We had a pleasant check-in experience. The facility & rooms were clean although they may need some updating in the bathrooms eventually. Breakfast was decent with hot eggs and sausage patties, waffles, yogurt, cereal, oatmeal, bread and hard-boiled eggs. Staff was extremely pleasant throughout. No issues with parking and easy access to 95. Would stay again.

My family and I stayed here for one night as a pitstop on our way to Pennsylvania. The location is ideal and incredibly convenient, being right off I-95. There are great dining options just 10 minutes away, and a gas station right next to the property, which was a huge plus for our road trip. While some reviewers mentioned that the property and amenities are a bit outdated, you have to keep the price point in mind. For what they charge, it is an absolute steal. A standard breakfast is included—nothing fancy, but it gets the job done. Overall, it's a great, budget-friendly choice for a quick stopover. Hallways require some maintenance and deep cleaning.

The room was clean and comfortable, we liked that the sofa opened to a bed so the kids could spread out. The area was safe. The breakfast was good, except the coffee. We walked to Dunkin for coffee. The breakfast staff was very helpful and friendly.

The property is in poor shape. Our room had torn curtains, stained carpeting and sofa and dirty mirrors. The breakfast was very limited with no fruit and only one coffee pot

Our rooms were clean & the bed was COMFORTABLE The shower was leaking & the floor was soaked.....There has got 2 B a better form of coverage over the shower besides the shower curtain;like maybe a liner as well........

The hotel tacked on an additional $20 to the bill. When I asked about the change the desk woman said don’t worry about it you’ve already paid through Booking. They still charged my account the $20 for no reason.

All the staff at Comfort Suites were excellent. They were very kind and helpful about whatever I needed during my stay. Definitely will be returning to stay there when I’m back in the area.

It is close to I95, with lots of eats and gas options. And the breakfast was on the better side for a budget stay. There were so many holes in the curtains the outside light shining through looked like a planetarium. I doubt that no had noticed.

While the initial hotel staff during check in and the next day, Brooke and Iesha, were nice the check out staff was totally unsympathetic to my concerns with the room. The staff working the breakfast was kind and did a great job keeping the food refreshed. The room was dirty. The shower drain stayed closed so it caused the water to pool. The staff claimed the debris coming out of the AC was because it was routinely cleaned. I told them that they needed to get their money back from what ever company they had used. The couch was filthy, I had to cover it with a sheet and the ottomans were covered with old food. The desk chair also had food on it. The backboards to the bed were greasy and smudged. The walls had marks absolutely everywhere and needed to be painted desperately.

Nice staff, basic breakfast, requested housekeeping twice, never came, key cards repeatedly deactivated.

We had a great stay. It was half the price of other hotels but perfect for us.

Front desk staff was wonderful, as were the two lovely ladies that handled the breakfast in the morning. The breakfast was good! Cant really speak on the amenities, as we were not there for an extended period of time, just for a short couple days and we were out and about mostly.

The property was fine, but not convenient to get to when getting off highway 95. Not a lot of restaurants within walking distance.

I didn’t appreciate the fact the around 4:30AM there was a garbage pick up that was extremely noisy and woke me and my husband up. I guess I was on the wrong side of the hotel. I chose this hotel due to the close proximity to interstate 95.

Faulty outlet didn't let us get any good sleep. There was no maintenance to fix it. The headboard power keep going on and off. When I checked the outlet it sparked. The pool was dirty. No apologies no upgrades for our next stay which was a week after. The breakfast was decent and the staff was nice

The hotel and room were shabby. Toiletries were empty. Parking was safe. Breakfast had enough choices.

Left and went somewhere else. The first room had mice droppings on the comforter (I was told it was “probably dust from the AC” however no one went to look at any point). The person working the front desk did understand and gave me a new room, however there was urine all over the toilet seat, the tub was dirty, and the comforter had stains on it. By far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever stayed at. They have a no refund policy, however they did refund me due to the awful experience. Definitely skip, spend a little more money and go somewhere clean.

The electricity on the headboard kept going on and off and the alarm clock keeping beeping because of this. When I tried to unplug the headboard and replug it the outlet started sparking. There was no maintenance on hand. We could not sleep because we felt unsafe and the beep annoyed us all night. The front desk wasn't much help and didn't even offer to change our room to another one. The next morning, I complained to the front desk, and they just wrote a report. I informed them I was going to be back in a week, and nothing was offered to me like an upgrade or anything. I was really disappointed

If you need a cheap night to stop with the family on your road trip then this place was just fine. Slept, showered, fueled up on the breakfast and on our way we went. The only complaint was the shower by far was the worst shower of my life. Tub slow to drain and water pressure was like a weak hose. But it was clean water and it was warm so I really can’t complain. It was shelter for the night and was your typical route 95 affordable hotel to rest at

Room wasn't clean. I plate full of old chicken wings and bones was left in the microwave from a previous guest. So who knows what else wasn't cleaned in the room? Dirty ice buckets with sticky pieces inside. Won't be back any time soon.

The staff was great, absolutely no complaints with them! When I arrived, I was told there was an issue with the water and there was no water for about an hour. I left and came back a few hours later to hear the water was still not available as a second water pipe had burst. Where the water burst, it was in the main hallway and blocking access to the elevators. We hoped this was an easy issue and would be fixed by morning. Fortunately, it was. However, throughout the night we heard loud bangs, someone called my room at 3am only to sit on the other end just saying "hello?" and then randomly hand up. Shortly after that, the heat/cooling unit in the room started making banging sounds (without air, just banging sounds), and then someone yelling outside my door, followed by the terrible smell of marijuana. That first night was so bad that I left the following morning before 9am and found a new hotel to stay at for the rest of my trip. When I informed the front staff about the situation, she stated there was a male staff member that night and only the front desk could call the rooms but was unsure why they would be calling.

Bed spread was worn thin could use an update. Breakfast was good but could use a few more choices. The individual packets of honey were no longer liquid!

It was a very nice day… I requested to be away from as many children in pets as possible, as I’m usually traveling for work. I was put in a quiet room at the end of the hall on the second floor. I would have preferred the top floor, but it worked out. The room was clean with the exception of pet fur on the sofa. Breakfast was good.

The location was good, easy on and off of 95. Decent food options that are very close. The sheets were clean, but that’s pretty much it. There was still hair in the shower and on the bathroom floor. The tile in front of the door and bathroom you could yell was not cleaned In a few room visits you could see multiple different shoe prints. There are 2 types of curtains on the window, the center and majority of the window is only a sheet curtain which made for a poor sleep…street lights and store lights at night and very bright direct sun early in the morning. The tv signal came in and out very frequently.

Stayed here several times in the past year. The last 2 visits were disappointing to say the least. The bathrooms weren't fully cleaned, only 1 bar of soap to use between both sink and shower, not much toilet tissue left on rolls, floors sticky, cleaned the room once in our 4 day stay but didn't replace towels, front desk was OK but didn't seem to care much about my displeasure.

The printer in the business center didn’t work, the indoor pool was closed for maintenance And don’t look for a luggage rack to check out. People apparently take them to their rooms the night before and keep them so have them at check out. The front desk is aware of this behavior and doesn’t see it as an issue. The evening attendant was very nice, but unfortunately had zero ability to correct the issues. She did her best to accommodate all the guests but had no support or authority to correct many of the issues.

House cleaning tried to enter our room without knocking assuming we had checked out. They should always knock and announce who they are regardless. Other than these incidents, it was a comfortable stay for the night.

We spent 4 nights there, it was very comfortable and relaxed, room was clean and no smell at all. Wishing they have Queens size beds. Food was ok, and nothing wrong. I prefer the one Comfort Suites in 1464 Town Center Blvd, Brunswick OH. Overall it was good, can’t complain. Thank you.

room was clean and smoke free, parking was great as I had a trailer, comfortable bed for a good nights sleep. We stay here on way to Florida for the winter. I was disappointed with my stay. The bathroom was not clean, with hair all over the floor and in the toilet. Wiping the countertop with a washcloth made it dirty, and I found long dark hairs on the white bedding. Additionally, the shower water was only lukewarm. I cannot recommend this experience. The room did not have sufficient hand towels and wash cloths and it was necessary for us to make a trip to the front desk to obtain additional items. And the cream rinse dispense was empty which I did not discover until I was already in the shower and had shampooed my hair.

This was NOT an “Exceptional” place. There is DEF fraud going on here: either fake reviews or Hotels.com is being paid off. How anyone could give this place high stars is baffling. I don’t expect the Ritz when I travel (and I travel A LOT for biz) but “Exceptional” rated hotels don’t have dirty elevators, or filthy carpets throughout. “Exceptional” rated hotels dont set out some oatmeal packs and off-brand yogurt and call it breakfast. “Exceptional” rated hotels don’t have coffee-machines that spit out black sludge and a jot of hot water and call it coffee. “Exceptional” rated hotels don’t have skeevy patina of heavy use throughout. I feel duped when I use the ratings and “reviews” to make my hotel choice and then find a run-of-the-mill, shabby highway hotel worth $60, not $120.

The ADA compliant room was designed well Lots of room to maneuver. Bathroom was also spacious, many grab bars. Shower hang wand could be lower. Staff were friendly.

Parking was convenient. Staff was excellent.Breakfast was lacking ... 2 egg patties and 6 sausages were all that was available for hot food, other than waffles. Lots of teenagers were staying there with their families for a volleyball tournament.

Rooms were clean, staff pleasant. Only thing, in our room the toilet didn’t flush. We were relocated to another room by Rachel who was a sweetheart. Things happen I know, she felt so bad. It was fine

Location of the hotel was great. Leaa than 5 minutes from 95. Multiple shopping and restaurants near the hotel. Unfortunate, the hotel could use an updating from the lobby to the rooms. We found hair on the bed spread, hot water ran out and didn't turn hot at all next go round. Breakfast was as expected - basic. If you're looking for a basic and quick stay with no frills

The staff member that checked me in (forgot her name but working at desk on 09/27 @11:30pm) was very friendly and accommodating. She walked outside with me to make sure I was parked in an area that was safe for my car and camper, she was quick to provide extra bedding, and made a call to her manager to double check that my vehicle was on camera. This is what I call great customer service. And all of this was done while she answered several calls and checked me into the system. Great multi tasked, communicator, and friendly through it all. Thank you!

The only complaint I have is the showerhead. It was not strong. They need to put new showerhead in other than that. The room was very clean. Very nice. Your front desk lady was very helpful.

We travel twice per year for vacation and have stayed here for a few years as a stopping point in our travels. Just there again in September and as Always, clean and always a friendly smile. Beds are comfortable and breakfast gets us to our next stop. Easy on and off the highway!

Hotel needs a deep cleaning and update. Shower curtain had was dirty with mold on it and window curtains were dirty

The general manager was extremely rude. I left my bag in a room I was switched from and told it wasn’t there. But I know for a fact it was left there. I was switched rooms late because I woke up from being bitten. She hung up on me several times because I was trying to speak to someone higher up.

The gentlemen at the front desk was very polite and helpful! The property is pristine. 5 stars all around place. Definitely would stay again.

Everything was good except there were some stains on the comforter and blanket. They gave us another comforter then, I noticed much later that there was also a stain on the blanket.

The staff was excellent and very friendly. Convenient location. Amenities were subpar. You could hear traffic from the room and the elevator smelled like pot. The room was clean and smelled fresh. The pull out couch bed was awful! Also, our toilet had problems flushing. The breakfast was terrible. Overall a very mediocre experience made better by the excellent staff on property.

The staff were polite and helpful on all shifts. The breakfast was filling. The rooms were nice. We did have a problem with the shower but it was minor. The ice machine was out of order on the 3rd floor so I had to go to the main floor to get the ice. Overall it was a pleasant experience.

This place is fantastic. Room and bathroom were ultra clean. This is a no smoking property. The employee who checked us in was super nice and answered all questions. We have been told to expect eggs and fresh waffles for the breakfast that is included in the lodging rate. Room included a mini fridge, coffee maker, tea bags, and coffee. Hair dryer and clothes iron, too. Soap, shampoo, and conditioner. A business center with printer and in room wifi. Quiet, too!

Can’t recommend to anyone, it was not comfortable specially when you’re sleeping because of the air condition. The thermostat setting was in energy saver default only. There was no other option to keep the temperature set at a specific number so we ended up staying awake through the night.

The elevator didn’t work unless the front desk person hooked something, the lobby and rooms had an odor, the carpet was filthy and the towels smell terrible.

At checking the female staff was very professional and knows how to please the guest. 24 hrs coffee and tea plus chocolate chips cookies. Room lay out is good. A second chair by the desk for double occupancy is recommended.

The room was cleaned well. The bathroom was just okay. It does need to be updated. The shower head needs to be replaced of fixed so the water flows correctly. We got water everywhere because of the shower head. It needs to be descaled.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was comfortable. The hotel was conveniently located. We did have a problem with the toilet flushing slowly, and then hardly flushing at all, which I reported to the front desk to have fixed after our first night. We returned at 11pm that night from a wedding, and the toilet never got fixed. We were told maintenance wasn’t there on Saturday. Other than that frustration, we enjoyed our stay. Breakfast had plenty of options, and the pool was in good condition.

Comfortable accommodations, easy access, rooms were a nice size, well appointed with everything needed. Very clean, comfortable bed, great towels and toiletries. The azaleas and roses were in full bloom with fantastic colors to welcome you into the hotel! WOW

Arrived at 2.30 and could not check in. I understood the rooms were not ready but I couldn’t check in which I thought was strange.

Stopped here while driving from Florida to New England. Staff member was very courteous. Location is convenient to I-95. Room was clean and reasonably well appointed.

Bathroom was not totally cleaned from the previous client. Dirty face cloth left in the tube, with used soap as well. Would not want to stay in this Comfort inn again.

I felt like I was treated as if it was a jail stay or something. The front desk had an attitude about every question and an issue about everything. I’ve never been to a hotel in the world that was so rude about towels and providing a comforter for the sofa bed. I had several little girls for my daughters going away sleepover. They were very respectful and followed the rules. From the start it just seemed like because it was a number of little black children and she was black that she had a bad attitude towards us. I don’t think she would have treated any other race that way. I had to come down to return a towel and wash cloth to get a new one each time. This was just absolutely ridiculous. It was so uncomfortable. I always make sure to keep the rooms in top tier shape when my children depart. I felt highly targeted by someone of my own race. Not to mention we saw a few roaches in our room and didn’t even complain. No one else treated us this way. Only her.

Bathroom floor had mold and had hair in two places, and I’m not talking one piece. But the worst was on the bed were these tiny black things. We couldn’t tell if dead bugs or if mold speckles from the A/c unit right next to the bed. I took photos as this has to be something that is addressed at this hotel. We immediately checked out.

Hotel maintenance is being neglected and money is not being spent to maintain the hotel. There was only 1 cart for transporting luggage and all the tires were flat or worn to shreds. It was difficult time moving cart with luggage and flat tires. Hotel was aware of the problem for quite some time evidently but have not purchased another cart or fixed the one!!. Ceiling was leaking in numerous places and open with buckets catching dripping water all over the halls. Heater rattles in the room so loud it is hard to sleep. Rooms in need of paint. Hooks in walls with no art work,. Ceiling fixture cover in room missing. Bags of trash left in the hall, linens left in the all outside one of the room. Very poor maintenance and low standards of quality and up keep of the hotel. Would not stay again.
