I love our hotel stay the facility. was clean I was able to check in and check out with no problems and I enjoyed it that it was not crowded and it was not loud. I was able to sleep and I will be staying here when I’m in town

5 nights without changing towels & sheets. Requested a change on day 3, but nothing happened. The room was stuffy & had a bad smell, especially after someone used the washroom. Breakfast was boring & the same foods every day. Staff were unfriendly, when I complained about unchanged towels & sheets, no action was taken & a bad attitude.

Room was big, clean , stocked and quiet! Curtains actually blocked out the light from outside. It was decent for 100 a night I guess. The bed was itchy I felt like I was getting bit . The front desk staff wasn’t bilingual so it held up me getting checked in until I finally stepped in and translated. It was a bit run down and in the morning at breakfast I couldn’t tell if people eating were actually guest or homeless people off the street.

I really liked the breakfast. It was fresh and tasty. I also thought the room and beds were very comfortable. I really appreciated the extra effort the manager went through. I mentioned I was having trouble sleeping because my siblings snored. He ordered ear plugs and provided them free of charge. The only negative I have is that the pool was not heated and too cold to swim in, however, my sister that lives there said that is common for the hotels there. Otherwise, our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

My lobby area was nice but the elevators were very old and outdated. My room was nice and spacious. The only complaint I have about the room itself was my refrigerator didn’t work.

The only negative I have is that the pool was not heated and too cold to swim in, however, my sister that lives there said that is common for the hotels there. Otherwise, our stay was excellent. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Liz at the reception desk went out of her way to help with travel suggestions and helped me easily get where I needed to go. Breakfast was good and the back pool/patio area was exceptional.

Staff was friendly and attentive Floors in room were disgusting. Homeless eat breakfast here too. Makes you question the cleanliness. I don’t mind them eating but… hygiene.

Check-in was easy and a breeze. However, the issues started once we made it to our room. We booked a King room through Hotels.com but when entering into our room I noticed it was a double room. I immediately went back downstairs and inquired (and showed my booking confirmation of a King) to the rep at the front, Liza/Liz?, and she advised that she saw that a change was made on the backend and my room was auto-changed by someone on Hotels.com end. When I expressed that I certainly didn't make the change and asked her if we could move to a King room, she advised that they were completely booked and had no other rooms available. I understood and went back upstairs and just accepted the fact that my husband and I would be sleeping on separate beds for the night... until... After trying to flush the toilet one time, it began to nearly overflow so we called the front desk asking for someone to come look at it. Not even 3 minutes after the call, they were magically able to just move us RIGHT NEXT DOOR into a King room.

Our socks was covered in 3 different colored hair.

The staff were considerate and friendly. The room was outdated but clean and neat. Entering the main entrance presented a poor first impression. Out of alignment and filthy. But, there is renovations in progress so perhaps they’ll repair them.

The breakfast was good with lots of options. Coffee was decent, hot, and plentiful which is important to start to the day for me. Beds were comfortable. Liked the view from our window which was a donkey and a horse in a grass field. I liked that they had a gym. Room had an odor to it which we later learned it was from wet carpet due to an A/C leak. Guests were loud in the surrounding rooms and in the halls during the wee hours. Loud car noises also in the early morning from the feeder road by the property.

Location and value Poor quality and variety for breakfast. No hot water for tea, no fruit . No iron or n the room . Heater didn’t work and they wouldn’t move us to another room just gave us an electric heater.

Breakfast was good We were there for 1 week and our room was adjacent the interstate highway with lots of traffic noise. There was another wing away from the traffic that was much further away from the noise.

The people were nice and the place seemed clean. It’s certainly adequate and reasonably comfortable. Road noise. The place seemed older and when we went into our room there was a little bit of a smell. Disinfectant or whatever. Maybe it’s their cleansers. I appreciated being able to get a hot breakfast but theirs could use some work. Cold thawing biscuits to put through some sort of toaster and still come out somewhat cold in the middle. Gravy was ok but not good. Other little issues that add up. We spent 4 days in OK city and the differences in our breakfast experience and quietness in our stay were noticeable.

The staff wasn’t necessarily unfriendly, just kind of unhelpful and hard to locate. The property, though, was absolutely unsuitable. The elevator gave good reason to be scared that you might die in there. Genuinely scary enough to take the stairs. The room itself wasn’t so bad on first look, but then you see the holes in the curtains and hear the mice in the walls and you just might gag. A million dollars couldn’t make me stay there again. I wish my experience was different, but genuinely the mice were incessant and nobody seemed phased about it except me. Staff was indifferent and seemed as if they knew it was a problem.

Put us in the wrong room. Other travelers tried to enter our room.

The staff was pleasant but there was a lot of someone else’s long hair all over the bathroom floor and tub. The nonsmoking room smelled like smoke and perfume. The beds were clean. This room was also very loud with motorcycles on the on ramp all night.

Comfortable, decent breakfast. Loud hotel, small hallways, and the breakfast area was dirty on the counters and floor all while people were trying to make breakfast.

Breakfast was a nice bonus — there were several options to choose from, and the food was good and convenient to start the day. The cleanliness of the hotel stood out the most to me, both in the room and in the common areas. It made the whole experience feel more comfortable and welcoming. I would definitely consider staying here again.

Do not recommend this hotel. Outside of the lobby, everything was dirty. Did not want to touch anything. The elevator was so disgusting. There was stains all over our bathroom vanity. We booked a double queen, but the beds were full size. Two people in a bed was a difficult task. We had issues with noise complaints. Do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel is right beside the highway which caused a lot of noise. The shower head sits really low. Made it really hard to get clean and on top of that, little water pressure with no hot water. Lots of wear and tear in the room. The toilet did not flush well either. Pool had a grocery bag floating around in it and needed cleaned badly. If you are looking for a cheap stay, this is it. But that’s all to be expected.

We stayed in the Jr. Suite. The room set-up was great but it could definitely have used a deep clean. Mostly the ceiling where the AC blows and the bathroom floor/towels. The front staff was great and the location was perfect for us.

The staff was friendly, the room was decent, when arrived, the shower in the bathroom was dripping non stop for a day told management, then next day the room next to me was being loud all night and day by singing and screaming, I informed front desk, the other front desk didn’t inform management instead did nothing on the 2nd day I also noticed spider webs behind the tv all over the wall and I noticed webs in the closet. I called to have them clean they didn’t put fresh towels as replacements, they didn’t even clean the whole room left the beds in the same way no clean sheets or making them up. The room next door still was having their speaker on blast while trying to sleep having karaoke. In the morning went to the bathroom found 2 roaches on the toilet and on the tub, went downstairs to ask for a compensation due to everything that happened. Showed them on my phone I had a complementary late checkout they did not honor it is they told me I would be a silver or gold membership holder. When I went back to the room, I informed my sister we got the two queen beds in one room. She took pictures of everything as well. Call the the front desk and inform them that she wants to speak to management and she’s going to let them know everything that happened. Basically what I wrote here and the only thing he said is that we had to leave by 12:30. Instead of 11, not giving us a later check out then we should have.

Upon arrival at 3:30pm we was greeted by the older lady. She was very sweet and explained everything to us! I didn’t know we had to put a deposit, because it never said anywhere when booking. Our room was on the 4th floor. The elevator towards the middle was dirty. We got to our room, it was very spacious. I noticed a lot of things that weren’t clean. I use to be a head housekeeper, and I would go behind my housekeepers to make sure the room was clean. There was Doritos underneath the sitting yellow chair next to the bed. Where you connect your phones on the lamp, it was dusty and had hair. The restroom and the floor outside the restroom was not swept. There was hair on top of where the soaps were left. There was hair in the shower at the bottom, on the sides, and on the top of the roof. Where the toilet paper goes underneath, it was very dusty. The blow dryer had hair inside the bag. The towels had hair rolled in them. The best thing out of that room was the bed, very comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The area where the hotel stood, was very nice and a mile from stores and restaurants. Will not recommend this hotel, Especially for that price!

The beds seemed very small. But overall our stay was very good, we needed to be at the convention center early in the morning, so this hotel was perfect. It was easy to get to the hotel and easy to get to the convention center. Breakfast was very good. This hotel was not perfect, there were some ceiling tiles with a little damage, and areas that needed some paint touched up, but you could tell they were in the process of doing some repairs and the hotel was very clean. Asked for room with bathtub not shower, gave a room didn’t have tub gave another room still didn’t have tub was told they didn’t know which rooms had tubs so they could keep giving me different rooms but didn’t know what had tub. Had to call multiple times to front desk for noise complaints and nothing seemed to be done to solve issue.

Had to change rooms cause toilet wouldn’t flush. Saw a homeless man walking by my room on the 2nd floor, the same man eating breakfast and saw the same man in the parking lot as I was leaving at 8am walking away from the hotel.

Gross, looked as if someone had thrown something on the walls, filthy and worn out really embarrassing staying there. Housekeep would not even empty trash cans forget about anything else. I had to request the service and they told me they only do it every two days our stay was three but they were totally unaware that we were not on the housekeeping list. After that they went in and emptied the trash cans - that was all. We stayed in a King suite with a sofa bed that was about to fall apart, mattress needs to be replaced! It hurt my sons back, Sheets were so thin because of probably years of use that you could almost see through. Disgusting. On the other hand, the bathroom was very clean and well kept. The bedroom was clean also and the bed in very good condition and comfortable. Breakfast ok and good cofee but all together I would avoid staying there again.

Even though I checked in online night before, I had to wait in line (30 minutes) and it took another 20 minutes for front desk to find my room keys. And then in middle of the night, loud college students were roaming the hallways and being extremely loud, they woke us all up so we did not get a good night sleep

We had a last minute room-switch that actually worked in our favor: the new room had a courtyard door that made taking the dog out forbpotty breaks 10x easier. The staff was responsive and welcoming.

The bathroom doors were very creaky and they did not lock at all (which really bothered our daughters). There were several bugs in the room throughout our stay ranging from a small grasshopper, beetle like bugs and at least 2 roaches. The room did get nice and cold, but the refrigerator got too cold and our drinks exploded, luckily while we were gone. We had 3 towels with 4 people staying in the room and got by with those the 1st night. We were never told that there would be no type of house keeping even just for new towels. So when we got home after the long day the dirty towels were still on the floor. When we went to the front desk to ask for 4 towels she said they were low on towels and that she could give us 2. We said we have 4 people in the room and had already shared the night before making do with 3. So she finally gave us 3 more. I wanted to like the place it was a great price and great location for us, but we will not be staying there again. The AC would not get cold enough. When that stopped. Periodically, the room had an odd humming buzz to it. It was not the most stressful of sleeps. It was also connected to an adjoining room. Even though there are two doors, they are a lot thinner than the walls.

It was a good location for the stay. The elevator was really rough though and missing buttons and lights. The room looked clean until 2 roaches crawled out of the bathroom. I did early check in and they offered late check out so I accepted it then got a call after house k keeping came to clean and they said the offer was only for a certain level guests but I wasn't told that before. They were going to charge me $15 an hour but if I left they wouldn't. There was a quick address number to text for any help or questions but they didn't ever answer. Overall it was a decent stay and nice room just a few little things that made it not great.

The room was very hot, even when we turned the temperature all the way down. The shower could have been cleaner.

The staff were very friendly. The hotel itself needs work. The elevators were very dirty. Clumps of dust hanging off the ceilings of the elevators. Can tell the elevators have not been cleaned in a long time. Liquids spilled all over the walls and doors and they remained dirty the entire 3 days and 2 nights we were there. Breakfast items had run out on Sunday morning at 8:50 a.m....coffee, yogurt, utensils, bowls, and the staff person on duty was busy on her cell phone.

Lobby is very nice. Breakfast area seemed appropriate. Hallways and elevator weren't ckean at all. Room was large and overall nice but floors felt wet and the carpet was dirty. Bed was comfortable. Not many guests here on a Wednesfsy night.

Nice hotel. My only complaint is the double doors entering the bathroom do not close and are clearly broken. They really need to get that fixed. Other than that it was good.

Very Dirty and outdated rooms! The floor was not swept or vacuumed, the sheets and curtains were stained, (I’m almost sure the sheets were not changed from the previous stay), the shower had hair on the walls, the elevator was filthy, and the room smelled horrible. I would not recommend staying here due to the uncleanliness. I was very disappointed with my stay. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

everything was great. everyone should have a getaway just be refreshed. LaQinta has always been great. always clean, safe, no bad smells and pets are awesome. could use a better mattress. toiletries were from apothecary series. omg the best

The staff is very friendly & helpful but the facility has seen better days. The area is very noisy at night. Many homeless men hanging around the outside of the property at night. Very loud shouting one night when an apparent fight broke out outside our window. Also the first night police in large numbers searched for armed robber on premises.

Friendly staff and rooms were clean

So I did request a first floor. I did get that which was appreciated and triple digit heat. However, the remote was only halfway compatible with the TV. I end up having to use my smartphone for waiting entertainment. That being said, I needed to charge my smartphone and Bluetooth. The outlets by the bed and by the desk require a switch near the front door to be on for them to be functional. This also turns on two lights near the entryway that cannot be turned off. So, if you want to use an outlet to keep your phone charged or to even use the alarm, you have forced to have two very annoying night lights. The inability to use the TV beyond viewing one channel at a time that takes 3 seconds each to load and the mandatory lighting will keep him my phone charging keeping me awake really made me regret she was in this hotel this time.

This is definitely a 3 star hotel. My room had some unsightly water damage. Over all my stay was okay. The staff was kind.

The rooms are not clear. Table had mark of water . The leaking of roof, drip all night. Noise level between walls after late hours. I will rate this hotel a 1 star

Upon check-in, my kids found a cockroach in the first room. They did move us to another one and we did not see any other bugs that were aware of, but there’s always that wonder if one or several crawled in our bag to take home with us.. definitely definitely not awesome in my opinion.

The room was so hot we couldn’t even sleep. Asked to be moved to another room and was told multiple times they were working on it but it never happened. Business trip spent two nights and slept neither one! Also the bathroom door would not lock and the handle kept falling off! Spent way too much money on the room for that!!

The showers could use some maintenance and better cleaning. There was still hair in the shower drain from the previous guest that was not cleaned. The breakfast selection could use a few more items but was was available was good. As in most hotels that I stay in the television could be a little bigger.

There was dried vomit and feces stains on the bathroom wall. It didn’t smell clean nor look clean. There was no way I could sleep comfortably in that nasty place. It looked dirty from the moment I entered the front doors but it was downright filthy in the elevators, hallways, & room

Hotel is dirty and outdated. My room had dog poop I’m it as well as a roach. The room had a lot of dust all around it. Curtains and bedsheets were all torn. Room had a very nasty smell in it

We stayed 2 nights and there was no room service after the first night. I don’t care that my bed was not made but i do care that we did not have clean towels. We had 2 rooms and neither room had room service

I did not like the fact that the elevator broke the first day we were there and had to walk up and down three flights of stairs. I didn’t like that the TV didn’t work in one of our rooms, and the TV that did work in the other continuously had a disclaimer that I had to constantly turn off. All four days of breakfast were the same also did not like that.

The room had roaches, hair in the shower and on the sheets & blankets, the air conditioning didn't work only the fan, they charged my card 3 times from different sites, then told me it wasn't the hotels fault.

I liked how the property was clean and behind the hotel is like a path that you can walk on along. The breakfast was good and the rooms were clean. Exercise room was tidy as well and nice.

No given cleaning our room unless you request it (I found out after all day at my family’s,when I got back there was no clean towels, bed sheets was the way I left it) outside not enough lightings.

One of the best La Quinta properties we’ve stayed at. Only issue was with rude worker during breakfast who was speaking negatively in Spanish assuming I didn’t understand because I’m black. Extremely rude of her.

Decent hotel

Vert disappointed with the hotel. Pool water was green and it was closed. Parking was impossible. When we got to the room the toilet seat was soiled I had to clean it my self. We did call housekeeping to come and clean the bathroom because floors were dirty. Hotel itself is very run down.

The reason for our stay was to let my granddaughter and stepdaughter swim The only reason why we stayed for 4 days was so they could swim but unfortunately you were able to cuz the pool was green and didn't get treated till few days later so on the fifth day which was the day we have checked out is where the water started getting clearer but we weren't able to swim yet because they had to have the pool swept or clean them for algae and whatnot so it was a waste of money because that was the purpose of the trip or the safe I rather say cuz we live in Fort Worth the hotel and the staff is amazing it's just the pool was a disappointment and waste of money

eer cans outside my room.. was told ok to use pool which was green color than next day was told it’s not right because of color after being in it the day before.

The room never cooled off and the ac was at 60 on high. The plug one were coming out of wall. Pool was closed and green. Couldn't get TV to work until the last night of stay. Breakfast was good.

Property very dirty, elevators were very slow! Constantly had to be asking for towels at the pool area. Receptionist was very rude and took forever to check you in or out!

water pressure in 231 was weak in both the shower and sink. the remote didnt match the tv and couldnt adjust the tv. no guide, settings, select or info button on the remote, but those menus show up on the tv. when i finally got a channel to show up, some pop up consent form showed up and blocked the whole screen. the was a green box at the bottom the screen that said select and to "press select" to comply. there is no select button on the remote. did i let the front desk know. i didnt. it wasnt worth it. she was already having trouble with another remote while i was checking in. i can watch whatever i want on my phone.

Everything was great! Very clean and friendly. Parking was great, I felt safe being alone with my children as well.

Hotel is in need of an upgrade. Everything is outdated. If you want use the TV it is best to bring an external video device, like a game console The remotes are not compatible with the television. Wifi is terrible. Very slow. Definitely not worth the price

Staff was friendly! For it to be a LaQuinta, I was a bit disappointed in the shape of the facilities. The carpet smelled downstairs the day we arrived. The room was decent, but not LaQuinta quality.
