There wasn't anything to like about this motel other than the free, mediocre breakfast.

The hotel advertised as 100% smoke free but the room smelled like smoke. The bedding had burns in it, sheets were stained, and an old cigarette butt was on the floor. The carpet was filthy and made our feet black on the bottom.

The breakfast was excellent for an economy value hotel, and the breakfast room was very clean, attractive, and well organized. The door to my room was loose and wobbly in the jamb, and it seemed like it would be very easy to force open. It did not feel safe, and it let hot air and bugs inside.

Chair beside bed was I very poor condition. Carpet needs replacing. Going into the bathroom I stepped on the nails from the strip that holds te carpet. The desk was unstable.

When I picked up the key at the front desk - the lobby had the aroma of marijuana. So I assume that the clerk was probably high. paid $77 & some change. Not worth 20$ Do not recommend.

Paid for two nights, Friday and Saturday checked out Saturday AM because it sucks - was told a refund would be provided for Saturday and have not received it or a response to multiple contact attempts. Person speaking with hotels.com hung up on them. They do smile at least when they rip you off!

The pool was black w/garbage in it, unusable obviously so crazy that they offer “a pool”. It is pet friendly. The staff is very nice. The room is filthy, besides changing the sheets & replacing the towels & toiletries they do no cleaning. My husband spent an hr or two cleaning our rm when we got there.

At 66 years old this was by far the worst experience of my life. The room was filthy from the floor, walls and ceiling. We turned the heater off because of how filthy it was and the odor it was blowing. There was a silver dollar size blood splatter on the ceiling, the toilet seat was broken and the toilet paper holder had pulled out from the wall. Neither of us took a shower in thee morning and we did not eat the complimentary breakfast. Our room number was 103 and the door would not stay shut unless you slammed it hard enough to shake the wall. While we were there, the police came not once, but on two separate occasions with sirens and lights. Surprisingly the beds were clean and comfortable. Honestly, we should have just left but I paid for the room through an app and a refund was not possible. This place should be inspected or shut down.

The room was dirty - French fries on the floor, greasy handprints on the furniture, disgusting remote and kids stickers on thing around the room. Also, the hair dryer didn't work.

Price, location, and comfortable bed. The smell in the room has an old wet rug smell, no desk or table to eat at, very dusty especially behind the TV, and most of all, the tub is very slippery which I fell twice. So what I did was placed a towel in the shower which stops the tub from being so slippery.

It was a bit rough, bath fan didn’t work, grimey trim and doors, smelled like smoke and the little fridge had an annoying buzz.

The property is in dire need of cleanup and repair. The parking lot was full of debris, cig butts and general trash. The dumpster area had trash on the ground all around it. This was probably the filthiest Baymont I've ever been in. Staff was great - tried to do everything to fix the problem, but amount of filth and just run down conditions was beyond their scope. This condition took a long time to get to this point - there's no upkeep to this facility.

We stopped because we were too tired to keep driving. It's a decent older hotel. There was no loud music playing or people hanging outside. It's very clean and the staff is friendly. Bed was comfortable and the water was strong and hot.

Upon check in to the property, the desk clerk was asleep. I had to ring the bell a few times. While in the room, there were a total of 5 German roaches that made an appearance. One on the ceiling, one on the bathroom sink counter, 2 crawling beside and behind the bed and the last one seen came out from behind the refrigerator. Unfortunately, when brought to the desk clerk's attention, they did nothing about it. They just lost a good, paying customer as i frequent this area often.

But the last time was stayed the maintenance man asked me to park it behind the building and we did. But another driver was allowed to park where I was told not to. And the front desk would not even give me time to unload my truck close to my room before he started calling me demanding I move my truck. It was very rude behavior.

Our room was extremely dirty. There was candy on the floor, the shower curtain had mold on it, the fridge was leaking, there was hair all over the bathroom floor and in the shower. The remote, alarm clock and the phone did not work. The phone actually didn't even have a cord going into the wall. Very dissatisfied!

AC sounded like an airplane taking off making it hard to sleep. Front door jams need repair, they close and lock but large gap. Really needs renovation. Again, staff is awesome, friendly, courteous and helpful.

The place is run down, dirty, and not smoke free! The inside of the room was so broken down there were holes in the walls, the bed and pillows were so uncomfortable. I will say Tanisha at the desk was a doll. She was the only good thing about this place!

My stay was horrible due to bugs, dirty room, tv remote not working , keycard not working until 3 attempts and no hot water for shower until long wait. The area didn’t feel safe people drinking and sitting around when trying to find our way to walking to stairs. Loud voices outside your door and suspicious people hanging around.

The experience was terrible. Booked 3 rooms . The rooms were smelly and not clean. When I complained , I was told nothing can be done. One of the rooms AC was not covered with filters lying around. I had to abandon the stay and lost my money as it was non refundable

Spiders, bugs, backed up sink, and shower head sprayed all over floor. Moved to another room, spiders, bugs, shower didn’t drain. My debit card was compromised and used in the UK. The staff and manager was extremely friendly. They refunded one of my night stays.

Got bit by bedbugs at 4am on my right elbow and left ankle..jumped gʻup sprayed the bed down with lysol spray....doing the time of spraying the bed killed 2 bedbug...afterwards tried to go to sleep, seen another...Front desk was notified of this situation

The room next to us literally had tv blaring and could hear conversations until 3am then other people showed up around 4am and they were raising their voices and using words and things I really did not want my son to hear. We got up at 6am as we had flown from Canada for my son to try out with the University soccer team and when we got up there door was wide open and the smell of weed was in the air. I went to the front desk but no one was there and we had to leave. I feel like this hotel needs security at night. Don’t stay here if you need a good sleep.

The staff was very friendly but some deep cleaning and updates are needed. The exhaust fan cover was hanging halfway off in the bathroom and there was no fan. Mildew/mold was around the top of the bathroom walls. There were people hanging out around the parking lot all through the night.Felt a little uneasy going from and to my car.

Noisy guests with children allowed to run freely about the property. When asked, the front desk could do nothing. Police ended up being called once i had to confront the parent because front desk did nothing

Noisy guests with children allowed to run freely about the property. When asked, the front desk could do nothing. Police ended up being called once i had to confront the parent because front desk did nothing

Billy, the young man that checked us in, was absolutely amazing!!! He accomodated us in every possible way. When I booked with Expedia, when prompted about special needs, I specifically asked for a handicap accessible room with a roll away bed. We have three young teens, one of which has just finished nine months of chemo and had his lower left leg amputated This information was nit shared with Baymont! They don't have wheelchair accessability ramps, bathrooms nor roll-away beds. For the two night stay, the children had to take turns sleeping on the floor. I feel like Expedia should make this up to my family for the extreme inconvenience. Needless to say, my grandson couldnt take a shower either! My husband and I highly commend Billy for going the extra mile fir us!

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed in the gym facilities. I work out every day and the treadmill was not working. The TV was broken and it was filthy, dirty. The water, cooler was unplugged and empty as well.

Great spot for traveling with a dog. Lots of green space for walking. Only downfall was the internet was not working

Had a great stay, the staff was friendly, the rooms were clean with a nice tv and channel options. Very nice complimentary breakfast in the mornings as well. Will stay again when I come back.

Our room was fairly clean, but my daughter’s room look like there was a murder in it. There was blood on the rug, and it looked like the ceiling was falling down from water damage. We definitely did not appreciate the pimp and his hooker next-door to our room! We stay at this hotel approximately 20 minutes, and before leaving for fear of our lives.

Very clean and friendly staff. Property is a little old and needs a general spruce up.

the room was fine. Getting woken up at 2:30am was not good. then I called the front desk and complained about a man shouting outside our room. he told me oh they are leaving. well they came back an hour later and woke me up again. This should not be tolerated. they should have called the police. the man sounded drunk.

Quick efficient check-in, good selection breakfast fare, comfortable room. Local eateries, within walkable distance.

Clean comfortable and easy to get to. Lots of walkable restaurants near by.

It was ok for the night we stayed. We did feel the need to wipe things down to make sure it was clean.

Door security latch broken. Smoke detector missing. Bathroom fan did not work. You can se daylight around tge door

The check in was quick and the clerk was friendly. The hotel is convenient to shopping and dinning.

just what i needed

There were spider webs hanging all over the room. The towels were disgustingly dirty. Floor mats had stains. Absolutely not a place to stay even for 1 night.

There was a dead roach in the bathroom and someone used the toliet and didn’t flush so obviously the room was not cleaned thoroughly just the surface

The worst part was that we saw employees smoking in the lobby (behind the front desk) and right outside guest rooms. This is not acceptable for a hotel that claims to be 100% smoke free.

The employees were professional and extremely pleasant.

The place is a little outdated and need fixing but my family and I had a great time.

Excellent front desk staff and outstanding room. Highly recommended.
