I had a good stay until the power went out for a couple hours

Where to begin. We booked a 2 Queen, 1 Sofa bed room. When we first check in, we get charged a $20 per day fee for basically a tip for the workers which was not disclosed anywhere before we booked. So, after already spending a surprise $40/ 2 days, we are now checked in, and the toilet doesn’t flush in our room (no water in tank). Tell the front desk, they say someone will come tomorrow to fix it, until then we can be put in a different room (a downgrade might I add) of only 2 Queen beds and no sofa. We have 3 adults and 2 children so not only does 2 Queens not really work, the room is smaller and we’ve already got settled in our room. On top of everything, when I asked if we would at least be charged a lower room rate since we’re getting stuck with a smaller room, we were told since we booked ahead, the hotel couldn’t issue any refund which is ridiculous considering most people book ahead. The new room is smaller, with a non-functional air conditioner, a huge gap under the main door and a musty, sweaty, almost cigarette smoke smelling aroma in the room. So a MAJOR downgrade from what we paid for. So at this point we’ve decided maybe we’ll sleep in our original room and walk down the hall in the middle of the night to use the bathroom in the new room. Either way, this first evening in has been nothing but running from the fourth floor to the main lobby and back and forth to figure this out. In a word… INCONVENIENT. Doing all this with 2 young kids is unacceptable… out of room

The staff was nice and the bed was comfortable but the property wasn’t well maintained, had foundation issues and amenities were limited.

This hotel has spacious rooms and very clean. Beds are extremely comfortable. Staff was very friendly as the greet you when you arrive and when you leave. The price is very reasonable. We will stay again.

The shower was awful! Because of the shower head position, I got soaked while turning on the water. The towel hook was across the bathroom, so it was a bit cold and inconvenient getting the towel after bathing.

The property was great very comfortable located in a great place same parking lot as a Main Event and food and shopping area I was uncomfortable that my room door was open upon my return to the room but the manager took care of it and nothing was missing so I will choose this place again when in this area.

When we walked into the lobby it smelt like cigarette smoke, really bad. The entire hotel smelt this way and it was a smoke free hotel. All of our clothes had to be washed again when we arrived home.

The location was great for eating late, such as IHOP and other places, and shopping was very close, with options like Target and Costco. It was located right off the Chisholm Trail Tollway, which leads directly to Dickies Arena, the Japanese Garden Area, the Cultural District, and numerous museums. Indoor Swimming pool, easily accessible, with a patio on the 1st level, and a workout room with an outdoor view. It was in a quiet area far enough off the highway to be silent for sleeping late or during the day. The staff were very friendly. Parking is free! (not like downtown $45/night parking) We felt very safe in the area. Enjoy your travels.

Personnel was friendly. the hotel is right off interstate 20; entrance was a little confusing. Two miles from the Hulen Mall which had at least 100 stores! great! I would most definitely stay again when visiting Ft Worth.. it was my first time in Texas, hopefully it won't be my last.! :>)

Skip! Metal was in my breakfast waffle. That was the top thing. But there was more. Toilet worked half the time. Sink was clogged. Carpet pulled up. Paint peeling/chipping. Dead roaches at pool.

The bands were so hard it made my sciatica come back, which I never had in two years and the girl that worked with me doesn’t even have sciatica on her back was hurting as well. That is the only thing I hated I am in such pain right now. It’s ridiculous.

In town for my niece's grad from TCU, and the location was perfect! Quick drive to anywhere in Fort Worth. Room was very clean, modern as well as the entire hotel. Check-in was super easy with all staff being very friendly. Breakfast area was clean, plenty of places to sit, and there was a nice array of breakfast items. Definitely stay again.

This was a nice hotel, 10 minutes from TCU. We liked the complimentary bottled water upon check-in. The room was clean. There was easy access to restaurants. We were happy with our stay at this hotel.

I upgraded to a suite since I needed the extra space and it had a television with sofa. Tv did not work and found out just before leave that the TV was unplugged and set for gaming. Disappointed with our room. The lighting was dim even after upgrading to a suite. Our room air conditioner and heater had a very strong musty smell.

We were told our total bill of $191.88 had to be rounded up to $200.00 so that the "incidentals fee" of $20.00 could be added. I questioned the check-in person and asked what my total charges were and she said $191.00. Then when I looked at my credit card account I saw that I was charged $220.00 and I had to call guest services to find out why I was charged more. I am fine with incidental fee, since I know it will be refunded, but I am not ok with you rounding up my charge from $191.88 to $200.00.

This is a new property that is clean, quiet, friendly staff, and shopping and dining within walking distance.

I chose this hotel because of its location and parking. It has easy parking for a larger vehicle since it shares a parking lot with a mall. It is right next to the road with easy on and off access. My room was on the first floor and was clean and comfortable. The only negative was the front door was not working and locked with access by phone. The room window was next to the front door parking lot which seemed loud with a group staying.

Check-in was easy, upon arrival requested rooms next to one another which they accommodated. Hotel was new and clean. Bathroom fan didn’t work and fridge turned off after a period of time (had to press a button every so many hours which was annoying). Pool door was wonky not working every time and the water was pretty cold. Loved the complimentary snacks they had at the front desk. Overall wonderful 2-day stay, would stay here again.

The room was fine but Very thin walls. You can hear the neighbors televisions and even conversations. The bed was comfortable but I could not sleep because of the noise.

Best sleep ever! Very clean, quiet and extremely comfortable. The only down side of the hotel is the strange location in a parking lot that isn’t convenient to get to…

Stay was horrible, mostly because after the first night we discovered a full sized (4+ inch) cockroach on the bathroom counter. The roach quickly disappeared, and management offered to switch rooms or give us a spray can, but otherwise could not directly deal with the roach. The only excuse they offered was that “we’re located near water, so this might happen”. This led to a sleepless night, and we are very dissatisfied with the overall experience. In addition the room had a crack/hole in the wall under the sink, and the carpet was separated from the bathroom tile floor partially leaving an uncovered gap. We really expected much better from the stay and will not be staying at this place in the future. The front desk attendant also stated since the booking was made through Expedia that she couldn’t offer any restitution.

Couple minor loose fixtures in the bathroom but nothing unsafe or unclean. I reported it to the front desk and they wrote the concerns down and can only assume it will be addressed by maintenance quickly.

This is an excellent hotel! I have stayed here 3 times and every time it has been great. Every employee I encountered was friendly and professional. The rooms were clean and bed was comfortable. The hot breakfast was great. There is a nice gym and an indoor pool. Overall, great stay and next time I am in town I will stay here.

Overall our stay was good. the only things is we reserved room in the evening and checked in around 9 pm. The next day I asked for a late check out. Usually, if we get a late check in most will give it as a courtesy. We were told that they only give those to members of Marrriot.
