Motel 6 Fort Worth, TX - White Settlement

This location wasn’t even able to access our reservation through Expedia then wanted to charge us more than we paid through Expedia. It was late, they weren’t willing to just get us in a room so they could figure out things on their end since we had given them our Expedia itinerary # and details. Sat in our car (since the lobby smells terrible) and was on hold with Expedia forever since they weren’t willing unable to reach anyone in management at this location to resolve our issue. Never again!

The first room we were put in had "not yet been renovated". That's no issue...but the electric door barely worked, the door frame itself looked like it had been kicked in /broken into more than once and there was a huge gap under the door. So the second room we were put in was newly renovated and fairly nice. However it was not cleaned very well: there was dirt in the corners, the bed covers both looked like they hadn't been washed. There was no blankets on the bed; only a sheet and a thin cover. There was ZERO cold water, so what were we supposed to give the dogs to drink? The guy looked at it and said he'd "turn down the hot water" and gave us a handful of bottles of water to give the dogs. We had to refill the bottles and leave them in the fridge so they would be drinkable. The pool was closed and the "dog area" was a small patch of grass between the parking lot and the busy road. When I asked the front desk, she did tell me we could take the dogs around the back to a large area. Staff were as helpful as they could be with what they had to work with.

This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at. If we would have needed to stay more than one night i definitely would have gone elsewhere. Holes in walls. Walls never been cleaned. Blankets had cigarette burns. Ac made sounds so loud i turned it off. I was scared it was going to catch fire while we were sleeping. Crackheads everywhere. And terrible location you can hear ppl speeding down the hwy at all hours

Room was super damp feeling even after running the AC for hours. And the sheets were not as clean as they could be. Also, I didn't find out this until I decided to shower later at night before I went to bed, but NO hit water. At all. Couldn't even get the knob to turn all they way in that direction.

Parking not safe, room was not equipped with towels and linens on beds was filthy. Holes in wall and constant smoke smells in the room. Individuals hanging around outside that didn't have a room there. Dissatisfied with this location. Needs remodeling. Entire room was filthy

It was a pretty decent hotel and staff was nice. The only complaint i had was there was not hot water and the water pressure sucked and room had a weird smell. other than that. everything was great.

Definitely will not be returning to this hotel. Where to begin, first they couldn’t find my reservation after 4 hrs they finally realized they needed to follow some link. Didn’t even apologize just oh we messed up. Room smelled like old stale water. There was no tp. Only 1 towel. Bed sheets were stained.

Staff interaction was minimal, and when I did reach out with a question, the response wasn’t very helpful. The amenities were basic, which I expected, but some things weren’t working properly. Overall, the stay felt uncomfortable and not well-maintained.

A roach motel, loud drug addicts kept me up in the next room. Definitely wouldn't recommend it.

Room wasn’t very clean had some kind of nasty gunk splattered all over the wall outside the bathroom. Sketchy people all over the parking lot all night long. Worst part was I was charged by Hotels. Com to book the room fine but then the hotel charged me again when I checked in and I didn’t realize it until a few days later. I tried to contact management several times and kept getting the run around and then when I finally did speak to the manager she was very rude and refused to refund my money. So I paid $170 for a nasty room that I only spent a few hours in!

The person at the front desk was super helpful There were people screaming through the night. It was obvious that prostitution is taken place there. There were cars pulling in to the parking lot and picking them up. At night, they were yelling at each other and making all kinds of noises.

The room were pretty. To start off we booked a smoking king room. They put us in a double queen non smoking. We get to our room theres used soap outside our door. We get inside... No towels or toiletries..the shower squeaks like your about to fall through. No microwave like in the pictures.. There was trash in the ice machine..... Gross.. Is all I can say

Toilet was not cleaned, dead bugs on the floor which was not cleaned, not even a coffee maker provided, had worst experience. we vacated the very next day and find a better place for the next two nights.

as a single mom with her child I was not a fan of having a stranger beating on my door at 4am. yes the bottom floor had a leak they wanted to check but call the room before beating on the door and waking people up. this experience scared the hell out of my child. then a few hours later a maintenance man was beating on the door. no apology was made for this inconvenience.

There was nothing unique about this property. We did not have the proper amount of towels and zi had to walk back to the office to get more. The towels were dirty and very thin. I would not have used them to clean my floor. There were men hanging around the parking lot. I did not feel safe. I would not recommend this hotel.

Nothing I booked a room for the night and was told that my reservation wasn’t in. The night manger or whoever wasn’t trying to help me. I drove a long way just to be told that I didn’t have a reservation and had no choice but to sleep in my car til the next morning to get back on the road.

They first gave us the wrong kind of room. When they switched us rooms, they gave us a room with someone already in there. I was then told they had no available rooms. On top of all this, they double charged me. Such a horrible motel!!

Our stay has been enjoyable a d pleasant so far. The office staff is VERY helpful and they are very sweet. Nothing negative to say about the motel.

Clean. Beautiful. New everything and lots of space. Staff was super nice. Only problem i hadwas the towels were dingy and its right by the highway so it is noise all day. Ohh sheet n cover was paper thin. So thin i can see thru it.

We fixed that ourselves. There were visibly intoxicated people all over the front of the property. Nothing was done about that. It was quite scary.

There was a chair that had copious amounts of unknown body fluids soaked into it. It was the only chair in the room. The tub was dirty and did not function properly. There was a dog being abused in the parking lot. When I went to call the office it was closed No personnel on site. I had to call the police. People talking on thier phone loudly outside my door. A true horror show.

I think we stumbled onto a drug dealer’s paradise—husband witnessed a deal go down. We got non-smoking, but I’m pretty sure I have lung cancer from one night of the residual smoke in that room. The sheets and bedspread were stained, there was a phone number written on the mirror that nobody bothered to take off, the remote didn’t work, the TV was very hard to use without it. There was hair in the bathtub. We’ve stayed in some pretty shabby/shady places before, but this ranks up there as one of the shadiest.

When I turned the water on in the sink, the faucet strainer was missing & splashed water all over me. One of the bolts on the toilet seat was broken & the seat slid from side to side! Wasn't sure if our sheets were clean because they were extremely wrinkled!!! The cleanliness left a lot to be desired! Two female customers outside our room was screaming at each other with no response from the management! We would not recommend this property to anyone! We will not be staying at this Motel 6 again!!! Paid $63 for this experience!!!

My first night I had no television. There was holes in the wall and no smoke detector. I had a coffee maker but no cups. For the rooms they give I feel they are over charged

Check in was simple. The remote in the room was missing a battery & front desk gave me another one to use. The bathroom walls could use a wipe down/scrub down. The front door of my room may need a repair. Overall the room was not great but not horrible.

Overall nasty room. The cover alone had so many burn holes it was ridiculus. The lady working was so rude and not helpful at all. I was so disgusted that I wanted to leave. Well apparently I couldnt get a refund so I just left anyway. Its pretty bad when you throw away money and leave all together. Very Dissapointed

It was noisy. The staff that’s there doesn’t watch property. Kept having people. Walking by banging in the door. People hang out in parking lot like some kind of drug dealer. The cops were called twice by the people(customers) staying there. Staff is always off in the back. Not very friendly. Room smells bad. My husband got bit by bed bugs. Just was a horrible experience. I will never stay there again. I don’t recommend that place.

Bed bugs are out of control and management had no solutions to offer. Clean linens not available and next day when linens were provided they were wrong size. Checked in room with no towels and area behind bed not cleaned. All stayovers are having to wait till lait afternoon for linens.

Housekeeping came knocking on the door at 9:30am asking for laundry when check out is at 11am. I'll never stay here again. I'm more upset I redeemed my free night. It felt wasted.

Bed was nice. Our room was on 2nd floor and the stairs were full of cigarette butts and grime with a stinky garbage can and an open door open with broken toilets and junk. Curtain was hanging from rod. No room cleaning and no answer at motel number three times. Only 2 towels for 5 days. Lobby locked at 10pm and 6:30am. Room somewhat clean but everything else filthy.

Curtain was hanging from rod. No room cleaning and no answer at motel number three times. Only 2 towels for 5 days. Lobby locked at 10pm and 6:30am. Room somewhat clean but everything else filthy.

It was clean and a good value, but my room was next to the interstate and very noisy. I realize the noise is outside of the hotel's control.

IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE, DON’T STAY HERE!!!!!! We booked a room here based on the supposed “good” reviews. Do not believe any of these!!! They are completely false! Upon arriving, we felt very creeped out as the building isn’t inviting at all as well as the check-in area. It’s fuilthy everywhere! We went into our rooms. It was the filthiest place I have ever seen!!! Stains everywhere, dirty comforter and sheets as well as the mattress had a whole all the way through. Don’t even get me started on the dump of a bathroom! We were afraid to touch anything so we took our complaints to the desk attendee. He was extremely rude and condescending. He also said his manager said that we could not have a refund because we had already stayed an hour. This was completely untrue!! We left within minutes as we did not feel safe for our lives orfor our car or personal belongings. We still decided to leave. Upon loading up, we saw a hooker sitting on the stairwell. A few minutes later as we were pulling out of the parking lot, a car met her to carry her to their rendezvous spot. We are completely sure that this particular franchise along with the employees know of this situation. Run for your Iives and don’t even think about staying here!!! We have reported this to authorities, Expedia, Motel 6 Headquarters.

My room was very clean and tidy. The manager, Paul, was super helpful with my reservation. Other than the highway, it was a pretty quiet stay.

O loved it! It was clean. There was no shower curtain not sure if there was supposed go be one BUT when i showered water was all over because there was no shower curtain

Overall the visit was very satisfying. Towels could have used a little downy (softener). As far as amenities there were none, only coffee and very hard packs of sugar. Employees were very helpful and did their best to make it a very nice adventure. I appreciate it thank you.

Very dirty looking and weird smell. We slept in our clothes afraid of something might crawl on us. The door wouldn't close unless you slammed it very very disappointing. I would never recommend this places to ANYONE. We probably would of done better sleeping outside under a bridge

First the positive: This is a good for the money option with a very friendly staff. It’s in a wonderful location. This was my second stay, and if I were traveling alone, I would stay again. Now the negative: I’m not sure I could call it even minimally accessible for people with low mobility. Although they have handicapped parking spaces, there are obstacles to reaching the rooms in the concrete barriers at each parking space including the ones marked as handicapped. It’s a challenge for someone with limited mobility to make it carefully through the landscaping beds with a walker or other device.

Very convenient location for NAS JRB. The room was good sized and comfortable. There was plenty of hot water available.

The toilet wouldn’t flush and there were bug in the sink. It was to late to call the office to have someone come up to fix the problem.

The paint was chipping all over the room. The room looked empty with no decorations. The room smelled funny. There were holes all over the bed/comforter. The fan made a screeching noise when I would turn it on and it was good and I needed the heater. Although when I called the front the owner came in less than five minutes to look at the fan. He brought me a space heater immediately to solve the problem. The were very nice with good customer service.

Luckily I had a friend who was 21 with me or else I wouldn’t have been able to stay. Next, we had a friend join us last minute. Very clean room . mattress could use an update. My shower did not drain . Overall good for the price.

The bed was comfortable and the price was very cheap. Nothing is high end, but that is ok and aligned with my expectations. The only negative is that there was a faint smell due to he heavy rain at the time.

Room was spotless, cleaned every day with fresh towels. Room was very basic, but large. Great for the price, quiet location and easy access to the highways. Staff was great, and friendly. At one point I popped the trunk on my car from my pocket in my room, and they called up just to let me know it was open. I appreciated that, and will definitely stay again when we come back to the area!

I needed a few a nights for a concert, but I'm from 8+ hours away and the front desk people were so nice about me checking in late.

Best hotel in White Settlement. Front desk is the best!
