Close to destination We we're placed in a handicap room which was at the very end of the hall on the top floor. My wife had just had surgery, and those obstacles made it that much more painful to get to our room. Since it was a handicap room, the bed was super low which made it even more difficult for my wife to get in and out of bed.

Breakfast was wonderful- the staff were very helpful.

I stayed here for 2 night as I was getting married Wednesday evening but 5am Wednesday morning woke up to fire alarms blazing no staff around to advise us of a false alarm due to some burning bread ..no apologies just business as usual. Over all it an ok stay but the prices were too high for what I experienced

This facility is well kept and the staff is very courteous and professional. I was staying there to attend a high school graduation which was ten minutes away.

At a later time we got an email about the parking fee of $15.69 if we were arriving in a vehicle. I did not like being emailed by the hotel after i booked the room about the additional cost of parking. Booking.com never stated there was a $15.69 charge to park your vehicle at Spring Hill Suites. Our room was non refundable through booking.com so we had to pay for parking. Was not a problem, just wish that would have been disclosed before booking the room.

Very good property if you are attending events at Dickie’s Arena, very centrally located in a cheap Uber right away. Very affordable, amenities are great.

I gave 4 stars for cleanliness. Overall, the room was very nice, but when we arrived I noticed a pair of black socks on the floor, a larger snack crumb that I stepped on, and the shower floor was very slippery. Since the room is somewhat dark and the socks blended into the flooring, I can understand how they may have been missed, but it did make me wonder if the room had not been thoroughly vacuumed. On a positive note, the snack shop was wonderful for late-night needs—offering wine, beer, water, and snacks, which was very convenient. However, there were no utensils, napkins, or paper or plastic cups available either in the room or at the snack store, which would have been helpful since items are purchased there to bring back to the room to heat and or eat.

Great room with a divider for the work area. Clean and ni ely furnished. We enjoyed the scrambled eggs as well as the potatoes and peppers.

Overall, I had a nice stay at this hotel. However, this is the second year in a row that I have booked a standard King bed room, only to be put in a handicap accessible room instead. Sadly, the beds in these rooms squeak with every movement and are very uncomfortable. And, I can sleep just about anywhere! I say this in warning to guests who do actually need the amenities of a handicap room. The television also did not work, which I brought to their attention. The staff did accommodate a room change on my second day, and acknowledged that the handicap beds are known to be squeaky. They were also flexible with giving me a late checkout. The highlight of this hotel is the hot breakfast, and variety of items offered. The location is also perfect if you are attending events at Dickies Arena!

Other than Expedia still charging us for 2 adults and 3 children, our hotel stay here was great! Free parking, A pleasant staff, breakfast and we loved our suite. I finally got my King Size bed during our weekly travels.

All staff were very friendly. Breakfast was delicious, very clean rooms and parking was great. Only problem we had was locating a luggage carrier. We had to carry lots of heavy luggage to the car. We asked the lady at the front desk (late afternoon) and she said some people take them in their rooms and use them like a closet. Not fair for other guests. I would recommend this hotel.

We all noticed a faint urine smell in the room throughout our stay. Most likely from guests having pets in the room and poor cleaning practices. What was even more disaapointing was the lack of hospitality from the hotel staff behind the front counter area as you enter into the hotel. I have never experienced so many people that didnt smile or consistently greet guests or even attempt to provide help when needed. My sisters and I all felt thr same way about this experience. I haven't stayed at a Marriot hotel for some time and not sure if I will do it again. Also, the photo's of the business center are so misleading.

Unfortunately, the breakfast left a lot to be desired. I stayed March 21/22, 2026, and I ate breakfast there. The food was pretty good, but I got a carton of 2% milk, and as I took my first sip, I realized the milk was clearly spoiled and curdled. I nearly threw up, but composed myself and looked at the expiration date, which read Feb. 28 and reported this major error to the desk clerk. Needless to say, that was all it took to ruin my meal and mood. I definitely won’t be taking it for granted that expiration dates have been thoroughly checked anymore.

We stayed here for the Conan Gray concert! The location was perfect for anything happening at Dickies Arena. The hotel was very clean and comfortable and staff were super nice and friendly. Would definitely stay here again!!

The location was perfect since we were headed to Dickies Arena. The entire staff was so friendly m. Also loved the restaurant, Pulido’s, right next door! Breakfast at the hotel was delicious! Surprised to see breakfast sandwiches. Maria J was wonderful in the breakfast area. She was so sweet checking on us to make sure we didn’t need anything else.

The room was fantastic, the location and proximity to the stock yards was priceless and when our kiddo was showing mid morning, they allowed us a late check out that gave us the chance to focus on the show instead of checking out at 6am. Will most definitely be booking early here every year.

Beds were comfortable, free parking, and the staff was friendly. We stayed in room 131, the room seemed perfect until we started hearing this loud noise that was vibrating our walls, it sounded like a plane landing, we found out that the room share a wall with the hotel laundry room, very close to the freeway as well so you can hear the traffic, but that's not all a mouse ran across the floor and under the couch! I gather my things and told the front desk manager about the issues and asked to be moved to another room. We were moved to another room upstairs away from the freeway, but that room had a foul stench to it, hen we turned on the lights we realized the couch and outman was all stained up with dry up food or something other things we couldn't identify. We wanted to leave but came in from out of town and didn't have any other lodging options by this time, we were there for only one night and this was late evening when all of this happened so my husband convinced me to stay. Then came the noise in the hall, the room is not sound proof at all, the door was not secured with any type of floor trimming so there was a huge gap from the floor to the bottom of the door, which allowed light to come in and more noise. I am a light sleeper, through the night I heard every door slam closed, every conversation of the guest in the hallway, needless to say I did not get any rest that night! We woke up early and left! I left a review on their page and someone reached out to me telling me they were going to make the necessary changes, and the hope I stay with them again. I feel like the only resolution is a refund, but no one has responded to that request yet!

Parking lot lights shining through all night long. 3.Heavy coffee table, not easy to move, and a wheelchair can’t get past it. 4.TV is located in a corner and only angles a small amount. Person on left side of bed would get a stiff neck, trying to watch it. By the way, the space directly at the end of the bed would easily accommodate a TV but no, let’s make it as unaccessible a room as possible for someone with physical limitations and to top it off the woman at check-in could not have cared less. How does a hotel as large as Springhill suites have one handicap accessible room per floor? That means two couples traveling together, both needing handicapped rooms, would have to be separated. I have stayed in this hotel multiple times, but this was the last.

We are not picky, and are ok with a firm, soft, any kind of mattress is ok, however the mattresses were so sunken down and the springs were noisy and digging into our back. It was by far the worst night. For this reason I would never stay again. Staff at front desk was helpful and friendly

The bathroom does not have hooks to hang clothes. Was inconvenienced as we had to place them on closed toilet seat. Usually all Marriott’s I went to recently gave us two bottles of water this one was charging us 4:50 per bottle!!????? We immediately drove to closest Trafer Koes to get 6 bottles of water for 17cents each.

Wonderful bed, good shower pressure, every staff person I saw had a smile. And Shauntay, the guest relations lady, is a terrific asset. Nothing is ever too much trouble for her, and she’s always so sweet to chat with.

Why the heck are guests paying for parking...really?! I missed that aspect on hotels.com. Had I seen it, I may have looked elsewhere. Charge non-guests for parking, not guests.

My family and I stayed here for a concert. Richard and Shantay greeted me at the front desk and were extremely pleasant and helpful. We stayed two nights and the hotel was literally less than a mile away from the concert venue. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good too. We would definitely stay here again.

Checking in was easy and the woman at the front counter was very friendly. What wasn’t awesome was being welcomed by bugs running across the counter when we entered our first room. There were right as you walked in, and at first I thought they were left over food crumbs until they started scurrying around. I took pictures and went back downstairs and asked for a new room which we were given. New room seemed clean, but we definitely didn’t sleep easy knowing there were bugs in other rooms.

The area was clean and the staff was exceptionally friendly. The parking was kinda difficult. There was no hot water in the shower, but there was hot water in the sink.

One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept on. Wonderful pool the breakfast was much better than I thought. Eggs made w love and care. Richard up front super professional. We will stay again. Clean parking area very private. Great office I was abled to get some work done while my family slept.

Great stay for family trip. I loved the pull out trundle bed style sleeper they had. My kids appreciated it. I will definitely look for other hotels that have this same style.

Property was well maintained and cleaned. Entering the hotel there was a smell which had me worried about rooms and such. But our room was clean no smell just nice all around. Would definitely go back to still if I ever visited TX again.

The Hotel was very nice. It is extremely close to the Museum district, and just a short drive to the Sundance Square. The rooms are spacious. Out bed was a bit uncomfortable, but it is not a show-stopper. The Continental breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety of options. Parking is paid, and safe. The room was quiet although we were on the side away from the interstate.

Great customer service

It was a nice hotel. We only stayed one night for an appointment at Cooks children’s hospital for our son and it was close by. The zoo also isn’t too far away. Nice place for the money.

I stayed in room 105 and noticed that the blinds were not working properly. They could only be partially closed using a switch that seemed to be a temporary or substitute solution. The blinds would only close halfway. Additionally, I needed to use a bathroom accessible for people in wheelchairs, so I wasn't able to change rooms. I kindly request that the issue be properly and permanently fixed, rather than just temporarily addressed.

The overnight staff at this property was terrible. The security was rude, he was not customer oriented and was confrontational. I will never stay at this hotel again because Donald was terrible. If I as an employer ever knew that my employee acted like this, I would be embarrassed and would immediately fire him.

Our stay was very comfortable. The rooms were clean. Our only disappointment was with the breakfast in the morning. It was OK. The only choice for fresh fruit was apples. Should have a few more options if you’re not there first thing in the morning, most of the food was already gone an hour later.

We were there on a weekday. The do not offer waffles on weekdays. My son loves waffles. A manager came to the table to ask if we needed anything. I said "how about waffles" half jokingly. She said ok no problem and had staff make him a waffle. This was not generated by a complaint, just great customer service.

We were in town for a concert so this was a one night stay. The receptionist, Shountay, was very welcoming and so gracious. She was very helpful in offering us a tip that our concert was walking distance to Dickies Arena. We will definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay at Springhill Suites. My only negative would be the average breakfast and the parking. Parking is almost $15/day/car! I would understand it if it was near restaurants or a busy downtown area but it's not. There weren't enough disabled spots for folks and I saw a older lady with a cane getting dropped off by the door. I did appreciate the proximity to the colleges, shopping and great restaurants. The traffic noise from the busy freeway wasn't a problem at all. Overall, I would recommend doing away with the parking fee or maybe charge it to overnight guests and not to guests staying more than 1 night.

Breakfast staff was always present and offered assistance more than at some restaurants. Seems to have variety each morning, which was nice (one day was sausage scramble and sausage biscuits, one morning was mini quiche), but no plain bread for taste other than bagels. Parking was a bit of a headache, since lot only had so many spots and if it was full, you have to use a garage a little further away. They charge for parking as well, so if you want in lot, I had to get there before 7-8pm otherwise it was full and had to use garage.

The staff is once friendly. It isn’t super crowded and right off the highway so it is very convenient.

The only disappointment was that our suite was on the street side and the traffic noise was very loud- the staff was super helpful and allowed us to move to another suite- however it was a lot smaller even though it was still a King Suite and the same price. A small hassle for a full weeks stay but again the amazing staff made the visit.

Great hotel when visiting Dickies arena! I've seen this hotel before but didn't book it because it is on the opposite side of the interstate. I'm so glad I booked it this time!! It is the perfect place to stay when attending concerts! Getting to the arena couldn't be any easier!! Walking is even an option! Hotel is very nice! Clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly and helpful! Parking is easy!

We had a great stay in Fort Worth! The hotel sraff was friendly and made checking in and out quick and easy. The room was nice and comfortable. You do have to pay for parking, but they have a garage on the property you access with your room key. It was a perfect one night stay!

Amazing stay!

We were given room 233 two adults, two kids. The room had a bed and a trundle bed for my kids. Pulled out the first trundle bed and huge blood stain on the mattress. I went down to get a different room and given 243. I always do a bedbug search no matter what. Pulled this room's trundle bed away from the wall and found a dried up orange peel and a press on finger nail. Then pulled out this trundle bed and also had a huge blood stain. I then asked for a room with two beds and no trundle and some kind of compensation. I was upgraded to a double bed room and $50 off our first night. Blood on your mattresses is a health risk as well as unsanitary AND disgusting! As far as I'm concerned, our stay should have been free. Tired from the long day, driving, flight and nonsense with rooms and not able to get to bed until well after midnight. Very grossed out and disappointed.

It was all fantastic. Front desk attendant was very quick but helpful. Seemed genuine when asking about why we were there and offered plenty of dining options. Dude really seems to like his job. Hotel room was superb. Really clean, temperature was just right, showers were hot and poweful. Definitely will stay at that location again

My suite was a bit cramped, but it was a pleasant stay. There are not many stores or quick eats close by. Even with paying for parking it was still a struggle to find a spot.

Excellent handicapped accessible bathroom. Large enough for the wheel chair and portable lift equipment to fit easily. The bed is on a platform, which makes it hard to get the lift under the bed to use, so if you use a hoyer, this is likely not the room for you. Staff was lovely and food at breakfast was good.
