Desk clerk whined because I used a third party ie hotels .com. It caused him more work. Everything else at the hotel was great.

A/C worked great but the sink in the bathroom wouldn't\t drain properly and the shower had no pressure, besides the water felt greasy from so much chlorine in it.

Was all good except ants in room and a roach was in the Bathroom

dark room to sleep but the blinds, both sets were jammed with about a foot of floodlights coming in Which led to very little sleep, when it was so noisy.

Our 8 night stay from out of state was great . Pool wasn’t heated . Laundry mat wasn’t in service.

It was an excellent stay. We were greeted by the friendly staff who made the check in experience hassle free. He was very accommodating to make sure we had the room we wanted. Room was clean and pleasant. Breakfast was included and had a great selection. We will definitely like to return for another stay.

The room was extremely cold, I understand that it’s very hot outside but I felt like the drastic change in temperature would lead to a cold.

Bed was comfy, breakfast was great! We had a few strange interactions checking in. There was a mix up with front desk staff and our room booked...it was corrected, but very inconvenient to have to move all of our stuff twice that late. There was a young man gaming in the business center area on the PC and was yelling...then there were girls in Santa suit tops and g strings yelling and running around the parking lot. The vibes were definitely off....

It was nice and clean !! The pool was open 24hrs a day which was amazing !! We didn’t have to worry about rushing back so kids could swim !! Wish all the hotels would do this !!

I liked that it was clean and in a good area The elevator broke after we booked a 3rd floor room and I wasn’t able to get back to room because my ankle is currently broken so I had to crawl on my hands and knees for three flights of stairs to get back up. The staff was aware of this and promised a refund that we never got.

Someone pulled the top floor buttons out of the elevator you had to use the stairs and carry everything down and up they couldn’t get it fixed and it only had the one single elevator.

Overall, a very good stay. I’d go back for sure. For me and my friends, some healthier breakfast options would be terrific. (The unsafe, ultra-cheap styrofoam plates and bowls need to be replaced.)

The staff is 5 star but the hotel is not. Although this property has been renovated, the workmanship is poor and the property has not been maintained. The elevator pitched and stopped hard on the ground floor. Freeway noise was hard to sleep through.

Stay was only one night.nice place but someone that worked at the hotel came in our room in the middle of night while we were sleeping.said it was the wrong room.so i learened to allways lock the extra lock on the door at any hotel.

Breakfast was delicious every morning and convenient. Room was comfortable and spacious. A couple items were a little run down (shower curtain, hole in corner of wall). HBO didn't work on the TV and elevator made a lot of weird sounds like it was going to breakdown. Overall, a great hotel to stay for a week while visiting family.

We were there for a 3 day convention at the Ft Worth Convention Center. We didnt get up in time to eat breakfast but the beds were comfortable the staff w a s friendly and the other customers were friendly.

It wasn’t a bad stay only issues we had was one the Elevator had a very hard stop to the main lobby floor and two the carpet in the hallway smelled bad like mildew and lastly the ice machine was not working on the our floor. But rooms where clean location was good and around food.

The bathroom floor squeaked and seemed to be damaged when stepping on it. The bathroom needs some work. To check in I had to wait for 5-10 min for someone to show up at the desk - no bell to ring and the person folding napkins was no help. Positives - no bugs and clean as far as i could tell. But overall, I would not recommend this place to anyone and i will not return! -Signed a Disappointed Hilton Guest.

This Holiday Inn was the best. The staff could not have been any nice. They were the best in any place we've stayed at in several years. Willl definitely stay there if back in Ft Worth!!!

Everything was great here at the spot. The only thing that I could not understand is when we would get our room clean they would only leave three towels and they were four of us staying in the room. I did this every day and every day I had to go get an extra towel, not a big deal, but it wasn’t specially waking up in the morning and go down to get the towel

Food was disgusting, people were screaming and running down the halls. they let an older guy have 5 minor girls in his room alone while they were drinking alcohol. they still havent given my money back for the incidental and its been over a month since my stay.

Staff was very friendly. I had to give a talk for a memorial service that came up at the last minute and the staff provided me with paper for me to write my speech. That was very helpful!

We Enjoyed I was a little upset at First about the reservation due to we had requested a king size bed . The reception explained and was very kind she had good customer etique. So we decided to stay and we enjoyed the breakfast and our stay was excellent . Thank you to all the staff and to Jesus We Give all the Glory 🙏🙌🙏🙌

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL! During our stay our hotel room was robbed while we were sleeping. The thief used a keycard to enter the room. The police discovered that this hotel does not dispose of keycards properly and the key was taken from the front desk. When the police asked for video footage, they were told that the cameras did not work.

Only thing for us we didn’t like was the water pressure. It was absolutely horrible, ugh.

Room was nice beds were comfortable. They clean the rooms daily. The breakfast is good (not the pancakes). Did not use pool. The shower made a loud screeching sound when it was on that was annoying. The workout equipment was TERRIBLE. One treadmill was out of order. They only had 2. The “working treadmill” made an awful noise when running on it. The elliptical machine was like a ball of rust so hard to move. Thank goodness there is a 24 hour fitness next door. Just went there instead.

We stayed there for 3 days for a gym astics competition. The room Was very large and clean. The coffee pot takes K-cups. Even though our hotel was right off the freeway, it was very quiet. You could barely hear the traffic. The pool was super warm. The breakfast buffet was excellent! It included biscuits and gravy, eggs, potatoes, two different kinds of sausage and an array of other items. I would definitely stay there again!

Easy check in. When we turned back the sheets and flipped over the pillows, there was blood splatter on pillow cases and sheets (thought it was dried blood). When we took off the sheets and pillow cases there was blood spots in the same place as on the sheets and pillow case. THEY DID NOT Change the bedding since the last occupants!
