Wasn’t the cleanest room, mold around windows and water bugs in the kitchen. Breakfast was good.

Housekeeping did not clean the room or replace towels at during my 5 day stay. Room cleanliness was 5/10, the room overall was clean but the bathtub was dirt stained and so was the shower curtain. Hotel amenities were great, a stove/oven, refrigerator with a dishwasher and dishes and a free hot breakfast: oatmeal, cereal, sausage, eggs, waffles, bagels and English muffins. They also had a rotating breakfast menu one day with a frittata and another was a ham and cheese egg croissant sandwich

The plumbing fixtures were worn and one was loose and about to go. Otherwise, no problems at all!

The bed was very comfortable. The room was spacious and had a full kitchen. There are two separate buildings, so I checked in at one and then had to cross the parking lot to the other. It seemed like some people lived there full time.

The front desk person, Michael, was very friendly and prompt to check us into the hotel. I am open-minded, but this hotel is absolutely filthy. The bathroom; shower, floor, toilet and walls were absolutely filthy. The hard surfaces in the room; desk, counters, coffee table/dinner surface space were both sticky and dirty.

I am unable to recall anything I found enjoyable about this particular hotel. It appears that the accommodations were not up to date. The initial room provided was not adequately prepared for our stay. My daughter experienced an allergic reaction due to the sofa bed, which unfortunately affected her visit to Fort Worth. We noticed toenail clippings near the bed and stains in the toilet, on the curtains, baseboards, and windows, and in the showers, in addition to a persistent sticky residue. Building 2 had a strong odor of pet urine throughout all three floors. We requested a room change for our second night, and the staff kindly moved us to Building 1. While there was no unpleasant odor in Building 1, it did have a somewhat musty atmosphere. The breakfast area was quite small, and the food offerings were unremarkable. The staff were satisfactory, but not exceptional. It was surprising to find these conditions in a Marriott hotel, as it felt more akin to a truck stop motel.

The room well exceeded our expectations. Very large and loved the kitchen area. Very clean and quiet. Breakfast is very good. Really liked it for variety and cleanliness.

The location was great and the value was very good! The room had a strange smell when we first arrived. The some Saturday night guests were marijuana smokers as it smelled through the halls.

OK, well my room had a slight weird smell to it and also around midnight. I found a cockroach under my pillow that made the entire stay uncomfortable. I didn’t want to eat any food. I didn’t really I was scared to even use the showers so the whole trip was terrible and I’d like some sort of accommodation or something.

Loved the room and the cleanliness and being at the end of the hall. Would love to stay there when the weather is warmer for the pool. The rain and cooler weather didn’t allow us to really experience the pool!

Convenient location. Plenty of parking. Good-sized room with amenities. Good choices for breakfast. Surprisingly quiet for being so close to the freeway. Very nice staff. We would stay there again. The gym needed something to wipe down equipment (like the sign says to do) and would benefit from some hand sanitizer. Would be ideal to have a trash can in the bathroom.

I liked the fact that it felt almost like home, pretty spacious… I didn’t like the cleanliness,the bathroom in particular… shower room stayed dirty after every shower(pet peeve)… after I arrived I had staff to clean it and it look liked it was never touched… I did it myself!

Okay location. Kind, friendly help at front desk. Pillows too soft. Bathroom door and wall behind door had hair all over it. It was very gross. Floor in bathroom not clean. Counter in kitchenette felt dirty.

It's clean but could do with a facelift. It's a bit 'tired'. No elevator and it was challenging lugging my suitcase up a steep staircase. Breakfast was really good.

Upon arrival I could tell that the property was old and rundown. It did not appear at all like the pictures online. The staff was very friendly at check in, but the instant I walked into the building I was directed to across the parking lot it smelt musty and just appeared unkept. When I go up to the 3rd floor where our room was located, it smelt of marijuana. Housekeepers were present and I assumed they would report the odor. I figured maybe after time the smell would dissipate, so we dropped our bags and left for a while. When we returned, the odor was worse. The carpet was soaking wet from the air conditioning unit. The bed was miserable uncomfortable and honestly, I didn't even want to get in it because everything just felt so dirty. The baseboards in the bathroom looked like they hadn't been cleaned in years, the carpets were musty and gross. We were supposed to stay two nights, but I checked out the next morning, after getting hardly any sleep. I reported all of my concerns to the front desk staff, and she was very apologetic. I'm honestly surprised Marriott even puts their name on this property. I would give it zero stars if possible.

This property is always quite comfortable. Nice full kitchen, comfortable beds and polite staff. My only caveat is it always smell like weed in the lobby. It’s almost like one of the staff members is smoking.

Great place, very good breakfast and quality. Wished the eating area was a little bigger because if you get there closer time to close, it can get a little backed up. This is probably one of the best hotels I have stayed at, in this price range and some more expensive as well. Great comfy stay. You are also close to quality restaurants, not just MCD's, BK, or cast stations.

I always love a Townplace Suites. Rooms are spacious with a kitchen and a couch. Clean and comfortable and quiet area. Breakfast was good. Front desk was friendly and efficient.

The stay was good. But after my stay they charged me $95 said was pet fee then charged $115 said pet fee after I booked the room with pet and she confirmed that it would be 3 adults and one pet never said anything about a pet fee.Nice place to stay just be careful of pricing

Much older buildings than appear in photos. Shower and tub were chipped and gross. Toilet barely flushed, and toilet paper holder was falling off wall. Furniture and beds were sagging. We ended up leaving without even staying the night.

Breakfast was very good as well, the only thing ‘bad’ is that the breakfast sitting area is very small. Other than that, the hotel is awesome. I went to a concert at the Dickies Arena, and this hotel was way cheaper than the rest in the area, and I do not regret it.

Overall great place. Clean room. Breakfast was just okay. Quiet on floor we were staying. There was a strong smell of someone smoking or burning weed on our floor, so maybe staff should walk each hallway a couple times a day. We came and went multiple times the night we arrived and the next day and it still had a very strong smell as soon as you got off the elevator.

I immediately went to front desk to demand another room. Nope. "Sorry sir, we're full. No rooms available." Room 104. I had to scramble to find another hotel. I expect a refund, and for Expedia to come through.

When we finally got in to our room, (our first set of room keys did not work) there was cat food on the floor in the bathroom and cat prints on the dusty desk/cabinet in the main part of the room. The tub was filthy and the floor in the bathroom looked like it had not been cleaned in ages. In addition, when we came back from the service, there was a strong smell of marijuana on on the first floor that resonated all the way up the elevator to the third floor. The elevators are not far from the front desk so there was no way the staff would not be able to smell that. Finally, when my husband was taking our luggage to the car around 5 am, he could not exit the building and the person at the desk had to push a button to let him out. That seemed VERY unsafe if there as a mass exodus. I've stayed at a lot of Marriot properties, and choose them, due to their cleanliness. I will not longer automatically assume this in the future.

Things I didn’t like. Location of toilet paper relative to wear toilet. You literally have to twist your body to the left to reach the toilet paper. Bad design. TV doesn’t roster very well for you to see if youre in bed. You have to watch it from a bad angle. My bed had a squeak which was only annoying when getting in but didn’t hear it while turning over in bed

Things I didn’t like. Location of toilet paper relative to wear toilet. You literally have to twist your body to the left to reach the toilet paper. Bad design. TV doesn’t roster very well for you to see if youre in bed. You have to watch it from a bad angle. My bed had a squeak which was only annoying when getting in but didn’t hear it while turning over in bed

The room was awesome! We loved that it had a full kitchen. We took advantage of the pool as well. It's great for kids! The breakfast cafe offered many different options so that was also a plus!

Sweet young lady at the counter made us feel at home. Rooms were amazing. Halls and rooms were nice and cool. Tucked away off the freeway with no road noise. Breakfast was pretty good. Everything was clean and modern looking.

The property is clean and the room is spacious

The staff was great. If you like quiet do not get room next to elevator. Plenty of free parking. Hotel is located off freeway in a nice area. Convenient to alot of shopping centers and restaurants.

We stayed here for one night. We arrived a couple hours before check in and they let us check in early, which was nice. The room was clean and well put together. The breakfast was pretty good and they had a lot of items to choose from(waffles, omelets, oatmeal, eggs, sausage, like 6 dofferent cereals, yogurt, bagels, muffins). The woman who worked the breakfast area was so sweet and helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an affordable and well kept place to stay.

Great helpful staff. Great beds, clean and well furnished bedrooms. lots of parking and quiet area. Close to TCU. Hulen mall is not good, better drive to tanger outlets.

This was a great place to stay, very convenient for jumping on the interstate to get places. Staff was amazing. Wish the breakfast area was bigger and more accomodatimg for more people. Great stay overall.

The place was better then expected after reading reviews from some. The staff was nice, we had breakfast every morning we were there and each day had a little different choices, they had variety of items to choose from as well, pretty nice set up. We stayed a couple days for a friends wedding that weekend. The location was close to the highway and not far from attractions we wanted to go to like the zoo and gardens while we were staying. Shopping centers close by and restaurants. If we’re in the area again we would stay again.

Very nice place. However, we sent our sister to have breakfast but all she found was coffee. She said out loud, is this it? Is this all the breakfast? The front desk person did not respond or help by guiding her to the dining area. When we went to join her and help her find the food, the lady had already put all food away. We missed on breakfast because our sister couldn't find it and the front desk person did not help.

We were in town only one night visiting family but we were very pleased with our room, comfort and the wonderful breakfast..although we did not use the pool or fitness room they looked very nice and clean. If visiting again, we would stay again or recommend.

Nothing worth to mention

Enjoyed the the room and it's amenities, such as the kitchen and the dishes that were provided. All was good until it was time to get in the bed which is when i found bugs and crumbs.

It was fine. Just an older property.
