    The property was properly clean and in good working order. Only problem is that these are suites. Not all the suites have the amenities like glasses, plates, forks, spoons and etc. I would say make sure they are somewhat uniform but I had a nice time thanks

    ***Super clean!!!*** —nevertheless— The hotel as a whole is antiquated and needs renovation. I’m a school teacher; I’m ok with ok when it comes to lodgings. The layout was fine, as was the space. However, the style and wear of the furnishings seemed about 15 years old. The owner obviously chose alteration over renovation when faced with changing building codes while exerting minimal effort to finance, conceal, or homogenize the project. Damages made by former patrons were obviously not mitigated by the fines they incurred. This place would be a dump if it weren’t for the amazing staff and their ability to keep it spotless :)

    Staff was great and that was the only good thing! I’m sure a lot of people live here. There was a constant strong smell of weed in the hallways ( and it’s a non smoking hotel). The first room we were given was disgusting and had a strong smell of smoke however they were very accommodating and moved us to a better smelling cleaner room. We will not be back to this place

    The room we were given smelt like wet dog, very disgusting. I paid more for the incidentals than the price of the room. 2 big dogs without lease were in the lobby and approaching guests. Terrible terrible place. Couldn’t stay more than 4 hrs in total

    During my stay, the Property was trashy Outside. Inside, they never vacuumed the hallways. My room did not have any accommodations I requested or paid for, one being, a roll in shower. My room had no utensils or cookware for the kitchen. I was given 2 key cards, but 1 worked. Several times I had to get the cards reset. My guest and I were not able to use the cards simultaneously. Beware.

I thought the first room they assigned us had an issue with the key card bc I could not get in. Same thing happened at 2nd room and then we realized you have to use your entire body to force the door open. The next morning I couldn’t get out of the room right away. Front desk said it was because they recently painted the doors. Regardless, it felt extremely unsafe while I was trapped inside pulling on the door for a few minutes before I could get out. Several lights and one of the remotes didn’t work at all.

    Stay at any other hotel than this one. Sketchy area, sketchy people and the quality is terrible. We get to our room and the smoke alarm is beeping really loudly but they couldn’t even just give us batteries. They said they would send maintenance to put batteries in the next morning. We used the microwave TWO times and it shorted out which they said they would fix asap. We were out all day the next day but when we came back all the issues were still not fixed. We saw a couple bugs in the room and were too scared to even sleep under the covers in the bed. We didn’t finish our stay but I’m not even sure they are going to refund us. Definitely won’t be staying here ever again

    They did not have our room type so they gave us instead of a two bedroom suite. Just normal hotel room. They told us while we were already on the way on the day of booking. We were thankfully accomodated for early check in which we had requested the hotel the day we booked.

Then, I had to ask for items that should have been in the room when I checked in.don't put them in because people steal them. The hall smelled of mold and the riom didn't have a working air conditioner. The room had water damage and a dead bug. When we complained they offered us a new room with only 1 bed.Not an option so they finally offered us a refund. I will never return.

    It was conveniently lovated for me. Close to major thoroughfares but not right on a highway. The staff is really good. They were friendly and helpful even when they had some things going on. They actuall ymade the stay great. I was there a total of 6 weeks. I only have one issue and that was it is advartised as newly renovated. While I saw some things that appear to be new, there were other things that were quite old looking and dated. For instance the bathroom fistures. Dated and small rusty patches from the moisture. But overall the appreance was good for the price

    The room size was great, and the bathroom as well. The staff was very friendly and helpful, especially when I needed to back to my room after checking out to get a phone that was left behind. 10/10 customer service. The room felt unfinished/underprepared for guests. Despite reserving for a family of 4, there were only two towels. The cabinet had bowls and plates, but no cups/mugs, and there was floor damage that was painful/dangerous if accidentally stepped on.

    Although the facility had an unpleasant odor and lacked proper upkeep, Krystal at the front desk provided exceptional service. She was professional, welcoming, and went above and beyond to make our check-in smooth. Her kindness and professionalism stood out despite the hotel’s flaws. My stay was extremely disappointing due to the facility’s terrible odor of mildew and garbage and the unprofessional behavior of the hotel manager, Rebecca Machado. She was dismissive and rude during interactions about towel exchanges, even accusing me of damaging them without cause. To make matters worse, my daughter developed what appeared to be bed bug bites, making the overall experience unacceptable.

    I wasn’t aware that if I didn’t check in before 12am that my reservation would be canceled if it wasn’t prepaid but it was a lesson learned on my end

    The manager Rebecca was so welcoming and gave me the best customer service experience when staying here. She was professional, friendly and helpful as these days it’s hard to find around these parts. The cleanliness and quality of my room and entire building actually are hands down the best when compared to other 6 hotels very close proximity. The housekeeping staff are funny warm and also very professional I usually have to go in and wipe most things down but I am greatly satisfied and impressed by this team and hotel. To say the least this place gets a 10 and is the best bang for your buck. Thanks for caring and making me feel comfortable and can’t give enough credit to the cleanliness and overall management of the hotel.

    Room was very clean as well as property very quiet not many people staying here elevator wasn’t working but everything else trumped that I’d definitely come back for an extended stay Esme in the front office was great and very kind !

    The staff at the front desk were very friendly and welcoming, the room was great, it was a good size and very comfy. I especially liked the size of the bathroom, also the kitchen area and desk area was very nice as well. The bed was comfy, I slept great the two nights I stayed, I will definitely be returning.

    I went here because my electricity went out and I had reserved the stay for my mom and brother. We didn't use the room for more than thirty minutes because the electricity at my house came back on. I am not happy that it takes so long to refund me the deposit money, when I do need that money as soon as possible. There was a leftover dog's toy left in the room, the bathroom hinge on the top was kind of broken (in which I reported as soon as I got the room, the TV remote control was hard to use, and the burner that was in the kitchenette didn't work. But we did get the room without any issues and the receptionist was thorough and business-like.

    Had an amazing stay from the moment we checked in Krystall was amazing. The hotel was in a great location as far as close to points if interest in and around Ft. Worth/ Dallas area. Room was quiet,beds were comfortable ,it is a little outdated, kitchen and bathroom could use a little more attention by the cleaning crew. We stayed 3 nights and would stay there again when we come back to the area.

    Staff was really pleasant and accommodating, specially the woman who checked us in, Shaniqua. She regularly checked in on us to make sure everything was to our liking throughout both days that I stayed here with my son. The property itself was a bit of a mix between modern and dated, as were the amenities. But everything was clean, functioned as it should, and provided what we needed. On site laundry was free and so convenient. The front desk also offered some detergent for purchase so I didn’t need to go out of my way. The area itself has a bit of a homeless community surrounding it, but overall still felt very safe. They don’t offer breakfast at this Sonesta, but there’s a few food items for purchase at the front, a lot of common restaurants just a couple of minutes down the street, and places to shop for your basic cooking necessities. I was here for my son’s football tournament and everything was at our disposal. I would definitely recommend this place, the price is great for what you get.

    I had an amazing stay though! Staff were awesome! Especially Esmeralda and Krystal. Very attentive. Esmeralda’s went above and beyond to find some needed items. She did it right away! You DO have to ask for some items that should already be in the room. But they ended up getting the dishes and cookware for me so no biggy. *** To address anyone complaining about the company booking them for a room and then they were told that all rooms were full, once they got there. It is the 3rd party companies doing that…. Not Sonesta. I was there when people were coming in and complaining about there not being available rooms after they had already booked a room. But they booked with Expedia/Hotels.com and such. The staff felt terrible about it but there was nothing they could do. Expedia/Hotels.com and like companies were at fault. Sonesta was great! Oh and there was a homeless guy trying to hang out at the bbq pit/smoke area. It was a little uncomfortable when he started asking me over and over again about wanting to go to the store for me and asking for stuff. Luckily it was only a couple of minutes and here comes staff (Shaniqua) asking him so politely to please leave since he was not a guest there. Grateful!!

I just cleaned them myself, but what do you expect for the price? The front desk was professional and nice.     Needed to work from room, only one chair in a room for 4. We were told they were doing a favor letting us have two. Internet very spotty. Have to wait till 8:30 or later til coffee is in lobby. Had to use whole body to slam against door to open every time. Very noisy especially rooms above.

    This is a very generic hotel. No daily cleaning unless asked. We left dirty towels out the door and they where picked up, but no new towels left in the room. We had to go to the front desk to ask fir new towels. We stayed 3 nights and asked in the morning for new towels to be left in the room , but still had to get our own towels. No coffee in the lobby, had to ask for a coffee maker for our room. But then also had to go to front desk for coffee to make it ourselves.

    The service for the most part was good, especially from the women’s servers. The man tend to treat white families, Extremely well, wow I sat there with an empty drink for long periods of time. That’s not all the men but for the most part that’s the experience I had. I had a hard time booking a restaurant to eat every day and one day the booking service was down, and I told the girl in charge of the bookings that it’s not my fault if the booking it’s down and she told me that it’s not her fault either even though she represents the hotel. over all would I stay there again maybe.

    The only thing I didn't like was the front entrance. It has a regular size single door which makes it hard to get a luggage cart through loaded with suitcases unless you stand them up or turn them longways to the cart. If they have wheels or you have a lot of luggage, that makes things difficult. Other than that, everything else was great.

    The stay was for two day. Upon I arrival, I was told there was not going to be cleaning, ok. Went downstairs later the next day for towels, I was told rudely, I needed to bring my towels down for exchange. The sheets had red stains, and other ugly stains.

    My wife informed me that while sleeping in the room she complained about the smelling scent of cigarette smoke in the room and please checked into trying to provide Free Breakfast at your Hotel. I wasn’t informed about the free breakfast until the day we checked in for our reservation. But your staff member were friendly and helpful

    It took three days to get everything I asked for Cleanliness was so so The facility is old There was no spare toilet paper when I arrived They don’t give you fresh towels every few days I had to ask and even bring my dirty towels once They don’t tell you all this at check in So you’re coming back from a long day at a convention and nothing has been cleaned or refreshed and then at 10pm they tell you it’s too late One staff was awesome though, she tried her best Her name is Krystall

    My room was clean and cool. The cooling unit was on already upon entering the room and in this texas heat, that was a relief in itself. Aside from having to ask for extra towels, everything I needed was already inside the room including spare plates, utensils, and ice inside the freezer. The staff sent me text messages the first two days of my stay to check and see if they could provide me with anything to make my stay more enjoyable. I appreciate them for going the extra mile and checking to make sure i was enjoying my stay.

    Awful front desk attendant. She had to change my room 3 times. The first room has a broken toilet. I’d called to front desk to ask them to send someone to fix it but she offered to change the room instead. The second room had used towels hanging on the shower rod and the room stunk. I went to the front desk to complain about this again and she swapped the room again. This time, the room was dirty, so I’d to check out immediately. Instead of checking me out that same day, they left the booking active and ended up charging me for four nights. Plus the entire hotel location felt unsafe too.

    I found the person that waited on us at night to be pretty rude. The girl in the morning was very nice though. The rooms aren't properly stocked. Place is relatively clean though.

    This is the worst hotel experience I have ever had it was bugs in my room flying. I had to change rooms because of this issue and still had bugs in my other room. Also someone opened up my hotel room without announcing themselves without knocking or anything. the hotel also tried to charge me for smoking fees when I did not smoke in my room I have a newborn child I don’t smoke at all.

    We enjoyed the friendliness of the evening desk clerk. When we went to the day clerk to ask for fresh linen, we were informed that they were locked away and only housekeeping could get to them. The daytime clerk was more interested in her phone than assisting guests. It was nice that the TV remote was missing but maintenance had brand new ones available. There was a $100 pet deposit ?? even though we did not bring nor have any. There weren't even any vending areas on the property. Luggage cart had a flat tire and the doors stick. Made it difficult to enter our room, being disabled.

    Room smelled like someone has a pet cat before us. With the liter box. Cat hair all over the furniture. No coffee no sugar no creamer. Had a pot tho. Would t stay here again. The bed wasn’t a queen it was a full. Even tho I got the queen suite bedroom. Bed was also hard as a rock.

    I really enjoyed my stay. I was in town for the birth of my first grandbaby & I felt at ease here. Krystall made sure to keep check on me and she texted to make sure I didn't need anything at all. This was my first time staying at a hotel like this and I for sure I will stay here again for extended stays. The price was excellent. There is a Texas Roadhouse & a IHOP right down the street. It's not far from shopping centers. I was close to the hospital where my grandbaby was being born and close to where my son lives. The room was clean and all I needed was to get my own utensils and food if I wanted to cook. Full size fridge with an ice maker with pots, although I would've loved some sugar for the coffee, but I do understand not keeping it in the rooms for long periods of time to keep away the rodents. Other than that, I found this hotel to be good for traveling with family and friends.

    There was a mystery substance in the fridge, the AC leaked, someone opened my washer to stop the cycle, and there was no shampoo when I went to take a shower- then the front desk couldn’t access any shampoo until the next morning after I left for the day

    Love this hotel by far one of the best hotels we have ever stayed at, lady that checked us in Ms.Crystal had so much patients and was so sweet, hotel room was more then we expected very clean, very comforting and relaxing.
