Looked like a brand new hotel. Big room. Comfortable bed. Nice & close to airport as we were flying out. Only surprising issue was we could hear the people above us. We had a second floor room. The evening before and at 5:30 am the next morning we could hear what sounded like several kids running around and jumping up & down on the floor. Loud racket. So loud it woke us up. Surprised the flooring wasn't thick enough or lacked soundproofing to hear this. Most hotels have enough soundproofing that one does not normally hear your neighbors

The most difficult part about staying away from home is comfort. I did not find the bed to be acceptable. You could feel the springs I. The mattress when you sat down. I did not have a good rest which made it difficult to focus the next day.

Great stay with my family! The room was very clean, and the beds super comfortable. Staff through out the hotel was very welcoming and polite. Breakfast was also fresh and had plenty of options for different dietary needs. We would definitely stay again if we’re ever in the area.

Very average. Very grearful for the Starbucks within walking distance and the shuttle. The women driving the shuttle were the best!! The front desk people were also lovely. Our room wasn’t serviced - that was disappointing. The pillows were old and flat. The restaurant options other than Starbucks/caesars pizza was … awful. Went across the street to Steak & Anchor and the staff were lovely but the food was horrible and the atmosphere was like a time warp back to the 80’s. Very creepy. Very limited menu. Nothing looked great. I took one bite of the fish tacos and decided I wasn’t hungry. Paid and tipped because it wasn’t the servers fault and bought a breakfast sandwich from Starbucks instead.

The hotel and my room was clean. I loved the ADA amenities in the bathroom. There's a small store to shop for goodies, if you’re hungry. I will definitely stay here again. The cleanliness was awesome. The bed could've been firmer, but i was very comfortable. The office chair was super comfortable and the layout of the room was great!

They did not change the sheets or put out fresh towels any of the 3 days we stayed there. They need to change out the sheets and towels every day. The hot breakfast was good each day. The bold coffee is excellent. The desk staff was always there when you need them. The hotel area seemed pretty safe in basically a culdesac of 3 hotels: Best Western, Fairfield Inn, and Hampton Inn. But the neighborhood around it looked industrial with no attractions or things to do. It is about a 10-15 drive to the nicer Clovis area.

Only one minor issue….the body wash, shampoo and conditioner bottles in the shower can’t be easily read. I’m a senior so thought it was just me but my 13 year old granddaughter made the same comment. Text on the side doesn’t contrast enough with the background color. I had to get my glasses and bend way down to read them. A bit dangerous to have to step out of the shower wet to get glasses. Excellent breakfasts.
