    Don’t stay here if you can afford any place else. Dirty, had bugs, place constantly smelled like smoke. Was there for 10 days room was never cleaned. Had to wash my own towels and sheets. In a word disgusting!!!

    The manager who helped me was great. Whatever issues I had. Corrected them and made it right. Five hours before getting to the hotel I received a call from the hotel telling me the rate I booked for on booking.com was incorrect and they weren't going to honor it and I needed to pay $149.99. I said that was unacceptable and said when I arrived at the hotel I would need to speak to the manager. The lady stated she was the manager and I needed to deal with booking.com. I was upset, because I booked the room March 30 and no one called me until five hours before arriving. The manager did the right thing and honored the price. The hotel is out dated and it was dirty. The carpets were stained and needed a vacuuming. When I got to my room there was only 1 bed and my son and his girlfriend were with me. The room didn't smell good and I killed 3 roaches. I could not stay in that room.

    I found a bug in the shower; limited number of towels provided; no bedside lamp (you have to get up out of bed and walk to the door to click on the overhead light, thus waking up your spouse); ludicrous policy that every adult has to have provide an ID and have it processed in order to stay in the room. REALLY?

    There are few amenities, not even a lobby or an ice machine. No drapes on the windows to block out the lights, only blinds. No bedside lighting, only 2 harsh overhead lights. No desk, only a table, no comfortable chair to sit in if there was a desk. "Free" wifi, but for only one device, unless you pay more, which isn't "free", is it? We don't even know if this really qualifies as a hotel. The beds were comfortable, and the toilet flushed, so not "zero stars", but just awful. Never, ever again.

    Says free wifi which only allowed 1 device so after I connected my tablet it tried to charge me to connect my son's roku device. Don't understand how wifi is free when there's an additional charge for another device.

    The location was very nice The air conditioner didn't work very well, the bed was very horrible to sleep on, stains in the sheets, the pillows where very woen out and old and flat,it smelled like dog urine, when I plugged up my phone charger the tv and the bathroom light went off and the TV never came back on until the next morning. I would never recommend anyone to stay there.

    Holes punched in the bathroom door, no lamps or decorations. Towels were awful and we only had 2 sets even though our reservation was for 3 people. Hotel smelled funny. Would not stay here again.

    Nothing Old very very dirty carpet. Feet turned black. Old furniture with missing wood veneer. Toilet seat broken, microwave handle broken, roaches in bathroom.     They were friendly and very helpful with anything I needed. I also would like to especially thank 2 of the front desk employees: ISAIAH; He got me all checked in, & I appreciated that he made sure I was happy with my room beforehand. All my questions were answered, even when I had a few questions that haven’t been asked before, I appreciated him for making sure I had answers. He is a phenomenal employee all around. SHAWANA: She helped me with my keys when they weren’t working & saw me coming in and I needed an extra hand she was quick to lend her hand to help me. I appreciated that. OVERALL the staff is amazing and I appreciate how helpful and nice they were. My only complaint would be is.. I called 3 times to see if I could check in earlier and every time I was told “@ 3.. @ 3pm.” & when I arrived it is offered to CHECK IN Early.. it’s just an extra fee.. but I was not informed of that and it was very disappointing that I wasn’t able to check in earlier & it is offered.

    We got there late or I would have left to find something else. Pillows were very old and flat but the sheets were clean. We slept and got out of there as fast as we could. One shining star was the Auditor he was a very nice person with good customer service.

Never heard of such a thing. Not sure what kind of operation they are running there. *In all fairness, the employee, Rondell O. was very nice, assuming he was just following orders. Some of the guests also looked a little on the shady side.Was shown a room; very old looking inside, unlike the outside appearance. We did not stay there due to the circumstances. Finding another hotel on a Saturday night was not what we envisioned, as we book through Expedia all the time & love their service. *Expedia was very helpful & accommodating when I spoke to them regarding the situation.

It was late, I was tired and I said no it’s fine. How bad could it be? I was soon to find out… Bugs scuttling everywhere, cigarette holes in the comforter, pubic hair in the yellowed sheets, furniture falling apart, smell of stale cigarettes, etc. Absolutely the worst place. I didn’t stay ,I left and went next-door. Lesson learned, when the front desk person asks if you want to see the room first, run away.

    Upon entering the room we had no toilet paper no clean towels or wash cloths our shower curtain was moldy.We had no blanket on the bed, our fitted sheet for the bed was filthy. We booked the room for april 29th to may 7th and paid for our stay, however may 6th came and we were told that we had to pay for another night if we were planning on checking out on the 7th of may. When i went to the front desk to figure out what was going on the person at the front desk told me that according to thier file on the compter we were only paid up until may 6th and if we wanted to stay until may 7th we would have to pay almost $50 when i showed the person at the front desk my itinerary which clearly stated that my Check in date was April 29th 2024 and my check out date was May 7th 2024 and we were paid in full, the lady at the front desk stated she didn't know what to tell me except that i had to pay an additional fee for the 6th to the 7th. Even my receipt at the front desk showed that my check out was may 7th and i didn't owe anything extra.However the lady at the front desk was still telling me that i had to pay an additional fee if i were planing on checking out on may 7th 2024.

When i went to the front desk to figure out what was going on the person at the front desk told me that according to thier file on the compter we were only paid up until may 6th and if we wanted to stay until may 7th we would have to pay almost $50 when i showed the person at the front desk my itinerary which clearly stated that my Check in date was April 29th 2024 and my check out date was May 7th 2024 and we were paid in full, the lady at the front desk stated she didn't know what to tell me except that i had to pay an additional fee for the 6th to the 7th. Even my receipt at the front desk showed that my check out was may 7th and i didn't owe anything extra.However the lady at the front desk was still telling me that i had to pay an additional fee if i were planing on checking out on may 7th 2024.

    My toilet leaked toilet water and there was no electrical outlet in the bathroom. I asked for maintenance two weeks ago but still nothing was fixed. So I had to step on toilet water every single day and run a 50 ft extension cord into the bathroom to use electricity in their.     the internet is somehow worse than the horrible service and cockroaches in the room-i mentioned to the front desk and they said they'd send someone but never did- I've been here for 6 weeks as my primary residence and they actively break the law to make sure you don't get Tennant rights, not to mention they up the price when you book through Expedia so you're not even told the real price you pay, they charged me almost 50 extra last week with no notice whatsoever and told to pay the extra or leave. honestly with the water being OFF more often than on; let alone functional/ heated, they're not worth the 450 they're charging for a single queen bed- check dunning mills right down the road if you want a decent stay because this ISNT it.

    I'm a night shift nurse, and checked in the first morning and walked into a room that had a light smell of smoke, just like in the elevators and hallways. Even though I had reserved a non-smoking room, I decided to ignore the smell and go to sleep. The next morning, I came back to the room at 8am and the smell of smoke was extremely heavy. After that hassle, I finally got to go to sleep only to be awoken by a bang on the door asking me to get up so that pest prevention could spray the fridge and sink with pesticide treatment. Half awake, I asked if this could be delayed and the response was no. Before realizing what they were doing, they were spraying my fridge with prepped meals inside with pesticide. The sleep quality was poor, the cleanliness was poor, and the crowd that hangs around that hotel is shady to say the least. Will not return here...ever.

    Cleanliness at this location was nearly not there - the whole near 2 weeks that we stayed here room service didn't come around once - nor were we given any clean towels or bed sheets. We ended up leaving a day early just due to the annoyance of a child that was running non stop on the floor above us for the past week+ while we were there. The room itself looked like it was rush cleaned before we came into it, the table still had some kind of marking on it (ketchup?). The sofa bed I payed extra for in this room was not included - nor was I offered a refund for paying extra for what I didn't receive - was instead replaced by a very beat up and dirty chair. TV had backlights that were fully on and hard to see proper from. All in all someplace I don't plan to ever stay in again. Doesn't help that they posted notices of a fire drill the night before they were planning to do it, so we didn't get to see the posts regarding it until the following morning after all ready being disrupted out of no where by the fire drill going off.

    I will say, the only difficulty that night was finding you from I 95 North. Didnt see signage and had a hard time maneuvering my large Uhaul truck with a car carrier. Parking was limited. Didnt see you behind the Lowes. Still, the stay was very nice

Any problem we experienced was handled quickly as possible by the staff. If they worked at a better hotel, they'd be better off.     This place needs to shut down. Smelled horrible, our bathroom had Bobbi pins from another guest in the bathroom and milk still in the fridge. There were no lamps other than one overhead light. The carpet was disgusting and I made my kids wear their shoes. Overall I wouldn't put the homeless here.

    Avoid this property. Greasy floors. The only way to a coffee pot in the room is to buy one from them. Has a kitchenette, but you also have to buy utensils and plates. So many better places.

    Small rooms, yelled at me over a mask but had pee on the toilet seat when I checked in. They don’t not give you linen and charge you to wash THERE linen.

    If you have zero expectations of what a hotel should have then this is your hotel because it delivers nothing. Our room keys worked inconsistently and that required several trips to the front desk. The towels are the size of a postage stamp and their are no facecloths, hand towels, tissue, hairdryer and to top it all off we had to ask for soap! And expect to get a list of rules and guest policies that borders ridiculous. It is obvious that repeat guests and customer loyalty is not a priority at this hotel. In closing dont bother to question the additional charge on your final statement because they do not even know what it is for you just have to pay it.

    If you are looking for a pet-friendly hotel, this hotel does allow pets but there is a $200 initial charge for your pet and then an additional $8 charge per day. I would not recommend this hotel for those looking for a pet friendly hotel as it cost more for more dog to stay at the hotel for one night than for the actual room.

    The counter person was very nice and helped me as soon as I walked in. When I got to the room however, it looked like someone had just thrown it together. The bed was not straight, and I can only surmise that since there was a condom floating in the toilet, the staff used the room for themselves prior to me getting there. I will never go back to this location again, which is not to say this reflects on the chain as a whole, just here.

    Not enough amenities and there wasn’t enough towels.. you only get one towel, one washcloth, no plastic cups and no soap. When I asked for washcloth and towels the next day there was an issue. She stated there’s a shortage and can’t give me no more. I told her I’m here from Sat until Mon and there is 2 people in the room smh

    When my wife arrived she found dog crap on the floor, dirt and hair in one of the beds, and a large soaking wet spot on the carpet. When she asked for another room she was told they could not move her. I had rented the room for 5 nights but she did not spend 1 night in the room. The management was notified that we were not staying there and we were told we would not receive a refund for any of the nights. There was no way I was going to have my stay there especially after her mother just passed away. To top off the whole experience we received no help from Hotels.com

    Did not sleep the whole stay above occupants kept stomping all day and night reported it to front desk. Also towels and wash clothes weren't so clean had hair on it which was disgusting then bathroom sink had a hole in it. The room had a bad odor.

    Well it was a room. Very clean however being that it’s an extended stay motel there was nothing provided such as shampoo etc. there was a sink fridge and microwave but no coffee maker. No breakfast or coffee offered. There were people hanging around that appeared to live there.
