Rooms were clean, a little small but not bad. The breakfast was just okay but can’t complain since it was free. Overall this is a good place to stay if you’re wanting to spend more of your time out of your room. Staff was great and the security is top notch.

Everything was nice clean and comfortable the staff is very kind especially Noah he saw to it our stay was pleasant. He gave us brochures of events in the area and made a special delivery to our room. Parking was a bit pricey but it is secure and can only be activated by hotel key. Breakfast was very good there was a hockey team staying there and they were very rude and left a big mess for the poor employee to clean up, all over the counters and tables. We definitely had a great stay other than that....oh! If you get a chance the best place to eat is The Capital Grill just 2 blocks over- walking distance

The hotel was clean, the employees were very friendly. The pool was the highlight of our stay. It was well kept, clean and had a little beach area for our 4 year old. The pool got busy and some kids got pretty rowdy but to be expected with any shared area. Other than the $40 parking fee, everything was wonderful.

Overall my stay was nice the room was clean, the amenities were useful as well, I just hoped there were more breakfast options

Everything was perfect during our stay. The staff was great, the hotel was clean, and the overall experience was very enjoyable. The only two things I would mention are that the pool had a bit too much chlorine, and the parking price was higher than expected. Having parking inside the hotel is definitely very convenient and helpful, but it is also a little pricey. Overall, we had a great stay and would come back again.

Accessible to entertainment: Convenient to all downtown sites and bus access. We bought a round trip ticket to Cowtown for $4 and could have done downtown for FREE. The pool area was geared toward kiddos, so when I went to soak in a hot tub I was a little disappointed there was none. The bar service was very good considering the bar tender was alone that evening and the place was PACKED with cowboy hats. She did a great job.

After beating on my door at midnight wanting yo see my ID cane back at 1:00am requesting i come downstairs cause they werent showing my reservation, it made my stay horrible, i was told i would be reimbursed one night for the inconvenience lol that remains to be seen, i will never stay at another hampton hotel ever

I would 100% stay here again. The room was amazing, breakfast was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. Parking was wonderful. The pool was one of the nicest we have seen in a long time! I highly recommend staying here. It was also easy to get to Cook Children's Hospital

The location is fantastic, especially if you need the convention centre. Public transport options are right on your doorstep. It's super easy to get up to the cattle yards or head west to some great BBQ at Terry Blacks. Breakfast options were good but also fairly standard for US accommodation. No tea in the refreshment area that we could find

The second issue that I had was a very rude concierge on two separate occasions. Other than that, I was very pleased with my stay. Thank you.

It was fairly clean and the staff were friendly. The hotel is very nice, we booked to attend a gymnastics competition at the convention center. It was super convenient being right across the street. I chose to park at the garage down on commerce and 14th, it was $16 cheaper. The beds were not for me, a little too firm and the sheets were a little rough. We stayed in a king with a sofa pull out that our son bunked on and he thought it was quite comfortable. Elevators were fast and there are three so we never had to wait long at all even with a pretty full hotel. Breakfast was decent and they had a good variety of hot and cold foods. They had three or four waffle makers and that came in handy because they sure were a popular breakfast choice. The patio was very nice and the pool table was also a nice touch. Definitely recommend staying here if you are attending an event at the ft worth convention center or want to visit Sundance square which was also fun.

Excellent breakfast. Suite very comfortable. Loved an indoor pool. Location fantastic for the convention center and the Trinity train from the airport. Housekeeping did not come very other day as we were told. Had to contact front desk after 4 days and they came promptly.

Check in desk clerk was new and in a crowded lobby said out loud, so you are here by yourself? I did point out to him that this is a security no-no. Ceiling smoke detector was like having a strobe light in the room when I turned the lights out.

We stay here every year and it is always amazing and never lets us down. Parking on site, accommodating and friendly staff as well as a fully stocked breakfast. $40/day parking seems a little excessive and some of the people staying at the location were less than desirable (not wearing shoes, dragging blankets through breakfast, cussing around children and making a mess at every station).

Property is in an excellent location. The staff is very helpful. It’s a reason to stay at this hotel is for many the children’s pool. The pool was over chlorinated all three days cause a lot of discomfort with my grandkids. I did complain about it every day. The food was an edible in the morning horrible choices. The rooms were average they need to be refurbished in my room 712. The furniture was stained and dirty. Location the staff is nice very much a language barrier

We took the train from OKC to forth worth and picked this hotel for the location. It’s walking distance from the train station and also the location is good to walk around downtown to all the restaurants and it’s only a 9 min walk to Sundance square. Staff was great and super helpful. Complementary waters every day all day long if you just ask the front desk.

Very clean property! The only thing we were a little caught off guard with was the cost of parking each night at first, however after investigating we found that the cost was reasonable and provided good surveillance for our vehicles during our stay. But it is located in a great spot on downtown, and easy to get to all the most loved/visited places in town! Highly recommend.

I found a creepy spider in my bed, my first night, I could sleep college students or teenagers were staying in my floor, screening, drinking or doing drugs, I don’t know, fighting so loud, when I was scared to go outside. In the am found trash everywhere, leftovers on the floor, around and inside the elevator, and I took pictures. I complain to the front desk, and was told that they couldn’t help me because I made reservations with a third party. and Expedia needed to call. Thank god I was only in town for Lady Gaga concert, then I went home.

Room was clean and comfortable. The shower and vanity area were spacious which helped our comfort. The AC unit was spectacular! All of the hotel staff we encountered were very polite and professional. The coffee was great, but the breakfast foods seemed a little overcooked. The AC was off in the hallways which made traversing a little uncomfortable.

The parking was a little high and you have to use your room key on the elevator

After my nightmare at the hotel I had already booked. I was having a bad night and the lady at the front desk made everything so easy even give free parking she made my night. She will never know that she was a gift from God, GOD bless her. Very grateful for the little blessing like that. ☺️

The lobby is large and beautifully decorated. The breakfast area was huge and clean with lots of variety. I've never see a Hampton with a cocktail lounge before! Nice feature! Our room was large, comfortable and clean. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The location is walking distance from event and food/beverage venues. As 2 single women walking alone near midnight, we felt very safe walking around the area. Lots of activity and friendly folks. But that's Fort Worth for all y'all. Stayed here in Dec, and in January. Both times, the heater blew cold air. It was freezing. In Dec, I checked in early, they tried to fix the thermostat and the unit to no avail. Moved me to another room. This time, i didnt get into the room until late. I wasn't dealing with maintenance at 11pm, so i bundled up. Probably bad luck, but still an issue. On the plus side, rooms are nice, parking easy, breakfast buffet was solid and the employees were very nice. They did wind up comping my room both times. I am appreciative of them doing that, but it was still a problem. I'm a Hilton guy, but not sure I will stay here again, tbh.

Parking for large trucks. Only the 1st floor has parking for trucks like GMC 2500 and it's even hard to fit a bigger truck in the spots available. Not enough room to maneuver. The person at the front desk did let us park in the 15 minute parking so that was nice. He was super nice. I think it was full because the rodeo going on at the Stockyards. There is public parking at the back but it was over $50 per day and nobody was parked there so it was a little scary. Parking is my only complaint. It's Texas and a lot of people have big trucks and cars.

everything from the pool that is super kid friendly to the huge continental breakfast. the rooms are nice and air conditioners work great. Friendly staff along with a great down stairs environment is just a bonus. Not to mention that it is right across the street from the ft. worth convention center and in the heart of downtown.

Staff was extremely rude. Front desk staff, Briseda and Josie, were very unhelpful. I plan to call and speak to the hotel manager today. Parking and construction were awful and hotel makes no mention when you book. Plan to spend an extra 40.00 per night. I would NEVER stay here again.

Staff was welcoming and helpful. Any questions, we had about the room and facility were answered upon check-in. We had several questions regarding the local transportation system, stops, best way to get to our destinations & restaurant suggestions. All the staff provided additional info with the exception of one who was vague in his answers. Overall, we were very pleased.

For an older hotel it was in good condition and well kept. You can tell the staff take pride in their jobs. The bed was harder than I prefer, but overall we were very happy with our stay.

Due to some construction in the area the hotel was a little difficult to get to - that being said once we did get there the hotel was awesome. The breakfast had a lot of options and the food was good. Would we stay there a again? Yes. We were only there one night but we enjoyed it very much.

The staff were great and very nice. However, the beds and pillows were very uncomfortable, wore out and bottom of the line at best. I woke each morning sore and slept horribly. The room smelled like trapped moisture and mold. Also the pool was miserably cold so even though it was indoors, it was not heated.

The breakfast was good, bed was a little hard, but ok! The lobby decor was nice and clean etc, all in all a great experience even with a little thing going on with the 4th floor! Was impressed with the staff! Goes to show you what a great team can do, even if there are issues within in the hotel etc.

Wonderful stay. I came here for the American Open Series and I was shocked at how close I was to the convention center! The drinks at the bar was good and my hotel room was clean and comfortable. I definitely look forward to staying at this hotel again.

The staff is very hospitable. The pool had toys for the kiddos, yeah. However, I didn't like the "nickel and dimeing" of the food items in store. $5 for a microwave bag of popcorn? A bit of a scam since there isn't grocery or fast food within 10 minutes walking distance.

The room was comfortable but a lousy view. What really turned us off was the $40 / night parking fee. Ridiculous! And there was no place to park elsewhere.

Such a relaxing stay. It was so quiet. Bed and pillows extremely comfy. I had the best nights sleep. Room was super clean. Will be back for sure!

There was loud construction happening on the street in front of hotel, request room on the back side of bldg for next few months! Be aware, parking is $40 with no place to park on the street.

Construction was right beside hotel. Lots of dirt, dust, noise. But, inside hotel was lovely. Amazing kids pool. Will stay again. Breakfast was amazing and beds were comfortable.

This hotel was great! It was clean, comfy, friendly, and even had fun stuff such as a pool, bar, and pool table! They also held our bags for us after we checked out and did stuff while waiting on the train!

The hotel staff were very helpful during our stay! The breakfast was great- the grandkids loved the pool! Overall a great stay in Fort Worth!

Only thing that was bad was the swimming pool area, was so strong in cloriform odor I couldn't stand being in that room.

For the price of the hotel, I expected better service upfront & housekeeping. Upon check-in, the girl who checked us in was fairly friendly, however did not provide us with additional information regarding breakfast times, swim times, etc. Although one could go on the website to view all of that, it would have been nice to just have a reminder upon check-in. The room was fairly comfortable, however did not look like the one that i originally booked on the website. It did not have the sofa. It was inconvenient to have a fridge in the room, but no microwave. Housekeeping did not came daily to make our beds or replenish fresh towels. I thought that was pretty standard to have done anywhere else I’ve stayed. Had to call upfront & request clean towels & that took 3 calls over an hour just to get some up to our room. Also was unaware of the $40 parking per day was another con which was separate from the hotel stay. Pros: breakfast was good & plenty of choices. Pool was nice for family.

Stayed here for an event at the convention center so it was a convenient location. Breakfast was good. Rooms were clean. Staff were nice. The only negative was that the AC in our room wasn’t really cold. Not a deal breaker, though. Would stay here again.

This hotel was right across from the convention center which was perfect for our stay. The hotel and rooms were all pristine clean, breakfast was great and the bar area was very nice! 10/10 recommend.

Everything was really clean and thebstadf was very accommodating and very nice to guests. We were in town for the Tiger arock Nationals Testing & Tournament atbthe convention center. Loved how everything was always secure, breakfast was awesome. Loved that we could have access to chips and salsa as complimentary! Our son loved the pool table to play with other Martial arts pals from all over for fellowship. The only thing I found that i wish i knew in advance was the parking fee. Everything was great and will for sure stay again if needed, would recommend to others. A+ for sure.

Helpful staff

Staff were inviting and tended quickly to any issues. King room, bed was a tad firmer than I prefer, but that is personal preference. Hotel was very clean. Will stay again, and recommend.

One day, the room was not cleaned at all, and the next day, only half of the room was cleaned, and one bed was not made at all.

It’s great just the construction in the front is hard to get in. Other than that great place and will be coming back.

It’s a nice hotel easy to uber to places and has a lot of restaurants near by. Parking however was $40, we only stayed the night so I’m not sure if that’s a day or the whole time you stay. If it’s a night that seems a bit over priced since it’s not even valet but it’s a safe place to park. Overall safe and clean.

I love the secured entrance, garage, elevators. It is a beautiful place to stay. The staff was just awesome.

Loved the breakfast and the in house salsa. Stay was great. Did not like how our shower couldn’t adjust to warm, it was rather super hot or cold. We didn’t report the issue. Our kids had fun at the splash pad. Definitely would come again!

The stay was great. However, i will not be using Expedia for any further planning. I prepaid for the room. Upon arriving the front desk showed i had no reservation and my confirmation # Expedia provided through email was booked under someone elses name. The hotel informed me that Expedia did not enter the reservation. The hotel comped us a upgraded room, free parking and free drinks. The hotel stay was great but Expedia is a terrible service.

Easy walk from the Train Station. Used Uber to get around town. Great breakfast. Enjoyed to quiet bar in the evening.

We liked everything about the hotel. We were not happy about having to pay $40 for parking. I think it should be included. The hotel and the staff were great though and we were even allowed to check in early.
