I'm not sure who was supposed to clean off tables in between guests, but that needed some attention. The food itself was kept stocked and was a good variety of choices. We were disappointed in the water pressure in the shower. Not sure if that was throughout the whole facility, because we were on the third floor, or just relative to the number of guests.

Expensive stay because I wanted quality experience. We came in to the room smelling like febreze which was an over powering scent. The rooms were good but needs deep clean. Breakfast was good; basic. The pool looks nicer in the pictures. The gym was great though. Staff was also friendly.

The property offered friendly staff. The room was excellent size. The outside noise was loud and constant.

Close to the freeway but not too far close where you could hear the traffic. Nothing to note.

The bed was very comfortable. It was not as clean as the standard is for almost all Hampton Inns. I’ve stayed in many before. The front desk check-in reception was apathetic.. The first room I was assigned was subpar, not very clean, stained carpet. It was one of the older not renovated rooms. I asked for a better room and was given a remodeled one promptly. Also, the hotel was very noisy with banging on the upper floors and I had to call and ask reception to assist with stopping the noise as it was nearing 9 PM.

It’s was close to where we needed to be and they had an amazing breakfast Cleaning staff only cleans the obvious. I dropped something behind the tv and about threw up and how gross behind the tv stand was. Then I started looking behind and under things and it was awful. Front desk clerk at check in was sweating so bad he had sweat stains under his arm pits almost down to his waist. Not a great look for the one who greets guests!

It was a great location near lots of shopping and restaurants and close to the freeway My only complaint is that the sink in the bathroom wouldn’t drain. When I checked out, I forgot to tell the staff at the front counter so I hope someone reads this so they could repair that before someone else has a sink that will not drain.

Everything was fine except the bed was SO uncomfortable. And the pillows look normal, but become paper thin once pressure is applied. Since the primary reason for getting a hotel room is to have somewhere to SLEEP for the night, I wouldn't stay here again just based on the very uncomfortable beds and pillows.

We stayed at the property to attend a wedding. I had called ahead of time to ask if I could have an early check-in. The guy said it was fine and not to worry about it. When I arrived around 2pm at the property they told me they had nothing available for me and the woman helping me at the desk really just didn’t give a crap for what had happened. I tried to explain to her that we had just driven 2 1/2 hours we had to be at the wedding by 3:30 and basically told me there was nothing she could do. While sitting waiting for a room another person was being checked in and I walked up behind her and I said I thought that we weren’t allowed to check in, she then told me she would see what she could do. She told me that if I got a double room I could check in right now. I said that was fine because we had to get ready. As we were going up the stairs, we had seen a house keeping finishing cleaning a king room it was just extremely frustrating as I paid for a king room, and had tried to be considerate by asking if it was OK if we checked in early and basically was shoved off and dismissed. I understand nothing is perfect, but it would’ve been nice if she seemed like she cared a little bit.

There is ni protein option for breakfast, but there are nice lots of options for breakfast. . The 24/7 coffee is cold. This is the only place i stayed at with cold coffee. But the breakfast coffee is hot. The tub has crack, and was leaking. Have to vacate the room first to the lovby then got a new room. Did not even upgraded us for the inconvenienve. It is not our fault that they gave us leaking tub. Wasted our time moving our stuff down to the lobby then gave us a new room. So inconvenient. Just one night. So tired and wanting to rest already.

Ran into a problem toilet got backed up. Called the service desk a girl came up with a plunger and handed it to me. I let her know I wasn’t to unplug the toilet. And didn’t they have a maintenance person to take care of it? And she said no that she was the only one on duty. Long story short she ended up unplugging the toilet.

While we were at a couple Hampton Inns in the past, this is the first time at this location. They had a mix up with the room but it was sorted out eventually. We've always enjoyed our stay at Hampton Inns.

Property is starting to show age. Caulking around the tub is stained and looks dirty. The good is the rest of room is clean. The breakfast is very good. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Overall it was nice room was clean but down stairs loby was dusty its awsome that check out is at 12pm that was a plus and breakfast was good to it was just really messy everywere at breakfast there was nonody wiping down counters or refilling coffee it was empty they need sombody there at breakfast time to make sure everthing is being handeld

The Hampton inn is great but I had a reservation with hotel.com at a cheaper rate I couldn't use it but that was okay I just have to pay more for my birthday weekend what you know I wasn't ready to do that but I did it anyways because it was for me they are an amazing hotel I love staying there like I always do sorry my reservation wasn't correct

The rooms themselves were nice enough looking, but the beds felt like cheap spring mattresses as the center had already sunken in a bit yet it felt quite uncomfortable to lay on overnight. The bathroom completely lacked a fan or proper ventilation so the mirror was unusable after a shower for quite some time. Made it difficult to get ready (brush hair, shave, put on makeup, etc.). The A/C wall controls were completely unresponsive so we had to operate the controls directly on the unit, which seemed very dated and loud. Breakfast provided in the morning was actually pretty good and there's coffee, water and fruit (apples, oranges and bananas) offered around the clock for guests to take.

She went above and beyond to make sure the food was fresh and we were satisfied. Our check in and check out went smoothly without any issues. I will definitely stay here again.

The closet door is falling off it scrapes on the floor the refrigerator is not cold it's not refrigerating anything the TV doesn't work they've been up here from the desk trying to fix it they can't even fix it the sheets and the pillowcases are definitely looking like they've been slept on and been through hell they're all wrinkled up and wadded up and it's bad the area around the hotels got all kinds of homeless people and it looks like there's drug queens and walking in the hotel and I'm walking in with my grandchildren I don't judge nobody but prostitution and drag queen and people like taking baths on the sidewalk it's just a lot and then you get in the room and the closet doors falling off and it drags on the ground when you go to put your stuff away and the pillows are just all wadded up and all wrinkled up and it's just you can tell they're not been in a dryer so they obviously is scary they don't look washed I showed the manager it's just a lot

Great place to stay on short notice. The pet fee is $75 per stay which was fine if you’re staying multiple nights. A little crazy for one night. Staff was nice, room was good but walls are thin. Every door slams and you can hear it. Good place for pets!

Staff was friendly and very helpful upon check-in or anytime anything was needed. Stayed for work and was able to get lots of rest because of how quiet and amazing the quality of the rooms were. Would stay again anytime I am in the area for work or pleasure.

Could use an upgraded look inside. Room smelled like smoke or stale. A/C unit made loud noise when running. Refrigerator made loud humming noise loud enough to keep awake as did the A/C unit.

Emili checked us in and was so charming and helpful. Even though it was late she was able to accommodate our request for some basic drinkware (we had a long day of work and travel and needed some wine) the hotel was clean, safe and even though we didn’t need it - there were restaurants within walking distance.

The bedding need to be replace toss and turn all night was so hard and pillows even changed rooms and still the same it’s like motel 6 so Abe yourself 200 dollars and stay motel 6 for cheaper. I’m writing this in middle of the night. Not rested at all

The fire alarm went off one night about 5 times, before the repair person showed up. Took them about 2 hours to respond to front desk call. The people at the front desk were very concerned for the guests. There was no fire.

The pool was closed and that is one of the reasons we booked out stay with you. We did not find out until check in that it was closed and with 2 kids and temp well over 100 degrees they were excited for the pool but ended up disappointed

The bathroom, is small... :/ there were stains in the bathtub where bleach was left to take away mold so it was like red pinkish and then by the upper area near the body wash and shampoo had a huge black mold underneath the caulking. The shower head is comfortable loads of water coming out, water pressure was nice. Outside is pretty and comfortable. Inside, felt a bit unwelcoming. Other than that, I would definitely stay again, maybe just in another room.. hopefully. Willing to give it another chance for sure!

Ut waz clean

We live in Fresno but we decided to get away from the kids and have a little escape a free blocks away with the kids for valentines

Budget hotel without the budget. The room was sloppy. The bed was uncomfortable, the sheet weren’t tucked or tight they were just like plopped on and so wrinkled they kept bunching up. The pillows had no life left in them. The shower wasn’t the cleanest. Mildew built up in corners of caulking. The shampoo, conditioner & body wash bottles were so gross. Don’t think they have been wiped in a long time. I forgot toothpaste, there is a sign in the room that says they have complimentary tooth brush and toothpaste. Of course they were out and I had to buy a tiny tube for $2. The lady that checked me in had 0 guest service. She asked me for ID and credit card and that’s all the words she spoke, no smiles from her. She couldn’t even be bother to direct us to the room or let us know anything about the property. I won’t be choosing this hotel in the future!

Staff very responsive in replacing incomplete coffee maker in room. Breakfast was good, with both hot and cold options. Keys worked well throughout stay.

The digital door key had constant problem and needed to be reset after every opening by the front desk. Not convenient at all.

Property is kind of remote, bed was "firm" but facilities were as expected for this kind of property. Cant statnd staff having facial piercings, nose rings, etc. Have we come to that?

The bedding was the best !! Soft and cozy !

My stay was pleasant and peaceful. I would recommend the hotel to anyone.

Room bathroom hair all over bathroom. Place is just beat up. Hyatt place close by going there next.

This is a great hotel with the friendliest staff! I feel safe staying there. Many times I’m traveling solo to Fresno. I really can’t say anything negative.

The room was not ready when we were about to check in and it was after 3pm. Also we had reserved 2 queen beds for the room and paid extra for the booking, however, when they finally got our room ready, it only had 1 queen bed and they said they ran out of the 2 queen beds and instead gave us single person rolling bed. It was very disappointing.

It was a nice stay for our visit between Kings Canyon and Sequoia National Parks. The hot breakfast was great.

That is unacceptable for a hotel of this caliber. I don't think I'm going back there. Fresno has many other choices.

Overall a good stay. Friendly staff with quick check in. The room was nice and spacious, with one discomfort. The bed did sink on one side, unfortunately. But I did love how soft the pillows were. Food and shops near by always a plus.

Hotel was clean and parking was easy. They have a really nice breakfast with eggs, oatmeal, hash browns, yogurt, fresh fruit, etc. One of the better free hotel breakfasts! Would stay again.

Clean, quiet, nicely furnished and fresh.

Freeway noise less noticeable on top floor. Staff was super helpful and even lent a USB-C cable for my stay.

I think the hotel sold my suite for four for a higher rate and stuck me with a basic two double beds room which is unfair as I had booked the reservation weeks in advance.

The property was not as described, our room windows and blinds did not have the ability to open or close. We basically had a room with broken blinds and who knows how long they have been un repaired. There were no other rooms available and we did not stay at this location.

Very clean. The cleaning lady was very nice and helpful. Not knowing could get towels for pool downstairs, took the towels from our room, when shared it with her, kindly gave us extra towels to shower.
