Don’t expect very much from this place. The staff was NOT helpful whatsoever. In fact were just down MEAN! The bathroom had NO hardware. The room was very dirty and smelled. The staff for sure couldn’t have been bigger bullies. I was questioned about my coming and going. You are not allowed to have any guests. Was going to a birthday dinner and they wanted me to register basically anyone who stepped onto their property. I was shocked. Oh and only one person was allowed in the vehicles that were coming to pick me up just realized I got what I was paying for.

Location to our event . Ok for a 1 night stay Location surroundings and I appreciated that we were away from everyone but our room 101 real lack a lamp and proper toilet location bathroom door needs replacing and room had a strong smell of mold. Bed surprisingly were comfortable

The pool! Dirty, no phone, no alarm, clock, TV remote did not work, staff just gave us batteries but never helped us. Roaches, then charged me for five nights and we only stayed 4, refused to give us a refund for the 5 night. Oh And someone painted on the lights to make the room have a green tent, and someone painted all over the chair as well as the nightstand.

It was easy to find off of the freeway and the management were nice to give us a refund when we left for a family emergency. The pictures are deceiving to what you encounter when you get there. It is definitely in the middle of renovations but we weren’t comfortable staying there for an entire weekend. There’s no lamps in the room, so it’s poorly lit in the room. The door is barely hanging on. The toilet was broken in the back and there was a used wash cloth hanging from the knob of the shower.

The property was not infested with bugs. However the room needed to be updated. The room was in need of repairs, painting and more amenities, such as in room coffee.

When we first arrived the lobby was unsettling, it smelled like smoke, it was dirty and uncomfortable. I asked for a nonsmoking room and the room we got smelled like it was used for smoking. We couldn't even stay 30 minutes before we left. I went back to the lobby to at least get a partial refund, and they agreed to refund me my second night, but it has been well over a week and I have not received anything. DO NOT stay here!!!

Yes, this spot is located right next to the hwy. You can hear everything when you’re trying to sleep. I woke up every 2 hrs because of the noise outside. Toilet is to close to the door and shower. It needs to be more clean.

The property had roaches and a horrible roach smell. The door lock was barely hanging on. The microwave was broken and plate was stolen. People were yelling and fighting on the property with no response from management they had baseball size holes in the wall the shower head fell off was there for days and never received house keeping and on top never received my deposit high don’t recommend to anyone

The price and the location were great (right alongside the expressway.) Gated and well lit parking lot. Easy access to walkable fast food and gas stations. (Car wash right next door.) Nice to have a microwave and refrigerator in the room. Shower, water temp and shower head were phenomenal! Bed was comfy (and the extra pillow I requested was great.) Staff is very warm and nice. Shout out to "J" for being so professional. It is NOISY being near this expressway--rooms were updated, but not overdone. Desk was tiny but functional. Some outlets did not work--be sure and check yours before you attempt to charge your phone overnight....lesson learned.

Would not recommend staying. Sheets were dirty upon arrival. Tons of holes in walls and flooring. I was worried about bugs the entire stay. None of the wall outlets worked in my room either. Get what ya pay for. Pictures were deceiving.

Make sure everything works in the room, patch up the holes in the walls, actually give you a shower curtain to take a shower. It said free breakfast and coffee never had any of those things.

Giant cracks in the ceiling, dirty walls and bathroom. The hot water for the shower took over 8 minutes to get warm enough to stand under. I realize this is a Days Inn but it was horrible.

I am a single mom of 2 children and when I pulled in hotel is nothing like the pictures online. I reserved a NON smoking room and room reeked of smoke and my daughter is highly allergic to smoke. There were a bunch old men at the pool just staring and the neighborhood is BAD. Needless to say I gathered my children and our things and told the front desk about the room reeking of smoke and guy at front desk was clueless. I had to go find another hotel that was safe and smoke free. HORRIBLE PLACE!!!!

The door frames looked like they had been broken in to many times. Also, almost every car had a broken window. Had I not been driving all day, completely exhausted and afraid of the bad weather, I would have left immediately. Not ok. Also, toilet was clogged and toilet paper holder was broken. Shower was disgusting. I was scared to use the towels and water anyways but didn’t even brush my teeth. Went and showered at a loves bc that was cleaner and more safe.

On the third day I went to get clean bath towels for a shower, and no one was in the office at all. It was terrible, the bedroom was dirty, the bed blanket was dirty and the whole room smelled like cigarette smoke, they changed our room but it was the same, we asked them to change the blanket and pillows because they smelled like smoke and were dirty but they said no, so I don't recommend it...

Front desk staff tried to get me to take a smaller room than I paid for because they were completely booked. I wanted two beds since I was with my son. After getting my key, we walked to our room wherein the short walk I saw 2 separate drug deals happening at once. Majority of the parked cars had damage and smashed windows. We walked into our room and it felt dirty. There were pieces missing in the wall and linens were stained. I immediately booked another hotel and got out of there. When I returned the key to the front desk guy he was telling a group of teenagers nearby that they owed him money. I didn’t ask for a refund and just left.

We walked into our room and it felt dirty. There were pieces missing in the wall and linens were stained. I immediately booked another hotel and got out of there. When I returned the key to the front desk guy he was telling a group of teenagers nearby that they owed him money. I didn’t ask for a refund and just left.

In the first room, there were a dozen (!) dead cockroaches lying on the floor. In the second room, a cockroach was walking on the floor at night, and the refrigerator did not close due to the huge amount of ice in the freezer. There was absolutely NOTHING for breakfast, even the juice machine didn't work. Upon noticing this, the staff took one bar from the drawer and said it was breakfast. I have never seen such a bad hotel for this price. Avoid it!!

There was 1 toilet paper for 2 days! No coffee or breakfast or hot tub as listed! Place was very dirty! Please pay more instead of staying here! We stayed here because it was closer to event we were attending! Idk how this place is still open

Where do I begin! Our room lock was broke! It states hot tub in listing and there’s no hot tub! States breakfast and they only had granola and they told us at 9am! No coffee! The property is not well maintain, they were bugs in the room, they were nails in the bathroom sink. It said breakfast 6am to 9am but when we went for breakfast the area was closed at 6:45am, there was no one for check out in the front.

I reserved a non smoking room, and when I checked in, all they had were smoking rooms. I checked one out, and it smelled awful. There was trash outside some of the rooms. I left to find another hotel, and would not recommend this one.

Bedside Lamp. room had to be in full light or dark no in between. A/C worked fine very important. fridge was nice to have, did not use the microwave. T.V. with cable was better than our last verbo. renovation appeared to be going on. right next to very noisy freeway big dumpster in lot. property is fenced. pool was closed not sure we would have used anyway.

The towels smelled like cigarette smoke. Overall housekeeping was not good at all. There was hair of all sorts on tge shower. The sink was leaking. The extra blanket i was given had cigarette burns.

It was clean and had no pests. There was enough parking. But overall, it was not great. For one thing, the Wi-Fi was too weak to work 100 feet away. I was not even able to check my email. The "breakfast" was just granola bars and unfiltered coffee made the night before. The plugs by the bed were linked to the ceiling light, so I wasn't able to use my CPAP machine unless I left the lights on. The sign at the gate specifically warned that dealing drugs or having any visitors was against the rules. That's fine, but why was it needed. It's very close to the freeway, and the lack of any weatherstripping on the door and the single-pane windows made it very loud and light leaked in even in the middle of the night.

In the middle of the night someone walked into our room using their room key, the front desk said oh that’s ok we are renovating. There was mould in the bathroom. Lots of weird people around that looked like they would rob you.

They have a hidden deposit fee that I still haven't gotten back and when I asked why is the deposit not in the website they said they don't put it on there and definitely don't recommend for a party cuz they definitely going to shut you down

I was towing a trailer and it looked to dangerous afraid my trailer would get stolen so went to a different hotel where it was a better and secure I tried to cancel all night but your website kept kicking me out

The worst hotel I have ever seen. They couldn’t find my reservation and there were bums and prostitution and trannys everywhere!!!!

This was the worst hotel I ever stayed in. It was obvious that people were selling drugs on both floors cause you couldn’t get away from the smell. You could see day light through the door and it was closed. And it wasn’t clean. Matter of fact I checked out and went to a different hotel that was 10% better.

All I can say is what a BIG disappointment. It's obvious none of the big wigs perhaps up in NYC have been to this location in South Ft. Worth off I-35 W south.What an awful place and as I am a single male I put up with it but I would not recommend any female of any color stay at this place alone. TOO Dangerous and sketchy !!

On the bright side water pressure was good, plenty of hot water (I bring my own showerhead), brightly lit parking lot (so you can watch all the scary people and homeless people in the parking lot), working refrigerator in the room, and wifi wasn't bad on my computer.

staff: guy at front desk isnt inviting at all. (think he is the owner). "pool guy" when we first arived he was cleaning pool telling how disgusting the pool was and that it needed alot of work. Later in the night he was partying with guests smoking weed, drinking with a huge knife in his waistline. housekeeping? well there is no do not disturb signs but we would come to the room after a long day out and find things slightly different or new towels in the room but nothing else and another day they made the beds but you never knew when they were comming. My son and I both had brand new hats that we discovered were missing when we left. Cant say it was them for sure but its a little weird both hats came up missing. area: does have several food outlets convient such as whataburger, jack in the box, and dennys. But the streets are dirty always some "lady of the night" on the corner. people are always outside the rooms no matter the time. One night there were gunshots from someone shooting there gun in the air after an argument and my son hid behind a trashcan and another guest told him get used to it quit hiding. Sorry this review comes off as rambling but my god this place is bad. There was a motel 6 next door but I thought a days inn would be better quality...no.

I checked in the door wouldn’t even latch because it was preyed open so many times I threw the key down and left scared for my safety!!

It needs maintenance and the bedspreads were to old.

Sketchy. Broken door lock. Sketchy activity from other residents. Room Did not look like online version to be offered. But I didn’t get kidnapped so that was good.

This place is unsafe! Lot of homeless, druggists walked around the building the whole night, talking and car come and go in the midnight. Place is very dirty, smelling.

They didn't have a room available even though I had one reserved before I got there. They had to go clean a smoking room up so I could stay. The receptionist was wearing sleepwear and slippers with holes in them. Using foul language. Drug deals and drug usage going on all over the place

The area is unsafe at all. Outsiders walk by the courtyard and stare at your car and your room door and talk to you in an unfriendly way. This is not a place for women

Hotel description says “breakfast included” not true, paid little more than another hotel in the area because I did not want to waste time stopping for breakfast

Bare bones minimum for staying at. Noted a No Soliciting sign among other notices on the main building wall. Overnight stay ok, other than that, nuh-uh.

I left sfter i went up to room and ended up worried about my new suv that i could not see from my room and ended up driving home ag midnight and drive an hour away exhaudted from showing property
