The hotel staff is generally friendly and helpful, but the property is in dire need of maintenance and upgrades. The rooms are not well-maintained, with issues such as mold, broken air conditioning, and non-functioning outlets and TVs. The location is good, but the price does not match the quality of the accommodations.

    Front staff was not friendly. He was more focused on whatever he was doing on his personal laptop vs helping me check in. Once i arrived in my room, i saw a baby roach right beside my door. There was a old odor as soon as we entered. Our sheets were wet. I immediately went back down to complain. He did move us to a different room. The smell was better but one night, we saw baby roaches AGAIN in my bathroom, there was ants along the window seal, and also we saw bed bugs. The pictures definitely dont match the environment. This is a very old property

    The hotel was filthy. No cleaning staff on duty to change prior occupants’ dirty scratchy, hole filled sheets. Air conditioner was no fully functional…not a good thing for summer in Texas. Pool area was filthy. Breakfast was inedible. Bugs on the muffins, on floors, etc. Terrible experience. I think it would benefit Expedia to remove this awful place from its website.

    The room definitely needs remodeling there are holes in the wall, a huge dip in the floor as you’re walking in. I swear it looked as though someone tried to break into the room before, by the dents and damage before you walk in. There is a hole in the tub, hair on the sink, dirt on the walls and knob. The shower head sucks ass, looks like build up from ages ago, the water pressure, horrible, last but not least to the child that walked and stumped upstairs until 1AM shame on the parents smfh!!!! Oh and the customer service yeah horrible he’s Indian and I swear it seemed like he hated being there no care in the world and I needed linen for my son he said there was none but when I was persistent I guess it appeared out of thin air, sir quit your job.

    The hot tub didn’t work and was green and the bed was very very uncomfortable the best part was the receptionist Courtney I think was her name. The bed was the issue and the room didn’t stay cool enough.

    Great hotel ! Price was good and rooms were clean. Beds were very comfortable. With the exception of the clerk that was there the night we checked in ( he was rude) the staff was very friendly. We enjoyed our stay and definitely would stay there again.

    The rooms had a hole in the wall. The curtain was ripped. The elevator made a popping sound, and it was really rough ride. The floors were popping out the comforter was ripped. I waited about 20 minutes or so to get checked in again to get checked out.

    Unfortunately this LaQuinta is not as well kept as bigger ones. From cracked floor in the bathroom to the a/c barely working and LOUD . my experience was not very good especially with the lack of sleep. I know you get what I pay for. Unfortunately I over spent just for one night. I will not stay at this Hotel chain again

    The staff barely noticed I was there. The room was disgusting. From the moist/damp carpet that was pulling up from the ground, to the stains on the chair and ottoman, to the molded walls pulling the tiles off in the bathroom, to the GREASE STAINS on the headboard from the heads of those who had stayed in the room before us and clearly not washed off. We weren’t given water bottles upon arrival. There was constant water puddles in the hallway.. we came back to locksmith people getting into our room to change out a lock… so we would have been locked out. This was an awful experience and an awful hotel. We took the loss and went across the street to a Tru hotel and it was sooooo much better. I immediately took a shower because the shower at this La Quinta didn’t make me feel cleaner. Don’t stay here. It’s not worth saving the $20/night.

    The room smelled a little musty the bathroom floor was like ceramic tiles that had cracks all in them, the sink was cracked and glued back together on one part then the whole sink was coming off the wall. Breakfast was terrible and they had the same thing both mornings. The carpets needed vacuuming from the lobby to the hallways to the rooms. Definitely not worth what they’re charging. Was surrounded by many close fast food though so that was a plus.

    Hallways are very muggy and the ice machine would leak everywhere. Breakfast was decent. The staff was friendly and helpful. Some, but not all of the outlets worked in the room. No blow dryer in the room. The front desk had to go get one from another room.

    The bed is so high that I had to sleep on the pull out couch with the flimsy mattress. There was no sheet on it so I just slept on the mattress itself. I injured myself when I lay down too hard because of the thin mattress. The desk chair arm was broken. The bathroom floor was sticky. The electric outlet in the bathroom did not work. There was only one working ice machine in the whole building. But the most disappointing part is how unfriendly the front staff was. The person that checked me in did not even look up from the computer to look at me when I went to the desk to check in. When he spoke, his tone was very unfriendly. I do not recommend this hotel.

    The bathroom was in even worse condition. The floors were lifting, there were dark spots around the tub, and the water would not drain properly while showering. We chose to stay only because it was very late when we arrived. Unfortunately, the issues continued during our stay. It rained heavily one night, and water began leaking from the top of the window frame into the room. Overall, this was a very disappointing experience, and I would not choose to stay at a La Quinta Inn & Suites again.

    The smell when we entered the facility should have been enough of a warning to ley me know how dirty everything was. My shoes were sticking to the floor, the elevators smelled like Marijuana and the floors were a balmy 85 degrees.

    This property was EXTREMELY disgusting! Stains on the mattresses, rusted bathroom sink coming away from the counter, horrible smell, lobby was dirty, elevator was scary to ride our room had the room number written in Sharpie marker.     The night staff lady was the only saving grace to this place. The elevator was sticky. The door had to be lifted to close or it made the most horrible sound. The bathroom floor tiles were cracked and loose. The ceiling looked as if someone started to paint it and forgot what they were doing. There was a random pill left in the drawer of the desk where my daughter was drawing. Had to where shoes the whole time since walking in socks turned the bottom black. When looking under the bed for something we dropped, there was trash under the bed from previous people. The telephone was on the night stand with no cord to the wall. The 1st day's breakfast was decent but day 2 was horrible. No bread,bagels or muffins. No spoon for the eggs and when I asked, the manger tried to tell me the spoon rest was they spoon.

    The food area was extremely dirty and never cleaned for our entire stay! Food quality was poor. Exposed electrical wires were seen in a food warmer. The room was not cleaned for 2 days. The side door fire exit was not operable. I have pictures of the food area I planned on sending to the health department!

    Room smelled like someone had just finished smoking something very potent in there, despite it being a “smoke free property”! Pool was “Closed” despite looking operational. Juice machine was “out of order” and no alternative was offered to drink with breakfast. Even the water dispenser was empty for the entire breakfast period, despite customer inquiries. No microwave in breakfast area to warm up water for the plain oatmeal. Bathroom flooring was peeling up with large cracks between the planks. Had to lay towels down to prevent feet from touching nasty debris in the crevices. On a positive note the beds were comfortable and place was quiet. Low priced, but for good reason!

    Served its purpose. Bathroom was nice and I liked the mirror with the heated center piece so the mirror doesnt get fogged up when showering. Great view of Lake Worth. Bedside lamp did not work unless the room light was on. TV was ok but could be upgraded. It was very windy and the wind howls when you are on the south side of the building (I was on 3rd floor)

    This was a last resort as Expedia screwed up our reservations and there were no other options. The location of this hotel is very sketchy and I did not feel comfortable/safe as I was with my daughter. The building is very ran down and old. It's hidden off the road and behind a place called "House of Blades" which was creepy in itself. The remote to the tv was nasty and the channels would glitch, so you really couldn't watch tv. When you close the curtains, that were barely hanging, it would cover up the air conditioner, so the air was being blocked by them. There was a bad odor in the hallway and also a smell of cigarette smoke, even though we the sign on the wall said No Smoking. I can't speak on the staff because ofther than checking in, we never saw anyone.

Then when we went to bed got woken up at 1 in the morning to someone running back am forth. one point sounded like they were crawling on walls. Then Heard someone at our door.When i tried to to call front desk the phones in room didnt even work! my husband googled the # to call the front desk. The noise stopped for like 10 min started again till 4 in the morning! Maybe longer but then i f

Our refrigerator was broken and smelled of fish, I let management know and they said a maintenance person would come and never did. I had to go out and buy a cooler to preserve the food I brought. One of the two ice makers on site was broken, I was only able to get a quart of ice from the one that was functional. The phone cable outlet was hanging out of the wall. The tv in the bedroom would not turn on. I did not see one house keeping staff for the three nights we stayed. I set trash outside the door and it sat there until we left three days later. The couch had nasty white stains on the arm rests. To top it all off we had to kill a cockroach in the room. Will not be back. Best Western across the highway is a better option.

    Breakfast was provided, the waffles were hot since you made them yourself, other then that bacon and sausage patties were cold and the eggs semi warm. The room seemed like it was rush cleaned, roaches crawling on the bathroom door, the ac/ heater did not work that well, an awful smell in the hallways and the elevator. The breakfast was half way decent after microwaveing it since what was supposed to be hot was cold.

    This is a pretty nice hotel, but it seems to have fallen into disrepair a little bit. There is torn carpet, and the elevator is pretty bad. The rooms smell like paint really bad and you can’t open the windows to air it out. The electrical outlets accessible to the user are wired to the main light so that when you turn off the main light all the power is cut off. Good luck trying to charge your phone while you are sleeping. It is pretty nice for the price, but it definitely has issues.

The hotel structure is possibly newer but shotty construction. There was a gap between our door and the jam, you could see into the hallway at night. Carpet didn’t reach the walls in many areas. Sign that said not to dump cat litter in trash can by elevator (wth?!) Pillows were cheap and lumpy, bring your own. The staff was nice when they spoke.

    The room was nice and huge! Like a tiny apartment and I wanted to take the mattress home with me because it was so comfortable. The view was amazing. A couple of things, the tv in the living room had black in the screen like the screen was going out so we just needed a new Larger TV honestly in both rooms they needed to be Larger. And the pool wasn't usable the 2nd day. I dont know maybe they were cleaning it but it was green. the equipment was broken in the gym. Other than that, it was fairly clean and enjoyable.

    We booked last minute and were pleased with the price. The room was large and clean, the bed comfortable, however, the toilet would not refill and we had to remove the tank cover and giggle the float every time to flush. We received an email right after confirmation of the booking stating we could pay $30 for late check out, but I was told I had to call down in the morning to request that. We had a very late evening and having to wake up to request a late check out defeats the purpose. I got up at 8 to call down and was immediately told they did not do late check outs on weekends. Would have been nice to be told that to begin with. Breakfast was your standard powdered eggs and such, nothing notable and we left before 11. Would possibly stay here again.

    The property was clean, well kept. The service was excellent. The only things I noticed were the water pressure wasn't fantastic (but not too bad. not a deal breaker); and I could hear entire conversations from the next room. The walls appear to be a bit thin.     Stay was “meh”. Cushion of chair in room had a gross stain so we flipped it and never sat on it. Fridge had some weird sticky stuff in the door. Found a roach a day after being there. Parking situation was okay. Don’t park on east side of building unless you want to track up a hill. Side doors only work on west side. Staff was nice though and was only there for a couple days so sucked it up but won’t book there again.

    The staff were nice and helpful, but the hotel laundry room and laundry machine were old and dirty. The sidewalk on the side and back of the hotel was showing rebar coming off of the ground rendering the facility’s safety questionable. The door to the room showed signs of it being pried open, and there were no towels in the room except for the bath mat towel. Drawers were old as well. There were two (2) broken benches on the side of the hotel, with one leaning with the sidewalk

    To start, I booked based on pictures. Unfortunately, the rooms don’t look anything like advertised. There was a weird smell from the moment I walked into the building and into my room. The lamps were loose. The sofa in the room had stains. There were marks spotted on the walls and doors , including stains. The shower head was dirty. The small wash cloths were staind and dirty. Door didn’t want to close after trying to leave for my meeting in the morning, had to slam the door several times, until it finally locked. On my back in, my card didn’t work, had to get it reprogrammed 3 times. I finally had enough, grabbed all my stuff, and made my way back down to the lobby. I explained my situation and all the issues, they just said sorry, but no effort to make it right. So, I left, paid more at the Holiday Inn, for better comfort. I should have known better from the start, trying to stay for cheap, instead of chosing comfort and quality. I’ve stayed at some beautiful La Quintas, but I guess it depends on who owns and runs it. I absolutely wouldn’t recommend this place, unless you live like this, then you’ll fit right in. I should have taken more pics.

    Waited 10 minutes before I could get booked, had to find a house keeper to ask where the desk person was. Also be before I paid for my stay we called and asked if the pool was open and they told us it was. When I get there to check in and after I paid I was told the pool was closed. Was given his word we’d get a refund from Expedia for the inconvenience but now I’m not getting a refund from anyone

    This place is terrible..very dirty. Door to the room looks like someone broke into...have to slam it to shut it. Smells like mold or mildew in the room. Bathroom has dirt it . Rug doesn't look clean.....it like its under construction but staff said it wasn't....its awful don't stay here...

    The bed and the hard surfaces were clean but everything else was dirty. The walls, the hallway, the floors, the furniture even the sink was cracked in the bathroom. The lampshades were even covered in stains. The place needs serious updates.

    This hotel in all felt dirty. The carpet and furniture were stained, fixtures were rusted, wallpaper peeling off, and things like the toilet, ac, and fridge weren’t functioning properly. Door frame falling off along with the door itself being difficult to open and close. In all it was just a terrible experience. The only good they had here was that the bed was surprisingly comfortable.

    I’ve stayed here numerous times over several years . It used to be a bit nicer but now it seems dated and kinda dirty especially in halls and elevator . The breakfast has gone downhill too . Maybe it’s because there are newer hotels in area . I’ll probably stay elsewhere next time

    Most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. This is a “I have no choice” kind of stop. The place absolutely reeks. Dank, musty, rotting, moldy smell. Everything in there is wet. Puddles of water everywhere. Everything is absolutely filthy. Stains everywhere. The freezer in my room was frozen OPEN. The floor in my bathroom was wavy. Big bulges and divots. I was so creeped out and uncomfortable I changed underneath my clothes so I was never exposed. I was out of there as humanly possible.

    Bathroom was dirty, (found a toenail clipping), light switch by the door was controlling the plug by the bed, when you turned the light switch off then the plug by the bed wouldn't work. Something on the wall by the desk, looked like some kind of liquid or food splashed on the wall. Room smelled like cigarette smoke, the doors in the hallway to the other rooms all looked like a 5 year old painted them. We decided to not stay the night and drove home.

    Poor customer service. Poor condition of the 3 rooms I reserved. No shower curtain in one room that also had a broken bathroom counter top with a sharp edge and roaches. Another room had a broken chair. The third room had window curtains falling down. These things plus the general poor condition including small holes in walls, door jam damage, major scuffs and scraps in doors and walls. The photos are just a few of the multiple minor damages and lack of cleanliness of this hotel.

    It was a nice little getaway for me and my wife. Not super clean but it is a hotel. The breakfast the next morning was free but was very processed. No complaint just wished they used real eggs instead of whatever they used. The shower head also needed some work. It had 3 settings but all the nozzles were kinda gunked up so it didn’t really spray right. All in all I would recommend but just know it’s not perfect.

    Very disappointed in this experience and it's ruined La Quinta for us going forward. The sheets and towels were clean but that's about it. The shower curtain had snot and hair on it, the wallpaper was peeling, there was rust everywhere in the bathroom (the fan was broken), the carpet was disgusting, microwave was dirty, the hallway trash was smelly and overflowing throughout our stay, there was something red and chunky on the elevator buttons for multiple days, guys peeing in the (trashed) parking lot, etc. The beds were hard and pillows were flat but kinda expected that. Ugh, just a gross experience that we couldn't wait to end.

    Horrible! Room had water damage and smelled like musky mold. Water stains on the ceiling and all the curtains. Rug was damp and wet. Metal bed frames were rusted from the water as well…. Crazy! Front counter wasn’t working, I waited 25 minutes for someone to show up at the counter to check me in.

    It was not well taken care of, the one water fountain was filthy and had peanut shells laying in it since we arrived. The elevator "keypad" was disgusting and was most likely never wiped off. Rooms we so so, uncomfortable pillows and the tub faucet was coming off the wall. If possible avoid this hotel.

    The location it’s great! the hotel needs to be re model or have maintenance work done. It doesn’t look old but the rooms are not in good condition. The room had a weird smell, the carpet was stained, the restroom floor looked sink in like if it was wet for a long period of time, the shower head was dirty had white residue “limescale” the roof was falling apart. The furniture is old and also falling apart. I had actually go to the store and buy disinfectant wipes, and disinfectant spray and plugs to make the room smell better.

    I have spent so much money staying here many times; but it was a hot mess this time. I stayed in room 205. the lights were not working so it wasn’t until the next day until maintenance came to fix it, but the maintenance also broke the vanity. He made me late to an appointment that I had. You would think that they would upgrade my room or something, but they didn’t all they want is your money and that’s it. They don’t care if the room isn’t cold enough or to your liking; they don’t care they just want your money and not to be bothered.

    Upon check-in we found the toilet seat in the room was broken. Told the front desk and all they said was sorry. No cups or coffe in the room for the coffe maker. Overhead light in bathroom was out. Toilet paper roller was barely hanging on wall. Signed posted outside of elevator saying " Dont leave cat litter beside trash can". The breakfast was terrible, eggs over cooked, sausage under cooked. For the price paid this was a bad experience. We mentioned all of this at checkout and again all they said was sorry.

    Check in was simple and the individual at the front desk was super nice. We got to our room and we heard beeping. The famine detector in the next room had a bad battery. I went down to the front desk to report it (the room was empty). I was told it wouldn’t be fixed until Monday. This was Friday night. I asked for a new room as there was no way we were going to be able to sleep with beeping every 20 seconds. The second room.. 1. The key swipe barely worked. We had to try, try, try, try again. Then you’d get in the room. The second key never worked so I got an another key and it still didn’t work. 2. The smoke detector in this room the battery compartment was slid open. I stood in the bed and tried to shut it. No go. So that room’s detector wasn’t working. 3. The mold looking ceiling was very distracting. 4. The elevator inspection was due back in December. I was told the hotel had no more room after we switched, though the parking lot was never full and it was a very small lot. 5. Breakfast was hit and miss.

    I didn’t stay. The hallways and the room smelled like dogs/cats. I have an allergy to animals. My asthma flared up and had to leave and find another hotel. The front desk lady was very nice and accommodating. She understood and did everything to help me! I appreciate that!

    Just okay. This is our 3rd year to say here and it just seemed mediocre compared to the other years. Breakfast food was lacking - eggs were watered down, no syrup for the waffles, lemon water was gross/old. Room was clean but hallway was not. It just was okay, not terrible, just ok. May look for a different place with better breakfast next year.

    Supposed to be a “non smoking” hotel yet front desk clerk was outside smoking. Hotel is old smells very musty. Showers were dirty & stained black, walls are all peeling from water damage. Fridge made noise all night we ended up having to unplug.

    The room itself was clean. Beds are comfortable. Pillows suck. The tv had no channels, only static. When we let the front desk know, apparently he was busy eating his food and didnt come fix the problem for 15 min. He had to auto tune the tv but everytime we shut it off we lost every channel and had to tune it everytime we turned it on. Our key card didnt work, had to be reformatted. Theres holes in the walls where things use to be hung and our bathroom floor was rotted, you could feeel it sink everytime you stepped in front of the sink. The hotel is in rough shape overall, alot of scratched up paint in the halls, one door had the number written on it in sharpy. I think there are better places to stay.

    Staff was nice. The hotel really needs to be updated. Paint/patching definitely needed all over hotel. Room and bed were comfortable. The toilet did not work properly. We had to constantly take the lid off the tank to get the toilet to fill so we could flush. We asked for extra towels twice and never received them. The elevator needs to be cleaned and wiped down. I am including a few pics of what things in our room need to be addressed.

    Front Desk Staff, Mr. VK, Mr. Pravi, from the breakfast area the breakfast employee is awesome she is very nice she will be good in front desk as well. Ms. Delmar in the housekeeping department is outstanding and takes pride in her job, she goes above and beyond for the guests. It's like being home away from home.
