    Run down mildew smelling hotel. Mattress and Bedding were awful. No mattress pad and cover. Needs a complete Reno. Very noisy from freeway traffic. Security light kept beaming in our room. Other hotels were booked due to TCU graduation or I would have left. Left at 3 AM for 4 hour drive home and went to bed.

    Cons: - Hard uncomfortable beds. Noisey. - Loose tile in the bathrooms. - Not a good water flow from the shower heads, even after multiple attempts to adjust. - Hotel listed a hot tub in the description, but we found out it had been filled in and tiled over. - Pool was listed as heated, but didnt feel as though it was. Please replace your American flag. It is extremely tattered and needs to be retired. This means a lot to your patriotic guests. Good place in a pinch.

    The breakfast each morning was fantastic! There was an elaborate waffle bar in addition to other hot and cold food options. The breakfast attendant the morning of 4/3/26 (I believe her name ended in -ca) was fabulous! Not only did she diligently clean and re-stock the breakfast area, but she gave our children coloring sheets and rubber duck toys! We went back up to the room and grabbed a little money to tip her. Beds were ok, and we appreciate the room had a microwave and fridge. The fridge was nice and cold, which doesn’t often happen with hotel mini fridges. I wish the room would’ve had a little couch. On booking, we indicated 5 guests, which was allowed. We ended up making a bed out of the office chair, luggage bench, and some extra blankets. 3 people to a queen bed is a little cramped for us.

    Elevators, aisle and rooms in very rough shape, super disappointed of this Hotel they need to close the doors and update everything. How you can put your customers into a safety hazard with the bathroom floor tile all broken and moving, someone can get cut and have a bad injury because of that negligent. I travel a lot and stayed in a lot of different hotels but this one OMG this has been the worst experience, I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

    The main reason we chose this hotel was because it showed pool availability. It was closed our whole stay because their maintenance man was off. The breakfast that was provided was definitely not what was expected especially for Hampton Inn. Not much options for food. They only would put out a few pieces at a time so everyone was waiting for over 10-15 minutes. It was a pretty busy morning not sure why they wouldn’t at least cook up 2 batches at a time at least. No coffee creamer for coffee no plates other than bowl's. The showers water pressure in our room was awful. Our room door would not close al the way unless we pushed/pulled hard.

    Very dated. The ceiling in the room was peeling off as well as in the shower. The floor next to the bed had something sticky on it, would definitely suggest wearing shoes while in the room. The tub was an off yellow color and stained.

    In close proximity to about anything you could want or need. Staff was very helpful when we arrived and she (Billie) went out of her way to help us with a special request. Little things mean a lot when you’ve been driving for 10 hours!

    Price gouging during TCU Parents Weekend. Also, the communal bottle of lotion in the bathroom was gross. I'm a frequent traveler and this was my least favorite stays in 10 years. It was old, the room smelled old, must and mildew. The bottle of lotion was the worst though. The owners don't do justice to the Hampton Inn brand. It is also not convenient to TCU.

    Staff was great, top notch! The building and premises need a lot of work. The ceiling in our room had a huge water mark and a cheap repair done to fix it. Water pressure was bad and rooms are outdated and need to be modernized. Hilton needs to spend some money and renovate this hotel, parking lot and amenities.

    The hotel itself, however, was not on the level. Literally. The floor in the bathroom slanted up, except the toilet slanted back. My bathroom door would not stay open on its own and had to be pulled open with a trashcan. A drawer in the nightstand beside the bed was possessed and would open every time you closed it. Most likely because the floor is slanted forward. In the pool area, there was an odd rise in the floor, where the hot tub had once been. The pool was over chlorinated. All in all, I would give my stay three stars.

    Staff very nice. Our AC froze up and when it thawed it made the carpet saturated with water. Shower head leaked terribly, screens outside of our window was cut like someone tried to break in. Staff was genuinely accommodating but out of there control on a late Saturday night. The hotel was outdated and needed lots of TLC. I wouldn’t say it was dirty just old. I would not stay there again or recommend it. $125 a night was overpriced.

    The hotel exterior was nice, pool was clean, shared areas were clean. The breakfast was late coming out and horrible! The rooms were clean but dated, including parking wall paper. The tv had limited channels and no ability to stream. The hallways were very tight, made getting on and off the elevators very challenging. Only 1 elevator was working and even it was dated. It bounced each time it stopped giving the impression it was going to fall down any moment. After a couple of uses we resorted to taking the stairs.

    Sooo many truckers are staying here and the place is dirty and these truckers take up all the parking space. One truck to up 6 parking places with his truck and trailer....add the noice too it and you are lucky if you get 2 hours of sleep... worst place ever.

    I did not like this location. Stayed at other Hampton Inns before and did. Checked in and was given a room on the 1st floor that smelled musty (very) and the ceiling clearly had a leak at some point. Large water stain and the top of the curtains had mold. Front desk was annoyed we wouldn't take that room. Took us to another room - right next door. This one still had the same smell. Then to the 3rd room right above it - lighter smell but no way should we pay to smell mold. Finally we mentioned to please get us to the other side of the hotel - got a room on the other side 3rdd floor and all smelled good - BUT one elevator was not working the other seemed scary - bottom floor had a door open with a fan running into it. It was a room that had elevator equiptment - smelled hot. Actually worried us of failure or fire. Asked front desk and she just snapped that she just worked there. We stayed but was not happy. The non smelling room did have comfortable beds but it was near that elevator that had the hot odor. Would not stay again and was so surprised when we checked out the new person at the front desk had no clue of any type of smell or flood issue in that 1st room. If the curtains were moldy then someone there should have a clue.

    The elevator has been broken since July. I wasn’t told when I booked in August. My refrigerator didn’t work. I went for ice. I was on the 2nd floor. The sign said ice machines were only on the 3rd and 1st. I walked up to the third and found a sign that said the ice machine was broken, try the 1st floor.

    Very dated hotel. Two front desk ladies were nice upon arrival, but niceness doesn't make up for the problems at this place. Rooms are not cleaned every day. They didn't explain that upon arrival. We also had to go back downstairs and request a maintenance person to realign the tilted bed onto the frame. Trash is not taken out daily (the trash cans don't fit much except tissues; it's easy to fill them up, especially if you have leftover containers/drinks from restaurants). We asked for fresh towels to be sent to our room since we finally noticed the small sticker in the bathroom, advising that, "for our comfort," the rooms arent cleaned daily. Note: the room didn't have a phone, so we had to find the phone number online and use a cell to reach the front desk. The lady said she would put in a request to have our room cleaned the next day, but that didn't happen. We had to call again and two staff members came, but said no one had requested cleaning for our room. We saw two bugs in the room, one of which crawled on my kid's pillow. It seemed like they came from behind the nightstand between the beds. We saw more bugs in and around the old, indoor pool. Visible water damage stains were on our room ceiling. This hotel needs a real, gut renovation - even the elevator made loud, squeaking noises which was quite concerning. The only good things that allowed me to give 2 stars were: the breakfast staff was nice. They had cute, TX-shaped waffles and the dining area was clean.

    We have noticed the signs of Wear and tear with each stay here but for the most part it is a well kept property and they do there best to keep it clean and safe. The staff is always gracious and kind. It’s affordable, Comfortable , and convenient to the places we need to be. While it’s not a 4 start hotel it’s a good place to call home base when away from one’s real home. It would help if Hampton would replace carpets put a fresh coat of paint and do a little sprucing up to give it a fresh feel. I will still recommend this hotel for a travel stop.

    Room was clean…other than that , a lot of trouble getting the TV to work , had to go downstairs to report since the phone in the room not working to call front desk. They sent the maintenance guy , tv worked for a second then when he brought me a different phone he had to work on tv again. Then the elevator wasn’t working for a day and being a Senior citizen I had to walk up and down the stairs from the 4th floor . NOT good….Very frustrating 😞

    It's an ok hotel. The location is convenient to restaurants and shopping. The cleanliness of the rooms was not so great. You can tell the bathrooms don't get cleaned properly. The rooms are also humid. The bed is comfortable but bring your own pillow. The pool has way to much chlorine. Breakfast was average and boring. I probably wouldn't stay here again but it wasn't horrible.

    1 hook in bathroom and it's about to come off Had to ask for breakfast food to be refreshed and the attendant acted put out. sheets are to small for the tall mattress's and kept coming undone Noisy- Could hear the people above us walking around at 2:00 am and all the loud cars on the service road Small things that need attention and have not been fixed-trim on bath vanity and alarm clock could not be reset, knob missing. The clerk at the front desk with the floor mop on her head acted like she wanted to be anywhere but there, The checkout clerks were excellent the morning we checked out.

    A very nice, welcoming, helpful staff. I don't think of Hampton Inns as a "special" property but they are always clean and well maintained. Why I return to the Hampton Inn in various locations is because the staff from the maintenance crew, cleaning crew, front desk are ALWAYS nice and helpful. We checked in on a Friday evening in Fort Worth and were greeted by decorations and a smiling front desk. All three of us remembered that a year ago we had stayed at the Hampton Inn in Las Vegas. As a mom of a teenager who often has one or two others in tow I appreciate the staff and their flexibility more than anything about the physical hotel, they are why we return.

    I am 62 years of age with limited social media skills. I was arranging to use Uber for the first time. My brother and I was in Fort Worth to attend TCU football game opener. I experienced difficulties in securing a ride. Mrs Brenda assisted us in navigating the Ubering process. Mrs. Brenda also provided us with a phone number to call after the game, which she would assist in the return process. My brother and I thank you Mrs. Brenda for caring to assist a couple of guys who was in need of help.
