    Unfortunately the power went out around 2 or 3am in the morning and it was very hot in the room and had to navigate in the dark once the morning came, checked out around 10am and the power was still out.

    The hotel is right in front of FAT. We got up at 4:00 for a 6:00 AM flight, checked out, and walked across the street and into the terminal. My only complaint is that the garden area around the indoor pool was infested with mosquitoes.

    This hotel has seen better days. The only positive is that it is a 3 min walk to airport and the staff I think tries. The carpeting is filthy and rippled in all common areas. Would not go barefoot in the rooms or anywhere - the restaurant isn’t open at all on Sundays -when it was open they literally ran out of food ! They didn’t keep the water filled in the lobby or coffee going throughout the day. Again bare minimal amenities. No soap in the shower - it was empty. Did not trust the pool based on the condition of the rest of the location. Room didn’t have cups or coffee for the small coffee maker. Had trouble getting air to work.

    Our initial room was dark and humid, so we requested a room change. The second room was slightly better, but cleanliness was still lacking. The linens appeared old, both the shower gel and shampoo bottles were empty, and the couch had a visible stain. Overall, the hotel is in need of an urgent update and improved upkeep to meet expected standards. On the other hand, the staff was very helpful and kind. Also, the btreakfast was yummy! One thing thought, the remote check in was kind of frustrating and our room keys didn’t work after. We rather use in-person check in.

    It’s a great setup, excellent location to everything we need. I wish they would invest in the upkeep of gym equipment, spa, and pool furniture - but the cost was reasonable so at least they’re not over charging.

    A unique property at an ideal location! It’s located steps from the airport so if you are flying I imagine this is the ideal hotel. The pool is very unique. I love the waterfall, it’s so quirky! This is a fantastic hotel if you are looking for a place to spend the night, not necessarily if you are looking to stick around the hotel hanging out. (The indoor pool in the center of the hotel made the whole place feel a bit muggy.)

    We cancelled and did not stay as they had no handicapped accessible rooms. When we checked in and went to our room, we learned that it was not handicapped accessible. We went immediately to the front desk and requested a different room. We were told they had no other rooms available, but would check us out and refund our credit card. Since that time they have built us for two nights stay when we did not stay at their hotel at all. This hotel is in a very bad area of town, is not clean and cannot accommodate handicapped persons.

When asked WHy Sean Lee the Manger stated that it was policy then he attempted to print a short document. ? that had not stated anything that I was told upon talking to him I spoke with Ruby chahal she attempted to explain by pointing to wall signs

    Very close to the rental car return at Fresno Yosemite Airport If I could describe the hotel in 1 word it would be “filthy”. Our room was disgusting, stains on sheets and pillow cases, stains on the chair, stains on the lamp covers, dead ants on the walls, and an A/C unit that kept kicking itself off and had to be manually turned back on.

I would have understood if this place was a whole in the wall in the middle of nowhere. But next to Fresno's International Airport? come on.

    Staffing was great, location to airport perfect and pool has real plants in the area and not over the top in chemical smelling. BUT the carpet is not stapled down in the rooms or hallways well; trip hazard, toilet in 271 is loose, you can manual swivel the entire toilet. Stains on walls and carpet in rooms and hallways. Breakfast was warm/cold when we arrived which we were forst in line (6am) prior to the door openning. Pool was to cold to swim in (50-60 degrees) the hot tube is being remodeled so it was closed and no towels for the four people swimming/lounging. Elevator was out of order and no fire extinguisher in our hallway( near room 275). No restaurant on Sundays or Mondays...being an airport hotel, I would think it would be a good time to be open. Neighborhood had lots of homeless and was dirty. No shuttle service to hotel which is fine if you are brave enough to walk by what appeared to be junkies and homeless folks.

    The hotel in general had this musty odor like it was just humid inside it of course they have an indoor pool so that would make sense but it just felt warm and humid. The room felt like it just had this feet smell like somebody just taking off their shoes from a long day's work luckily I bring my own for breeze but still to go into a room like that disappointed. On top of the throughout the hotel they have carpet which doesn't make sense as their indoor pool people walking you can tell in certain sections the carpet was worn and bunched up

    Upon arrival front desk staff was friendly. When we got to our room we discovered mold all over the bathroom ceiling, as well as the drywall ceiling caving in. There was mold in the shower as well. Tv didnt work. No laundry facility. Breakfast doesnt start until 7 on the weekend, putting a damper on our schedule. Wont book again

    The room appeared poorly maintained and inadequately cleaned. There was visible mold in the bathroom, cracks in the sink, and the shower did not drain properly. The provided shampoo bottles were unclean, with visible residue and buildup. The bed linens were wrinkled, stained, and did not appear freshly laundered. Additionally, the carpet throughout the room had multiple visible stains and hardened spots, and it felt unclean underfoot. The pillows and mattress were heavily worn and had an unpleasant odor. The issues extended beyond the room. The hot tub was out of service, the surrounding gate showed signs of rust, and there were what appeared to be maintenance materials stored near the pool area. The pool furniture was also in poor condition and unclean. Overall, the property gave the impression of long-term neglect, raising concerns about cleanliness and basic upkeep standards. I would appreciate a prompt response addressing these concerns, as well as information on how you intend to resolve this matter. Sincerely,

    This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was not clean, the pool was ice cold and unusable we couldn't even put our feet in, the carpet throughout the entire hotel was disgusting and probably never been cleaned, we had hair in the shower drain and mold in the bathroom, and the breakfast was gross and boring. I will never stay here again and will be asking for money back.

    All the rooms are laid out around a single level, and cars park right in front of your window. Because of that, you can hear noise from people and cars very easily, so it doesn’t feel very private. For almost $200 a night, I would rate it a 6/10. I wouldn’t recommend it.

    The breakfast was 7/10. I missed the bagels or biscuits w gravy option and also there was no waffle option and no bacon. The food there did taste good though. Flavored creamers would have been a great option. Also, our room was floor 1 and right outside was parking. People were very loud outside our window while coming/going to their cars. Maybe a "Quiet , please reminder posted outside would help. Staff were all friendly and our room was clean and the bed/pillows were very comfortable. I would stay here again on 2nd floor away from parking lots.

    The hotel is right next to the airport, within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. She gave me a room right away. The best of this stay was the included breakfast. There is no elevator to the 2nd floor. We had to carry our luggage up. The room was good sized, clean, but the AC was very laud and noisy.

    Excellent location to stay when arriving at FAT late at night, or departing early in the morning. We stay here EVERY TIME travel to the Fresno area on our way to see family in Lemoore. You can walk to the hotel from the airport. Nice little lounge on site. Breakfast has a great selection.

    i’m very disappointed my family was really looking forward to enjoying time in the spa and the pool … the spa was not working .. the pool was freezing cold you couldn’t even enjoy staying in for a minute … plus the room had a very bad humid smell when you walk in there … when we in are room getting for bed there was roaches crawling behind the bed frame then on the wall then we saw one on the blind then behind the tv i called the front desk and they said they were going to let the manager know about it … worst experience ever with this hotel

Breakfast was good, including scrambled eggs, sausage, and potatoes/peppers. We were checked out by a virtual agent on a screen in the lobby which was our first time experiencing that and it was kind of odd. The property could use updating like new hallway carpet, but was mostly clean and our room was updated and had plenty of outlets.

    My work truck was broken into in the hotel parking and the staff was not very helpful. I was supposed to get a follow up call from hotel manager to discuss shat happened and never heard from anyone. I will not stay here again.

    Nothing Upon arrival they could not find my reservation. I showed them my booking number. They still denied the reservation existed but sent us to a room that was not handicapped accessible. We immediately went back to the front desk and explained it was not acceptable due to lack of handicapped access. I was checked out by the front desk staff and was told by the front desk that they would refund my credit card. They have since charged me for the three day stay after checking us out and now refuse to refund the charges.

    We picked this place for our kids (4 & 2) because the pool looked unique; the water was absolutely freezing. I understand most pools are not heated but this felt extreme compared to the last 4 we had stayed at this trip. It wasn’t just us, there were several adults and kids there complaining. And no one was staying in When we asked for towels the front desk said they could only bring down 4 due to “inventory” for everyone there. No one even brought those. Room was dirty, sheets were stained, coffee maker gross. Shower ran out of hot water after one 5 min shower.

    The water got shut off and there were bugs in the room. Just a couple, both flying, nothing in the bed. Probably a local bug for the climate. The front house staff, especially Mary, were thoughtful and tried to give a good experience. Was close to the airport, like 7mins walk, which was convenient. This is good for single business travelers. Not a getaway with the wife. You get what you pay for.

    This hotel does not have a restaurant or any food items on Sunday and Mondays. I had called a few days to double check and they only said yes we have a restaurant. They offer no shuttle to take us to eating places, The TV did not work when we went to our room and they had to send someone to hook it up properly. He said the hotel should go back to their prior cable service.

    I was told at check in after I had prepaid and checked in online as requested. I got to the hotel around 6pm to check in. I was told my room was already sold and they sold out of a two queen bed rooms. Mind you I had pre paid for the room a week prior. I waited about 15 minutes while the receptionist worked on the computer she gave me a key and said she found me a room. I went to the room and it was already occupied by people. Yes I walked into people in their room with the key given to me!! Horrifying! Then I went back to the receptionist and was told I only had a room if I took the one king bed. So my family had to stay in a room with one bed Ana horrible pill out couch. The pull out couch had soiled sheets rolled up in it. The face towel was also used. We were 6 hours away from home it was getting late. I was unfamiliar with the area and really had no other choice but to stay. I will never again book with Wyndham again. Do not make the same mistake and stay here at this hotel or any Wyndham on that matter.

    The bad- The bathroom sink was all sink basin with no countertop to set anything on. The Door jams were banged up on the outsides of all the rooms we walked past. The main entry door to our room was lightweight, you could see light all the way around it and it didn't feel secure. Apart from the main lobby, the first floor was carpeted throughout. What looked like it may once have been green or gold colored carpet is black from wear and lack of cleaning. The whirlpool was out of service and from reading other reviews, it seems that it has been for some time. The indoor pool was a big draw for us when picking the hotel. Unfortunately it was unheated and so cold that it hurt to be in the water. It was not enjoyable to swim in at all, unless you fancy ice plunges. The hotel restaurant was closed on a Monday afternoon and they did not have a snack/drink pantry or incidentals like Tylenol and antacids for sale like other hotels we have stayed at. Also not a good neighborhood and not walkable for restaurants, except maybe at the hotel next door. Overall, a good choice for an overnight before a flight but don't go for the pool and be ready to overlook some things on the way to your room.

    Most of the staff was very nice. Especially the female staff. But there was one young gentleman who seemed to be annoyed by having to assist me. I also did not like the virtual assistant. My biggest issue is that the keys don’t work every time I use them. And this is my third time at this hotel and the keys consistently stopped working after the first time you used them.

Also the hotel is so cheap they don’t even have an onsite front counter person fully staffed, rather a kiosk with someone staffing it from overseas. Oh and to top it off the WiFi also did not work. Cable was spotty like it barely had signal.

    This is one of the worst place I’ve ever encountered!! Came in to the building the smell is horrible, the rooms were horrible I found blood on the carpet. Immediately went back to the reception desk and requested a refund because I was basically only about 2 minutes in the room. I’m still waiting for the refund!     Always a convenient hotel to the Airport for those early morning flights. Just walk across the street to the terminal. I have stayed here over a dozen times. Never used the pool area. Disappointed that there is NOT a fan in the bathroom (didn't find mold in the tub this time). The bar/lounge was open on a Wednesday night, but I have stayed here on a Sunday and a Monday to find out that it was closed (had to door dash dinner). The room is clean, the hallways carpeting is dated and stained and not stretched (there are trip hazards ... not a problem for me, but might be for others). Great value for what you get. The room is quiet, even so close to the airport. I'll stay again, compromising the up-to-date facility for convenience.

    The property is dated, the carpets are worn but the room was clean and suitable for the one night I was there. I did not utilize the gym, or the pool. The restaurant is closed Sunday and Monday, I was not informed that at checkin ( I stayed on a Monday)and even Google said it was open. The one advantage of the property is it's right across the street from the car rental rental return. For one night it was fine, not worth more than that.

    Building definitely needs updating. Most of the carpet is stained and the furnishings worn. Our microwave didn't work but they replaced it right away. It was clean though. We stayed here for the indoor pool which was very cold so we didn't use it much. The hot tub is not currently available. Overall it was ok. The people were friendly.

    The hallway carpets were in terrible condition - they should have been changed years ago, based on the current condition. The only employee who treated us well was Violeta, in the restaurant. She also worked hard to keep the dining area clean and ready for new arrivals. Yes, we tipped her. In general, our stay was disappointing. We will not be selecting this hotel for future visits. And our granddaughter lives in the area so future trips are going to happen.

    Microwave did not heat on any setting or power level. Shower tub knob didn't have a stop, had to continue to turn knob until was set just right, in order to stop water flow. Drain wouldn't screw in, it was completely loose. TV had some channels, then took them away. Breakfast was supervised. Jacuzzi didn't work and pool was too cold. Not worth the money, perhaps sell the live chat check in and fix these issues.

    Great location if you’re flying into Fresno late and just want to sleep before you start your trip. The pool doesn’t open until 11am so don’t plan on a morning swim. Not much for food in the area so don’t plan on walking to dinner. Older motel that really needs new carpet.

    Quiet room. The toilet had mold and mildew under the rim (a lot of housekeepers miss this ...... I have stayed in a hotel room over 120 nights this year so far, and I find it more often than not). AND why don't the bathrooms have a fan?!?!?! Sure would help with the moisture causing mold issues. Other than that, it was a good stay. I WAS disappointed that the lounge and kitchen were closed (on Sundays and Mondays), so I had to DoorDash dinner and beverages. I did not use the pool area (just a quick stay, close to the airport). The morning breakfast was adequate.

    It was nice, but kind of frumpy, the carpet in the hallways were worn, I enjoyed that my room had a great air conditioner but the room was on the 2nd floor with no elevators. Dragging a suitcases up ten stairs was not to good. The bed was comfy, but I probably won't stay again.

    We just booked it for the proximity and price. Right next to car rental return so for that it’s really great. Place needs all new carpet in the halls, dining area, pool area etc. it’s in horrible condition. Room was fine and clean but was out of shower gel. Restaurant server and bartender was good and breakfast lady too. It worked out for us but it definitely could use some TLC.

    This is a shabby dirty property. The door keys didn’t work, we had to go back to get the reprogrammed. It was no surprise because the doors were so old. There was an empty body wash container in the shower and the maids said they were out of it. There was one bar of soap. There was a fridge and microwave an iron and closet space. Pool looked ok but I didn’t go in it.

    This hotel might have been great 50 years ago like the pics they advertise but it hasn’t been updated or deep cleaned since it was open. Pretty much the entire gym is out of service, the jacuzzi down indefinitely, but and I mean but. The bed and bedding is very comfortable and clean like very good quality down feathered pillows and all. And not to mention the breakfast was absolutely delicious. The eggs and country potatoes are worth the stay alone tbh. I would’ve gave this place 1-2 stars across the board if it wasn’t for the breakfast.

    The hotel was convenient for flying out from FAT the next morning. I could refill gas on my rental vehicle nearby and return it, and only drive two miles between refueling and the return. The food was surprisingly excellent at this hotel. The fish tacos and chicken marsala are recommended.

    Great location close to the airport, older hotel but clean rooms. This has been my go to the last few times I’ve came into or left Fresno however the last two times there was no staff just a kiosk where you check yourself in and program your own cards. Which could be fine except both times there was pretty loud parties going on both times on different floors and wings of the hotel and there was no staff to call to deal with it. I will give it to the text number I have on the last visit they finally got someone to to the hotel to quiet down the chaos by around midnight, u fortunately myself and my colleagues all had 4 am alarms so by the time the chaos was stopped we only ended up having a couple hours to sleep. I’d like to hope it was an isolated incident but it was the second time this month.

    This is truly a roach hotel (they were in the bathroom). Everything was dirty. There was blood stains on the sheets of one bed. Carpets were filthy and thread bare. There wasn't even a real person at the check in counter (virtual assistant). Only good thing was proximity to airport.

    Before check in. I received email stating early check in was available @ 1300 for $30,. Agent at front counter stated price is $50 and wanted to see my email stating $30 which i gladly showed him. Instead of charging $30 which Wyndam stated, he said it was sent out in error. After telling him, i refuse to pay 50, i asked for a manager. Sadly, he stated he was the manager! Ive worked in the Service Industry in customet service and he did not reflect "a positive demeanor! Next , Credit Card Issues. My AMX platinum which as no limit was declined. Patiently, i requested him to try again. It worked! I have several photos that i will be submitting to Wyndham Corporate Offices. I expect a response from the photos alone and a partial refund. There is no excuse for a dirty toilet!

    My review is mixed, the hotel is run down, dirty carpets and such. However, the beds seemed clean. There is conflicting info about the pool hours, the main reason for our booking. When the manager was asked about it she was very kind and allowed us to swim. The staff is great! The hotel could be a hit with some upgrades to the facility. Also, beware there is no elevator if you get booked on the second floor.

    Fit my purpose well for overnight and early morning flight. Parked my car here for a week and it was safe. A lady was outside openly smoking pot on a bench right outside the door with no staff intervention. Very very sparsely staffed. Hallway carpet is filthy and some doors are not accessible from outside and look like they've been broken into.

    The property was in a great location but the first thing that caught our attention was the video chat check in system. Didn't really think too much about that thinking maybe this is the wave of the future. The next thing that was a negative was our room was on the second floor and there was no elevator. We had to ask for help getting our luggage to the second floor and also back down the stairs. But the main thing was the water pressure was so low it barely was coming out when I took my shower, but wasn't coming out the shower head when my wife took her shower. She ended up having to take a bath because we had a plane to catch.

    Bathroom sink is really stupid. There’s no counter space. It was a horrible shower head spray was wacky. No body wash in the container. Only one towel bar for two people to share and hang wet towels. but I did like that. It’s convenient to the airport.     Second year in a row coming there and wont be doing it again, pool is absolutely freezing and jacuzzi is still not working for over a year. Air conditioner in the room did not work, made it hot and humid. Shampoo, conditioner and body wash were dirty and empty, carpet in rooms were stained and grimey. This place used to be nice and enjoyable, but after multiple disappointing stays wont be doing it again.

    Tge hotel bar was only open from 5pm to 9pm. So it was never available during the times that i was there. Parking was convenient and free. The room itself was run down. The bed was comfortable. The carpet was was stained and worn. The walls were also visibly worn. I didn’t try the pool but it looked nice. Breakfast was the same every day. The breakfast sausage was not to my liking at all. They also ran out of hot water for tea a few of the mornings.

    I have stayed at this hotel in the past when it was a Holiday Inn. The rate we got was great, but the hotel is showing a lot of wear and tear. The remote check-in kiosk worked well but it's weird with no attendant at front desk. A really nice pool. On the negative, the carpeting in public areas is worn and needs replacement. Nice room but we couldn't fully block light from pool area at nighttime. Sleeper couch in room was old and worn.

    Disappointing property to say the least, old, outdated, ugly. A person on a computer checked me in but the in person staff that needed to assist was grumpy and unfriendly. The carpet looks like original carpet, the pool in indoors which was odd and muggy. The worst part no elevators, just stairs, pretty inconvenient for all your luggage. The AC splitter in my room barely worked, the room never felt cool just like a fan blowing. Only needed one night here and won’t stay again.

    Straight down hill! I stayed here 2 years ago no problems. Now, no front desk staff only virtual, main hallway carpets are badly stained and not vacuumed, musty smell throughout hotel, doors from outside do not lock so anyone can enter, room was not well cleaned, no trash bag in can, poop marks still in the toilet, zero body wash-the container fell on my foot in the shower, hair in the sink, bugs crawling around all over outside, black widows outside, loud banging doors and screaming people. I will never ever stay here again.

    You check in through a kiosk in a clean lobby the lady at the desk is extremely rude while checking in I saw her refunding a lady being extremely rude and once I checked in and headed to my room I saw the reason behind the refund it was extremely dirty all the way to the room dirty walls dirty carpets urine smell and once in the room I just felt dirty there was a feces stain on the wall and when passing the hot tub and swimming pool the hot tub was taped off and out of order and it’s the weirdest set up the pull is in the middle of a restaurant so all the seating surrounds the pool so in the event you wanted to swim you were the main entertainment for the diners so no one was swimming . I requested a refund and had to face the angry troll of a woman at the front desk and she said I was refunded but I have yet to see the credit so after an 8 hour drive I had to take my kids to another hotel and rent a safe clean room . Do better Wyndham

    We booked the hotel specifically for the advertised indoor heated pool. The pool was not heated and the jacuzzi was out service. There were no towels at the pool and when they were brought to us they were stained badly and looked dirty. The carpet in the hallways is not pulled tightly and extremely dirty and stained.

    The property was built in the 70’s and it looks like it has never been updated. The carpets were so filthy that the bottom of our socks were black.     Toilet was broken, they acted like they didn’t want to switch room for us until day 2. Finally moved us and they moved us to a room where blankets and bed mattress topper had slits and holes in it and the toilet still was broke. Noise level from other people was loud they didn’t care
