    Problem very hard to find probably too dark to look for the place especially on top of Denny’s n no light We arrived 10pm Also Expedia I think over charged me Our Fairfield Inn n suite in nj I was charged $200 more acc to the staff when we arrived

    I wouldn’t even recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. Me and my family were completely disgusted and disappointed. This was false advertisement and I’m shocked at any positive reviews. We should’ve known what to expect once we approached the front door of the hotel. Trash was overflowing, the welcome mats were filthy, the floors in the lobby were dirty, and it smelled of mildew and must. As we walked to our hotel room the carpet in the hallways were so dirty and filled with stains. Only one elevator was working at the time and my first thought prior to entering the room is the cleanliness of this hotel was comparable to a nasty gas station bathroom. When we got into the room the smell was worst. One of the beds in the room was broken and one side was almost touching the floor. We noticed the mattress had a large stain of what appeared to be old blood on it. We had to wait for towels and washcloths when we asked for more because they didn’t have any clean ones. When we asked to be placed in another room we were told there weren’t any more available. I ended up sleeping fully clothed on the bed with my personal beach towel laid down as a barrier between me and the blanket on top of the bed. Even the pool was disturbing. The water was cloudy and there were brown stains all on the stairs going into the pool. When we reported our stay to customer service, they shared that the hotel staff said they offered us a new room but we declined which was false. Please go somewhere else.

    Location was good overall based on our trip plans. Quite dirty, lots of trash and cigarette butts all around the building. There was a car parked next to us that appeared to be used as a homeless shelter. It smelled horrible and was disgusting to see.

    The fact that it was close to a couple things and thats it Everything. The pool was dirty gave me my girlfriend and my friends visible rashes. The staff were sooooo rude omg terrible service. Food was grimy and so oily not healthy at all. Wont ever be goong there again

    We had to move to a different room after the first night because the carpet was wet!!!! You can’t walk without a shoes ! Hey what's what's whatThe AC wasn’t working properly, staff was horrible!! We asked for toilet paper the room service worker said I’ll be back and never did !! Another house keeper knocked on the room door to ask when are we leaving!!! Second time she knocked on the door and walked away I went out and asked her why did she do that she didn’t answer and left !!!!! This place is horrible used to be much better

    I did not like anything at all. Everything. The staff are extremely rude and unhelpful . The pool was dirty and we all got out itchy with bumps. Everybody I went swimming with got bumps and rashes. Definitely overpriced. They have a terrible customer service. No healthy options for the food terrible. Bed bugs and roach infestation.

    It was near where we needed to go. Bed was comfortable The hallways kinda make u cringe. The whole time we were there the hallway floors had the same crumbs and dirt in the same spots. No one seemed to clean. And there was a weird smell in the hall. One of our rooms also had a weird smell. Had to spray. Tub in one room wasn't clean. We cleaned it ourselves. The AC in our room mad a weird noise.

    I have family near the Hotel. I've always chosen that Hotel to stay at simply because of the location, price, amenities, staff , cleanliness and I surrounding business. I traveled for a Memorial Day gathering. Also, I drove my van. Breakfast .

    Stayed at this location going up to Maine and back to Florida. It’s the perfect half way point for us. I think we will make this our regular stop on trips up north. Clean, roomy, quiet and accommodated my dog. The front desk clerk, Queen, is a delight! So friendly and helpful. Her good morning smile was a pleasant good bye for us at checkout.

    Roxy was the individual who checked us in and she had me repeat my info several times because she couldn’t hear me due to the AirPod in her ear and someone talking to her through that. She had a phone set up on a tripod doing a TikTok live at the front desk and that took precedence over getting us checked in. When we got to our room, we checked the beds like I always do and there were dog hairs in our sheets. Which means the housekeeper did not give us clean sheets. They just made the bed up from the previous guest. We went downstairs and told Roxy and she did give us a new room, which was better. It was just all very concerning. The pool had a lot of chlorine in it. In the bottom of the pool had stuff that we were stepping on. Overall, the morning shift people were super nice and friendly and courteous. And the breakfast was good. But the night shift and the overall housekeeping definitely needs to improve. We will not be coming back there.

    I was only here for an overnight stay. It was fine. The staff was rude at check in. I had been on the road for 81/2hours. My niece booked my room using a second party web sight. (Very normal these days) I received confirmation from the hotel before arrival. Was told I did not have a room, that using a second party was the problem, after my niece Spoke to her. I was told I better be glad I had a room.

    embarrassment. I will be contacting the company directly and providing this information, but I have never been so grossed out. I had to go to a store to sanitizing wipes to clean all of the surfaces. Beware, go somewhere else, spend the extra money to go to a better location.... Do not make the mistake I did by booking here. This place should be demo'd it's beyond repair.

    I rarely write reviews, but Miss Queen deserves 100 stars! We drove through terrible weather, late start to our trip, didn’t get in until after midnight but Miss Queen was at the front desk and she was incredible! Slight mix up, my fault, with payment and she fixed it ASAP! Room was clean, shower was nice, but then we checked out super early and Miss Queen was there to check us out and get me juice! I would seek this hotel again on any 95 road trip!

    Our room smelt like wet dog. We opened the window to get some fresh air but the “smoking area” was in front of our window. We found trash on the floor. We were only here one night so made the best of it. The indoor pool was fun for the kids and breakfast was busy but everyone got what they needed (cereal, yogurt, waffles). The water pressure was good in the shower. If given the choice I would pick another hotel. The entire property seems to be in need of a deep clean and renovation.

    This motel is reasonably priced, pet friendly, and conveniently located off I-95. The staff was very nice, and check-in was easy. They serve a very nice hot breakfast. This is the third time that I’ve stayed at this motel, and we’ll probably stay there again on our trips between NY and Florida.

    We stayed one night with our Golden Retriever. The room rate and dog rate were very reasonable. The property is in an ok section of town. It is a little worn, but we had a great room with plenty of space for the dog to play ball. They have a fenced in area for dogs as well. Breakfast included. Overall, a good value and place to stay.

    Pros: Very spacious, good water pressure, beds were decadent, continental breakfast was ok. Pool was a bit chilly. Cons: Hot tub didn’t work, lock on adjoining door to suite was broke, door handle and lock (whole structure) to the bathroom was broke and couldn’t close the door fully without being trapped, phone didn’t work, both TVs had inputs that didn’t work and couldn’t connect devices, Fruit loops under the couch. Front desk just added my list of things to a notebook “fix it” list that didn’t look like it had been touch in months, and said maintenance will fix it when they come in…. that’s all we got

    The pool was freezing, there were no towels at the pool, the staff was rude, there’s only one working elevator in the entire hotel, only 4 channels came in on the television, the 4 tiny old pillows were not sufficient on a king size bed, half the hotel by the pool area was freezing, someone stole our valve cap covers in the parking lot, there’s no security, and we left something in the room and after being told by one person we never stayed in that room- the next one very rudely told me we didn’t leave anything. Save yourself and drive 10 min north to a better hotel.

    If I could give zero stars I would. When we arrived one elevator was broke, by that night both were broke. We had to carry all of our luggage down the stairs. That would not be bad but my husband is disabled and has issues navigating stairs. Front desk was no help and when I asked if it would be fixed before I had to carry all of these things she responded with “maybe, but maybe not). The room had a strange smell, breakfast was gross and the hallways really had a strange musty smell. This is NOT a good place for families.

    I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay at your hotel and to request compensation for the issues experienced. Although the staff were polite and the breakfast was satisfactory, the overall standard of the accommodation was unacceptable. Our suite contained multiple insects, including an active wasp nest inside the room, with wasps entering through holes in the walls. This presented a serious safety concern. Additionally, the towels provided were visibly stained, raising concerns about cleanliness. The elevator was out of service throughout our stay. We were initially placed on the fourth floor, no assistance was offered with our luggage, and I suffer from a serious knee condition, making use of the stairs extremely difficult. As a result, we were forced to check out early and move to a lower-floor room. Furthermore, the swimming pool was closed for the entirety of our stay, despite being a key amenity we had expected to use. Given these issues, I believe compensation is warranted. I would appreciate your prompt response outlining how this matter will be addressed.

When I called,the girl didn’t know where I was but said to punch in Denny’s on the same road. It was next door. The room was clean but smelled strongly of cleaner.     Room was clean, very spacious, junior king suite, large TV, full size refrigerator, decor cozy and attractive. Very friendly and helpful staff. However, Bathroom was very small, toilet too low. Also though mattress had been premium one before, it was uneven now, and caused discomfort. Should be rotated. Breakfast was as good as others said with hot options, (scrambled eggs, sometimes boiled, waffles, pancakes, bacon/sausage/or biscuits & gravy, fruit, oatmeal, cereal, yogurt.

    Stayed on a road trip coming back from Florida. The staff were very friendly. The location was convenient, right off of Route 95. The room was clean and had a nice couch and chair. The free breakfast was decent. I would recommend for a stay when traveling on 95.

    Room was good and clean… staff at check in took a bit to come to counter but was nice .. but the house keeping and maintenance staff was very rude.. tend to take up the elevator (had 2 elevators but one was broken) and not accommodating the guests.. but one of them knocked into my cousin and her dog causing her dog to fall to the ground on her face.. she ended up busting up her mouth and side of her face.. the dog was bleeding and lost a tooth as she was trying to grab the dog, catch the blood coming out and see where it was bleeding from.. making sure the dog was ok.. the employee ignored her struggling, the blood and the fact her bags were half in the elevator and half out and instead just shut the elevator and left her there. Like I understand you’re busy but you could have taken an extra minute to check on the guest and their stuff..

    Check in staff was very friendly. The hotel parking lot and areas around the hotel didn’t seem as safe, but I had no problems personally. My only issue was having a do not disturb sign on my door my entire stay because I work overnight and sleep during the day and my door was banged on every morning between 9 and 11 AM by housekeeping.

    Front desk staff at check in was very nice and helped us figure out the weird way to open the doors. Beds are comfortable. HBO. Dog friendly. Cons: Toilet clogged after one use so we didn’t have a working toilet the entire stay. Sink, towels and toilet seat were dirty. When we woke up. We found a cockroach on the wall. I know you get what you pay for, and this wasn’t the first time we stayed but we won’t be back.

    This property is very convenient, complete with dining not a minute away! Our unit was extremely tired. The bathroom was in poor condition, the tub was very dirty, the door didn’t close and the floor needs repair. Both mattresses were very uncomfortable and not even. There were dried up leaves on the floor and random little pieces of plastic/ garbage seemed like it wasn’t vacuumed. And there were stains on the walls.     Our towels and sheets felt damp although the AC was working fine. I went to the window to lower the temp and noticed the sheer curtains were covered with mold or mildew. I tucked them well behind the blackout curtains so they wouldn’t be blowing on me. That really turned me off. The room appeared clean but the surfaces were not wiped clean. Noticed some cup rings and stains on the furniture and so they wiped clean when I wiped them myself. Not something I should have to do. Beds were a bit soft and lumpy for me. Bathroom appeared clean and shower was strong and hot.

    Great place for pet lovers, but I don’t have pets and I’m allergic to dogs …I booked without realizing it’s a 100% pet friendly hotel. With that being said the price was not bad, close to 95, average breakfast, bed was comfortable. Strong odor in the lobby. If I had a dog I would book here again.

    The property's condition deviated significantly from the advertised standards. Specifically, the initial room assigned to my grandmother exhibited signs of severe water damage and mildew, while my assigned room was subject to a roach infestation, necessitating a room change. While the property manager, Karen, did facilitate the room changes, the promised refund for the affected nights has yet to be processed. Despite follow-up attempts with the hotel, I have not received a return call from Karen as of this date.

    TRASH! The moment we checked into our room 404….. roaches scattered. Immediately walked back out and went to the front desk and the desk boy did not care. I asked what do we do if the next room has this issue. He said cancel the reservation. It’s 12AM. Where am I going to sleep sir ?! No empathy or basic customer service. We went into the second room 137. Roach infested …. Bugs flying … AC did not work … bed had spots and crumbs…. Double bed but we had to sleep together because the bed was a mess!! Towels and rags dirty just disgusting all around. We called corporate and they gave a case number saying they reached out to the manager but upon check out the manager stated she did not see anything from them.She also stated there was nothing she could to to accommodate our piss poor stay. No apologies no care about her staff or property being trash ! Just another cold shoulder and a “there is nothing I can do”. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY TO ANYONE!

    Called ahead to give an ETA and let them know I was coming in with my pets. When I arrived, no pet friendly rooms available besides a room that was recently smoked in. This is before waiting about 20min for an employee to come back to the desk from wherever. The bed sheets were stained and dirty, the bathtub was dirty, there were stains and rust all over. The cherry on top was getting to breakfast around 8am (1hr into service) to then seeing staff check expiration dates on the milk and then throw away after guests have already consumed. Not an ideal stay after driving for hours. Only plus is that it was pet friendly.

    The air conditioner did not work correctly. The bed sheets did not look clean. The cable kept going out so bad. I just turned the TV off. The fan in the bathroom didn't work.The elevator didn't work. The pool was not operational and shut down. When leaving we were going to eat at the Denny's attached to the hotel. However there we're used hypodermic needles on the ground in the parking lot.Not a good area .. We left without breakfast.

    Fair price, decent rooms, but in need of an upgrade. Pool couldnt be used on the weekend for which all pools open. Good thing is you can get in your car and drive to their sister hotel to use it. Room smelled like lemons entering it ao they clean well. However, their were a few roaches in the bathroom. Wear your shoes or slippers! Youll be upset stepping on a roach at 3am! It was for one night only. We survived.

    Everything is fine only thing if you have to watch TV there’s satellite and TV is trash channels wouldn’t come up no service on I guess 75% of channels you couldn’t get if you’re in a hotel you wanna lay back and watch channels they didn’t they didn’t work they need to do something about their satellite just take your own fire. StickBut all in alll it’s pretty good morning. Breakfast is fine great Staff

    Very dated. Door bottoms in roʻms rusted. Chair in room and drapes filthy. Renovating the pool room--dust and spackling tracked everywhere. Outside the door I can understand, maybe even that hall but even on the 4th floor. First room placed in the carpet was wet. Other room smelled horrific of carpet cleaner and disinfectant. Final room tolerable but VERY dusty. They allow dogs and there were many. Don't know if thats why carpets were wet and rooms smelled of disinfectant but I would never stay at another hotel that allows dogs and I am a multiple dog owner.

    We wished the breakfast had had a bigger selection; although we did enjoy what little was available. The personnel were very helpful and friendly. Also, we enjoyed the warm indoor pool, but it was never clear water and the bacteria level worried me because of its haziness.The room was a nice size, and the fridge, microwave and AC were excellent.

    This has got to be one of the nastiest places with a brand name that I have stayed in. I am not exaggerating! There was nothing good about it other than the pleasant person at check in. Nasty outside with dog everywhere! The first floor smells like an unmanaged pet store! If I wasn’t so tired after driving from Jacksonville, I would have left to find another place! And then there’s the bugs! Just didn’t trust eating the breakfast!

    This hotel needs a major upgrade across the board. The hallways smell terrible, like a wet rug. When the staff cleans the rooms, they leave the doors open to ventilate, but it makes the smell even worse. The lobby is dirty, and more maintenance is definitely needed. The walls in the room are in poor condition. I will never stay here again. Country Inn used to be good, but it is not the same anymore.

    When we got in the room. It didnt smell bad, but there was dog food and an ear ring on the floor. Which made us belive the room wasnt swept and we have kids. There was dog hair on the bed. Which made me thing it wasnt clean at all. Again, just a night. So i pealed the top blanket layer off. They made it up to me with breakfast. They had biscuits and gravy. Which i enjoyed. Others maybe not. The eggs were typical insta eggs as i call it. But were overly wet. Never encountered that before. No chocolate milk was a negative for the kids. For $170 a night, i give it an overall 3.4. And thats a good positive yet negative review.

    Property was under major renovations. This was NOT stated with Expedia. Will NOT use Expedia again and will express on social media. There was NO A/C, understaffed, only one desk clerk who also had to visit rooms, etc. Waited over 20 minutes just to check in. Room in desperate need of renovation. Bath tub was dangerous due to its curved shape. Tile was very dirty. This property needs to shut down and completely renovate. I blame Expedia for NOT informing us prior to booking.

    Extremely dirty inside of the bathroom. Corners were not cleaned, stains on the shower curtain, rust forming on some of the appliances in the bathroom, no cover on some of the electrical outlets in the main room. Overall very disappointed in the level of cleanliness of the room.

    The pictures of the hotel were very misleading. The ac/ heating unit did not eork. There was a large hole in the curtain. The red chair was horribly stained. Who knows what was done on there. The bathroom doors lock was completely missing and the door did not close.

    The room and property was clean. My only complaints is that the day I was there the main breakfast choice was eggs with biscuits and gravy. Could only have the eggs being gluten free. The coffee cups were small too. They ran out of coffee mid breakfast.

    Enjoyed our stay. The only negative was the room key cards. I would use the key cards once and would have to go to the front desk to have them reactivate them each time. It was inconvenient especially after going to the pool and having to bring not only myself but my kids with me too to the front desk and all we wanted to do was get out of our wet bathing suits.

    Not my choice Expedia messed up my booking and had to relocate me here. In the winter they only have heat, the rooms stay at 75 degrees it felt hot smoggy and musty in the rooms. I’m use to sleeping in 68-69 degrees these were 2 of the worse nights of sleep I’ve had.

    There were a few bugs we kept finding in the bathroom and killed. Also the advertised a heated pool and hot tub. The pool was not heated and very dirty( green). Also, the hot tub was not working. When asked the receptionist about the hot tub, she stated they don’t have one at this facility. Also, they turned off AC/ unit to only blow heat and was told to open. The window that had no screen in it.

    My wife and I live in PA but we have family in VA so we go there often. This was our favorite hotel to stay in. Never again! The Hotel was filthy in the common areas. The breakfast was terrible. There was no hot water and horrible water pressure. The TV didn't get half the channels it listed. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows must have come from the Dollar Tree. Maid service only every 3 days. Oh yeah, and there were ROACHES in the bathroom.

    After booking on line i tried to find the hotel, every listing and on-line info had the address WRONG. Only after multiple attempts to contact the hotel directly did someone finally pick up and give me the correct address. Once checked in we were meet with door locks which would not work causing me to have to carry all luggage 3 times as far from parking lot to room. The room was VERY musty and moldy smelling. Carpet was torn and dirty, toilet paper holder broke, and the toilet WOULD NOT FLUSH! When checking out I brought this up with the front desk help and she told me a manager would call me when they got to work ( around 9 am). Its now been 2 days since my stay and no one has called me. I even left a message on the hotels direct site. Its bad enough that the owners put a place of this disrepair on the market, but a simple call and apology would have stopped all my negativity towards this brand! Needless to say I do not recommend ANYONE wasting their time and money at this hotel, to bad because its a great location.

    Check in took 20 min even tho I paid through this site front desk person was no where to be found elevators in the building ran slow and noisy people dogs left poop on them The rooms stink smells like old cigarettes in an old bar trash was left in the bathroom and in the cabinet where the microwave was Then there is the issue of the construction going on. Woke me up early Saturday morning the the loudest noise as they were replacing air units then the hole where the air unit was supposed to be in our unit was covered up with cardboard so we froze during the night as we were told the internal temperature was set by someone on duty but we were on the 3 floor with only cardboard between us and the elements This was a poorly ran hotel and understanding to the issues of replacing things but customers should be told of this upon check in to give people a choice not afterwards to where it’s just something I have to deal with and lose out on money

    Had 2 housekeepers knock on door in morning. One about 9:15 and one about 10. Said we had checked out but we hadn’t. Check out is noon and felt like we were being pushed out. So we left. Won’t stay here again.
