Breakfast was ok, but there's a Dennys next door. The only drawback to my stay was this particular weekend there was a junior league baseball tournament and the kids were s little restless until about midnight. Parking for me as a handicap patron, but it had rained hit before, so a few people had to wade in the water to get to their car. Staff was great, and housekeeping, top shelf.

Ac was working perfectly. You cant stay in the lobby bevause they got room behind tge lobby. In general wasn't perfect stay for us compare to same hotel in San diegi

The hotel is nice, clean. The room was large and had everything I needed. I asked for a quiet room, and was pretty happy with the one I got. The shower was big. I liked the people who worked there, especially the lady who worked in the breakfast room, but everyone was nice and helpful. The breakfast was OK - scrambled eggs, sausage, another hot choice, cereal, bagels, some sweet choices, hard boiled egg, apples, bananas etc. - usual American breakfast. I'd have preferred a couple more choices for breakfast, maybe bacon instead of a sausage, but it was OK given as it was included in price.

Great hotel with lots of stores and restaurants nearby. Staff was super friendly and was very helpful when needed. Felt safe, room was nice and clean. Will definitely stay again. Parking was a little challenging at night, they share with Denny's restaurant but overall it was a great stay.

The room was comfortable but the AC/heater unit makes loud noises. Everytime it starts working, it makes this loud noise, enough to wake you up several times during the night. i didn't ask for a room change because the next night we will have to wake up very early to catch our early morning flight.

The entry door and bathroom doors collide, the lighting is horrible…too dark, no magnifying mirror in the bathroom, the soap dispensers are on the wrong wall of the shower…. Should not be in the way of the water stream. Gets hair wet

The hotel is old and felt old. The beds sagged. But most importantly the air in the room was loud and alternated between freezing and stifling. And it turned off completely whenever we fell asleep. We would wake up on a sauna and have to turn the air down again. Seems crazy to me. Will not stay here again. The staff were kind though.

Paper thin walls. Our neighbors to the side of us and above us had children and they were running around so much that our room was shaking. Not just noise but actual vibration disturbances. Called multiple times but staff didn’t suggest a new room, just that there would call, which did not solve the problem. Don’t put children on the top floor!

Breakfast was good, had a meat , eggs, quiche, waffles, muffins, pantry, cereals. So diffrent options. Both the afternoon check in staff at 3:30 PM. Did not have customer service skills and was a little rude. The morning. Desk staff was also a little rude. Also the wall on the both from breakfast fell over as I sat down. Staff just came and set it back up. Vlearly it had been broken for some time, and just settinf it back up and not securing so it would fall afain is a safety issue. Plus staff didn not even appoligize or anything. Just came and the two ladies pucked the wall piece vack up and the shelf and set it back up . We moved to a table. At night in the hotel a lot of nosise from inside the hotel rooms all night into the early morning hours. A lot of in and out traffic into rooms as well. Definitely wont be staying there again or recommending. Was really disapointed as I booked because of tge higher star reviews.

The comfort level of the bed was outstanding!! Hated the pillows but the bed made up for it. Walls were thin and I could hear the room next door's tv perfectly. Staff was GREAT! No matter who I encountered, they greeted me. Michael was very helpful when curving in. Loved my stay here.

Michael kindly allowed us to check in early which was much appreciated. All the staff we encountered were lovely and we liked the quiet area. The room was very comfortable - the only negative was that the walls were rather thin but we left the air con fan on which solved the problem.

The hotel was very clean and nice. The breakfast area was very nice. The whole thing I didn’t really care for was the fact that when we were by the pool in the evening, we literally got bit up by mosquitoes. Other than that everything was amazing. Maybe they should spray for mosquitoes around the pool area because that’s kind of dangerous to get up so much we don’t know what mosquitoes carry😳😓

The hotel is very nice, clean and the staff is incredible, very friendly and accommodating. I was able to check in early and that helped us out tremendously. The room was very nice and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the AC worked great! The bathroom was wonderful with an amazing walk-in shower. We will definitely stay here again. Bathroom was nice, spacious, and very well lit. Nice lights at the bathroom mirror. Nice full length mirror in the room. Coffee bar was lacking, but not a big issue since they had coffee, tea, cold beverages and snacks downstairs. I do wish the hotel bathroom had more hooks.

We didn't get to the hotel until around 12:30-1:00AM and Tony was the one who greeted us. Tony was a breath a fresh air after being in the car for over 3 hours. Tony went above and beyond and provided the most welcoming hospitality. Every hotel needs a Tony at the front greeting them when they get in.

Spa jets not working properly. I spoke to front desk and was told that it is what it is! Fresh scrambled eggs dont taste fresh. They had a plastic taste and weird texture.

All staff at this hotel were super friendly and helpful -- from the front desk staff who cheerfully greet you when you come and go, to the breakfast-buffet service people who (correctly!) recommend the crustless quiche. The hotel seemly newly built. The rooms have modern details like plentiful device-charging options; great extras (microwave, coffee maker, mini fridge); and comfy beds and pillows. The breakfast buffet was excellent in quality and variety. The hotel location is nondescript (next to office buildings and a Denny's), but if you're looking for a quality place to stay while in Fresno and/or visiting the national parks, this place is hard to beat! We'd be happy to stay here again. ;o

Hotel property was nice. Clean. Off the main road. Stayed on first floor and window was next to a walking path. Bathroom doors automatically close. So heard every door close from floors above. Noise level of everything was terrible. Aside from that. Convenient. Decent breakfast. Friendly staff and clean.

Best front desk customer service

Nice property for our very short stay. One annoyance: they don’t just hold your credit card for any room charges you might make, nor do they do a credit card hold. Instead they actually charge you a deposit fee, which they then promise to refund after you check out, but say it could take 7-10 days. This is an annoyance I now need to keep track of. Won’t stay at this property again because there are too many others nearby at the same price point and without this hassle.

A generic hotel room looking to the parking lot. Clean and quiet and cool in hot Fresno. Staff was especially accommodating and went the extra mile. Breakfast was included and on top of the generic breakfast the lady was kind enough to find a prepackaged GF muffin for my grandson who has celiac disease. We really appreciated that.

First time staying at a Marriott hotel. Enjoyed every aspect of it. From checking in to checking out. Room was beautiful and very spacious with a toddler this was a plus. Will come back again.

When I asked about information related to wine tasting, the staff did not even know there was any. I wish they would have had a map of the wineries in the area and some suggestions on which to go to.
