The shower pressure Was not accessible. Tripped on the rug in the breezeway, it is a safety hazard. There was only one light in the room. My request for an accessible room was not honored. Overall odor in the hotel was repulsive. For a non-smoking hotel I would recommend that visitors not be allowed to sit on the front sidewalk, smoking as people coming in and out of the hotel. Smokers do not care for that.

The kitchen had the appliances but nothing to cook with or eat with, not sure if there's supposed to be but there's absolutely nothing. The elevator reeked of pot and the room fumed of Pinesol so powerful! The bed looked like a prison bed, Ive never encountered anything like this before in a hotel.

The location It was very dirty, dust and dirt on the floors. The sheets had stains. There was still soap and shampoo from the previous guests, and the room had a moldy smell. I wasn’t expecting luxury at $115 but this was worse than the cheapest hotels/motels I’ve ever stayed in. If we hadn’t had an issue with our cars lights we would have left, but it was already very late and my daughter and I were exhausted. We slept on top of the cover because the sheets were so bad.

Bedding and shower liner had stains all over. It was supposed to be a smoke free floor but the whole floor smelled like cigarettes. First night there the fire alarm rang for about an hour straight at 2AM.

Staff was extremely nice BUT This place look more like a MOTEL. The weed smell all over was terrible. The emergency door in the 4 floor was block with a fridge. Elevator very old . Fridge smells like cigarrate. The toilet was leaking. But the pic no match with the real hotel.

I understand management isn't responsible for snow. That being said, this was the worst stay I have ever had. No salt, no kitty litter, no dirt, nothing. I was stick several times. The management has over a WEEK to prepare for this. There were so many people upset, screaming and yelling coming from their windows because people were stuck and couldn't get anywhere. Awful establishment.

Missed communication on a high level, bad customer service, the lady that was on the counter on 12/31 in the morning miss treated customer arguing and not assisting in the proper way,the place is not what you see on the pictures, poor cleaning, dog are barking the whole night, a lot of noise the whole night👎👎👎 we book a room and it ended up that not body contact us to let us know about the issue and the almost didn’t offer a new room 👎

I told him you are not talking to the same guy because I have never talked to you about my reservations and never gave my credit card number to you as I showed my receipt and reservation from Expedia to the on call guy standing right next to me. Then he said “ I will let you stay but you have to give your credit card and ID to the on call person and will get you back once you check out in the morning “ I could not believe what I was hearing. I composed myself again and told him that my reservation is booked and paid. He said that he would come to the hotel as I was stayed at the check in office 30min. A minute later , on call guy abruptly brought check in paper which has my name on it along with room cards. Then he called the manager not to come. And he apologized

No one bothered us, but going in and out of the building there were people with no swipe keys waiting to come in. No security. There were people sleeping in their car in the parking lot. And a homeless couple sitting by the door asking for money.

No usb plug for charging phones, a kitchen with no utensils or plates but you can rent them for 19.99 for 4 plates and cutlery, you can buy them across the street at target for cheaper

There was no breakfast at this facility Sink in bathroom had either mold or dirt around it. The bathroom door was hard to close shut. The bottom of the bathroom mirror was stained. The refrigerator was door was filthy. The room itself looked old.

Many things did not work in room. Bad smell. Stains on tub. We didn't even stay . We ended up driving home 2 hours away. Did not feel comfortable there at all

Location to Jiffy Lube live is the only reason I got it No coffee pot ,no hair dryer, shampoo, soap and body wash was absolutely awful. It was barely enough for one person and for the price I paid for those rooms they could have done better.

There’s dogs barking and you can’t leave the window open to air out the smell because there is a LOUD train that runs by throughout the night which kept me up. The paint was all pealing, there was rust and dirt? On the fridge. No lamps, just overhead lighting. TV didn’t work. No ice machine, just ice trays in the freezer which we had to fill with unfiltered tap water. Place was disgusting and I would have moved hotels if I didn’t have to be at a concert right after checking in.

We knew it was going to be a basic stay just for one night. But there were fruit flies in the room, the toilet seat wasn't attached, the room had the srtongest smell of bleach. When walking toward the lobby there was fresh dog poop on the floor in the hall.

Love the 24 hour check and service. The location was quiet and great. Rooms were okay. Showers great. The light switches were weird at first and would nice to have charging station near bed.

It was a very nice room, comfortable, and affordable, staff was super nice. I didn’t get much sleep for the love birds next to us and the bed banging against the wall, but that’s no fault of the hotel

It was frustrating due to my condition and they offered no help in any of it. The room is small and the reservation service shows rooms with king beds which we reserved and found all their room only have double beds! Ridiculous! We will never stay here again! Only plus was location it was near everything you could need from movie theater to food! Location was awesome!

The front desk attendee was the absolute nicest woman I’ve had the pleasure of meeting during a hotel check in. We had travelled 8 hours and she managed to find us a room to check in early

They called to cancel my booking the night before my arrival because they overbooked specifically because a guest wanted to extend their stay, I asked to speak to a manager, then the rude front desk associate said they were going to keep my reservation at that point. The next morning around 9:30 am they call to say that they now only have a single room available with no pullout bed, now how is that ok when I booked for 2 adults and a 13 year old child!? So they cancelled my reservation they day of my arrival to accommodate someone else. The staff is rude and the managers are useless. Better to pay a few more dollars to stay at a reputable hotel! I managed hotels for 10 years and if I overbooked I accommodate the guest at another hotel and my company would cover the difference. This place is ridiculous to cancel on the same day arrival!! And I we traveled from PA to visit our daughter who is at college. Smh

When I made the reservation I asked if I could check in before the normal check in time and they told me to ask the receptionist if they had clean rooms. They would say yes, but when I arrived and asked, they told me they did have clean rooms and charge

When I got my room key it wouldn't work so I had to go all the way back down to the office. She checked said it was working on her end but she will come up with me to possibly change the batteries My kids and I stood there in a smoke-filled hallway with her. While she tried to unscrew the cover she said she didn't have any other rooms to give me so she's got to get this off no maintenance person. I even tried to get the screw undone while we are out there an extremely drunk woman that said she works there came by and made me and my kids very uncomfortable I tried my best not to freak out for my children's sake then suddenly she said she's going to go look and see if she has another room. Possibly a two bedroom. We all went down again. She gave me a room key for the 4th floor and the drunk lady that was still there talking said oh fourth floor. Just make sure you lock your doors and I was like now I don't want to stay up there but there's no other choice. Nice to have a cooktop and big fridge. Not a 5-star hotel but we all know that. It’s good to have a comfortable bed, satellite TV, hot showers and laundry facilities on-site. Stayed there 3 weeks and it was a good stay

I constantly stay here because, in general, it's a very nice day! However, this time when I stayed at this location, the Wi-Fi was out and there was no way to resolve it and there was no compensation for not providing the amenities that they advertised. Very disappointing

Extended Stay had everything I needed to be comfortable for an evening! There was quite a bit of noise in my hallway, but the Front Desk successfully addressed the problem, and promptly. My TV was broken and unable to be fixed, however, and the area around the hotel was quite noisy.

When I first pulled up, I thought I was at the wrong hotel. It appeared that there were many people standing outside, sitting around the building. The front desk person was very nice. My room reeked of cigarette smoke, almost to the point that I wanted to pack up and leave. Breathing was not that easy having to breath in the smoke scent.

Overall good place. Friendly staff and affordable. Food options in the area are plentiful. My only complaint, and if you can even call it a complaint, I thought the vending machines were a bit expensive, and there were no ice machines available.

It was great. Quiet, efficiency of checking in & out. Plenty of parking. Parking lot was nice and lit up, we hung outside and had drinks after a concert and nobody bothered us, we weren’t loud (at least I don’t think we were)

HOTELS.COM even tried to track someone down… no luck. Finally a nice man who happened to be staying there knew how to get in touch with the woman and found her for us. and when she did finally show up…. She was having some sort of melt down. After waiting another TWENTY MINUTES While she ranted on an on about the hotel being taken over, police officers being on property, the papers in the lobby being sent from corporate, an incident that she had the night prior, how she walks slow to test the patrons and that I passed her test…. I finally just left. Making me an hour late for my party bc I had to go to a fast food place to change. And honestly I was scared of the way the front desk lady was acting and by myself and so I never checked in. I would like my money back.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stay at.

I woke up Sunday morning to ants crawling all over me and the room was covered with them. I showered and left before the window opened so I had no chance to address this anyone. Very disappointed in this considering how much I paid to stay there

Great if you need a no-frills place to stay for the night. But nothing spectacular. Staff was friendly and property was clean.

Worst hotel ever. Overpriced. No room service, nor cleaning. Nobody made the bed or changed towels. In the middle of nowhere. The only positive note: Ms. Heidi, Property Manager. She was always professional, polite and understanding. Great asset.

Tiffany was awesome. I just didn't think it was welcoming to have her doing so many things that she wasn't at the desk and I had to call. I was appalled that after checking us in at 11 pm and working over night that she was still there when we checked out because the manager decided to take the 4th off.

Very friendly and courteous staff, comfy beds, great location. A bit louder than normal and bed cover was dirty. Otherwise everything was on par with a two star property. Also the mini kitchen was in great shape, and the full size fridge was a welcome bonus.

Woodspring is an “efficiency studio” model. Stove, microwave….but absolutely no dishes of any kind in the kitchenette and no coffee pot….and no coffee downstairs in lobby either. My guess is that the longer term residents of this “housing project” stole everything from the cabinets in the kitchenette. It’s definitely cheap for the area, but I’d recommend being armed if a traveler wishes to stay there. I’ve traveled the world and stayed in crappy places…this was about the crappiest. But! The shower was hot, the bed was soft, and the pillows were good….

We were a little upset because we found some hair on the bed and a big hair ball on the floor next to the bed. So we made the bed with our own linens that we carry just in case.

This place is a nightmare, and might as well be a halfway house or even worse. My kids felt very unsafe and we drove home 4hrs in the middle of the night so we didn’t have to sleep there. The smell of marijuana in the halls and elevator unfortunately didn’t help my mood.

No lamps in our room. Walls dirty. We requested non-smoking room, but our Room smelled like smoke. Room was bland. Uninviting. No curtains. Window blinds dusty. Windows were dirty. The entire hotel had a strange smell. There was no phone in the room. There is nowhere to sit downstairs while waiting for takeout orders to be delivered. Room rate is high considering that it is a no frills hotel. We would not recommend this hotel.

Front desk person was rather rude. Made it clear that because I was a late check in she had up to 30 minutes to get to the desk.

Booked room for concert we came to attend. When we arrived back at the room after the concert and turned on the lights roaches were running rampant. This was at 11pm. We decided to leave and drive the 3 1/2 hours back home. Front desk was closed so we could not talk to anyone about the bug issue. When I called the front desk the next morning and discussed what had happened the person who answered said he was sorry and was issuing me a $50 refund on a $136 room. Very disappointed and will never return. Would not recommend this hotel to anyone

Very sketchy, felt like a rent by the hour place and the room was filthy! The whole place smelled of cigarettes and there were BLACK HAIRS in the bed…

Bad all around. Our original hotel was overbooked, so we got sent to another location. Which wouldn’t have been so bad, but we got stuck in a smoking room. AC didn’t work, no water pressure, and the floors were filthy/sticky.

3 people smoking directly in front of entrance; one with a gun strapped to his ankle. my husband saw him in hallway later; no bedside lighting; smell of stale smoke with insecticide in nonsmoking room; stcky floors in room; dog poop on sidewalk at parking lit which remained for days; exterior garbage can overflowing with trash

Everything from sheets, towels to bed have a lot of use already. I've seen worse. If you don't mind BASIC, the place is okay. Don't expect things like soap and coffee. Toilet tissue is supplied. Great laundry room!

Having never stayed at the WoodSpring Suites, we did not understand that it was unlike other extended stay properties we had visited. The room was clean, but provided no amenities, including dishes or soap in the kitchen. We were required to purchase those things either at the front desk, or go to one of the local stores to buy them. The room had all the basic necessities, but was somewhat

I reserved a non smoking room. They put me in a smoking room and there weren’t any non smoking rooms to change me to.

Paid for the room with a sofa and got the smaller room. You could smell the smoke thru the walls and you could hear people talking next to and above you.....

The front desk staff was very rude, could be better without her there.

First impression from the outside, OK. Inside, had to wait 15 minutes to check in, and there was no non-smoking available. When I entered the hallway to elevator, the stench from smoking was overwhelming, and after stepping off the elevator to 4th floor it was worse. The smell followed me into the room. Had I not been late for an appointment I would have checked out. The only salvation was turning on the heater on return, which freshened the air. But the smelly smoke smell permeated the room, including the bed linen. Unfortunately, could not open the window. Relief only came with leaving in the morning. But the smell remained in my clothes.

This was a horrible hotel. It was so disgusting that we didn’t even stay. My daughter was in the parking lot puking! We have reached out to the corporate office, after being hung up on by the hotel, and have been told they do not give refunds. I will be contacting my bank! Whatever you do don’t stay here.

It was the average run of the mill hotel. It was clean and comfortable. We were a little mislead by the phrase "full kitchen" and bought frozen pizzas. So that could be rewarded.

1st week here - carpeted room smelled bad, found condom wrapper beside bed. 3rd week here - changed room to vynal flooring - much better! General manager doesn't know what he is doing. Ask for Tiffany, she really runs the place. 1st week- ck in w/Tiffany all good. 2nd week - extended booking thru Hotels.com, all done. Called Tiffany, anything I need to do? Nope, all good. Next day, Mgr calls & tells me I need to pay. I tell him no, I paid already. He asks me, so do I need to charge expedia.com? I don't know how your internal processes. Why is Mgr asking the customer what to do??? This is unprofessional. I just let it go. HE CHARGED MY CARD after I already paid! Hotels called him to correct this. Week 3 - paid thru Hotels, next day Mgr calls me "you were suppose to check in yesterday, what is wrong, why did you not check in?" Seriously? Why doesn't this man, the MANAGER, check with his employees before bothering customers? I did ck in and even changed rooms! AND HE CHARGED MY CARD AGAIN! Make Tiffany the manager, this man is truly clueless to what is going on in his hotel.

Hit or miss, depending on the room you receive. Carpeted rooms maintain a foul odor, but hard wood rooms are much nicer.

Bed horrible, pillows horrible. There were blinds but no curtains. Thus, bright as day during the night.

Turned out they had overbooked my stay. They called me to let me know- when I called hotels.com to inform them no one could get hold of the front desk. I was already on my way so I went to the hotel and asked the front desk girl to talk them and she refused telling me that it would sort out on it’s own. The next day I called hotels.com and let them know I had a different hotel outside of their services and demanded my money back- again they couldn’t get a hold of the front desk. Hotels refunded my money thankfully but I will NEVER book this hotel ever again.
