Stayed there last year also and no one at desk for 15 minutes. I would recommend they keep someone there at all times. Frustrating after driving for 6 hours to stand and wait to check in so you can get unloaded and rest. Other than that the stay was good. Have stayed there 3 yesrs in a row now.

Had trouble getting room cards to work. Trouble getting towels. Stayed 2 nights the last night someone was fighting and kept us up all night. Parking was good and we did feel safe.

Temperature of the room was comfortable, and we could adjust it to suite us. Staff were very nice and helpful.

The Desk staff has was friendly and professional. Selena was especially helpful. Breakfast bar did feature eggs, breakfast meats, and a variety of bread choices. Pancakes as well. Loved having a Keurig in my room. The WiFi in my 4th floor room was subpar. The breakfast buffet needs additional fruit options. There are zero restaurants within walking distance and restaurant choices are farther away.

The breakfast was very disappointing. Very limited selections. Pancake batter was horrible. No where to sit as all the tables were dirty. The employee (woman) running the breakfast would not put out any yogurt or additional fruit. Only apples were offered. No bananas, bagels, salsas like other Holiday Inn locations. Rooms were clean with comfortable beds. Front desk staff and housecleaning staff were extremely helpful , pleasant and hardworking. The breakfast could use some attention to detail. It was not good at all.

The room was clean. The room had limited furnishings and a torn couch. The phone didn’t work. The walls are paper thin. The breakfast had limited offerings. The breakfast staff member sat in the lobby on her phone, rather than replenish the breakfast items. The fitness center needed to be cleaned, and alcohol wipes and hand sanitizer need to be supplied.

The location was great to where we needed to be. I was charged a no show fee when I did show we were just late, found out upon checkout that they were charging me that. I even called and told them we would be very late getting in and they said that was fine, and when I argued the charge the lady at the front desk said “I can’t do anything for that, you can call the manager, she won’t be in until Thursday” which is 4 days after my check out.

My husband had a medical emergency at the stockyards and we had to go home. I called the hotel and told them what happened but they told me it was too late to cancel the room and we would be charged for it. Shameful to treat people like that especially senior citizens on fixed incomes.

Breakfast looked great each day. Many families and customers were enjoying it. slow elevator, no ice machine on 2nd floor

The breakfast was good and the staff was nice. The room had paint on both beds, sofa was torn and had stains, stains on carpet. Pool was so cold your hand started to feel numb and the people above us ran around and made so much noise until after midnight. We got maybe 4-5 hours of sleep.

10/10 will DEFINITELY recommend! Stayed a week and didn’t have one complaint! I loved that they clean the room every single day. I travel a lot and many places have stopped that daily cleaning but I’m happy to have seen that for the first time in awhile. All staff encountered were great and welcoming so I appreciated that.

My car got broken into when we were there. They also wouldn’t turn the heater on in the pool they stated it was broken and they wouldn’t give us extra pillows for the pull out bed.

Elevator was broken so luckily they had one room on the first floor. This was just a quick over night stay to rest from a 26 day flying back from Ireland. We had big bags and would not have really been able to drag them up the stairs. The girl at the front desk had ZERO personality.

Older property could use an update but the room was clean. My only issue was a huge gnat and a questionable stain on one of the chairs in the lounge when I was in the waiting area. Replace the chair and maybe some of the floor tiles. I was on the second floor which looked like it had been through a LOT as evidenced by the huge hole in the service room door (janitors closet). 3/5

The hotel room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, but the walls were thin. You could hear your neighbors when the loud ac was not running. It did not keep a constant temperature in the room. The bathroom shower was older, and there were spots of paint missing on the wall, but it was clean and spacious. The TV is annoying because every x-amount of channels, you have to watch the guide channel for the next x-amount channels. The breakfast is terrible. Turkey and pork sausage that has an unnatural taste, egg omelets that tasted watery, old biscuits, and no-flavor gravy. I had high hopes, but was disappointed. However, it was not the end of the world, because the cleanliness of the hotel made up for it. When we checked in, the clerk was friendly and helpful. Hotel was wonderful, The only problem was @1:15 am the fire alarm went off we didn’t know what was happening, everyone was evacuated in our PJ’s with know explanation the staff never told us anything. The fire department came went in the building. Came back out 10 minutes later. Tell us we can go back in. No one never told us what was going on.

Berenice at the front desk was absolutely amazing! She made my stay so memorable and accommodated every need I had. I was a bit disappointed that the Yogurt was out of stock as I was really looking forward to having that for breakfast. I did enjoy the fact that I had access to Coffee on my whole trip there and would book here again.

Great place. Very clean. Our room with 2 queens and sofa couch was very spacious. Rooms are updated. We were just 5 to 7 minutes from Dickies Arena,Ft worth Science museum,stockyards,etc. It was very easy and quick to get to them. I would stay here again.

Everything was great, except the room location. Our room was right by the elevator, so the noise of everyone coming and go was terrible. We were woken up very early by the housekeeping ladies talking way too loud to each other by the elevator.

The property was very clean and seemed to be updated. The check in was quick and easy. Location is convenient. Bed was comfortable and loved that the hotel didn’t have a smell to it. Very neutral which I like because I don’t care for toxic air fresheners and scents.

The hotel was nearby everything we were doing for our visit. 10 minutes away from the science museum, zoo, and gardens. We also had a ton of dining options. The pool could've used a little more TLC...gave off a bit of a smell. They had stocking issues with pool towels ( we were there for 4 days and it was never stocked ). Property was clean- staff very nice. I booked here based on the indoor pool when we arrived the pool area had been closed for over a week, this was not disclosed when booking. It was too late to search for another hotel with an indoor pool for my granddaughter

I was put in room 101. I got a little to no sleep because the room is located right by the elevators and whoever was above me was jumping around all night long so I paid $400 for no sleep and loud noises. they should never have a room place where this room is you walk out the room and you’re directly into the lobby and facing anybody that’s waiting for an elevator. Two night stay to work a vendor event. Rooms were clean, building was in great shape, staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

2nd time staying here. Actually picked this hotel again by accident as our first stay 9 months ago wasn’t so pleasant or clean, but was surprised to find our room was much cleaner than previous. Immediately walking into lobby had a fresh clean smell, the room itself had a stale smell to begin with, but dissipated as we went in and out. The rooms were spacious (we had a suite with separate living area) lots of empty space with the floor plan. The breakfast was a hit for my family as well. The neighborhood does seem a tad sketchy with the vape store in the parking lot, but we had no incidents. We would now purposely choose to stay here again after this trip.

It was a great hotel to stay in. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious and extremely clean. I did have the bad luck of having the room right at the elevator which sounded like a door bell all night as other guest were using it, which did cause sleep issues.

We had a great stay. We chose this hotel because we stayed here last year for the same event for our daughter. Kind staff and centrally located. We will be back!

We stayed here for a concert we were attending last night. It was literally 3 miles away. So excellent location, staff was very accommodating and friendly, rooms were very nice and clean, and just overall it was a very very good experience. We will definitely stay here again.

I l9ve this chain of hotels. The rooms are great amd the beda are super comfortable.

The house keepers were very nice and accommodated us any time we needed anything but other than that the hotel isn’t very good the pool reeks and we saw cockroaches in the pool area definitely won’t return. Breakfast was ok not that much options but everyone in my party did find something they’d like to eat.

Hotel was clean but had homeless people living in the parking lot. I didn’t stay my second night that I had booked. I reserved a room at a different hotel in a better location

It was a lot nicer than i expected , but fridge in our room didn’t work it was an inconvenience keeping insulin cool.

One night stay to attend an event at a venue nearby. Area surrounding was convenient and quiet. Exceptionally clean room and lobby area. Very spacious room. Very friendly staff on check in and check out.

We were greeted very nicely upon our arrival. The room was spotless. We had no issues whatsoever.

Check in was smooth and fast. Breakfast area was clean and coffee was great. The room has air conditioning that allows you to set the temperature, room was fresh all night long.

The hotel itself is very nice. Unfortanatley, there is a massive amount of homeless people around the property, constantly harassing the patrons for money. I felt very unsafe staying there.
