Really enjoyed our stay. From the courteous staff to tasty breakfasts to the swimming pool and workout room. Conveniently located near great eateries as well as a Sam’s Walmart and Target. Will definitely stay here again!!!

We are repeat guests, as family lives in the area. The staff has been consistently helpful, and there are zero issues with cleanliness. Our stays have always been relaxing and comfortable, and we will be back!

We had a wonderful stay. Yet, we did not eat breakfast, but we were told where it was located. The room was spacious and clean. We would definitely stay here again.

Everything was good but our fridge was leaking which I called and they did offer us to change rooms which was nice but our kids were already asleep. The toilet also ran all night long and the shower head leaked. But that stuff didn’t bother us too bad because it was just a quick stay for a few hours of sleep.

The location of felt safe. The facility appeared very well maintained. I really enjoyed my room! Very clean and everything inside it worked well. Complementary breakfast was good! Plenty of accommodations near the hotel too. There is a delicious authentic Mexican restaurant named Nuevo León Taqueria. Highly recommend. Thank you Hyatt!

It is a beautiful hotel! The staff is very nice, their breakfast is amazing, and the rooms are beautiful with comfortable beds! The only reason I didn’t give it 5 stars is because my mom and I both had pillows on our beds (one room with 2 queen beds) that smelled awful, like very mildewed. We only stayed one night, and I forgot to mention it to the desk staff when we were checking out because we were in a rush. Would most definitely stay there again, though!

First impression is everything i made reservation weeks in advance. For a king accessible room and ask to be put in a room non pet room, i did no realize all there rooms are pet friendly I don'tthinkthat was disclosed. I do have some allergies. The first thing at check in we don't have the room you reserved no accessible or non pet room. We do apologize well that doesn't make it right that's excuses. And why so ok because it's a non refundable reservation so we check in and head to the room get off the elevator and it's at the end of a long hall. Really you put us in a room with a long walk. The whole reason for a handicap room is accessibility my husband has walking difficulties. The breakfast was good and the room was clean a little noisy from the hwy near by and the ac unit in the room.

Easy check in friendly staff

Breakfast was great. Plenty of hot food, fruits, coffee and drinks. Parking was ample and safely lit at night. Room was spacious, well appointed but shows its age. Everything worked fine and I felt safe so would stay here again.

Water pressure a little low. It would have been nice to have a microwave and adjustable nozzle on hand held shower head. All and all a great stay, will stay again when back in the area. Also the bed was very comfortable

Breakfast was fresh and tasted good. They had a good variety. Hotel location was exactly where we needed it. 😊rooms were dark compared to other hotels but would gladly stay again.

Breakfast was good, bit we had to switch rooms because the first room we were provided had bugs, and the TV didn't work. The staff was accommodating and helped us to quickly move to a different room. After changing rooms there were no issues.

The staff were friendly and attentive. The food was fresh and tasty.

Earlier this year, I stayed at this hotel, and came back for an overnight stay. I arrived late, and it been a long travel day for me. The receptionist was welcoming, patient, efficient, and gave me a bottle of water and some snacks, which was greatly appreciated. The bed was very comfortable and the shower got hot quickly. The breakfast and coffee were very good. Great value for the money, and would not hesitate to recommend and/or return for another stay.

The property is always easily accessible, clean and the staff friendly and helpful. This has always been our go to when we visit this area. NOTHING!!!!

The room was spacious and beds comfy. My main issue was I had ants in the bathroom area and sink so that was not pleasant. Also didn’t enjoy how the shower head is set up in the rooms with bathtubs. It was hard to shower with those type of shower heads. I’d also like to have a microwave in the room to heat up leftovers.

Location, breakfast and staff were top notch! Housekeeping and maintenance were also very professional. I think we encountered at least one person from each department in two days. All of the amenities were great! The pool was cold but the hot tub was very nice. We enjoyed our stay and will book again if we’re in this area. We had a minor hiccup upon check in but Jessica handled it very quickly and professionally. This listing and the Hyatt website showed this place to have an indoor heated pool. That in incorrect. We brought it to the attention of the staff and they assured us it would be fixed. The noise was a lot. We were in room 531 right beside a “staff only” area and I don’t know what they were doing both mornings at 6:30 but it woke up our whole room. We had to get a fan for the second night to help drown out the noise. It helped a little but still noisy.

Loved everything it was real close to what I was going to see. I was there to see the TNA Genesis pay-per-view. I was there last year in the same hotel. I was not going to get any other hotel I had so much fun their last year at your hotel that I did not look for any other hotel when I got this one. If they do the Genesis next year I will go back to your hotel again because I loved it.

He paid the additional money due to the kids needing a place to sleep. She then asked the Security Guard to go check the room with him. The Guard did a sweep of the room and no dog was found. Later they were informed they were wrong about the dog, and it belonged to another guest. That same dog and another barked ALL night and though they complained NOTHING was done to fix the issue. Customer service was terrible as well as the shower had NO hot water! Other guests were mad at check-in as well.(cheer/dance competition)

The room was extremely dated with no updated Type C plugs for phones/computers, etc. Shower head was stuck pointing at the wall and the pressure was not good because it would not connect completely from the tub faucet. The breakfast was meh. Definitely not good by comparable hotels for the rate we paid.

The bed was in terrible condition—almost as if the springs were popping through—which made it impossible to get a good night’s sleep. Walking through the third-floor hallway was equally unpleasant. It was filthy, with food scattered everywhere, giving the impression that cleanliness and upkeep were not a priority. To make matters worse, we had to specifically request fresh towels, which should have been a basic amenity provided without asking. While Hyatt is known for its reputation and hospitality, this experience fell far short of expectations. The lack of maintenance, cleanliness, and attention to guest comfort made our stay frustrating rather than relaxing.

We have stayed in this hotel every year for years when we come to watch the state volleyball tournament and have always been able to give it 5 stars. This year we were a little disappointed. The room coffee pot was malfunctioning. The mattress had a bad sag and needs replaced. The “hot” breakfast was lukewarm.

Had to move rooms twice, due to excessive noise levels, loud guests in other rooms til nearly 2am, loud barking dogs in another room next to mine, and 3 other nearby guests’ rooms had to be moved also—front desk told me, due to excessive noise levels from dogs that are pets—not service animals. Pets (non-service animals) should be put on the same floor, for everyone that wants to listen to an all day bark-a-thon! Room was nice, AC unit was a bit loud, and the toilet in my first room did not work. Hotels should not be kennels for everyone ‘s pets, after all, how does the hotel know if a guests’ pets are well behaved or not? Major Policy Change needed!!

Had to move rooms twice, due to excessive noise levels, loud guests in other rooms til nearly 2am, loud barking dogs in another room next to mine, and 3 other nearby guests’ rooms had to be moved also—front desk told me, due to excessive noise levels from dogs that are pets—not service animals. Pets (non-service animals) should be put on the same floor, for everyone that wants to listen to an all day bark-a-thon! The room was very clean and smelled really good. The breakfast was not cooked well, sausage had no browning Nd potatoes undercooked. The eggs were good.

The first day after coming from CCC, AC didn't worked in the room. Tech came and replaced the whole unit instead .* Big Thanks to Abraham who installed the AC.

The rooms are big, clean and really spacious. Breakfast is great and was continuously replenished (as there were a lot of guests). The Front Desk Reps were very courteous, pleasant and very professional. Will definitely recommend this property.

Room was a little old looking, weak water pressure and an awkward setup with the sink outside the bathroom. But overall, good space for the family and breakfast was good!

The room needs to be cleaned more properly between guests. When I arrived, there was a tea bag left in the coffee maker from previous guest. Also, the face tissue was not properly refilled, making it hard to take.

This is my 4th stay here at the Hyatt. I wish I could give 10 stars for a review!!!! Excellent customer service! Beautiful hotel! No complaints!!!...that's why I keep coming back!

The staff was, as always, friendly and welcoming. All our needs were taken of, and the breakfast is always fantastic. We will be back!

Wonderful experience

Room was dirty. Stains on the sheets, remote and tv channel list. They came and changed the sheets right away. The staff was overall very nice but the room was just not clean.

The shower was never more than slightly warm the 5 nights we stayed. The gym didn’t have full sets of dumbbells and sometimes the water wasn’t stocked. The breakfast was good there. The hotel had quite a bit of wear and tear. It was fine for the price but would never stay again.

This hotel is in serious need of a remodel. The room gave me an ick feeling due to the yellowing curtains, outdated furniture and the room had a smell of feet and canned soup. The air worked but didn’t actually cool the room properly, and when it kicked on this is when I smelled CAN soup. I guess the previous person didn’t take his bag of trail mix and water that the hotel left as a welcome gift. The letter was written to him. The shower poured water on the floor due to the poor design which also made it difficult to enter the shower due the bathroom door opening in the way of the shower entrance. Those yellowing curtains were bad!

Front desk staff were super! Breakfast and area clean and well stocked. Furnishings were shabby. Door frames rotted. Carpet dirty appearance. Room and bedding clean and comfortable. Whole place could use an upgrade. Could put some of that money to better use. Good for our purposes but don’t expect anything fancy from this Hyatt.

Nice property, very clean, friendly staff, however, the hot water in our room was not working. I called front desk and told them and they said they would send maintenance up to fix AND they offered to move us, but we we were only staying two nights and were on the go, so we elected to have maintenance repair. We returned very late that next morning of day 2 and it still wasn’t fixed. We endured it because we had to get up 5 hours later arriving back prior to check out at 6 this morning. Otherwise, room was nice and clean and I liked the layout. I would suggest that the TV remote control be updated. Ours was something from like the 90s. They offered a very good continental breakfast. I would stay here again, just need the hot water working.

30 families from out water polo team stayed their for Junior Olympics. Rooms were very large and easily slept 5-6. Breakfast each morning was very good. Parking was easy and the hotel is located near restaurants, groceries and entertainment. I would highly recommend this hotel to a large group!

The only thing missing was a microwave. When you are traveling you need a way to warm up your fiood. Otherwise everything else was great.

My original room had an HDMI that wasn’t working, and they were accommodating enough to move me to another room with a working HDMI. The staff were absolute sweethearts.

The air conditioning unit is not working properly and the water is not running properly the front desk are not friendly.

Hyatt place used to little more upscale but overall everything was good the front staff was very accommodating.

Despite having lots of families visiting for graduation ceremonies nearby, the hotel ran things efficiently and smoothly. Quiet hallways, clean rooms, quality linens, nice room arrangement. Awesome stay!

The room initially had a musty smell very stuffy even though A/C unit was on after a night of A/C on high it was fine room very clean plenty of space. Excellent healthy breakfast choices. Used the dining area at night for a 2yr Great grandson Birthday. gr8 space and had a perfect family event with take out food. Desk staff was so helpful. 8 family members stayed in your hotel.

We were there for my twin grandsons graduation. We stayed at Hyatt Place in Garland, Texas the hotel stay was a great experience. Beautiful rooms, everything was clean, the staff from the housekeeping to the front desk they were emaculent. The breakfast was fantastic, love the set-up. We've never been to one like that. I'm spilling the tea to others when visiting, to book Hyatt Place.

The floors in the elevators were constantly wet or dirty. On the last day we saw a roach in our room gave us the heebeegeebees! We should not see any insects in a hotel room much less a roach!

My sister and I were in Dallas for a cousin's funeral. She is diabled. I reserved a room with two queen beds and our room had only one king bed. I am not sure why this was done.

Traveling through on our way home. The place is easy to get to. It’s clean and comfortable. We use this hotel each time we need a place in Dallas.

Cons: Could not reserve connecting rooms and didn't get them (did at least get side by side). Breakfast was meh. They didn't have a waffle maker, just the limp freezer waffles. They didn't even have salsa for the eggs (hello, this is Texas). Pros: There was a nice eating area where we were able to eat pizza for dinner. We had the pool mostly to ourselves. There is a nice wet/dry area where you can dry off before going back into the rest of the hotel. Rooms were clean and staff was nice. Overall, a nice experience for what we needed.

I had a travel cancellation. The policy is that a no show would be charged 1 nights. This was a 2 night stay and they refuse to credit me the one night even though it is in their written cancellation policy.

Older hotel with great big rooms. They serve a pretty good breakfast, went far beyond my expectations for what you pay.

My first stay was nice but when I had to return due to my flight getting canceled I got another room which wasn't a very nice experience. The air conditioning was too loud, flush was too loud and the washroom door wasn't closing and locking.

When had a thing at the convention center behind the hotel so it was nice to be able to just walk over.

My room had some dirt on the wood floor and the shower could have used a little more scrubbing to clean the grout, but the room was reasonably clean and comfortable. Very convenient location.

The property itself was very nice & clean. Super convenient for our events that weekend. However, every morning, the water pressure in our room was AWFUL. In a 10 min shower, it turned off 4-5 times for at least 45sec-1min each time…& it didn’t trickle, it went completely out. Then came back on freezing cold. It was annoying & not enjoyable. A hotel that size should not have a water pressure issue to that extreme.

We were there for a cheer competition and the hotel was very convenient because it was literally across the street. However, the area where fridge is, was very dusty as well as the windows. Shower floor felt slimy, and that was gross. Cleaning crew needs to do better.

The hotel was not clean throughout. There was several maintenance isuuses that needed to be addressed as well. Some of the staff seemed pretty clueless on what was going on or even that there was an issue.

I liked the property. Gym had a peleton which was good.
