Hotel was easy to get to with good parking. Check in with Aaron was quick and efficient. Room was clean and spacious. TV was a major problem as the bracket did not properly support it for moving between bedroom and couch viewing, so we ended up just leaving it in one spot for the duration of our stay. Guide on tv remote also didn't work since the TV kept reverting to Jan 1, 2016 and causing the remote to fail. Talking to the girl at the front desk was useless, and she ended up telling us there was nothing they could do to fix it. The breakfast was excellent and there is a QT gas station directly next door for all your coffee needs. The cleaning staff was very helpful for towel exchanges and shampoo refill since we didn't need other housekeeping during our stay. The hardest thing was to get extra pillows and a blanket for the pull out couch when our granddaughter slept over. The night desk is not continually staffed, so we had to wait over 20 mins the first time and no one showed up. The next night, finally found someone and got a blanket and just 1 pillow. 2 would have been nice. Overall a good place, great value, just don't try to interact with staff after midnight.

Everything was just right very peaceful

The parking was fine ,however, the bathtub continually backed up. The was way to small for my liking. Upon my arrival i asked for a different room due to it being at the elevators. The gentleman working that gave me every reason why he couldn't accommodate my request so my wife said she'll just deal with the situation. Hopefully, if this occurs again maybe the person working will make a honest effort to accommodate their customer instead of being unwilling to. Other than that my stay went well.

Me and my wife like to spent random weekends here, the 1 room suite layout it’s like mini apartment with separated living room, full kitchen, comfortable bed, nice view on the upper floors. Plenty of parking and facilities are clean. The ice machine was a plus for our mixed drinks!

Note this one problem: the maids not only knocked on my door, woke me up, but I also found them in my room before 9am. Make sure you bolt the door from the inside and tell them to not wake you up with maid service.

Staff was courteous and accommodating. Stayed twice from Mon-Fri and would stay again.

Property had drain flies and other bugs. Was not place I could stay to “detox” my body of my illness. Had to leave for my health.

The room was in need of updating. While clean the carpet, furniture and bathroom were old and needs replacing. The shower floor was a bit slippery.

I really enjoyed the bed. It was soft enough to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast was good with enough options. The location was excellent for me to travel to church meetings I was there to attend.

The cleaning ladies speak no English but do a good job cleaning your room. The breakfast was tasty and fresh with several options to choose from. All in all, putting everything about the stay together, I would give it a 3.5 out of 5 stars.

The facility so perfectly met our needs - a Whole Foods right across the street was fantastic! The staff, right from front desk to housekeeping were absolutely amazing!! Thanks so much!! We will be back!!

Check in was smooth and fast. Room was spacious and somewhat clean. The breakfast was delicious. Parking was good besides the side not being open. The whole front parking was reserved with cones. Lobby had plenty of seating. The concept of the Two Room Suite was the main reason for our staying here. It served its purpose and despite the flaws mentioned below we wouldn't mind staying again. Our first night wasn't that good. although the room was clean there was still a roach crawling on the curtains and another baby one crawling on the dresser. Smoke detector went off in the middle of the night for no apparent reason. We changed rooms the next morning. The second room had a weird musky smell. Then we weren't informed of the painting or cleaning on the side of the hotel so our windows were tapered up for a day and a half.

I liked the mattress, bedding, kitchenette, the breakfast and coffee. My breakfast of oatmeal with 10 topping choices, orange juice and yogurt was great. Heard some plane and traffic noise but not all the time.

I gave the staff a 5 star because they were very polite. I’m so not satisfied with the stay because of the additional stress and tardiness that it caused. I had a two day expense paid stay and was informed on the second day that someone had canceled my reservations. I didn’t! I traveled almost 700 miles I knew I needed a place to stay. I was still showing reserved and paid in full on Expedia side, but the hotel wouldn’t let me check in until the reservation was canceled even after Expedia said I was good on their end. I spent my entire weekend on the phone with Expedia when I reserved and paid a month in advance. I had to pay a higher rate because it was the weekend. Very disappointed.

I loved the watermelon game night. We had a really good time and we got to meet some really nice people. I didn't like that there was so much construction in the area, but nothing other than that.

Half the tv channels (all the ones i wanred to watch) didn't come in. Just a black blank screen. On the plus side the room was very spacious and really made it fell like home (minus being 76 with the AC on 60). Breakfast was great, good variety of things. If in the area again I'll stay there again.

It was old, smelly and the air conditioning didn't work in the first room. Also it wasn't like any Residence Inn I have ever stayed in, instead it was comparable to a Motel 6. I won't ever book there again.

Overall, our stay was good! I understand that it’s the heat of summer, but our room never cooled down below 75°. It was quite warm. The carpets in our room felt a little gritty like they needed to be vacuumed. Other than that, our stay was fine.

Good stay overall. The first room they had us in smelled kind of musty but we let the front desk know and they offered for us to move rooms. Once we moved rooms we had no issues and everything else was great. I wouldn’t mind staying here again.

Staff was nice, location was great. Love the coffee in room and the extra kitchen supplies. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom was room and shower was perfect. My room wasn’t the cleanest. There was a toilet paper wad stuck to the wall. There was white splatter stains on the bed skirt. ( which is gross). The pool was not clean and there were serious bee issues outside. Beer cans and trash all over the property. Breakfast was from 7-10, we got there at 8, no food was left and nothing had been replaced. I had no menu for the TV in my room so I had to guess channels.

The dirty rooms and the lack of breakfast. There was breakfast, but at 7:30 they were out of Milk and several other items and no staff to be found.

Room was nice and spacious with all amenities from a full kitchen, with full size fridge. Everything needed as far as iron, hair dryer etc Plenty of parking Could not find an ice machine!

The bathroom was clean, came with shower gel, shampoo and conditioner combo in the shower. All in all it was a nice stay and i would recommend it. The room also provide wheelchair access.

We've been here a month. The breakfast service is hit or miss. Hot food is often cold or still frozen. They run out of basics often. Even new coffee is luke warm. Having a smoking area right next to the back entrance is gross and annoying for non-smokers to walk through every morning and evening. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Front desk ask about floor preference and we get a 5th floor suite with a nice view, room was functional and well kept, like the furniture and suite layout that make feel the space bigger, plenty of light on both bedroom and living room. Planning to return for more weekend getaways

The check in and check out front desk personnel was super nice. The TV in the left side bedroom (we had a suite) remote did not work and could not be controlled by the phone app, was told no one was there who could help. The microwave and counter tops were FILTHY the sofa smelled like an animal died in it. The pool was full of leaves. One of the dining room chairs had a broken leg and almost fell when sat in.

We booked a 2 bedroom suite, had a late flight arriving tired after midnight. The room/hotel is older and could use some updates. The sofa bed was filthy and had stains. There were wasps in the bedroom, which my daughter and mother are severely allergic too. We asked for a room change, but there weren’t any other 2 bedrooms available. We were given a studio king room and a separate room with double beds on the same floor to try to accommodate us. The double beds room was dirty, the bed was not made and there was a McDonalds bag on the counter. The king room was not going to fit our entire family of 5, so we requested to be transferred to a separate property. At this point it is 1am and we’re in the hotel lobby going back and forth with the receptionist, hotels.com, and the manager of the hotel for over 3 hours. The first Hotels.com rep hung up, but the second rep called back at every dropped call and stayed with us through the entire process. We were finally able to transfer over to another hotel, a very nice Courtyard hotel where we requested accommodations for 2 rooms to satisfy the , but the payment information was not provided properly and we had to put a second $400 hold on our card. It was a long night and after a late flight, carrying around a sleepy toddler, we were finally able to get in to bed at the next hotel a little before 5am. We were there for 4 days and 3 nights and the payment situation was not fully resolved by check out.

This is a lovely property just off I35 (unfortunately there is a lot of road construction right now, what can you do?). This is my second stay here and I love the rooms, it's like having your own tiny apartment. It is sometimes difficult to find a pet friendly hotel but every room here will accommodate pets.

The staff was great! Breakfast was delicious and everything was so clean and well kept. They are spending money on the things people care about and they were so nice!

About every 30-45 minutes someone would knock on our door and run. It happened late at night and early in the morning. It was very frustrating because only one staff member was there and no security on site. Also no cameras so it kept happening. Would not recommend if trying to have a relaxing weekend.

Staffing was excellent and friendly very helpful and professional and polite 👍 😀 Only bad thing...hallway and elevator smelled a little a little pepe .🙆‍♀️❤ I would definitely stay there again ! It was great !

Well unfortunately the rolling black out has hit the hotel horribly and they're not prepared with any resources. There are a lot of things that don't work in the rooms but your price is the same through out your stay.

I was put in a room that was significantly noisy by the freeway and I wasn’t able to sleep very well. They didn’t seem to be many people that night, so, I can only assume placing me there was deliberate. It was frankly disappointing to be treated that way. I often frequent Marriott when I travel. I hope I don’t have to make different plans.

We lived here for 3 weeks and it was ok. The location was surrounded by trees and in a good spot even though we were by 1-35. The only thing I didn’t like is that people from the front desk were not professional. Because of COVID-19; breakfast is only to take out. Every morning I have to ask for the food, because they don’t replenish the tray as often as it is needed. Another issue is that you have to ask for a bag to take the food out instead of putting them beside the tray. Front desk employees are not wearing any uniform and any badges and could not be identified. Sometimes you can be standing in front of the front desk waiting for someone to come and help you for about 5 minutes or more. The rooms were clean and updated.
