I requested a room with a shower, because I have major back problems and was in a lot of pain. T After checking in the hotel agent gave me the wrong key to a room that was being occupied.I was on the top floor 3 an I heard movemeon the roof all night

Nice facility, clean and comfortable Location, in the middle of industrial park . Submitted email request to upgrade details of stay, confirmation email said they would respond within 24 hours, no response! The non-response led to difficulties with my travel plans and increased vacation costs.

Hotel do not do house keeping unless request one. All double queen rooms have sleeping positions on Head towards North so not convenient or good night sleep.

I was charged twice, I paid in Booking, I told that to the girl in the front desk, but she got a second payment from my bank account. I returned to let her knows, she told me that she will call Booking to verify it, and my bank account wouldn't affected, but I'm here charged twice.

Best hotel I’ve stayed at. Staff is AMAZING especially front desk. The front desk employee was talking to a coworker about a problem with the payment because I paid through booking, and the other employee told her just to check me in and they’d worry about it later, which I was super appreciative of after a long drive. They gave us water bottles too. My room had a balcony with a beautiful view of the courtyard. If I had to pick something I didn’t like, it’d be the lack of breakfast food options/small menu.

Stayed at this hotel to attend Nvidia GTC in San Jose. The fire at Londons Heathrow airport meant I had to extend my stay for an additional 2 nights which the hotel were great to accommodate. I used this exact same brand of hotel in Atlanta hence me booking this one too. Interesting that they adopt exactly the same exterior in both throughout with the insides also being a copy and paste too. Thanks for letting me stay longer.

Business trip in San Jose. Three of us were all pleased with this hotel. We used the same brand in Atlanta 5 months earlier. Fair price and served our need. Great they could accommodate me for an e tea 2 days after the closure of Londons Heathrow due to the fire incident. We plan to book this hotel brand in the US in November again.

THE FRONT DESK YOUNG LADY WAS VERY NICE. A HARD WORKER. Now you need to upgrade your toilets, they are way to low to the floor, a person with bad knees has a hard time getting on and off it. And the lighting were you put your makeup on is so very bad. Those 2 things really need to be fixed. Thank you

I enjoyed the property but think it was unfair that I had to pay a additional fee for parking. I wasn’t told ahead of time and didn’t find out except when I checked out. It wasn’t as if there was a parking shortage,plenty of open parking spaces.

Very quiet hotel. It is very nice to have a little private outdoor space (balcony). Too bad that dining options within the hotel are limited, especially as there is no other options around within a walking distance.

I drove 8 hours with a small child before arriving at the hotel, and thus I looked like I drove 8 hours with a small child when I arrived. I felt the front desk clerk was perfunctory and somewhat disdainful of our disheveled arrival at the hotel. While still professional, she did not provide any information regarding internet service, food options, or checkout. I felt a bit judged and embarrassed. Otherwise, the room was wonderful, clean, and I especially enjoyed the many accessible outlets. I was also sweetly greeted by a cleaning service lady on the way out.

The bathroom light was motion activated and the sensor was outside the bathroom. The bathroom light turned off while I was toweling off after my shower. The sensor needed to sense movement every tem minutes.

This hotel is as expected from a Marriott brand. Stayed 1 night only. I request lower floor and got it. The hotel was low capacity. It was comfortable and the blackout curtains really blocked any light. Walls are thin! Early in the morning I can hear a full phone conversation and the TV on in the next room and it felt like the person was a foot away from me. I could hear everything. Maybe he was talking loud but wished I could have gotten a little more sleep.

Might not stay again because the beds were horrible, but I did enjoy my time.

Our room was very spacious and clean. I love how they had sanitizer wipes on the table, the small refrigerator, and the Bath Products were awesome. The Staff was very friendly and attentive to my needs and ensured my Stay was very comfortable. The location was close to San Francisco, Oakland, etc. Also there are 4 Malls off the 880 Interstate where the Hotel is located

This hotel is very nice, clean, comfortable and the staff is professional and friendly. I am here on business and have stayed in the hotel for 4 weeks. Unfortunately, during that 4 weeks the price has increased, the doors slam and the TV reception has been extremely poor. You need the TV since their is limited to do. I have brought these issues to the staff and they claim it is the internet. Well, that is not good enough, so for the remaining time down here I will be booking at another hotel.

Been here a few times staff always friendly location not so great with stores nearby but usually bring food or eat before checking in. Only issue is some of the stairway doors are really heavy and loud when closed and can hear and feel them when in the room next to it.

When im in town to see my boyfriend, this is our togo spot, even when we need a small gey away. Its perfect. We love the balcony, we could just be out side and enjoy some fresh air, and just relax.

Another Marriott up the street where I was supposed to go to be with the other meeting attendees. Had feedback from them that they were less than impressed with the cleanliness even though they paid more for their rooms. Mine at this Courtyard was prestine and spotless. Very glad to have booked at the "wrong" hotel in this case.

Location was the reason why I booked this place. When we got there, the chanels on our TV wasn't working. We call service and they checked it out. They informed that it's currently down and that repairman won't come out until the next day. They didn't offer us to move to another room that works. We had to ask them. I thought that was not a good service.

I loved this property. The staff was great, the rooms were as well.

Check in was easy. Couldn't sleep because the room above us was rowdy, jumping, stomping, walking hard, slamming the patio door & talking loud. Limited staff during holiday season so the restaurant & bar were not available, did not mention this on website found out when we arrived.
