Was close to the event, right off the highway and had a 24/7 convenient store and place to eat in walking distance. We were also given a complimentary hour to checkout. It wasnt the cleanest, the water pressure for the sink was extremely low. Also. Luckily my boyfriend saw it but a small spider crawling across bed sheets as we were going to lay down. They were wanting $100 for every hour after checkout time!?! Thats more than I paid for the room

It was near a waffle house First room smelled nasty then they moved us to second room that smelled like onions which had to do with the bacteria build up coming from the air conditioner. It smelled bad and they wouldn't give me my money back.

Excellent place to stay. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, and they were kind enough to arrange our rooms next to our friends, which we really appreciated. Highly recommend staying here. If breakfast is a concern, there’s a Waffle House and Taco Bell just a 1-minute walk away. Thank you, Motel 6, we truly enjoyed our stay.

Very nice and helpful owners and employees! Facility and rooms are very clean and well maintained. Enjoyed our stay and would sincerely recommend to anyone desiring a nice quiet place to stay with a reasonable price. No complaints whatsoever and would not hesitate to stay there again!

Very budget friendly and convenient. There is a small pool & rooms were small but clean. A/C works well but was loud. Grounds could be cleaner. It’s located behind a gas station & a Waffle House.

Perfectly fine. The rooms are simple but spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Mine had a fridge and microwave. Easy self-parking. Located next to a highway but I couldn’t hear it from the room. I did occasionally hear the guest in the neighboring room, but it didn’t bother me. The front desk is always open and the staff are helpful. Overall a good place to sleep and shower. The immediate environment is not scenic but the location is convenient.

I stayed there for a music festival happening in downtown Fort Worth, the price was really great for the location (about 15 minutes from the venue), a lot of people attending the same festival stayed there, my favorite part was that they had a washer and dryer on sight and the vending machine had everything you needed to do laundry plus a disposable toothbrush and toothpaste so that was a plus, the pool was open and it was clean, they also had a Taco Bell, Waffle House and shell gas station within walking distance so it was perfect for the after concert munchies, I will definitely be staying with them again

Don't know what I expected with a Motel 6 but the bathroom was not clean. There were black hairs in the bathtub and the tub would not hold water. Room smelled alright. No convenience products just a hand soap bar. Ac unit had gaps around it to the point you can see sunlight coming through. Multiple flies in the room. Asked for queen beds, got doubles on a metal frame. Staff were nice and friendly. But overall i would have picked something a little better. Not a horrible place to stay for the price, just isnt my preferred choice.

The smoke travels to non-smoking room. I could not get a decent night sleep because of the terrible smell from cigarettes coming through the vents. It was awful to the point of having a headache throughout the night.

As I've since read on another site, prostitution is rampant here. The neighborhood is especially loud and disruptive. Our keys no longer worked on two occasions; and we had to ask for towels five times between our two rooms. Firmly believe we only received towels on two of those occasions because I threatened to check out. No shampoo to be found. It doesn't meet the value or expectations of the Motel 6 brand. It's just cheap.

Location of my room wasn't convenient to where my car was parked. I feel like the price is not fair for the Location when there's cheaper rate hotels that are closer to downtown area. The towels are old, the wifi doesn't work well, and the cable tv all the channels don't work.

However, the main issue was the strong smell of cigarette smoke. I requested a non-smoking room, but the first room smelled heavily of smoke and we had to ask to be moved. Unfortunately, every room we were offered still smelled like cigarettes. Aside from the smoke odor, the motel serves its basic purpose for a short business stay.

Walked in and my bed wasn’t a king size, no biggie it’s just me. But I reserved a king since I didn’t need a double but they were the same price. The bedding had stains in them but I was given cleaner sheets. While waiting for the sheets, notice there were stains on the mattress topper. Killed at least 4 roaches.

If you are a non-smoker, it is just a generally a bad idea to book a place where they have smoking rooms available as well as non smoking rooms because all the rooms will smell like cigarettes and weed because of the smokes that come up through the vent and pipes. All of the staff treat me like family, extremely respectful, rooms are extremely clean and smell fresh, the parking lot is clean, no trash cans overflowing, and the manager and staff glance and begin to fix any problems and keep everyone safe. After being in an accident we were very late arriving and the gentlemen were very helpful in getting us into a lower level room. The room was very clean and spacious. There were two restaurants nearby. It's a very accessible location. We will stay here again when we return to this area.

Parking was ok. Homeless people living in property wooded area. Smell of weed was overwhelming. Noise from expressway get on ramp all hours of the night.

It's a Motel 6, so not a hotel I would stay at any longer than a night. The room was fine to crash in for a few hours on a long road trip but it was dingy and smelled like weed. The front desk called me to ask where we were when I hadn't checked in at 7:30pm which I found to be odd. Otherwise it was pretty much as expected for a Motel 6.

It's a Motel 6, so not a hotel I would stay at any longer than a night. The room was fine to crash in for a few hours on a long road trip but it was dingy and smelled like weed. The property was nice and the room was well furnished and pretty clean except the floors. The floors turned my feet black within a matter of minutes which was absolutely foul but thankfully i had sandals i could wear in the room. Other than that, no complaints on cleanliness, amenities, or any other part of my stay.

The room was ok... 2 double beds, one of the beds was so loose at the frames it was almost on the floor. Glad we didn't have anyone with us. That one bed was unusable. The one we slept on was loose but not as bad. As far as the room it was clean didn't have a coffee pot and just one chair in the room

Stayed for one night just passing through heading to South Carolina....not a very good area. Prostitution present and heavy. Upon check in the room was filthy but it was non refundable so had to suck it up to get some sleep and a shower. I would take my business elsewhere!

The Clerk wouldn’t charge my credit card on file and my parents got there a few hours before me so they had to pay for their room which I was planning on paying and they room had blood stained sheets. They replaced the sheets thankfully but that didn’t sit well. I told them I would be arriving late and they agreed to hold my room which was appreciated but I had called them prior telling them I would be a late check in but that I would be arriving no matter what.

We had to leave immediately after checking in due to prior commitments, but when we returned later that night, the air freshener had worn off, and the room smelled even worse—now reeking of marijuana in addition to smoke. It was completely uninhabitable. At that point, we gathered our belongings, informed the front desk, and left. This was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but it was anything but. The staff attempted a quick fix with air freshener instead of offering a truly smoke-free room. I do not recommend this location to anyone expecting clean, non-smoking accommodations.

I did see 1 cockroach in the bathroom but he quickly went back into his hole & the floor was a little sticky by the air/heat unit. Besides that, the bed was comfy & thats what mattered. Id stay here again if i was in town.

The door security latch only had one screw, should have 3. No fancy frills but it was in better condition than other motels we have used.

Front desk guy checking us in told us we had to pay cash then turned around and said we could pay card and proceeded to tell us there was a $20 deposit. We talked further and he kept upping the price of the deposit up to $70. I asked again why there was a deposit in cash if I was paying card. He said he could do it for $20 so I brought him a $20 bill. The entire time we were there being very quiet and nice he kept asking who all was in the room since we had someone over to visit. He then proceeded to ask for everyone's ID that was in the room when we already gave them to him. We asked him if our room could be swept and he said tomorrow every single day and it was never cleaned. When checking out a different guy was at the front desk and said we only put a $10 deposit down so I showed him a video from the first day when we checked in and they stayed mad at us causeing issues. Our next door neighbors were kicking on the door and windows trying to get into the hotel right next to us and did nothing when multiple people complained and came outside to see what was going on. Over all the employees and manager were rude and disrespectful

Room was a bit scuffed and it smelled bad but otherwise pretty good for a cheap hotel

The only complaint I had was having to drive through Waffle House parking lot to get to the Motel, it was odd and a little confusing to find. That being said the staff were super friendly and constantly asked if we needed anything and if everything was up to our standards. The room was clean and the beds were comfy!

Nastiest Place I have ever stayed at. Cigarette burns and stains on sheets towels were dirty a horrible odor bathtub was so nasty and we never had housekeeping go even after we asked for it NEVER AGAIN

My stay was nice. The rooms seemed like they were just renovated recently. Only thing I didn’t care for was the window allows a lot of sound to come in the room. Other than that I would definitely stay there again in the future.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Waffle House right next door was a plus.

You should only consider this property is the strong smell of cigarette smoke or pot smoke does not bother you. I was in a "non-smoking room" but as the ventilation must be interconnected, every time a neighboring unit smokes either thing, you will be as well. Though an inexpensive hotel, I still expect a basic level of comfort, which this doesn't allow. Shampoo would be nice too. A previous review mentioned large groups of men congregating outside at night. This is true, but it seems that is because the majority of the property is used as long term housing for these men. While they are off at work, you will have the place to yourself. The area is rough, many homeless people etc, so not ideal for anyone traveling alone that might be concerned for their safety. The overall cleanliness is good, the rooms have a fridge, and the ice machine works. It may suit some, but I won't return.

Plus it was 5 minutes from the metro station and downtown! If you’re driving it’s great! The area did feel a bit shady but everyone was friendly but not too friendly(I was a white female solo traveler so take that into account) It wasn’t too sketchy. No dirty needles and no roaches! 10/10 all things considered!

This was the most awful experience I have EVER had at a motel/hotel. I checked in and was given a room on the 2nd floor. There is no elevator so I had to hoist my bag up to the 2nd floor; I just had cervical spine surgery Aug 29 so that wasn’t ideal at all. I got to my room, and it had a strange smell. I wasn’t expecting the Ritz so I overlooked that. I pulled back the bedding and right away noticed black hairs on the white sheets. The other queen bed in the room was clean so I overlooked that. I was too tired honestly. Then I noticed the comforter had cigarette holes; I asked for a new comforter, and they brought it up quickly. I turned on the heat, and immediately the Heating unit started smoking! It set off the fire alarm!!! When I called downstairs, the attendant told me it was because the heating unit hadn’t been used in awhile. I’m not an idiot and know for a fact that that had nothing to do with it. They moved me to a 2nd room and that unit also started smoking!!! Again, they tried to tell me it was because the unit had not been used in a while. I know, with 100% certainty, that even heating units that have not been used in a while, do not smoke! They moved me to another room, and the deadbolt on the third room didn’t lock, at that point I asked for a refund and checked into another motel. I’m still waiting on my refund. This place was dirty, scary, and the occupants sketchy. NEVER AGAIN!!!

It was good however not sure if all rooms or or not TV was outside if wanted to hook your gaming system or something that requires HDMI you can't as the TV don't have HDMI other than that great stay

The young man at check in was super sweet. Was a quick weekend/birthday getaway. Hotel was quiet despite being right off the freeway. Beds were not terrible. Would stay here again.

The room was clean but very small. The water pressure was low and the location is noisy. The staff was friendly but they neglected to clean our room on our two night stay. I’ll pay a little more for a better hotel.

Price is too high for the dirty room. Smell so bad (people smoke inside the rooms)

I GO HERE TO STAY PRETTY OFTEN. I LIKE THAT IT IS A WONDERFUL PROPERTY WITH STAFF READY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS, EVEN $10 IN quarters to do laundry, smiling. Thanks guys, you do a great job.

I enjoyed staying here, I did get a little nervous at night because there were a lot of people hanging out at night (men) and I was traveling solo as a woman, but the property itself is nice. They have a lot of cameras so safety wasn’t a concern, but it’s just a heads up to any solo women traveling. The room was clean and the staff was great.

I stayed for four nights. Bathtub drained slowly. Housekeeping never arrived. I was told to call the front desk to request for housekeeping before 11am. I called at 6am, returned from work 12 hrs later and it was obvious that housekeeping never showed. Everything else with my stay was satisfactory

The manager is very friendly and goes above and beyond to accomodate guests to his ability. The staff all treat me like family and make me feel at home. If something needs fixed its done immediately. I would recommend staying at this property to anyone.

The staff was nice and the rooms have been recently renovated. Nice motel for a marginal area of town. Better than I would’ve expected.
