This is a nice property. It got a bit loud and busy one night but other than that we appreciated our stay.

It was the best breakfast I've ever had in my travels I don't believe I experienced anything i didn't like

This time we noticed ants on the center table in bedroom between the queen beds. Sink in the kitchen backs up and the sink in the bathroom the faucet barely reaches the sink (kinda weird). Nothing major that we cannot work around, but enough to loose that 5th star.

The check in and out process was smooth and they accommodated our requests. The location was ideal and central to where we needed to be. The beds were great and I slept better than I have ever slept in a hotel. The pool was smaller than it looked online but we enjoyed it. It was a great temperature and open 24 hours which was wonderful. It meant we got to enjoy it more than once. Well... apparently they have a water leak issue because we left to grab a late lunch after check in and it was pouring rain. When we got back there was standing water on top of our AC unit and inside the window seal that was not there when we checked in before the rain started. The carpet felt damp and the room smelled musty and stale. There was water damage to the wall behind the toilet on the side furthest from the shower. Only one elevator was working that we later found out was due to a family having to be rescued from the other one the day before we arrived. Also during the rainstorm that first night water was leaking inside the elevator from the lights. Breakfast was mediocre at best. I have stayed at lots of hotels (Hamptons included) and have never disliked the breakfast like this time.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and every time anyone walked on our side it would shake our beds like someone was hitting the vet. Makes me concerned there is major structural issues.

The property was well located with good restaurants in easy walking distance. Rooms were economically priced and property was in perfect shape.

Good location, convenient near location I needed, good food places to chose from, hotel was nice. Clean rooms, Staff was nice but felt standoff ish at first.. Breakfast needs some work... egg and cheese omlet could have been better. Yes I would stay here again.

Loved our stay here. The indoor pool is open 24 hours and the kids loved it! The room was clean, very spacious, and with updated decor. The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly. The free hotel breakfast had a wide variety of options including a waffle bar. The food was delicious! Breakfast is served through 10AM which is wonderful to not have to wake up early to rush. Free parking. We will stay here again on future trips!

I’ve stayed here a few times in the past year and it’s always been super clean and no hassle with anything!

Staff wasn’t friendly, room needs updates, bathtub didn’t drain, bathroom door didn’t lock, no towels at the pool and when we asked for some we were told “laundry room closed at 5 so there are none”.

It was also nice to have an extra hour to check out-it was noon instead of the usual 11. Five stars the whole way! Only complaint-the eggs at breakfast could have been tastier. Small complaint -but the potatoes were on point!

The bathroom sink remodel is terrible. The faucet in the corner of the sink is a horrible design. Difficult to wash hands, rinse toothbrush. Etc.

I got in late and only stayed one night, but the staff was very polite, including the front desk and housekeeping! The room was exceptionally clean, which I loved. I will definitely stay at this location in the future.

The service was great and the hotel is nice, however the air conditioning in the room is very difficult to operate. We started off hot, called the front desk but they couldn’t assist (maintenance was gone and the hotel was booked). Thankfully my boyfriend was able to “reset” the thermostat to get the air blowing. Once it got too cool he adjusted the thermostat and the air once again stopped working. We essentially sweated the rest of our stay.

Without a doubt some of the friendliest, best hotel staff I have ever encountered! Chasity was at the front desk in the evening most of the weekend and deserves a shout out for being such a great host! Definitely will come back to this location and it is convenient to a lot of nearby restaurants.

The breakfast was not up to the usual standards that we have experienced in our past stays at Hampton Inns. The breakfast and the location are the main reasons we picked to stay at a Hampton. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom shower was nice.

This place was great! Dallas can be scary when finding a place to stay that is safe. This place was quiet and we felt completely safe. The beds were lovely!!! We had a great stay!! Thanks so much.

Great place to stay. Pool 24 hr access was the highlight and the bteakfast was really good too.

The air co diction went out in the room and we had to ask several times before someone went to look at it. They had to replace it and spilt water and nasty stuff all over the carpet in the room and left it like that. The bathtub felt like it was going to fall out from under us and it was so slippery, my daughter fell and hit her head and cut her foot.

We have family in the area, so we always stay here. Happy overall.

The first room I was assigned, the AC was louder than the TV volume and the black out shade would not close all the way so they kindly moved me to the room next door. Everything in this room was fine except it had a little smell of mildew which I just dealt with the 4 days I was there. Not a big deal. Biggest reason for not giving a full 5 stars was that they desk staff were not the most attentive. They were always on their phones and not paying much attention the the hotel guests. One even stayed on facetime with someone while checking me in. Another had a friend sleeping on a couch in the lobby (with their own pillow and blanket) for the whole hour I sat down there and ate dinner. I understand that good help is hard to find but other hotels are managing to find good help. I'm sure this one maybe needs to up its management skills and raise the bar for its staff.

We arrived around midnight and was told system was down and waited almost 2hrs to check in. The desk clerk or whatever he was said we would get half off our stay since there was this issue. The GM crys about this after we already check out and declines half off. What a liar this guy is and will never be back. The shower floor was broken/cracked, hot water took a good few minutes to get warm. The key cards did not work since the battery on door went dead, waited awhile and was finally let in. Manager called maintenance guy from next door hotel to come fix the door. This guy had issues and went back and forth, finally fixed it. If you arrive late then expect to walk a mile as the only parking left is at the other hotel next door. Pathetic how theres not any parking after dark! Thats my rant and I would NOT recommend. Even seen a roach and mouse turds. You may have better luck but dont take there word for anything. Should of took pictures if I knew the GM was going to be this horrible. Hes also always on his loud phone in office by elevator. Still waiting for that half off refund. Good luck

Our stay at the Hampton Inn was fabulous! The bed was the best I’ve slept in for a very long time. There are great restaurants in the area. I would recommend this hotel for anyone.

Our A/C did not work properly. Even on lowest setting, room would not get below 75 degrees. Had to get new cards after our second visit to the room because neither of them would work.

Property was easy to get to and had a few places to eat really close by. Check in was a breeze and room was pretty clean but only enough towels for three people even though I had for reserved to the room. When I asked for towels the next night, they only had one bath towel but I was told they would get some sent up, never did. The lady that was working the morning of check out was too busy on her cell phone to realize I walked up and when I asked for a receipt she said since I booked through expedia they would email me and got right back on her cell phone. Heated pool was cool but not horrible, the door leading from pool area to outside patio was broken at the top hinge and had no warning about it being broken.

We enjoyed our day over the weekend into Nee Years Eve. The staff was pleasant and breakfast options were nice. I stayed in the hotel last July and also had a nice stay that weekend.

Was a very nice hotel, had great tasty breakfast options and all their amenities were 24 hours. it was very clean and the room was nice. i do have to say the beds were very rock hard though, and the staff were not exactly welcoming, very bland and most the time not even at the counter. a good thing is It was completely quiet the whole time we stayed despite the whole hotel being booked out, never heard a single thing, even outside. the shower water pressure wasn’t the greatest but manageable. my main observation was that the hotel was a lottt smaller than it seemed in the pictures. the lobby/breakfast area was very cramped together. overall no issues staying here.

Cons: The hotel staff was not very welcoming because she was busy on her phone. I don't particularly care about a warm welcome, but it can be off putting as it's your first impression of the hotel. One of the elevators did not work. In fact, it was making alarming creaking noises and the door was malfunctioning and not closing properly. After alerting the front desk, she was not very apologetic or reassuring. Honestly she barely spoke to us during the whole time which is odd behavior for hospitality staff member. The other elevator worked, but produced the same scary sounds which was not encouraging. We debated carrying our overseas luggage up the flights of stairs because we didn't feel very safe. We had to request for extra blankets for the pull out couch bed; we had to go down in the scary elevator again to pick them up ourselves, as she was the only employee at the time. We picked up the blankets, and again, it just seemed like we were an inconvenience or bother to her. I normally love Hampton Inn and Suites and choose them frequently. This was an abnormal experience in regard to rude staff.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this hotel. Specifically, the shower curtain had a noticeable stain. To avoid it, we kept the curtain pulled back while showering. Furthermore, I was taken aback by the manager's strong political views and derogatory comments regarding African Americans. Separately, the night attendant incorrectly stated the pool hours as closing at 10 PM, despite the advertised 24-hour access. She offered a 30-minute extension if we remained quiet, which seemed unusual given the pool's detached location. Notably, I observed white families using the pool at various late-night hours without issue. Interacting with the owner was also uncomfortable, as his greeting seemed forced. Additionally, the bathroom door squeaked excessively, disrupting our stay, and the bed was uncomfortable.I want to say that i love the Hampton just a bad experience with this particular location i definitely will not stay at this location ever again it gave me the the MOVIE GET OUT VIBES The only male night attendant was weird i stated we were going to church the other female night attendant said we need church and holy water not sure if she was being funny but the male said EWW IT WOULD MAKE MY SKIN BURN I JUST DIDN'T LIKE THAT EVEN IF IT WAS MEANT TO BE A JOKE

We booked this hotel for the indoor pool but could not use it because the pool area was so hot and non ventilated you could not use the pool. How disappointing. We approached the front desk whom informed us they can open some sliding doors, but this is not how this normally works. This should be a climate controlled environment and monitored on a regular basis.

Property was very clean and quieter side of town. Accessible to shopping and dining areas. Great pool area.

We booked because it had good reviews. At first glance, it’s not bad, and the staff is friendly. Area isn’t bad. After being there a bit, we found the floor was giving out in part of the room, to the point that the tv stand moved when you stepped there. We moved the chair to pull out the couch bed and found a used condom underneath, and found a dead roach by the sink. Won’t stay there again, and don’t recommend anyone else to.

The ac in our room didn’t work well and made loud noises all night long. Two random people knocked on the door at 10:45pm and 3:20 am. The fire alarm started going off at 12:35. It was a rough stay.
