Looks nothing like the pictures I didn’t care to ask for a refund and jst left after an hour of being there.

The staff are really great especially Theresa and Alicia. They are quick to resolve any issues.

The place was nice and the price was/is definitely good for all the amenities in the room. It is in a great area as it is close to plenty of dining options, shopping and entertainment. The staff was nice, helpful and understanding. The only issue was/is with the toilet maintenance. It works but not fully. Takes a few times to fully flush but was effective when it did/does fully flush. Overall the stay was/is good as I am currently on a second extension of my stay and still at the hotel.

I do love that they have a grab and go breakfast for the guest and they have their own laundry room. I wish they had a/c conditioner instead of a wall a/c conditioner. You have to pay for wifi for an hour or more hours. There wasn't really nothing that I didn't like about the property. What I didn't like that booking.com charges you and the hotel does too. Don't use booking.com at all they suck priceline is better or just pay at the hotel.

All was good no major issues the bed was very comfortable and the appliances worked well. Location was great. Carpet need replacing it smelled, should be replaced with non-carpet flooring because pets are allowed. the door access lock was very hard to make function this was reported to the staff but wasn't corrected while i was there.

The staff is not to blame. They were genuinely helpful and kind. The hotel is clearly under funded. The latch lock on the door was broken. The walls are paper thin. You will hear people being intimate. (Like four rooms down.) The bathroom had body hair everywhere. Paint looks like it’s being patched with liquid paper. The carpets were sticky. The tv works half the time. They clean rooms weekly but you don’t find that out unless you ask. Their dryer is broken so it took the staff three days to wash my towels. Again, not their fault. They do the best with what they have to work with. Especially Destiny and Alicia. It’s the management’s fault. Some hallways smell like urine. If I weren’t a large man or if I had any loved one with me I would have left five seconds after looking at the room. Of course by then you’ve already paid in full. I hope their staff finds somewhere who deserves them. Never again Extended Stay America.

The place is dark and gloomy. No key is needed to access outside doors. The bathroom was not cleaned or did not appear to be cleaned. The toilet did not work, nor did the fridge and freezer got cold enough. The floor didn't looked vaccum and I also saw a roach in the room.

Comfortable room and nice amenities.

This is a great location for when we come for our youth bowling tournament at Cityview Lanes. Lots of food restaurants and shopping nearby. Destiney was very sweet and helpful during our check-in.

All the exterior fire escape doors did not latch and the card readers were disconnected.

The gentleman I checked in with was fantastic! He made my day because I had such an awful flight in and needed his kindness.

The location. N the kitchen was clean. The front desk clerk was rude and very unconcerned or accommodating when my money was stolen by the drink machine. Upon entering the room I immediately wish I had packed bleach. My associate killed 2 roaches and DNA was strewn from under the bed to the bathroom sink. (Not by us)

The tub in the bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned the sink in the bathroom looked the same as the tub. The room had a funny smell also. We got and emergency call and had to leave within an hour of us checking in. We were told we couldn't get a refund because it had been more than 30 mins since we checked in. We had decided before we got the emergency call that we were going to leave because it was just not what we were looking for in a hotel.

Everything....especially courteous service. In the middle of the night s pungent chemical odor entered the room. I had to leave. An exchange rooms, but it was down the hall too. It was the second floor that was bad. I move to a 1st floor. It was less evident....but I could still smell it. I got to the room it was not as bad as the 2nd floor. I couldn't believe people weren't running out....Then the overnite seemed irritated but she immediately changed it to first floor. I was scared to go into a deep sleep. I was ready to go by 9:00. The new people were great.....but that odor had gone out the building. I hadn't had that before anywhere. It was smoking or smoke. And it was strong down the hallway as well. I am flabbergastic what it could be.

The room was deplorable. I’ve requested a refund. This property should be closed for major renovations and upgrades. I would rather sleep in my vehicle or under a bridge in a tent before ever staying at this property.

Room 312 is a decent room no carpet em 104 is decent the carpet seems to be cleaned the tub needed work but I got that straightened. The hotel needs to replace the chairs in the kitchen and maybe put a small table with two chairs to give it that home feel like advertised. You can get pots and pans from them also. The staff are helpful and nice.

Worst experience I’ve ever had staying at a hotel anywhere. It did not come furnished with any cookware or dish ware the way it is advertised. When I did request some they gave me the most battered up dirty looking utensils. The entire place stunk like mildew or rotten meat.

I would never stay here again. My room was infested with cockroaches, the bed was uncomfortable and I woke up with bug bites from it. The room AC didn't sufficiently cool the room and the next door guests were loud through the night. All in all a very bad experience.

Everything. It was dirty from the lobby to the room. No toilet paper no shower curtain dead bugs on the floor. Dirty tub mold on the ceiling some nasty yellow something dried up on fire sprinkler. No coffee maker. Dust and mold on vents in libby

Homeless people all over the parking , one was so out of it on the ground he worked out of his clothes and was naked . Upon entering our room it smelled so bad of body odor , bed wobbled all over the place like it would fall , bathroom light was shorted ; going on and off and buzzing . I have a disabled wife and at that point we did not feel it was safe for her there . Went back to the desk and stated we were not staying and why and she said we would have to contact Expedia about a refund and said they would contact her to verify we did not stay . Wife contacted them and they are not issuing a refund . Stay away from this facilty !

Definitely needs to be sprayed for roaches. I was honestly shocked when I attempted to shower and then i saw a roach. At checkout i did inform the front desk but she didn’t seem to concerned about it

I did not stay at the facility because when I tried to check in; they told me they overbooked and they did not have any rooms left. I booked my room weeks prior to traveling with my family. Initially the front desk staff tried to tell me I was at the wrong facility and that I needed to try the Extended stay just down the street. A man was waiting in the lobby when I was trying to check in and he asked the front desk staff; you are not going to check her name and see if this is the right facility. The guy then asked for my name and he said, yeah you are booked for here but we do not have any rooms left. Bad business.

The hotel is placed in a nice area and looks good on the outside. Unfortunately inside it needs a lot of work. The hallway had such a strong smell that one could probably get a contact high. On the bright side, the front desk was very accommodating and nice.

I counted more than 6 bugs in my room of different sizes, there was a broken dresser in the room, the bed tan blanket has spots on areas of the blanket like someone didn’t clean it. I wouldn’t recommend to stay.

I usually like to give great reviews and give places the benefit of the doubt. But this extended stay was gross. The hallways stuck, elevator was dirty, hairs in the bed sheets upon arrival, and the floors and chairs were dirty. I would not choose this location again.

It was the worse trip of a lifetime I went to check in my room due to a fire at my apartment with a paperwork from dmv cause my licensed expired, they give you paper when you go to renew and they refused to accept my ID and they kept all my money I asked to speak with management and she refused to talk to me so I give this hotel two thumbs down

There were stains all over the floor and furniture. It looked like blood stains. There were holes in the walls and the smoke detector was hanging from the ceiling by its wires. The elevator was broken and the hallway trash cans were overflowing and piling up on the floor.

Nice location, but the whole property needs an entire makeover. Rusty bathroom, kitchen and refrigerator. Funky smells, broken elevator and just not clean enough

Check in.. only room available 3rd floor elevator broken. Get in room for it to be a non smoking hotel comforter covered in cigarette burn holes, roaches running around the AC and lamp tables. Call the from desk exterminators will be there tomorrow then my sandle slides off while carpet soaking wet! Absolutely disgusting I’ve never witness a hotel this nasty in life. I would never recommend anyone visit here…

Room was just run down and dirty. Got in late from a concert went to make the sofa bed and it was super dirty. There was no bedding for it either so I had to share bed with my friend. Bathroom counter cracked, rug stained. There were people outside partying by pool umtil 2am. It was loud. Staff was kind but hotel was horrible.

No linens on the pull out bed, the front desk simply stated, "we don't have any sheets or pillows", sorry. The "non-smoking" room reeked of pot. Someone tried to open the first floor window from the outside. People loitering outside, smoking and loud. Nice area, but this location is a terrible, dangerous, smelly, property. The owners should be ashamed of themselves. So should you.

From previous comments, I expected a modest but clean room. It was beyond filthy, the main bed was rickety, air returns were dusty and it reeked of stale cigarettes, the shower was horribly dirty, and we had to ask for bedding for the sofa bed (required for the 4 travelers booked). Was told that they were “behind” and given one flat sheet and a scratchy blanket. When I asked about pillows, I was told there were none. I had to go buy pillows. The “mattress cover” of the sofa bed was covered in crumbs and errant hair. To top it off, the police and a fire truck with flashing lights were outside our room at the front entrance for at least 30 minutes. It’s the dive of dives at a higher price point. Run!!!!

A poor lady was shot in the room next door while I was staying, manager was extremely rude, bed bugs on everything, and they couldn’t even manage to keep toilet paper stocked. I can’t believe this place is still in business.

I wasn’t able to check in at check in time but this allowed me to go and get some dinner a much needed meal and my request was honored which was amazing but then the elevator went down but it wasn’t a biggie since I was just on the second floor and I’m use to the exercise due to the walking I do for work . My stay was amazing, the key access and cleaning was great which made my stay amazing just as the staff and I will definitely be staying here at my second home again in the near future

The stay was awful. The breakfast was just a few grab and go snacks. The elevator reeked of marijuana. In the middle of the night someone pulled the fire alarm, which shut down the elevator. My elderly parents were on the 3rd floor so this was very difficult for them. Also in the middle of the night the police came knocking on the door because there was an unattended child in the lobby. The elevator never came back on so my elderly parents had to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs. The stairwell was full of garbage and smelled really bad. We checked them out early and moved them to another hotel.

Room did not look clean. Toilet had dried urine on seat. The seat was loose. Shower was not well kept at all. Most things were in bad condition.

If your not checking in to live there it's not a place for travelers!!! I had to take my on trash out! They told me I couldn't get clean after my 4th day I had to be there 7 days to get clean ones! I don't recommend this place to nobody!!!!! The staff was very pleasant. Carpet filthy must keep some type of shoes on!!! Housekeeping is not really cleanly!! I had to clean myself!

There was hair all over the bed, the mattress had mold all over it and it smelt awful.

Customer-service oriented but also, very private stay. If I didn't need anything extra, I wasn't bothered by staff. Any requests I had were promptly taken care of.

Me and my family booked a 5 night stay and let me tell you the first room they gave us was disgusting they didn’t even clean it then they gave us a second room and that wasn’t better at all. The “ sofa bed “ was gross and smelled nasty!!

There was a blood stain on the carpet by bathroom. Overall a run down hotel. But you get what you paid for.

There was nothing to like about this hotel. First was never told we needed $100 cash deposit second they had not clean towels or sheets ready. Third the hallway and room smelled I had to go out and buy plug-in so it smell decent. Fourth the rooms were disgustingly dirty with old chip and blood stains on the pull out couch mattress. Would never suggest staying here.

There were french fries left on the floor from previous tenants. The carpet looked like a toddler had a field day with paint. We were told the dryer was broken so our bed wasn't fully made. The front desk staff was doing the best they could with the resources they had and were friendly under stress. When we came in for our 3pm checkin at 3:30 there were several people waiting to check in because of the dryer issue and I'm assuming short staff.

Our overall stay was nice. Change rooms twice because of the carpet and the nasty smells. Front desk was awesome. She found us one without carpet. It was nice.

Trash flowing out of the trashcan was never changed cigarette butts all over the ground. We walk into the front entrance lobby. And inconveniently was charged an extra hundred dollars deposit even though I had no dog or cat or animal whatsoever was just randomly decided because I used Expedia to charge me $100 cash deposit so I actually had to run back to out to a ATM and get $100 cash then smell like cigarettes and dog ass There I decided to leave and get my hundred dollars back, which was more than the room cost

The place smelled of stale marijuana smoke. The tub was nasty. Only 3 flat pillows for 2 guests.

No cutlery or dish ware even though kitchen and extended stay. Required $100 cash deposit for Expedia-never had this in ANY hotel before. Cosmetic upgrades but terribly out of date. Leaking toilet at handle nut b/c water level set too high. TV takes 5 min to S/U. Fridge had significant water condensation inside fridge. Terrible frost and freezer burn inside freezer. Must be 40 year manual defrost etc. very loud insude. Water drip from faucet. “Breakfast” = coffee and oatmeal packs-that’s it folks.AVOID AT ALL COST.

The property was in pretty bad shape. Mold in the tub, hallways smelled terrible, the side doors were propped open because they weren’t working with the room key. The sheets had a lot of stains and under the bed and under the oven it was so dirty we found an old knife under the over. Prob would pass on staying at an extended stay again.

What kind of low life scummy hotel does that?!?!? I don't carry that kind of cash! I'm happy to give a deposit on my credit card. But, they would not accept that!!

My bed calapsed halfway through the night. Way to many people randomly in the parking lot. I've stayed here several times this will be my last time.

I was to give $100 cash deposit which i didn't have they told me i couldn't check in without and although i didnt get a room i was still charged the full about. That SUCKS

It was so loud with people visiting late in the night in hallways. I could hear the occupants next door through the walls of my room and even outside in the parking areas. I felt unsafe in my room. Bugs were in the bathroom. TV remote was trashed. Do not stay here!

I didn’t actually stay because after paying in advance for a room I was asked for a 100.00 CASH deposit. No credit card accepted. That was no where in any fine print that I read beforehand. Supposedly I would get it back at checkout but I was not giving her any money. I don’t carry that much cash and she said there is a bank on the corner. The place was pretty dirty outside and not very clean inside either. After I left I called Extended Stay and the person I spoke with said that the hotel should be accepting both forms of payment. I will never go back to an Extended Stay again.

The condition of the property is horrible. Had to leave during check in to find an ATM to leave a cash deposit 😳

Its clean and staff are nice and surrounding area has a lot to offer
