hotel seemed closed. only about 20 cars there. in poor condition.

FILTHY. Big stain on carpet that looked like blood. Remote control was disgusting. The tv wouldn¿t turn on unless the entry light switch was turned on. The bath tub had a coating of scum that could be wiped off with a tissue

No elevator service to my floor. Forced to climb 3 sets of stairs with luggage and handicap.

There was no free breakfast offered as promised on the Expedia site due to renovation work going on at the property. Our room was fairly clean minus a string of dental floss on the bathroom floor. The carpet in our room was very old. I can see why they are renovating.

Location difficult to find Carpets in room and halls old and NOT vacuumed

Bed frames were squeaky. There was a lack of soaps and conditioner in the baths We were promised breakfast but there was none served

The hotel is going through renovations to update the rooms. The elevator did not work. The rooms were extremely old and outdated and I had to switch rooms twice. I was very displeased.

So many things! The room was very dated and not really clean. I was only there for a night as I was visiting a patient in the hospital nearby. The bathtub looked like it had baked-in dirt that I refused to stand on barefooted. The hallway carpet was dirty

The beds were extremely uncomfortable. There was no box spring and the mattress was thin. It felt like we were sleeping on a board. It advertised a free continental breakfast and all there was was "old" coffee. I understand part of it was being remodeled, but the stay was unacceptable.

Run down property with no working elevators, all amenities were closed. Dirty, musty smell throughout and bed bugs.

Can’t believe this property was listed; thought you had hotel standards. No working elevators, air did not work, show pictures of the disrepair. Should state accurate info.

Also it was being remodeled and the elevators were out of service. There was no mention of this remodel being in progress when I made our reservation. We did not stay for the second night were told that we would have to get our refund from Expedia. Which we expect will happen.

I hate to give a bad review but if the shoe fits wear it. Upon check in I was greeted witg a very friendly young lady but I was not aware that expedia said my check out time was noon and I wasn't informed at check in that it was actually 11am. I had staff knocking on the door at 9am 10am prior to checking out. Felt we were being given the bums rush to get a call at 11:10 that we were over due for check out and we were rushed to get out. They took a $100.00 incidentals charge on my card and was told it would be credited next day upon checking out. Not the case. I was told 5 to 7 days. Avoid if possible.

Elevators weren't workin. Rooms booked had supposedly been updated. I didnt see it. It had old 80's Cherrywood decor.I couldn't cancel my 1st night but I said I wld not be staying the 2nd night. Nt clerk assured me that I could in AM but I was charged

Hotel was under construction, which was not mentioned when booking. Could not use lobby entrance. Room was very dated but clean. Had room with two double beds. One bed was average the other was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever slept on.

I smelled smoke as soon as i walked into the room. Also I was hearing conversations in the hallway several times throughout the night. You would think if there were conversations, people would at least talk quietly. I did not get a good feeling.

Nothing majorly wrong, the hotel is under some much needed renovation. The final result will definitely improve the atmosphere.

Completely outdated, peeling wallpaper, beds were incredibly uncomfortable and SMALL! I WOULD NOT recommend, nor come back to this hotel.

Should have informed currently undergoing a complete renovation! It is sorely needed!

The air conditioner was broken and it took a little while to fix but other than that I can't complain

There were only about 10 cars there but the room assigned was about as far from the lobby as possible. Had to actually drive from lobby to rear of aacility, then to the farthest room down the hall. Seemed silly to get tucked away with so many rooms open. Restaurant closed. No breakfast offered.

It was NOT at all as advertised. They claim it is under construction, and if so, it should not be open. No elevator, dirty rooms, soiled furniture. The ¿hot buffet breakfast¿ was a paper bag with a muffin and small bottle of water. I didn¿t feel safe.

The condition of the overall building, bag breakfast, loud noises by the other people staying in the hotel. Needs a lot of updating everywhere from the carpet to the ceilings and everything in between!

No fire engines no one coming around to say it was a false alarm. Tried calling the desk no answer. The outside door did not close properly. You had to pull it closed. The parking lot is terrible needs to be resurfaced. The location of this hotel is perfect. I don’t understand why you don’t maintain it.

Tub leaning towards wall Room next to mechanical room or chiller, noise all night Flickering lights in bathroom Place should be closed during construction or torn down

OVERALL IT WAS A GREAT VISIT THERE AND FRONT DESK RECEPTIONIST DID ALL SHE COULD TO MAKE US COMFORTABLE. I WOULD GO AGAIN. We are 86 and I have no complaints. A quiet place to celebrate our 66 Wedding Anniversary. We would go again. Rev. Dr. Daniel L. & Renelda E. Brown

Hotel stay for one night was too expensive. Air conditioner never gotten cool in room stayed 75 when thermostat was set on 68. No breakfast or coffee. Refreshments. Hotel needs upgrades.

Found condom in room, moved rooms. Had hornets in room and ac broken. Pool was unopen and disqusting. Hotel is a 60 dollar a night hotel charging over double that.

I paid cash for the room at check out. The hotel not only also charged the credit card - they charged it twice. Furthermore, they charged the credit card $25 for incidentals. I called the hotel front desk, after finding the correct phone number online. The phone number printed on the hotel folio is wrong. The front desk mentioned a manager would have to call me back to address my questions. “Kerri” also mentioned the $25 incidental fee is hidden in the fine print and I would just have to get over it. I have business travelled the world for over 30 years, never has an incidental charge been applied to me without my informed consent. Please note I will inform the organizers of this national professional organization that hosted the conference of the unprofessional behavior or this hotel in the Clarion brand.

My boyfriend and I book this hotel for us and our kids. I would not recommend anyone to stay here. The service was horrible. The front Dess attend it was very rude it had an attitude. Our door keys didn’t work and when we got a replacement door key those wouldn’t work either. We ended up just leaving and booking another hotel and we still haven’t received our refund.

The bathtub/shower was small but had two different areas with own sinks which was nice. The hallways had a very bad musty smell. The breakfast they advertised was a”bagged breakfast” with juice, orange, muffin, protein bar with coffee available. Had I known this I would not have chosen this hotel. They need to advertise correctly what their breakfast is. All the hotels I have stayed at lately had open breakfast bars with eggs, waffles etc. I do not recommend this hotel but the staff were nice.

I was there 1 night for business. It was a fine hotel and was clean. Service was good. My only complaint was the bright parking lot lights and not blackout curtains so I didn’t sleep well.

I stayed in the same exact room that i stayed in for the very first time 9 years ago. It looked exactly the same, and it made me feel very relaxed and comfortable. Hotel staff are very friendly!

We just used this hotel to sleep overnight after attending a wedding nearby. The only staff we met was the lady at the front desk who was very busy but checked us in fairly quickly. The room was clean and quiet.
