Quality Inn Fresno Yosemite Airport

Cheap place near the airport. I walked to the airport at 5:00 a.m. and felt safe.

Room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was basic, pancakes, yogurt, cereal, coffee, juice. The rooms could use with some maintenance, the faucets were old and there was an old smoky smell even though it was a non-smoking room.

My wife stays here for a week every year. She has never had problems. They put me in a room that they hadn’t used in quite awhile. Faucets were hard to turn. Toilet would barely flush. Security doors on each side of rooms had one door broken. Tried to get different room but was told this was all they had. Breakfast was the best thing this place had to offer

the price is right. I've stayed there 4-5 times as a pre-airport lodging. There is a pothole in the parking lot that seems to get bigger and bigger. No attempt to repair it has been made. It's deep enough to seriously damage a vehicle.

Neat and clean room with everything we needed. Beds comfortable and location was great to catch up with friends who were flying in before moving on to travel together. Breakfast was delicious! Loved the waffles!

The staff was helpful, but it felt like an old property. The beds were just okay, the blankets felt like old and dusty. They have a very basic breakfast, no bread or bagel. Their coffee machine was damaged, so only decaf was available. Overall, not a great stay.

Breakfast was sparse, and the coffee was terrible. The bathroom wasn’t entirely clean, and the faucet barely worked. The shower had very little pressure and took a full two minutes to get hot. Otherwise it was ok.

The staff is very kind unfortunately the facility is quite poorly maintained. The hot water only worked intermittently, no one has cleaned a wall or vacuumed anything moderately near a piece of furniture in quite some time, towels had hair woven in them, and the comforter was stained. I didn’t wake up itching so I guess if you’re really trying to save money you’ll survive but I wouldn’t stay again.

This was a great hotel for the price. Location was wonderful and the staff was amazing...very kind and helpful. Rooms were very nice!

The beds were great but weren’t queens Toilet didn’t work and had to call for help they came fast.

Property it’s old and in a bad condition Beds falling apart rusted vents and carpet looks pretty old and dirty.

The bed was comfy and it is a 4 min drive from the airport. Its pretty dated, the carpet had stains in a lot of places, the shower nozzle is really low and has low pressure. Not a big deal, but the tv in the room is pretty small as well.

I liked everything on the property and how unique the pool was in the corner of the lot.made it very secluded. The staff and the rooms where very nice, clean, spacious.

Breakfast was ok but the eating area was very small as part of the office area. We got there when only a few guests were eating and it was already crowded. The unit is showing its age and the carpet in the room also seem to be dirty. If you are on a budget it is not a bad place to stay but some of the others in the area are worth the extra money if you can afford it. It is in a nice central location for the events we attend and if the other facilities were booked up we would consider staying here again but if available will be staying in one of the other facilities in the area. The staff were very nice.

Staff were very friendly, rooms were clean with very comfy beds. Only have 1 complaint, we only had 2 towels between 5 of us. When asked for more we were told they had run out and gave us hand towels to dry with. Apart from that I would recommend staying there.

Air conditioner did not work well. The bathroom did t have any air ventilation, the toilet did not flush well you had to flush 3 times to get rid of waist. One of the doors to enter the building was not working. Breakfast was not the breakfast we were told it was. Never visiting here ever again.

When I booked through Booking.com, we were assigned a second-floor room, which was fine at the time. However, I’ve since had a knee injury. When I asked about an elevator, she explained there were only stairs. After overhearing me mention my concern to my son, she kindly offered to check for a downstairs room. That thoughtful gesture truly made a difference and made our stay even more appreciated, especially since we just needed a comfortable place to rest after a concert before heading home the next morning. As we entered the main hallway, there was initially a pleasant fragrance, but within seconds it shifted to a musty smell. The room also felt a bit dark, even with the lights on. While these were minor drawbacks, they wouldn’t deter me from staying here again

Our room was at the far end and that door was always locked from inside. So we could go out but not in. On our return we always had to go all the way around which was annoying considering we were right next to a door. Parking wasn't great. It fills quick to be near your room or else you're at the street. With a rental I like to park near my room, especially in a new area I don't know.

Decent place. The breakfast is minimal at best. All carbs and sugar. Some protein would be good. Hard boiled eggs? Major, deep pothole in the parking lot needs attention.

My family expected full breakfast as we were informed before and during the reservation. What we got was waffle, cereal, and coffee. No pancake, no egg, no baken, nor sausage.

I will never book here again. Came for a one night stay before an early flight. There were two bath towels for a room that sleeps 4 (and there were 4 of us) and the toilet overflowed in the morning, not because of us. It had been showing signs that it wasn’t happy since we’d gotten in late that night. I had no time to actually talk to staff in detail about this because of my short stay but I did make sure they knew of the toilet issue when I checked out (especially because there were only 2 towels for 4 people and an overflowed toilet so there was a mess!). The staff member was empathetic at least but no offer to make it up to us in any way. I was in a rush so didn’t make a fuss. Definitely a lesson in getting what you pay for.

Staff was friendly and helpful. I was visiting family and the location was very close by. For an older property, the rooms were not bad. If they update the hallways inside the buildings, guests would appreciate it alot.

I would rather sleep on a park bench than stay here again. I don’t think any furniture/items/carpet have been updated since the 1970’s. The room was dirty and the AC/heating unit smelled so badly for mold & mildew. Horrible.

It was good, only drawback was a small refrigerator. I usually travel with my own food and drinks and the refrigerator was too small to fit much in it . The freezer was so tiny I could fit only one small ice pack in it.

It was cheap Older carpet that gets your bare feet dirty when in the room. Thin carpets thin walls no landscaping. Seems like the owner doesn't want to invest anything into the business.

The front office staff was the star of my experience. She was so kind and just a good person. Clean rooms. Easy access, Would sleep again.

The staff were awesome!! The room was nice and clean, beds were comfortable and quiet, with 4-5 pillows for a king. There is a huge pothole in the parking lot, but there is a way around it, and when we were there the outside door was not working, but the staff made us aware of this during check in, so we had no problems, very happy with the hotel!! The breakfast included cereals, yogurts, coffee (including decaf), juices, a waffle maker, and some selection of packaged breads and pastries you could heat up in the toaster. The only hot food item was the waffles.

Very upset the pool wasn’t open. They shouldn’t takeoff some money because that’s why I was coming to this hotel.

Room was fairly clean. A lot of damage in the room we stayed in. We were charged $25 dollars for a broken security door lock that was damaged on arrival. Rooms appeared to never have been updated since the late 90’s. Staff is not the friendliest. Pay a little extra and stay at another hotel.

Cheap price for good location. Sink drain was clogged. Shower curtain didn't keep water off the bathroom floor so there was a very wet and slippery floor. Attendant said my payment didn't go through via Booking.com and charged me. Turns out booking.com charged me anyway so I paid twice for the same room. Not great.

I got charged a security deposit, in the listing it has nothing saying I was to put down a deposit. The lady in the front desk asked for the id and card after that charged me $150.00 and I was told it will be back in my bank on Tuesday. I have been charged and haven't been reimbursed for the deposit.

I was hardly in my room due to my travel itinerary and it met my needs. Staff was kind. Big shower, hot water. The carpet felt a little icky, I wish I work would have brought slippers. I didn’t see any bugs when I looked after checking in. I didn’t use the ice machine. There was a little fridge in the room, but someone had stored seafood in it at some point and it still had a smell when I arrived so I did not use it. There is not an elevator to the second floor. Two of three nights were quiet, the third I woke up to someone yelling and stomping around in the room above me. Overall, this place does need a facelift and some deep cleaning, but it was acceptable for a short trip during which I only needed a place to sleep. If you’re planning on spending down time in your room on a trip, I would look elsewhere.

When we arrived at the hotel in the early evening, about 7:00, the desk clerk directed us to our down corridor which led to a door that could not open for the building (It was not the building where 1604 is where we stayed earlier in the week.) An open door to the building ws directly behind the lobby building.. When I asked the clerk where we might eat dinner, he suggest4ed the Piccadilly Inn, which we later inform4 him was closed that Monday evening. He could give no other suggestions . When I asked him whether there was an open supermarket or similar where we might get food, he said that there was a grocery store about 1.5 miles away, I think down Clinton- When I asked him whether the grocery store might be closed he simply shrugged and said he did not know and turned away. In short, there was limited interest in helping us find a place to eat or otherwise assisting us. I might add that the staff the following morning at breakfast was nice and helpful. You may want to consider replacing the chair that was in our room that had been ripped and was simply repaired with black tape.I would stay again but would hope for more assistance and interest from the staff.

The night we arrived there was no electricity, not even emergency lighting. Doors to the lobby propped open, no one at the counter, no sign stating what to do. Weird. It was obviously a power outage. We were told to cancel our reservation and fo somewhere else.

First off, Fresno is by no means a "Gateway" to Yosemite, or Sequoia/Kings Canyon. The staff was friendly - though there were times when no one was at the front counter or in the private back room - a sign noted that staff would return soon. Check-in went well (thanks to Expedia) and my request for a quiet ground-floor room was beautifully met. The facility itself is a little worn, but - largely in great repair with rooms boasting newer furniture and all the amenities. On the property was small, decent-enough pool (though when I visited, it was completely in the shade) and access was an issue: after inquiring if the pool was open, I walked there to find a large padlock on the gate. I walked back to the office and was told "I'll send someone over to unlock the gate right away!" I walked back to the gate, and had to wait another 5 minutes for a staff member to arrive with the key - she had no idea that the gate was locked, as it was supposed to be open during pool hours (it was 4 in the afternoon) and - nicely: at least I DID have the pool all to myself. No sauna, hot tub, etc on the property. But - if all you need is a decent night's rest in a clean facility - and a very generous continental breakfast in the morning, all for a very reasonable price: this one's for you.

I walked back to the gate, and had to wait another 5 minutes for a staff member to arrive with the key - she had no idea that the gate was locked, as it was supposed to be open during pool hours (it was 4 in the afternoon) and - nicely: at least I DID have the pool all to myself. No sauna, hot tub, etc on the property. But - if all you need is a decent night's rest in a clean facility - and a very generous continental breakfast in the morning, all for a very reasonable price: this one's for you.

The room itself wasn't horrible, the Sheets Were soft and linens were clean the room was clean and doable, except for the power went out the first night I was there so no air conditioning, and I can understand it's not the hotels fault but the power stayed out so I had to leave and go next door and rent a room even after I paid so I hope they honor the credit they said they would provide,

I was flying out of Fresno so it was really handy

My sister and I stayed 1 night at this property for its convenience to Fresno Airport. Our stay was tolerable but definitely not great. The man who checked us in did the bare minimum. Despite the non-smoking decals everywhere, the interior hallway on the 2nd floor reeked of smoke. Thankfully, our room didn't. When we walked into our room, no air had been running for awhile, so it was very hot but thankfully cooled down in time. The room decor was dated and the bed was hard. We considered the pool, but it looked terrible because it needs refinishing so badly so we questioned how well it is maintained in terms of chemicals. On the plus side, everything in the room functioned, shower was a good temp and the waffle was decent at breakfast.

Convenient location next to airport. Continental breakfast included freshly made waffles, yogurt, bagels, cereals, oatmeal, toast, juice, pastries, fruit, coffee. I enjoyed my stay here. Will be back again the next time I visit yosemite.

I called and asked for a credit because I had unexpectedly been hospitalized for five days. Of course I would have rather been there! The airline worked with me, the car rental place worked with me (credits for both). This place? Wouldn’t even return my call after they knew what had happened. I even asked if I could move my reservation. Nada. Now I’ve received four automated requests to leave a review. Seriously?

I haven’t been to Fresno in years. I felt safer than I have at other hotels. Will book again when I fly into town. Friendly staff and clean rooms. Tv was a bit tricky but I figured it out.

I appreciated the parking arrangement of being able to leave your car while you fly.

At all points, they were professional & provided service better than what is provided by similar motels we've stayed in. - a timely phone call to double check our planned arrival - a timely post-check out phone call to notify us that our cell phone was found by housekeeping - the breakfast area was clean & kept well-stocked - breakfast offerings included cereal, yogurt, fresh fruit, waffles, bagles, pastries, juice & flavored/regular water - room was clean, everything worked, mattresses and linens were very comfortable & clean * We definitely recommend this property. - It's close to the airport with good access to surface streets and hiways. - Rooms are spacious, television is easy to work, furniture is a little worn - The pool was undergoing maintenance but we didn’t inquire about the timeframe for when it would reopen

The clerk at the front desk was super helpful with assisting to find a place to get a haircut and other amenities

This hotel is run down and gross. There are homeless and people living in cars in the parking area. They claim to be an airport hotel but have no shuttle service. Much better options in this area.

The service was great but our room had the window broken. The pool was being cleaned so we didnt get to go swimming.

The rooms were comfortable and clean. However, someone walked into my room in the middle of the night and turned on the light, and then left. This left we terrified and unable to sleep as a don’t know why others were able too get into my room.

Booked specifically due to proximity to FAT airport - 5-7 minute walk away. Comfortable and clean room. No noise. Room had fridge, microwave and tv and iron. Several places (restaurant and fast food) o eat nearby. Breakfast basic

I don't like cause the cleaning staff didn't clean my room and change all the towel until I'm asked. I likes the property cause closure to the Airport

Property is not what it looks like in the pictures. The hotel is dated and needs to be updated. The security door that provides access to the rooms had not working lock on it. Anybody could walk in. The room was just "old" and didn't feel welcoming. The whole time my family felt like we should have bit the bullet and paid extra for something nicer. Breakfast was ok, but nothing special. At least it wasn't continental. My daughter woke up with some type of rash which made me think of bed bugs, but we had arrived from visiting the national park and felt it could have been a but there. Regardless, the way the room looked I wouldn't doubt it would be bed bugs. The only reason I didn't make a stink about it was that nobody else had any type of rash. This was room 129. Just saying. Overall, the room served it's purpose, but I definitely would not stay here again.

This hotel was pretty average. It was close to the location we needed. The area was fine. The room was fine. The AC wasn’t great.

I liked that the room had both a mini fridge and microwave.

The AC was off when we arrived at about 10:30pm. It was suffocating inside room, it was so hot. Window was stuck so couldn’t open it. It literally took until 4am before I started to feel room cooling down. Also the bed pillows were very uncomfortable.

There were no issues, I just felt vulnerable and would likey not stay there again if I’m alone or had to check in at night. It was clean, basic and comfortable. It was a very reasonable stay and would likely stay again if I was traveling with my husband or would be checking in during daylight hours. The design of the hotel room areas were partitioned off in segments not an indoor style with elevators. If you are on the second floor you must use stairs

Breakfast was minimal (no eggs, sausage) only pastry and waffles, bagels. Nice juice machine, and coffee was good!

Need non slip stuff in shower. Need better way to keep water coming out of the shower onto floor. Maybe lower the shower rod.

A majority of the 'security' doors did not work properly. Either the cardlock system was broken or non-existent, so either everyone got in or no one got in...

I see 2 things I dislike. 1 bad shower head and water run very low. 2 phone doesn’t work. Everything else is ok

They need to clean walls lol either it was ketchup or blood i try calling in but it was so busy for the person in the office but I let them know when i check out.

If the hotel management continues to prioritize saving electricity over guest comfort, I cannot recommend staying at this property.

The hotel overall was ok. The mattresses need to be replaced they were uncomfortable. The AC was loud. It is an old hotel. But for the price it was ok.

Stay was good for the value

Good place for a quick stay at the airport. The toilet was messed up as it was running when I walked in the room. Had to mess with it multiple times. Room kind of had a funky smell, but not horrible. Overall, comfortable and got the job done. I'd stay again.

We stayed here as we visited Sequoia and Kings Canyon National Parks. Good location, easy to access highway 180. Felt safe. Comfortable bed and nice shower. Literally right next to the Fresno airport. Starbucks is very close as well. We had a nice stay.

Room wasn't ready at 3pm. The room we got has a broken window, actual hole through the glass, large dark stain on the rug, a stained bedcover, and a hole in the bathroom door covered with contact paper

Budget hotel/motel. Dingy best explains it. We came in late and the ac was not on. So room was 80 degrees plus and took hours to cool down. Breakfast limited choices

We moved here from an another hotel that we had booked for this trip. The staff was great, the property felt safe, the amenities were perfect and the rooms were clean!!

Great place to stay if you need an early morning flight! Very friendly and clean.

The attendant at the office was rather deadpan. The bed was not very comfortable. The curtains would not close tight to the outside without much effort to make them stay completely closed. The room itself was clean, but rather plain. The outside door key reader to gain access to the room was non functional. I had to go around the building to gain access from another card reader.

Was a good hotel that met our needs. Very close to the airport.

Property was nice. Breakfast was good. Only downside was the pool being closed for maintenance. Wish we knew.
