Studio 6 had a fire. Lost power. Didn't even check In, went next door. I didn't stay there, was closed due to fire, no electricity, was not informed of situation.

My room was ok the table was broken the microwave was broken but the room was a nice size. I didn’t have a room with a stove the staff are rude who works in the office it was a lot of crackheads in there that was always fighting I called down to the office no one never came to stop it people selling drugs it’s dogs poops on the stairs almost everyday then when the owners came they act like they keep the property clean and they dnt.

The hotel had easy access to the freeway. The staff was helpful and accommodating but the facility was unclean and the rooms/beds reeked of cigarette. People were actually residing at the hotel and some of them were shady and had questionable characters. First night at the hotel around 2am one of the neighbors wanted to physically fight with someone. They quarreled for one hour and I was getting upset and didn't feel safe staying there. Informed the staff and they changed my room to the opposite side of the hotel. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families or anyone as it is an unsafe area. The photos of the hotel is nothing like the reality of staying there.

Great team work

Roach infested. Rooms are now what are being advertised on the website. Needs a new paint job. The hotel isn’t even the same color as the pictures anymore and everything is run down and falling apart. No clean towels nor clean tap water. Very disgusting.

No stay available. The staff cancelled my reservation, after confirmed check in time was communicated. The reason was unclear. One of many reasons I was given by the staff was regarding the financial balance of the overall reservation. However, there wasn't any communication for a solution. The staff cancelled my reservation which has back-logged the full amount I paid with booking.com, leaving this balance unavailable for refund or use.

There were so many cockroaches that we saw them as soon as we opened the door.

The room had black mold in the shower and behind the toilet. The smoke detector was ripped from the wall. The safety lock on the door was missing. The parking lot is covered with urine and feces. There was a party with drugs and guns outside my door.

They was so rude to me and my 3 kids I paid for the room my kids pulled covers back we had 2 beds in the room both beds oh my God had B/M and blood and stains on the sheets so I went to office and asked man to come see for his self he looked like he didn’t see a problem with it when you could see clearly that it was unclean so I asked for a refund I took pictures and went back to office had another guy in there so I told him what was going on and he pointed across the street and said there’s plenty of rooms across the street that doesn’t have period blood I’m like oh my God how could people be so ignorant and rude then disrespectful in front of my 3 kids and let me not forget the smell of urine and prostitution and god know what else is going on didn’t look like it in the app online I felt catfished I turned key in and they didn’t give me a refund Shit on sheets and period blood and urine on sheets

Front desk was kind and courteous, the bed was comfortable.Full size refrigerator.. People knock on the door all hours, looking for someone who used to stay there. People yelling in the middle of the night. Small little roaches coming out of the wall. The cigarette smoke smell is really strong.

Everything, police there all through the days and nights Prostitution ring. Black mold in my room both 318 and I moved to 207 at the beginning of October 2025. Owners curse at you very rude. Charging for the room housekeeper won't give everyone service just who she can get something from. She tells the lady in 108 at the front of the property everyone's business. So Thankful to be away from that place. Disgusting things. Some of the front desk are so kind. The owners Father went back to India. Everyone is sad. He is wonderful. But his son shames the family with his belligerent behavior and verbal threats even to pull his pants down and show his rear he said if he wants. He threatened to pull his gun out on several occasions. So much more. Was treated so badly I didn't submit this review for fear of being kicked out. Eventhough I paid my money. Yeah they do that too.

The room I rented for 3-4 days was horrible. I have lots of pictures to show the damage and need of repairs. The fridge seal was completely detached 3/4 way round unit and froze my food costing me over $100. in groceries. The toilet tank lid only 1/2 covered tank, the front door, closet doors falling off. Stains and burn holes on comforters sheets had warn thin holes the size of adult upper body and a large tear in top of sheet by head. absolutely not worth the money spent and should be under review.

At check-in, the staff seemed hesitant to give us a room on the top floor and made a few calls before finally taking us there. We had large bags from traveling for three months, but they tried to insist on us taking the stairs while they took our luggage in the lift — which felt very suspicious. The lift we eventually used had urine on the floor, and another guest shouted to hold the doors, which the staff member desperately tried to close. When we reached the room, there was a man sitting outside smoking with clear injection marks on his arms. The whole environment felt dodgy and unsafe. We immediately asked to change rooms, but even after moving to another side of the hotel, the feeling of unease didn’t go away. We ended up leaving and paying extra for a much better hotel just 10 minutes down the road. To make matters worse, when we asked for a refund, the staff told us to go through Expedia — and the hotel then denied the request. Gave a us a key card to a room that someone else was staying in we barged in on them. Got another key, went in the room there is hair and dirt all over the sheets and I’m gagging because of the mold. The stay was good. The full kitchenette was very convenient. However, the shower curtail rod was hanging and the curtain wouldn’t stay in place. The room had a slight smell of cigarettes, but, overall it was a good stay.

Had to go to the front desk multiple times to get assigned new rooms due to them being dirty even though they had been “marked as cleaned”. Ended up not staying there and booking at another hotel.

This room was $73 with a $200 dmg deposit- absolutely ridiculous the the state of this hotel and rooms. Two dbl beds (hard and uncomfortable) with only one thin pillow on each bed- not a comfortable sleep to say the least.

Booked a kingsize smoking room 2 days in advance. Got there no kingsize but we offered 2 double beds smoking. My husband is tall and I am big a double bed is very uncomfortable. there was no ashtrays or cups and some of the outlets didn't work. We had to unplug the light in order for it to shut off.

I arrived and went to the room and there was no plugs close to the bed tolet lid was very loose and I had torn sheets and the sheets had holes in them from smoking and the wifi was very weak

It was decent. Kind of what you would expect out of a Studio 6. Super dirty towels. Stained from something not sure what. Bed sheets/ blanket had holes in it. Also had a room with a kitchen but didn't have anything to cook with. No plates/utensils/cookware. Nothing. If I would've known that, I would go somewhere else.

As a formerly licensed and trained pest control technician, I can say with absolute certainty that there were bed bugs. And if that wasn’t enough to keep me from sleeping, the partial pillow on the bed was probably a factor in my unrest. The room had two beds and one pillow on each bed. Overall, it was a cheap and gross place to stay, but I guess if that’s what you’re looking for, then I’d highly recommend it.

This place should be shut down.

The only good thing about the room is that it did have an excellent a/c. The room had a bad odor to it. The shower water was terrible. The bathroom wanted to lock me in. The microwave would not turn on. The pillows needed to be replaced. They are not comfortable.

Well once I arrive to check in I was told he needed to run my credit card again. Then he showed me the screen of which should have been my credit card number but it wasn’t. I asked why would you need to run my card when my room is already paid for. I’ve been using hotels.com for a longgggg time and when I go to check in no one ever ask for my card unless it’s not paid for. It’s usually just my ID. I have him the card he run it and my card was declined right because it’s already paid for. I only had enough in the card for the room. He check me in and I go on to my room. And I couldn’t have been more upset but I need to rest so I could get back on the road. I was fighting with flies and roaches all night room smelled steel. Bed was so Hard I didn’t get a good nights rest freezer didn’t work. But hey it look it was a great place for people who need a place to stay who couldn’t afford an apartment. People was fighting and arguing all night long. Never again

I didn’t even put my things down, and I immediately left and went to ask for a refund. I had pictures and videos of the roaches and of course they wanted to see. After seeing the “proof” they agreed to refund me. That was May 18th and I haven’t seen the refund posted yet, even though they handed me a “receipt “ for the refund

This hotel is in a very poor part of town. We had people making threatening comments, following us into our room without invite. There where cats living under the tarp covered pool. We checked in and exactly 17 minutes later we left. Very unsafe

I wont stay there again. A 50 dollar deposit to stay in that raggedy hotel. The one in Burleson looks a millon times better

Motel 6 has definitely gone down the drain. It doesn’t care about the guests anymore. This property has no desire to put the guests first let alone fix up their rooms.

Upon entering the room and examining the bed - I found bugs in the bed. I went to the front office and demanded a refund. I then went to a different hotel. The pool at this hotel is closed and filthy, "non-smoking" rooms all smell like smoke. The floor and bathrooms were filthy.

Where do I even begin? Rude front desk clerk, housekeeping walked in on me without knocking while I was in my room, at least she said sorry then close the door, but sorry just didn't cut it. Plenty of flies in the room. Not to mention a dirty parking lot. I like Studio 6 just not this one.

It looks nice on the inside but they are lacking everywhere else. The beds aren't that comfortable. The other guests are not very considerate of noise levels or the time of night in which they are loud.

The guy watched me book the room and pay for it and then told me they don’t have rooms, proceeding to give someone else a room right after. I want my money back. I require a refund ASAP.

Our stay at Studio 6 was comfortable and pleasant. Although the rooms are spartan, they have everything that you need. The kitchen area as well as the bathroom were spotless and the bed was comfortable. Due to its location, it was a little loud, but the AC fan over-rode most of the noise. Also, the parking lot was a little dirty with trash, etc. I would stay here again because of the cleanliness and the amenities. Note: there are no paper goods (Kleenex, paper towels), shampoo/conditioner, as well as no kitchen supplies so plan accordingly.

Property is clean, no roaches and mostly quiet at night. However I was disappointed after getting the room and realizing there was no stove top.That's when they told me that most rooms do not have a full kitchen.

Hotel was clean, as a cheap hotel, service is almost nonexistent. But my 2 complains:they left then than half of a toilet paper in a double room (134) and the shower bath tub and walls were too slippery., that's real dangerous, anyone can get hurt or even worst in that shower.

Wear slides all The time, and the shower head was horrible. It was like I was outside using a water hose to shower with. I have stayed here and it was decent the first time. It was late checking in and didn’t feel well. So I just dealt with all the issues.

The only thing that needs addressed is the shower heads. There is absolutely no pressure with the shower heads. Other than that it was a great stay.

My niece is at Cook's and this was minutes away,so we choice to stay here for closeness to the hospital. THE BIGGEST MISTAKE WE MADE! WE WILL NOT BE STAYING HERE AGAIN! THE FIRST ROOM WAS DIRTY! SO MY HUSBAND SO DOWNSTAIRS AND ASKED FOR ANOTHER ROOM AND THE FRONT DESK PERSON STATES SO YOU WANT A REFUND AND MY HUSBAND SAID NO WE NEED ANOTHER ROOM. SO GIVES US ANOTHER ROOM AND IT STRAIGHT UP SMELT LIKE WEED. THE NEXT MORNING MY HUSBAND WENT DOWN TO STRETCH HIS LEGS WHILE I FINISHED GETTING READY AND THE FRONT DESK PERSON TOLD HIM TO GO BACK TO HIS ROOM BECAUSE HE LOOKED SKETCHY AND HE DIDN'T WANT MY HUSBAND TO STEAL ANY OF HIS THINGS. The young man at check in was fairly rude. Even though I had reserved and prepaid for two rooms, he would not let me check in to both rooms and get the keys so my employees coming in later that night could get keys from me and get in their rooms. He insisted that I wait in the lobby for a long time for one of them to get into town so they could check into the second room, which I had reserved in my name and paid for in advance.

The room had the smell of a very strong-smelling cleaning product. Actually, much of the property did. Mattresses were very thin and not real comfy. TV was very small. Front door was old and had lots of damage. Lots of little things wrong--no one thing stood out. Lots of people out smoking in front of their doors. Overall everything was a little run down, compared with most hotels. I think it's just a budget hotel in a not great part of town and has everything that comes with it.

3 days. There to see daughter & family. Concerned at 1st about 11pm curfew but for me was good. Discouraged late nt running in & out of rooms, quieter, etc. No carpet or rugs hard 1st nt. Bare feet made walking around damp. Got sandles next day & better next 2 nts. Air cond/heat bit hard to figure out 1st nt with up & down thermostat but 2nd & 3rd nts better again. Over all good stay. Will also know have own shampoo next time. Nice apt size frig.

Nice clean updated rooms. Decor made it very pleasing on the eyes. Check in staff moved a little slow, so you have to have patience. Good thing I came with my kitchen set also, as this was NOT a topic offered for discussion as to whether or not they had any.
