Manager not on-site, I was told they were getting back at me hut never did. Had booked for 3 nights and ended up staying just 1 when we found out about the fleas. Room 101, overall dirty

With everything you need, the staff is extremely helpful and the amenities are always great

The hot tub was hot and clean, pool properly cared for, the gym equipment was maintained, the staff friendly.

Rooms are ghetto and poorly remodeled. Windows have water leaking from rain. Breakfast was horrible and we arrived late and slept only and left as early as possible to go have breakfast. Random people out front late drinking and smoking on property. Not a good area to stay in either.

We love the location to family and things we need. Very clean and well decorated. I don’t know what they use to make the lobby smell good but I love it. Trash can placement was weird, should have been in kitchenette

Breakfast was average in respect to variety of options . Location is good because it’s close to main highways . My stay was for a 4 day stay at the property . Only once did housekeeping announced their service and we did not deny service ,we merely told staff to return later that day . They didn’t return that day or the remainder of our stay . My room was not cleaned or serviced get new towels etc . I had to ask twice for extra towels . It was until the last time we asked that staff was aware housekeeping had not service our room . They did give us extra towels in the end .

Bathroom was not clean. Stayed from Friday to Monday, cleaners never cleaned the room once even though the front desk claimed that the cleaners clean every other day. Photos are misleading, probably taken on opening day or something.

The bed was very comfortable. My partner and I slept like baby. I had some issues with the toilet. It wasn’t able to flushing properly.

EVERYTHING AND EVERYONE WAS VERY NICE…!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I overhead a front desk worker tell a patron that they didn’t have plastic silverware which is a lie because they have it for breakfast. They could have gone above and beyond to support a traveler. Also, while trying to checkout, all the workers were outside as a line formed with people trying to check in and check out. They saw us standing there and slowly made their way to the desk

Nice property thst was nearby food places. The area was somewhat sketchy but it was safe. Yhere are some updates that have been done but more is needed.

Looks like the hotel was really old, they did some renovations but smelled like old property. The staff was Kind of friendly but honestly it’s was really cheap. If you are looking for cheaper options this is it.

The room itself was fine and the TV worked great. Probably the best part about the trip. The gym needs some dumbbells. I like the cardio equipment. But why have a bench without dumbbells? The elevator wasn’t working and so walking up three flights was an annoyance with luggage. The breakfast is mediocre.

The elevator didn't work and we werent told that we would have to walk up and down 3 flights of stairs until after we checked in. We spent the whole day out Saturday and came back to a room that room service didn't even come in. We had no clean towels or linens.

Support was lacking. The hotel was old and run down. The elevator did not work. The hot tub was closed the only time I tried to use it. There was a cockroach in the first floor bathroom.

The TV was a smart TV and good quality. The size of our double queen suite was amazing and the shower and bathroom were a good size When it rained water soaked the floor around the window sill and air conditioning unit, we had to replace the key cards twice in 4 days, the hot tub wasn’t hot and or just broken, the elevator was broken, the coffee was weak and water down, the linens on the bedding was stained, the toilet made a loud screeching noise when flushed, there was feces on the side walk walking into the building, the bathroom door didn’t lock, the blow dryer fell off the wall in the bathroom

But I'm an access control professional, and i never out the cards by anything magnetic. They were either not programmed correctly, or it’s time to replace them.

Close to where I went for a function The receptionist was so rude,they gave us a bedsheet stained with blood and a very dirty duvet,he took us to another room and was saying if you remove the bedsheets or duvet you will have to stay here by force,cos I was checking the duvet and bedsheets cos of my children

The apps on the tv don't work because they aren't set up, and that was the only way to use the tv. Honestly, not the worst place I have stayed but I won't be back. Oh, and they put a $400 hold on your card, which is unnecessarily steep

Our biggest complaint was the smell in the elevator and rooms. The stench in the elevator when we arrived was awful and figured it would be taken care of by morning. When morning came it was much worse. We considered taking the stairs but my daughter is handicap and can’t maneuver them easily. In our room the bathroom floor was very warped and again made us nervous for our daughter’s safety. We had requested handicap accessible yet there was nothing handicap accessible about it. Also, the rooms say non smoking room and clearly people were smoking in them due to the smell in the hallways.

Nothing The sheets, covers, blankets were all stained! The shower got clogged for no reason it was disgusting, shower head full of nasty dirty/rust.

Room not what I payed for I was shown a jacuzzi suite when I booked my stay. Get there shown a room that smelled musty couch with stains an dirty tub. Again not a jacuzzi room told the guy at desk said somebody else already booked the room that o booked. Not good business!!!Was told nothing could be done.

Honestly its not my first time staying here but this time i got a room where the air vent from the restroom wasn't working and the tub drain was clogged but overall this is my go to spot when i travel here

Hardly had any staff members at the front desk for questions. The overhead music in the lobby/first floor area where guest rooms were nearby was much to loud at 11 pm. Room was big. Breakfast was fairly good!

Beautiful, very clean hotel. Everything was pristine staff was very friendly smelled so good in there. our room was so clean and perfect. Very modern up-to-date very comfortable bed. AC works amazing room was a 10 of 10.

The bed was awful, it was hard and i could feel the springs stabing into my back. The shower and tub were not cleaned very well. The comforter had a huge brown stain on it. When i ask for another comforter they said thats not possible, they could only offer blankets. The pillows were tiny. The tv in the lobby was blaring loud. The rooms are not sound proof. But all the restaurants are in walking distance and so is a convenient store.

Got there about 10:45 at night. Took 3 try’s to get a room with a working AC unit. Room I did settle for had hair in the shower. Door to the room caught on the carpet so it didn’t open all the way. Sink had stains in it. Not a great experience overall.

It got the job done, but not the best. Mattress had numerous stains. The couch had stains all over it. The bathroom shower head didnt work properly and leaked around the pipe. The ice machine was broken on my floor. Overall, it was fine for 1-2 nights but wasn't something I'll stay at again.

Just average hotel for a decent price

Our room was in a terrible state. The flooring was soft in spots and stained everywhere else. The couch was covered in stains and had no bedding for it (so I could cover it to sit on), not that you could see the tv from it as the only one was directed in front of 1 bed. The shower looked half done, had boot prints on the wall, and did not get hot. It was bad enough that we left a day early and paid for a new hotel. Breakfast was ok, but cannot be taken to room and the seating was very limited.

It was clean for the most part but I dont think the room I booked had been checked . There was a tiny baby roach crawling on my bed. One small dead roach that had been there a while. Toilet was clogged probabably because the room hadnt been booked in awhile. It was clean besides those incidents. Front desk was very responsive to the toilet problem. Had a comfortable stay. Breakfast was decent.

The bed was on a metal frame that would pop and flex if you moved to much on it. The toilet seemed to stay backed up to the point where my husband and I didn't trust it.

Good for the price, the staff was super helpful and friendly.

Staff is amazing

$100 deposit at check in is ridiculous! If you pay cash they immediately refund it at checkout but was unexpected and very inconvenient.

Waffles House was very close by Texas Roadhouse just lots of places don't have to travel to far away

Check was good didn't get the room we reserved had issues with getting clean towels breakfast wasn't very good.

The bathrooms are left nasty and not cleaned. Still pubic hairs on toilet and floor of bathroom

Completely nasty crack head motel beware!!

The room was dirty and there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke everywhere in the hotel. This made the place feel unwelcoming and made it hard to feel comfortable.

The hotel was not clean. Has a very bad smell the minute you walk in. The staff stated "there was a leak in the wall" and this is where smell was coming from. I asked to be moved rooms they stated we would have to wait. The nect morning my son woke up really sick. They then moved us rooms but if you are traveling and want somewhere clean, comfortable and safe do not stay here!!!!!

Continental free breakfast was way too early and ended too early 6am-9am is not ideal for everyone. WiFi was out for the 3 nights I stayed for. Side door was not locked, unsafe anyone can walk in.

Its falling apart. It took them 3 room changes because room 1 ac didnt work, room 2 was occupied, room 3 was dirty and had no hair dryer, microwave was broken,wasnt stocked on towels, but wesettled for that one

Breakfast hours are seven days a week 9 AM 6 AM to 9 AM. Most hotels serve breakfast epic later hours on the weekends. Also there was no hot sauce or salsa. I understand Naz seasoning, the eggs or potatoes, but having only salt and pepper and ketchup is kind of boring for texting.

Didn’t have any towels. Also the toilet kept being clogged. A snake couldn’t even help it for long. Something was wrong with the pipes. I wouldn’t stay here. They rather argue than try to make it right with their patrons.

The room smelt musky from the get go. Curtain coming off. Couch had multiple stains on it and the beds had some weird extender to make them queen size beds. Tub was dirty and stained with the faucet leaking and the toilet bowl wobbled to no end. Notifued the attendant on shift that day. And he said he would come look at the room...never did. Pool and hot tub were absolutely nasty. I checked out 1 day early and thats when they wanted move rooms. Too little, too late. Never staying there again.

The room was spacious but it is an older hotel that was not super clean.

We would have moved hotels if we didn’t arrive so late. We noticed the next morning that there was a slice of CHEESE on the bathroom wall. And some type of reddish/brown fluid all over the curtains. I will never stay at a comfort suites again.

Average hotel. Elevator smelled burnt so took the stairs. Nothing special. At one time when it was new I’m sure it was ok. Now could use an update. The price however was good.

The beds are very uncomfortable and the sheets were stained. My husband got up and went and ate breakfast the next morning came back and told me not to waist my time it was nasty. They didn’t have everything they needed either. No syrup or butter for the waffles for example. We left and came back neither one of our room keys worked. Had to go down stairs three times before our room keys worked. They had cleaned up like where checking out that day even though our stuff was still in there. We will not be going back.

For the price the stay was good, breakfast was average but for the price it was ok.

Lobby had a strong smell, outdoor area smelled very strong of marijuana, bed was comfortable but bed covers, curtains and towels were stained. Mirrors were dirty, couch was stained.

Fridge, toilet not working, and she had the audacity to tell me she was going to give me the plunger. I told her she absolutely lost her mind and that is not my job.

The staff is extremely helpful and welcoming, the beds are extremely comfortable and clean during my stay.

Ac didn’t work the bed was as hard a a rock, the commode filled up, the pillows were bad.

Despite these minor issues, my overall experience was great. The hotel provided a comfortable stay, and I appreciated the helpful evening staff. I would consider staying here again on future visits to Fort Worth.

Cons: The bedding was white so unfortunately i could see every rust colored stain on it, the curtains had water damage stains (thankfully i wasnt there when it was raining), the pullout bed was absolute garbage(holes and stains gallore), and housekeeping came to my door once, 8am on the day I was leaving.

??? Okay why are they following us around and asking about our toddler and asking if we have cigarettes? That’s not okay. We cancelled the last night, which should’ve been an immediate refund, however it wasn’t. They said they’d refund us “two nights” meaning we’d still be praying for two. We didn’t even stay the fourth night. The front desk man called the owner and only spoke in Hindi, which is whatever but we don’t speak Hindi so we have no clue what they said. He also told us his name was “Tom” I can assure you that is NOT his name. My husband asked why they weren’t willing to refund the full stay and they called the cops on him. If I could give this hotel a zero, I would. The date is July 19, 2024

Did not care for all the homeless folks around the property. Felt like i had to watch car

We had dirty old coffee cups in our room the towels were dirty , the sleep sofa was dirty. The Elevator was not working.

The parking lot had trash all over it. There were people smoking weed at the pool. A man was masterbating in his car. We reported it. The next morning while walking my dog there were several people sleeping in their vehicles in the parking lot. Water was running out of the wall around the shower head. The carpet was wet. And the elevator smelled as if it were burning.
