Quiet comfortable and with great amenities.

My main complaint was the bathroom. It was not in the best condition, particularly the bathtub. Once I took a shower, the water would not fully turn off. It remained this way for the duration of my stay.

My only complaint was i asked for a quite room specifically and they gave me room 106 NEXT to DOORS inside and outside so all night long that is all i heard, talking, laughing, and the clangying of doors! Orherwise it was great.

The hotel and their employees are the best I’ve ever seen.

Room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. I used the gym and the pool both were well maintained and clean. Plenty of parking too. I would stay again with no hesitation!

The AC didn’t work at all in the room we were in and I woke up with itchy bumps all over my face. Will never come here again.

Wi-Fi was incredibly weak. I was unable - after several attempts - to register for free Wi-Fi with my the assigned Marriott account. The result was a 6.95/day charge - which I will dispute. The staff tried to assist but, the app still would not connect. Further, YouTube would open with no volume. However after several attempts (again), the volume finally appeared. This is my only valid gripe - inadequate internet connection. The staff was wonderful despite the circumstances.

Hotel room was good however the shuttle to and from the airport is very unreliable …had to wait over 40 minutes for pick up at airport (they have one van and if full by the time it pulls into your terminal then you have to wait 1/2 hour for the return)…when we left the hotel we booked a 7 am shuttle and at 7:15 were told the shuttle was tied up in traffic (on sunday morning no less)…so ended up getting a Uber which arrived in 3 minutes…do not depend on shuttle it is useless

I missed my connecting flight home and needed to stay overnight and fly home the next day. I chose the Marriott because it had a shuttle to and from the airport.

There was no microwave in our room and we were staying for three nights so that would’ve been useful. There is no vanity mirror to help get ready the lighting in the bathroom and in the room are dim so it’s hard to see when getting ready.

We arrived late, around 10 PM, and had an early flight. It was a great place to sleep for almost 5 hours. We were also happy to find the restaurant in the hotel that was still open with a large variety to choose from. Comfortable bed, great bathroom, spacious, and very clean.

The bed was so hard did not sleep very much .

Problem was in the lounge bar area. Thanksgiving night, Cowboys home game. Only two servers for food and beverages, understaffed for the occupancy at the hotel. The two servers did thier very best to assist the guest in a timely fashion. Additional staff was finally called in to assist the servers.

The bed was uncomfortable whenever you book it. It tells you that it comes with free breakfast, but it doesn’t. They told us that our breakfast was gonna take 30 minutes before they serve us so we end up walking out. It’s not worth the money that you’re paying for besides overall the rooms were clean.

Checkin was smooth and fast, the workout facility was clean and spacious. The rooms were clean and well maintained.

The website says it has a complimentary airport shuttle. But it only runs during certain hours. This is not specified on the website and so it is misleading. When I said one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel was for the free airport shuttle, they recommended I book myself an uber.

I was rerouted to the AI representative Michael, who kept giving me the wrong phone number to contact the front desk. I was trying to check and see the status of the shuttle to determine if I needed to take an Uber or not.

Easy access to AT&T stadium and Six Flags. Very courteous, attentive staff. Breakfast options are in a restaurant and service was kind but slow so have plenty of time or don’t have immediate plans afterward. Very clean. Housekeeping didn’t leave clean glasses or coffee pods with cups.

Nothing They didn’t have a record of my reservation, even though I had a confirmation number from booking.com, and they turned me away because the hotel was full. A couple days later I was told I had a reservation all along.

The hotel amenities looked great- pool, gym, walkable shops and restaurants nearby- Unfortunately, without my suitcase my rescheduled flight was quite early and I wasn’t able to take advantage of them. For those with a longer layover, this hotel would be quite enjoyable.

Had to wait 1.25 hours for the shuttle pickup from the airport when I was initially quoted 30-45 minutes. When I called back at 50 minutes the person on the phone made it sound like I was waiting in the wrong area for pickup. Once picked up the driver was great. For breakfast they are woefully understaffed. I came down for my paid for included breakfast and it took 30 minutes to get acknowledged and put in my drink order. After an hour still no drink or food. No fault to the bar tender/waiter, poor guy was the only one attending 10 people. After 1.75 hours of waiting my food came out but I had to leave to catch my flight. So no breakfast unless you have more than 2 hours to kill.

The Hotel and staff were good and friendly but I had to wait 1.5 hrs to get airport transportation to the hotel. Not enough vans to hold the number of people going there. many other vans passed many times before Marriott South came to get me!

My experience at the Marriott DFW Airport South was excellent from start to finish. The check-in process was quick and welcoming, and the staff went out of their way to make sure I felt comfortable. The room was spotless, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing stay. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I appreciated how quiet it was despite being close to the airport. The hotel amenities, including the fitness center and dining options, were top-notch. Location was perfect for easy access to the airport, and the shuttle service was very convenient. I will definitely be staying here again on my next trip to the area.

The surrounding area is okay. Not the best but not the worst. I was not a fan of the doors having a big gap underneath. The doors also close

Highly recommend staying here its 10 min away from the Arlington concert venuoe, The hotel look so nice and had a great environment/vibe but also nice and quiet in the rooms. We amazing king size room and super convenient spot with a lot of gas stations near and places to eat or grab a quick snack.

It was close to where I was going and also restaurants were also close I didn’t like the beds. Was just a mattress and it kept sliding. Also the room was hot until it got dark

It was overall a nice stay . Only complaints were there is no free breakfast and there is a 100 dollar deposit until your stay is over . The bed could also be a little plusher . But besides that it was clean and the atmosphere was comfortable.

Property gave us a room with no hot water. Customer Service was not the best. No coffee bar available after 11 just not impressed.

Ice machine broke,no microwave ,no wifi (have to pay for) .Wouldn't come back.

Terrible service at the front desk! I'm handicap and asked for a room closest to the front door and they gave me a room that was on the other side of the building. No free wifi and no free breakfast. You have to pay for everything at these expensive places.

Very convenient. Timely shuttle to DFW and quick pickup upon our return. Left our car for nine days and no issue.

Only thing is that the bed was uncomfortable.

It"s the first time I experience a poor flushing system in a hotel. The toilet bowl got clogged with toilet paoer.

The property was great! However, we ordered room service, once food finally arrived it was cold.

The staff members were pleasant however, there were a couple of issues.The hotel was nearly empty when I checked in and I was given a room with a view of mechanical equipment and the roof. The bar stopped service before closing and the breakfast sitting area could use a bit of cleaning, especially the walls. The coffee cups had to be exchanged because they were not clean.

Room was nice and quiet and staff was helpful and pleasant, especially the shuttle driver Russell. Expensive dining but nice property in a nice location. Nearby restaurants are limited. You need a car to get around. Pool is small. I would stay here again.

We had a missed connection to our flight. This hotel is convenient, has a free airport shuttle and provides good service.

Very nice!

Many flights delayed, so the staff was slammed. They put me on hold for 17 minutes when I was trying to get the hotel shuttle to come, then hung up on me. They need more help.

Everything was excellent! On a scale 1 to 10, it was past 10. Customer service made it even better!?

And the trash cans did not have bags in them. Aside from that the room was great we will definitely continue to stay with them
