The receptionist was nice, but honestly that’s where the compliments end. The parking lot is sketchy, the room smelled awful, and got so much worse with the heat on. Like someone had tried to put out a fire in the heating system by urinating in it. Stained bedding, broken and missing outlet covers. No chair at the stained and chipped desk. No hangers. The bathroom light didn’t come on without trying for several minutes with the switch. There’s coffee packets in the room but no coffee maker. The hallways and elevator reeked of marijuana. The walls were dirty and riddled with chipped paint and holes. Breakfast was packaged mini muffins or danish, Cheerios, Froot Loops type cereals, 3 packets of oatmeal and 11 yogurt cups. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for something else. They shouldn’t be charging over $50 a night for this place, for almost the same price If La Quinta hadn’t been sold out we would have gone there 100%, but we needed to be close to my son’s audition and didn’t have many viable options within a 10 min radius. Never again.

First of all, it is located in an industrial area and railroad tracks are directly behind the building. As I was entering the front door to check in, a group of three people (20-25 years old) came in each carrying plastic grocery bags filled with beer and liquor. The whole building smelled of smoke, weed and a musty “funk”, including our room. The dead bolt lock on the door didn’t work and the security latch was hangin halfway off the wall. Everything in the room had spots and stains: sheets, blankets, mattress, chair, window shades, floor, walls, shower curtain, the shower, sink and toilet. There was some kind of sticky “blob” on the back of the bathroom door. There were dead bugs on the floor. Our room had an adjoining door to the room next door and when the neighbors arrived shortly after us, they were arguing and fighting with each other loudly with no regard as to who could hear them. They were so loud, it seemed like they were in our room. The walls and door area had numerous damaged areas that they plastered around and painted over with paint that wasn’t even the same color as the original paint. We got the heck outta there 10 minutes after we got in the room. All-in-all, this is the worst place we have been to. Expedia needs to take this place off of their list of places to stay because it will hurt their reputation. Again, STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!

The property had pool In my room I’m supposed to have fridge and microwave but they was not in the room and the floor was dirty

The desk staff was friendly and helpful. The room was dirty. The bed covers, floors, and walls were stained and dirty. The ceiling had patches of ain’t that didn’t match, where I’m assuming they tried to cover dirt. The desk had spots of sticky stuff on it. The pool was dirty. And the room was moist and smelled bad.

Nothing Terrible,smell bad,full of insect and big spiderI had to buy my mop and fabulous from Walmart to clean the apt, the door lock did not close and I had to block it with the ironing board and a stroller for my 1 year old baby, I also went alone with my 5 year old son, this was my 2nd room in one day, it smells like marijuana and cigarettes, they gave me a spray to kill the spider. They did not give me my refund, I went to another hotel and there I found other clients fleeing from there.

The first room they had us in was disgusting. Had a broken drawer on the dresser. The inside drawer of the night stands were written all over. There wasn't a light bulb in the entry light. The lamps all had purple and blue stuff all over them. The walls had nasty stuff all on them. No idea what it was. The comforter had purple stains and holes in it. We complained to the front desk and they put us in a different room. It was much cleaner! We were very happy with the new room after inspection.

I often travel for business travel and this was the worst hotel I've ever stayed it. It was run down ,not cleaned well, holes in the blanket. They didnt have the AC on and its in the upper 90s. Smelled like people were smoking in the hotel. Glass protection for the staff and when i arrived after midnight the attendent had his shoes off and had them propped up on the counter. Nothing Staff or management either Gave away a key to someone whom was not listed on the room contract or allowed someone claiming to be in law enforcement of some type to gain access to my private room I got locked out of my room and they refused to refund or help regain access to my room at 1-2am in the morning we were basically put out all night unable to get to our clothing and such items personally I feel someone else was in the room and locked us out Upon the arrival of the morning management after regaining access the next morning found room estrote and window open and honestly I am unsure if some items were missing we were rushed to pack bags and remove our items and then was basically asked to leave she offered nothing for our discomfort of not having the room half the night she was very rude and aggressive and refused the room refund or additional help or room rentals for the following night Was given 30 mins to remove our personal items Deposit not refunded either

The hotel was four minutes from our conference. The continental breakfast was very underwhelming. It consisted of only two types of cereal, a few flavors of yogurt, and just two juice options. The orange juice, in particular, tasted overly concentrated—likely due to an incorrect water-to-concentrate ratio. Additionally, the room had a noticeable musky odor, which made the stay less comfortable than expected.

We had to change rooms the first day there was a broken light bulb in the lamp and there was bedbug reside on the mattress. The last night we were there a cockroach was crawling across the floor the 2nd and 3 rd day we were locked out of our room we had to go to the front desk and have them let us in

Over all stay it was 6/10 . my dislike from the hotel was it Staff, Cleaning staff to be precise. My daughter forgot her blanket with her name engraved. Went back to the hotel to claim it and the front desk that nothing Was turned in to the lost and found.

When I'm checking the boxes for a amenities and I check hot tub and hot breakfast and indoor pool I don't expect to get to the hotel and not have a hot tub see a s***** outdoor pool and very little for breakfast. Every time I say I'm not going to use hotels.com and I do anyway and I swear this is the last

Quiet but lack good management. Bed sheets were torn, all requests to get them changed was not met. I slept on same sheets for the entire stay. The service had no humanity to it.

There was lots of cockroaches in the room, going on the walls, floor, beds. They refuse to give us our money back they said they could only give us a different room but until the next day because the manager was not available. We barely were able to sleep, fearing that cockroaches could go inside mouth or ears while we were sleeping. Horrible experience. I took several photos for proof

The hotel smells!! The room they gave me reeked with cigarette smoke but they gave me another room which was perfumed with air refresher to mask other smells. Coffee for breakfast was not coffee...it looked like it but not coffee.

House keeping would take the third bath towel every day, if it was used or not. *Most of the walls and the bathroom door had small areas with stuff splattered on them. I’m traveling with my husband and my baby for a wedding, and booked a room here. Reviews and photos online looked okay, but in reality this was far from okay. The room they put us in reeked of cigarettes, like someone had been smoking in there for months. There were stains on everything. The bedspread had cigarette burns in it, and the lampshades had mold on them. The whole hotel had a stink to it, like bad plumbing. They put us in “the best room they have” after we complained and it was cleaner, but still stank and the door had clearly been damaged from someone breaking it open. The parking lot had lots of drug/ unhoused activity happening in the open and in the morning there were used condoms in the walkway. To charge $100 for this experience is DISGUSTING.

Multiple cameras covering every angle. I asked for a quiet room and they put me next to a crying baby. Got no sleep. Shower head wont stay and falls down, sprays water all over the bathroom. Slumlord property.

Ill be honest. I got this hotel as insurance on a trip that me and my girlfriend would have adaquate space. I didnt sleep in the room overnight. But everything was clean and lovely and they even refunded me the price difference when i checked out early.

The TV remote needed batteries replaced and there was no coffemaker (but coffee service items were there). I called the front desk and she replenished both items. The breakfast was all preeservative-laden items, but other than that, a good hotel for the money.

Everything was okay until I went into the bathroom and I saw someone used sanitary pads in the garbage can. The pads were not wrapped up and there were two of them. Disgusting to say the least, apparently the housekeeper missed them so why would I think that the room was actually clean at all!

This property needs an immediate inspection and overhaul of the cleanliness. The staff was very helpful however when I got to my room to check it out I found BED BUGS!!! My anxiety was so high I could not stay there and had to find somewhere else to stay late at night with no reservation and I did not know the area.

The hotel was marked as tobacco-free and the corridor to my room smelled a lot of cigarettes and it went into my room. I asked for a room change and they didn't want to change it because the hotel was full but because of the few vehicles parked I knew it wasn't true the room smelled bad and the floor was too dirty

Accidentally left a battery charger in the room when I left. Two phone calls where I offered to pay to have it shipped to me and something for their trouble. Was told they would call me back as they couldn't seem to understand this simple request. They never called back and I never got the charger back. Area around the hotel is really full of homeless. Very scary place. never again

AC didn’t work well, floors were dirty, maid made the beds but didn’t refill things like coffee cups, Kleenex,etc. crackheads hanging around in front of motel and parking lot and using bathrooms in lobby, “Continental breakfast” consisted of a danish that was near expiration, apple juice or extremely, extremely watered down orange juice. We stayed on 3rd floor and heard a couple yelling at each other and the man using profanity. Not good at all if your children are with you. We will NOT be staying there again.

Cigarette burns on the couch of my "Non-smoking" room, the TV had no remote, no manual buttons and was already on plus the desk had no replacement so I had to drag the dresser away from the wall and unplug it to sleep. The bathroom sink stopper handle was disconnected so I had to crawl under the vanity and repair that one myself. (maybe I should send a yall a bill for plumbing service.)

Mattress was extremely uncomfortable, bed made me itchy, non-smoking room smells like cigarette. Hall way smells like cigarette and weed. Extremely noisy from train passing, industrial workers driving their trucks, people yelling outside, witnessed a fight outside from my room window, feels really sketchy and unsafe.

There was leafs under the window curtain, a waded up piece of gum on the floor nect to the nightstand, trash behind the tv, a cleaing rag left on the light fixture in the bathroom, hair in the sheets, and the trash can had water at the bottom of it for some reason. Had to ask the front desk for towels and a tv remote. Also tv was already on when I got in the room. The walls are paper thin. The guy in the room next to us was yelling on his phone in the middle of the night both nights of my stay and had to make a complaint to the front desk. Could hear the other person on the phone as well thats how loud the neighbor was and how thin the walls are. Was told I would be able to change rooms on my night but that fell through. No offer for room discount.

When I arrived the front desk clerk claimed he couldn’t find my reservation even after I showed him my reservation number on my phone, so of course I got ripped off than what was quoted.the rooms were nice and clean the only their issue is I had no hot water!

When I booked the hotel the site said it offered amenities that I was looking for and then when i arrived that wasnt the case. The hotel was clean and check-in was easy though. Outside ir was a bit run down, however we ended up jn a mire down area to begin with. When we arrived to our room it was vlean and put together. I tried to turn the tv on for my 3 year old and there was no power cord for the television. I went back downstairs to ask the receptionist about it and he tried telling me that i just needed batteries for the remote. When I tried explaining again at which time he asked if i just wanted another room and I agreed. Our second room was fine and clean and everything worked. We needed to stay for 2 nights so after a long day of events we get back to the hotel late to find that our room key didnt work because they only gabe us ine night when we moved rooms. It was an easy fix just inconvenient due to circumstances.

When we drove up, my husband asked me "why did you book us a Murder Hotel?" The area is weird, industrial, shady, out-of-the-way, and somewhere I never want to be again. the entire second floor REEKED of pot, and some man crawled out from the parked cars claimed he got run over, yelling at people to call 911. The room's lock didn't lock, this is was old and cracked, the room itself was nearly barren, there were signs posted everywhere that visitors were not allowed in the rooms, it was all bad. 0/10 stars. We immediately asked for a cancellation and RAN to another hotel.

Dead cricket in bathroom. Shower head sprayed water all over bathroom. Hair dryer didn't work. Very poor selections for breakfast.

After sending my son back downstairs with the plunger, I expected to at least get moved to another room, but was told they’d call maintenance, this was at 10:23 pm. REALLY?!?! Had only two towels in the bathroom. And the phone in the room didn’t work so this all had to be relayed running up and down the stairs. Traffic noise was unbelievable, sounded like a street race going on outside our window. We were on the second floor above the pool and people kept coming and going through a door or gate that was so loud. Overall VERY disappointed in the room, and the way the staff handled things. Absolutely the worst stay ever!

Liked the lighting around the property, disliked the cleansing of the rooms. Walls had stains on them, as well as the bathroom door, a lock mechanism was broke, total poor room cleansing.

Terrible. Kids running and screaming at midnight, fingerprints on mirror, sticky floors, weird smells, broken furniture, no breakfast, dirty surfaces. Don't believe the pictures!

The front desk clerk barely spoke at checking. I had to ask for the WiFi pw and directions to the elevators. The same clerk was at the front desk in the morning and did not say a word. The breakfast advertised was a brown bag with an OJ and muffin. My room was just over the pool and there was a party going on until well after 2:00 am. The room was nice. I will not use this hotel again.

This property is not typical of other limited services hotel. The front desk agent did not know any info about the surrounding area so we could get needed supplies. There was no way to print nor breakfast in the lobby.

In the near future it will be freshly renovated but for our stay they were in the middle of it. Lobby torn up. Fitness room was a storage room. Swimming pool unusable. Deck was staging materials. Black plastic floating in the pool. Our keys got canceled after each night of a 3 night stay. 1st room the fridge did not work at all so we switched rooms. Breakfast item? Closed at 9:30 so we never saw it. Since there was no lobby, the idea was to ask at the desk. On the up side, the staff was courteous and quick to fulfill our simple needs, keys , towels… The room was reasonable.

First off, they have me a room with unmade bed and towels everywhere. The door wouldn't even latch and stayed beeping. I went and got switched rooms immediately. And the clerk was deeply hitting on me and when I asked if they had any Tylenol or any kind of basic pain reliever (headache from driving) he offered to bring in a doctor? I immediately said no. New room had a 2 way mirror and an OPEN and unlocked window. But I mean hands down best water pressure in a hotel shower I've ever had. Don't go as a woman alone. Please use your rights to carry if going here. I was scared the whole stay.

Clean facility. Good price. Rough area of town. $50 cash only deposit upon check-in that was not addressed in online reservation. No atm on premises. Continental breakfast shown in amenities but sign posted in hotel—no breakfast. When asking about breakfast was offered a “breakfast bag”—bottle of orange juice, honey bun, 2 packaged muffins.

He said if you don't likeit, you can leave. I wished i could but it was very late and i had no option. The room was not clean. The bathroom floor was dirty. The blanketbwas soiled. In the morning, i was headed to church and neededb to iron my clothes. There holder for the iron hadvno iron in it. Itrued to call the front desk to ask for one. He refused to pick up. I had to assist at the desk in pajamas to ask him for an iron. He refused to get one. I asked him to go to a vacant room to get one. He refused. He cursed me for insisting he provide an iron. I had to go to SEVERALN other lodgers only to learn in each room the iron was not working or missing. The interesting thing is, all of the patrons who had NO FUNCTIONING IRONS WERE MINORITIES. THE. WHITE LODGER WAS THE ONLY ONE WHO HAD A FUNCTIONING IRON. HE GAVE IT TO ME, THANK GOD. THIS PLACE WAS A DUMP AND FIRE ALMOST$100 I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE.

they do not have any “do not disturb” signs, so every morning at 930am housekeeping is banging on your door asking if you need service. very annoying to deal with every single day

The Room was nice and clean, Spacious room. Bed was comfortable. The Coffee Packets available in the room was weak so was the coffee Creamer. No Breakfast was available in this Hotel. It would have been greater place to stay if a good coffee and breakfast was provided
