The lobby and the rooms are very nice and clean. The breakfast lacks healthy food, all is sugary. The only few bread available were the ends of the bread loaf. The counter was super messy and dirty. The pool was not very clean, lots of leafs and the inside walls looked dirty.

Everyone on staff here is vary politely and so kind the rooms are spotless and anything you ask the staff for they do there vary best to accommodate you. I have been enjoying my stay.

Good location for me when i have work to do in the phoenix area! The room was clean and quiet! The staff was very helpfull and informative. Parking was the best since the parking area was empyu. Breakfast was not what i expected in that it was very limited. I will go back when i need a place to stay in the phoenix area!

Clean new hotel. Staff is very helpful and professional. The breakfast was very standard, cereal, bagels, yogurt and hot coffee. Nice location, Dennys next door, walking distance from hotel. The cons pool very small. And walls are very thin, was able to hear neighbors T.V. And the footsteps of upstairs room.

All good! Easy place to stay…we brought our dogs. There is a little dog area in front of the hotel, and you can park very close to a door for your room. It was quiet, and very clean, and updated inside. This is the third time we have stayed there and it is a consistently good experience.

Parking was good, staff was great, room was great, no real breakfast very light, pool needed lots of attention filter baskets were clogged and I cleaned them! Pool ran better after that!

Nice quiet place with convenient breakfast.

Room was filthy (not just dirty). If you walked on the room floor, your feet became black with the filth. The housekeeping staff never cleaned our room or made our bed during our stay, just refreshed the towels and removed the trash. Breakfast was all cold offerings, but in hindsight, was safer not to eat anything prepared in this dirty hotel environment.

Staff were very friendly , Sid in the front desk was amazing , he went out of his way to make our stay comfortable and reassured that he was Rutgers for us . Jason , Christian were just like Sid . Excellent beyond words

The location was fine as we had travelled for a specific event that was nearby. The staff members were excellent - warm and welcoming and friendly. The hotel was clean. The breakfast is very modest - it is mainly just bagels, so if you are looking for a heartier breakfast this may not be the place for you. The hotel has an older feel and could definitely use a bit of TLC in spots.

I would have easily given 5 stars. Except the walls and floors are very thin. We could hear people walking around all night long. Floors above creaked at every step. We would even hear the guy in the room next to us snoring. Not a very good night's sleep.

We would definitely stay here again. The facilities, including our room were all clean and well maintained. The staff were all friendly, professional, and helpful. The canteen area was well stocked with various kinds of snacks. The rooms were designed with technology in mind. There were plenty of charging ports, both USB-A and USB-C as well as wireless charging stations. The TV was configured in a way to make it easy to attach entertainment tech. Our favorite part of the stay was the bed. The mattress was very comfortable and motion dampening. The movement of another person in the bed is barely if at all noticeable. I had one of the best night's sleep I've had in a long time. N/A

Absolutely froze as the window behind the curtains was wide open all night. We could not see it and had heat turned up to 82 but room never got up to probably 60 degrees as it was 38 degrees outside.

I didn’t see a hot tub so I don’t think we had one, but the room was clean. Breakfast was lacking. I don’t think bagels and yogurt is breakfast. Coffee was good. The property was clean. We did enjoy our stay.

The staff was so great! So friendly kind and helpful. They pretty much offset any negatives of the facility Very comfortable bed,pillows and sheets. Good shower. Nice little lobby. Great that room had fridge and microwave! Kind of an old basic hotel. No draws or place to put your clothes other than 3 hooks on the wall. Noisy ac unit.

The breakfast was very disappointing! All it turned out to be was a bagel bar, and one type of mini muffins. Aside from that, our stay was great! Clean room, and very quiet....no obnoxious guests partying all night.

It was the perfect place to reserve close to the casino too. Staff was great and the room was awesome. I will book again at this place. Thank you so much for allowing me to rest and relax when I need to.

Our car broke down in the 118 degree heat. This was the closest hotel.We were exhausted. The room was hot, didn’t cool until 3 am, pool closed early at 7:45 pm. Was refused late checkout while waited for our ride to get there. Receptionist didn’t care

Very basic but didn’t need frills. Extremely clean, all areas are non smoking. Large grassy area for dogs. Only negative is the free breakfast. Bagels, packaged muffins and yogurt are your only choices. Some fresh fruit would be a nice addition. If hungry Denny’s is right next door. I wasn’t in my room except to sleep and it was perfect.

We liked the proximity to the We Ko Pa Convention Center when I had a weekend conference. We had good choices of places to eat and enjoyed exploring Fountain Hills - our first visit to this community.

It’s not some 5 star hotel however, the staff are extremely sweet and accommodating. I assumed it would be loud because it’s small and there’s no carpet but I didn’t hear a thing even though my room was right by the laundry and front desk.

The staff is amazing! Very attentive and kind. At first, honestly, I was a bit unsure of the property. It was just the time of day and the lights were not on yet. The second night it was bright and felt much better. Of course I wish the pool was full sun all day and larger - it had afternoon sun which works well. Very quiet, which is very nice! Thank you!

Staff was wonderful. Very helpful when we arrived early. The room was clean and spacious. Wonderful pool and jacuzzi. Breakfast was included. Lots of wonderful restaurants near by. Downtown Fountain hills was very cute and walkable. Grocery stores are near the hotel . I saw the front desk clerk helping a handicapped guest to load their car. I was so impressed by his kindness. Very reasonable price for this hotel.
