Room was nice. TV was good. Easy to park. Room was very far from lobby. Hot water for tea at breakfast wasn't hot enough and the container had been used at one point for coffee and you could taste the coffee residue. They should not use those containers interchangeably. One should be scrubbed out and used exclusively for hot water

The AC was too loud - it made so much noise that it shook the room. The room was too small and it smelled like urine. I called the front desk and informed when we checked in but he said the only way to resolve the AC being too loud is not to use it.

The first room we checked into had AC that did not work. We moved to a new room that had a TV that didn’t work. The staff was great but it was late so we decided not to move a 2nd time.

One of team pushed back a bit to let me in even tho I had the key. Person said room was being inspected. Inspector came out and said everything ready. Shower was moldy. Dishwasher kept beeping so I had to run a cycle. Next day housekeeping didn’t clean room. Following day went to use creamers provided and they were no longer liquid…curdled into solid blobs. Tile was coming off by sink. Plus noticed for handicap accessible room that shampoo,etc was across the shower from the seat so not sure how someone in a wheelchair would have been able to reach when seated in shower. Showed the pics to front desk at checkout and they asked me to email and said I would hear from management. Haven’t heard anything. Will not return

Immediately upon entering my room 118, it smelled like someone was smoking a whole pack of cigarettes. I went and told the front desk and was told that she had swapped someone else out of that room because they also complained of cigarette smoke. I was told that the hotel was sold out at that time and that she thinks someone in that corner of the hotel was smoking. There was no resolution given, not even offered to have housekeeping come reclean the room. The dishwasher also did not work. The bed was extremely soft and was dented in in the middle. Not a happy customer. I will not be staying here again.

This hotel was amazing! We needed a quick spot off the highway when traveling with a baby. Having the convenience of a full fridge and a dishwasher made this place incredible. I would highly recommend this spot to anyone traveling with kids. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable.

We stayed on a road trip home driving north and it was a great spot off of 95. There are convenient restaurants right near the hotel and it's easy on and off the highway. The room was clean and spacious and they allow dogs.

It was pet friendly and convenient for our purposes. Didn’t really appreciate the $150 non-refundable pet fee which was more than the cost of the room, particularly since my dog was freshly groomed, well behaved, non-shedding breed and definitely causes a lot less mess than most children.

Beware!! It’s advertised as pet friendly. You won’t see it but in the fine print there is a $150 pet charge they hit you with when you arrive with a pet after you book. The room wasn’t even that much. Disgraceful I would never stay here again and that is not pet friendly.

The cleanliness was not what I was expecting. There were dirty towels in the room from the person before us. I brought my blankets and pillows so I just put them on top of the bed and didn’t use anything from the hotel.

The suites in this hotel are spacious, comfortable and clean. The kitchenette is well equipped and has a full size refrigerator/freezer. Plus it’s in a great location near Central Park with plenty of shops and good restaurants. It’s a hard to beat combination that I highly recommend.

The Residence Inn was great - very close to everything I needed to do, and wery well kept. The staff was wonderful and really helpful!

I appreciated the time they took to offer assistance, and explain the amenities that the hotel offered. The rooms were impeccable and impressive and the staff were on point with supplies. This hotel residence inn marriot if Fredericksburg provides top shelf service. You have to remember its by the noisy highway but after a bit the cars becoming a roaring sonnet for nighttime rest. I rate the hotel A+

Typical of a Residence Inn. Nothing amazing but solid stay. One unpleasant surprise was no room safe. Haven't seen any hotel of all grades not have a room safe. Recommend they add to all rooms so people have peace of mind when they leave room to work or go to dinner.

The property was clean and the room was kept comfortable. The issue was the traffic. The property is on I 95 and we were put in a room next to the Highway. The reception could have made a change but didn’t. The property is good and the local restaurants are good but the room was not the best

We always stay here when visiting Fredericksburg. Suites are perfectly appointed for our needs when traveling with a small child.

We had a great stay in Fredericksburg Virginia. Right off the highway. Convenient to all stores. My only complaint was that they didn’t clean our room after 2 days. The housekeeper handed me some towels and then left.

Bathroom floors were sticky. No tissues, no hairdryer, no tv remote, no tv channel guide, courtyard was filthy, toilet too low in ADA sanctioned room and no answer from room phone at desk.

Horrible. Not clean, no soap. The inside of the room looked like a rock start partied the night before. Pictures ripped off the walls. Wall paper was peeling. Just horrible for the price.

The air conditioning thermostat did not work properly - when it was set at 70° It was hot in the room When we put it to 68 we froze - it would not shut off It’s an older renovated residence Inn and have weve noticed some of the same issues and these older hotels The AC unit was also blowing directly on us in bed which made it very very cold and uncomfortable

Spacious clean comfortable suite. As the map shows clearly, hotel situated next to a freeway, but not as noisy as one would fear. The breakfast options were surprisingly limited considering the cost of the room: no black tea, fruit unripe or overripe, and no bread. Several faucets needed fixing in our suite.
