked in, so I turned on the AC and when I came back a few hours later, it was fine. I would suggest that anyone else check the room first and turn the AC on before you go out to do whatever you are going to do. The parking is very limited. It is a good place to stay if you just want a place to sleep for a few hours. Considering the price, it is a good place to stay.

    Laundry dryer was not working well. The breakfast was very limited: no oj, syrup for waffles didn’t taste right. just all around substandard experience.

    This place is one of my favorite in town stays! I’ve never seen a roach and the rooms are fairly well maintained. It’s always clean, though in my most recent room there was a light that seemed to be under repair that was coming out of the ceiling and the mini fridge was is desperate need of a defrost. But I understand this can be difficult to do, but the whole freezer section is currently a solid ice block. Even all things considered I still have no complaints as the price is well worth it to me.

    They gave me the worst two rooms they have, stain carpet smoking smells, black mold in the bathroom shower ceiling, because of the vent fan not working, it looks from black molds it has bin like that for a wile, breakfast, if you have kid's wanted cereal, they have to eat it dry because they don't have milk, and if they want to make toast butter and jam forget it because they don't have the bread and when you ask they give you that look we don't have it, you stuck with waffle the have a funny after taste, and coffee, and yogurt. It not worth close to $400 for two rooms for two nights, will never go back there again, or recommend it to anyone of my family and friends to go there. Big mistake but we learned, this the second Super 8 I Stayed in, first one is in Richardson, Texas, on spring valley Rd. And was bad bad the plows they have in the my room when I checked it locks like they picked up from garbage full of things, I don't know why.
