1st room had ketchup on the walls crumbs on couch staff switch me rooms second room wasnt any better broken light fixtures smelly water bugs and spiders Property was filthy wanted to leave but couldn't talked to owner and got no solution just apologies

Hotel is in poor conditions. Broken seats, doors, night lights, poor drainage, stained carpets, and bed sheets. It looks and feels like nobody cares.

This is what we got for a Holiday Inn. Half the lights don’t work, some lights and switches pulled out of the wall/missing. Large Roaches enjoyed our room with us. Top star on no bedbugs. Cleaning people knock on the door at 7:30am to clean (or whatever they do,) and of course that’s when we are getting ready to go out for the day. Water is a drizzle from the bathroom sink, and the shower is a notch above tepid on full blast hot. Again with cleaning: I’m showering and see a long black hair stuck on the shower wall. Too long for my husband’s, wrong color for mine. Bathroom door doesn’t close by the way. I mean, I really expected a little more for the price and a Holiday Inn. But I guess expectations lead to disappointment. Will now finish getting ready for my evening excursion, and while I do so, I’ll be wearing socks or shoes. I’ve heard never walk a hotel barefoot, but for sure, don’t do it here. Ick!

Location is excellent, a few restaurants by the lake within walking distance.

The suite was roomy, clean, and comfortable. I had to request some face towels because there were none but room service brought them quickly. The extra comforter that I asked for had holes in it. However, it kept me warm!

The hotel staff was great at checkin The hotel was very dirty, carpet, room, bathroom and even outside.

The property was closed to the expressway and near Bass pro. The carpet in the hallway coming off the elevator and down the hall way had stain on it.

They really need to.stop advertising their balcony, nine if the balconies are accessible so don't go there thinking you're getting a balcony cause you're not and they're not gonna tell you so yeah. Just know the balconies are not available to you but the room is at the same price.

We had a roach in our room, the bed sucked, hotel didn’t have enough bedding to support the sleeping of four, breakfast was mid.

Exposed wires in our room. Curtains were disgusting, bathrooms were not clean, multiple outlets did not work. Was very disappointed when we got to the room.

Good location by the lake. 1) there were bugs in the bathroom. 2) the heater was on in the living area section and the a/c was on in the bedroom section. It took a while for the room to cool down. 3) there were lighting issues in the bedroom section.

Our room was filthy and everything was dingy. The headboard was deteriorating, the side tables and closet doors were all banged up, some lights didn’t work in the room, the comforter and the carpet were both ripped up, and the room smelled like smoke.

Room was dirty, carpets torn. Headboards torn. Booked room with sofa bed and was not given one. Daughter had to sleep on 2 blocks that they call a couch. Complained to management but since we aren't IHG members we were told they couldn't do anything for us. Never staying at Holiday Inn again

The room felt very outdated, and the sofa had stains all over the seats, which was disappointing. The AC worked fine, but the buttons were broken, so I had to guess which ones controlled the settings. I reserved the room for six people, but the restroom only had two large towels. I understand that I could request more, but that’s not something I want to deal with right after getting into the room. Overall, the room needs better maintenance and preparation for the number of guests booked.

The side entrance was broken so we had walk around but eh. Didn't get the room I booked though. Still had the view of the lake but not the room I thought I booked. Overall this was our 4th visit. Staycation.... breakfast is always good!

Everyone was friendly and breakfast was great We were in room 101, I think we were located near a storage or something alot of load noises early in the mornings, when we wa ted to sleep in just a bit but was hard with all the noose we experienced

Staff were nice and attentive. Hotel was clean and smelled fresh. We thought our room was supposed to be to have a two beds and a couch sleeper but it only had two beds. We came to this hotel because our water heater flooded our home.

Hotel room was not clean like I’m used to. The water pressure was terrible. The sink wouldn’t drain after use. The cabinets above the microwave were falling down. All around, this hotel was not worth the price paid. I felt like I was staying in a motel 6.

The toilet was cluck. Did not flush and I returned to the room after 2am just to discover it cannot flush. Then I pull the bed open and found it as dirty as ifbit hasn't been clean .The headed was full of food crumbs. Old usedsanitary pads .

I was disappointed with my stay. First of all, the woman who was working the night shift around 9:00 p.m. on Saturday January 3rd, is very rude. When I got to the front, she didn't ask me how I was, no greeting at all really. She just looked up at me. I said I had a reservation and she just said "I need ID". She told me to answer my card for the incidental then she gave me my room key. Didn't tell me much else. Just very cold. The room was okay. Average. But what I didn't like was how rundown it was. Everything is Dusty and scruffy. Then there were the bugs... They have an infestation of ants. Now luckily they are the little black ones that don't do any harm. But it's still not great to be sitting in bed and an ant walks across your chest. Or going to the restroom and a huge cockroach is on the ground. I get it, we're by the lake. But come on. The outdoor area was disappointing as well. Not a chair in sight. Just a pool and a deck. You're looking out on the lake, a table and chair would be nice to relax. Definitely would not be staying here again.

The hotel and room were very dirty. The couch had stains all over the cushions on both sides and the pull out bed was full of food, wrappers, and stains. There was half eaten candy bars in the cupboard and makeup in the pillows. We ended up checking out and finding a new hotel. Staff was great and very professional and respectful.

We complained about our lock not working. But didn’t do anything about it. So we felt very unsafe or leaving our belongings behind, because our door would not lock. One can easily budge into our room. But the 3 nights we stayed there. Nothing.

I loved witha built in body wash, shampoo & conditioner & also built in handwash soap & body lotion. The hotel is walkable to the lake or nearby store & resto even gasoline station. Closed to hway exit.

All was good, yet the breakfast staff was overwhelmed about 9 am. Difficult time keeping up with enough food for about 30 minutes. Biscuits were as good as any fast-food restaurant. The room was in perfect order, cold A/C, and quite even on the freeway side.

Got to hotel at 10:30pm to check in, no one was at the desk, sign said they had stepped away (totally understandable as it was late). 45 minutes go by and finally a guy comes up (apparently coming in for his shift and was 10 min late he said.) by this time there are numerous gathered to check in and some with babies and small kids! First Gentleman said sir I feel like everyone needs an apology for the excessive wait. There are families with young children and we have all waited a very long time. (Mind you this man was not being rude or even raising his voice!) the employee looked at this man and said I don’t have to apologize to anyone and if your going to take that tone with me then I refuse to check you in and you can leave the premises! The man had already been checked in and was having to get a new room because his room had never been cleaned after the previous guest left! After he told the employee this he was told he would have to wait until everyone else had been checked in!!! I told the employee to get that man taken care of first before I was checked in. So go to my room and there is a hole in the bathroom wall and the next am there are ants in my drink that I had on the table!! The regular upkeep on this hotel has definitely been neglected! I will not stay at this hotel again simply because of how that man handled the situation! Having to wait close to an hour to check in is beyond ridiculous!

The property and surrounding area are great. The only problem is the room smells like an old cellar. Not sure if the smell was from the air conditioner or the carpet but it was overwhelming in two different rooms.

Terribly sick after staying in the room. Also my daughter was in the tub and a bunch of disgusting water with debris backed up into the tub. Told the fromt desk she said "oh sorry, ill call maintinance when you leave" horrible stay. Will not be back.

Lamps in room were broken, stains on couch. There was hair in the bed and bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned. Headboard on bed was damaged and so was wall. Chairs in breakfast area were damaged.

My husband and I decided to honeymoon here considering the LakeView room and the proximity to the The Harbor. The view of the lake was not that great. The noise level of other guests and children running down the hallway slamming the room doors with a couple of visits from law enforcement to rooms on our floor made the stay uncomfortable. There wasn’t a refrigerator in the room as mentioned on the listing. Once addressed with the front desk, we were told a work order was being submitted and there would be one in the room the following morning. We checked out 2 days later without a refrigerator. Although the hotel manager was nice and offered points to our reward’s account for the inconvenience, I’m uncertain we would book again.

The pool was closed which unfortunately was the sole reason in choosing this hotel for our weekend. Aside from that, my 7 year old found a medicine capsule next to her bed and my 2 year old son found a pacifier in the bathroom and was sucking on it when I found it. They offered points as we are members but it was gross. We had to switch rooms at 10 PM because the AC was not cooling the room. All in all, I wish we had stayed somewhere else.

The towels wasn’t clean and the cleaning staff didn’t really clean our rooms that good just manly made our beds but doesn’t clean the clear surfaces

Furniture in the room was filthy and disgusting with visible dirt and stains that should have been cleaned. Security door lock knob was broken off. Missing tiles in the bathroom. Checked out after one night.

It was great besides they would t accept a gift card and the people upstairs were stomping around like giants all night. The breakfast was delicious.

The pool was broken, one of the elevators was broken, the AC didn’t really work, hotel was dirty and out dated. No drain for the tub. This as one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed at. 😕

Hotel is not worth $200 a night. There is nothing luxury about this place.

It's really pretty and clean and nicely taken care of

We had a great stay. Would stay again. Nice clean rooms. Very good breakfast. Perfect location, half way between my daughters.

We were in town for a softball tournament. We were disappointed the pool was closed after spending all day at the softball fields. Some of the plug ins and lights in our room didn’t work. Breakfast was what you would expect which was nice since we were coming back to the softball fields. Overall it was average, we would stay again due to the food choices close by and its proximity to the fields.

Not one room in hotel had operable safe. Toilet seat broken and would not stay on toilet. Many electrical plugs not working. Breakfast 1st morning not available. Both reading lights not functioning.

Microwave broken for breakfast, no towels 2 per room had to ask for towels... Room wasn't to clean sofa was stained... Holiday inns were a lot nicer than this one we won't stay at this one again. And breakfast condiments were low in stock

After staying in an awful hotel in Missouri a few days earlier, this was a great relief. There had been heavy rains and high winds, so this was a welcome respite. Nice rooms. Good breakfast. Conveniently off the interstate.

They didn't have breakfast because someone was absent from work. Okay, why don't you put someone else to work? the pool is closed and dirty, the property is neglected..

I didn’t like the area. It was very crowded & noisy. When asked for extra towels the receptionist gave me pool towels because they ran out.

Staff was nice and helpful. Great location for a good price. Wish the breakfast was a little better, the food was very basic and not satisfying. One morning I came down to eat after the lady had just put out fresh food, in the time I ate one plate, one family of 4 slurpped up all the food and one was literally standing around eating over his plate as he stood in the breakfast area looking at the food. Pretty ridiculous and unappetizing, they were there throughout my stay.

Over all stay was nice the only issue that we had is it rained and water came in threw the window

Our room wasn’t well kept and wasn’t as clean as it should’ve been. One of the beds wasn’t completely made and the bathroom wasn’t clean. There was hair and other debis. However, the property is in a great location and the staff was very nice and it was a good stay, overall! I would stay there again.

There was no water in the vending machine and no effort was made to make sure it was restocked throughout the 3 day stay. There customer service sucked!

Start your stay with 1 of 2 elevators out of order for the whole stay. Room is so dimly lit you can barely see anything. Bathroom light was coming on and off. Probably a good thing because the shower had filthy boogers in it. The air conditioner was making the room so damp I thought maybe the bed sheets weren’t dried properly. Nope. All of our clothes the next day also had a damp funk. Terrible. Avoid this place.

We ask for 3 clean towels and a washcloth from the maid and did not get it. But other then that we had good time

Bathroom was pretty clean, walls were dirty, stains on the floor, sheets and pillows had stains, bed sounded like it was going to fall apart, doors hard to latch. The lobby is deceiving, it wasn’t terrible but they could definitely do some cleaning and some updating.

They were out of water bottles and I was suggested to grab water from my room sink, when I started buying soda from downstairs there was this one mail in particular who said they didn’t do Apple Pay which I’ve done the first three nights I stayed there. I asked what

The water pressure was low, it took a few minutes for the water to get hot. The phone in my room didn't work. It had no dial tone, so i couldn't call the front desk.

Bathroom so old and dirty. Breakfast did not served timely ( however food is good) Other than the above, everything is ok. I do not want to come back, unless the hotel updates their bathrooms.

Hotel was great but elevators went out a few days and we had to use stairs that was horrible due to me just losing a lung it was hard for me I had to stay in my room then days

We had a beautiful room with a lake view. The bed was very comfortable. The location is great with multiple shopping and dining options in close proximity. I highly recommend this property.

Our stay was absolutely amazing. The complimentary breakfast was the icing on the cake!

When I went to check in the girl was pretty rude. The rest of the trip was ok, the main thing I didn’t like is the water pressure was low and the tub was leaking so taking a bath wasn’t easy. Other than that the trip was good.

Bedding and breakfast was good. My room was next to laundry and occasionally had a sewer smell coming from the shower drain. Also, shower was poorly designed. I could not turn on the water without getting blasted with cold water.
