Great location, love the recharge station, self-service laundry, gym and pool. Room was nice. Front desk staff were not very friendly and it felt like we were being annoying whenever we asked them questions. They need to remember that the guests are new to the hotel and the area, we will have questions. When my partner went to the front desk to buy something from the recharge station the staff member was questioning him in a rude tone about whether he was a guest or not.

We booked a suite and were told that it was accidentally given to another group. We were told that the following day we would be able to move in to the correct room. There was a lot of communication between staff and shifts that lead to us getting stuck on the smaller room a second night. When we asked about it, the staff made us feel like we were a burden. Although they tried giving us free breakfast vouchers for our stay( I had already paid for two passes) it still felt like it was more of a way to get us off their back. The hotel was ok, there were several mall things that need updating. The elevators took an excessive amount of time to get to the floor.
- 5/5
Room was clean and spacious. Had the corner room and it was fun to people watch with all of the windows. Valet was friendly and fast. Was very comfortable and relaxed during our multiple day trip.

Overall, our stay was good and the hotel was clean, comfortable, and served its purpose well. However, for the price point, we expected a bit more. The rates were comparable to places like the Omni, but the overall atmosphere and experience didn’t feel in the same bracket. It wasn’t bad by any means, just not especially inviting or memorable.

Excellent location and the staff was friendly. TV didn’t work and the safe didn’t work, both were repaired by a very nice workman. Daily room cleanup did not occur. We had to request more coffee, creamer and towels. They said stay hydrated compliments of Marriott, that was a total of 1 small bottle for a 4 day stay.

Meh. The front desk people may have been having an off day - not friendly. Originally gave us a room that was still dirty and no linens on the bed. Didn't apologize or anything just gave us a different room. Beds were fine. The vibe is very young. Open shelving and open sink area like a loft or studio type apartment.

If you’re looking for convenience and walkability to shopping and restaurants and bars this is a good stay for an affordable price. It was a little dirty and stinky. And the elevators are a pain
- 5/5
It was such a pleasure staying at this hotel, they welcomed me and my pet with ease. The only negative was that there was food left in the fridge.
- 2/5
No towels in the pool. Only one usable elevator out of six available. We had to be switched rooms due to urine on bed.
- 1/5
The elevators were broken ( yes ALL of them) and got stuck on the pool level with my 12 year old daughter. It scared her and pretty much ruined her birthday, after that we had to call to be escorted anytime we needed to leave the floor due to the elevators being out. The pool was cold, too cold, even tho I called before I booked and was assured it was a heated pool, I still ended up sick for a week from swimming too cold.
- 1/5
Hotel on 8th -13th floor, only one elevator working for my four day, three night stay. Very very inconvenient. Convention weekend, very busy, poorly done. Everyone was complaining and wait times for the single working elevator were long. Supposed to walk up 8 floors (min)???? Will not be back. I’m sure no one cares.

This place sucks! Run by kids who are unhelpful, property only had 1 working elevator for the entire hotel! Couldn’t help out with a ride service. Wouldn’t accommodate for an extended stay just a bad experience all around.

- 4/5

- 2.5/5
Elevator, staff friendliness.
- 4/5
Elevator and Air Conditioning didn’t work, had to change rooms and wait to get to your room since only 1 elevator working was long. Staff and Breakfast were great!
- 3/5
At the time of my stay, only one elevator was in service. There were two large events happening downtown, so the elevator traffic was atrocious. Additionally, the website for this hotel states that their valet parking costs $37, which is their only option. Unless you want to find your own street parking, or use another lot which either costs more or is several blocks away. I called the hotel to clarify whether or not that cost is per vehicle, which it is, and the office staff informed me it is actually $43. I get to the hotel and the valet staff informs me it is $47. The pillows had stains on them when you get past the 2-3 covers they keep on them, the carpets still feel gritty on your feet even though I’m sure they were vacuumed, the shower door handle was loose, the shower door is not water tight so water leaks all over the floor, and there are obvious drip marks from condensation or some other liquid on the walls of the room. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful, it’s not their fault the hotel is the way it is. Overall, I would not book here again any time soon.
- 5/5
The location is perfect. There are amazing options for food within walking distance plus the Sundance Plaza has live music and we saw people taking dance lessons. The hotel is so close to the Stockyards and The Clearfork Mall. The elevators are super slow and there is only one that was working. That being said, at night there were several employees that opened the staff elevators to help move things faster. The elevators are a little confusing to use as well. The showers are a little small and the water pressure was not great.
- 5/5
I was great I love the property
- 0.5/5
The property is pretty. Decorated nicely The AC in our room was broke. All but 1 elevator was broke. So for 8 floors , 1 elevator.
- 2/5
The hotel only had one functioning elevator and it would go where it wanted.
- 5/5
breakfast change it to continental breakfast that will be excellent
- 5/5
The service was outstanding from the valet service, check in and check out. No issues at all
- 5/5
Wish the AC would of cooled a little better and the “smart” elevator was extremely slow and not working at one point.
- 3/5
This is a nice hotel. The experience lacks tho. The valet which is $40 a day is very slow. The staff is not very helpful. We called for our room for extra towel and blankets and were told to come down and get them ourselves. Only one elevator works and it works half the time. The staff seems indifferent about everyone and everything. A friendly helpful staff would make a big difference.
- 5/5
Nothing
- 3.5/5
Only 1 elevator was working and took up to 20 minutes to on one. Also, booking.com has wrong precieve of room layouts. One of my rooms was not what was advertised.
- 2/5
Only one elevator was working during our stay. It took forever and on checkout took 8 flights of stairs with luggage. Was not fun.
- 4/5
Nice, clean hotel in a great location. Staff were very friendly! Only downside was the “Smart” elevator. Only one was working and the lines were crazy long.
- 5/5
Great experience! Sharon and her staff have been some of the nicest people my family has come across when traveling. The accommodations were clean and nicer than I thought which was a pleasant surprise. Everyone on the team went out of their way to make us feel welcomed and taken care of.
- 2/5
Towels were extremely thin and only 2. Water from tap was cloudy. Coffee maker had not been cleaned. Room was extremely plain with no decorative items. Couple in room above yelled violently for 30 minutes at 2 am. Toned it down only a bit when I called to complain.
- 3/5
Only one elevator working had to wait almost 20 minutes any time we needed to go up or down
- 3.5/5
There was only one elevator working which made the wait time a little longer.
- 2.5/5
Nice location. Very clean and friendly staff. 1 elevator. Rooms are extremely close together so you can hear everything someone’s doing next door.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay so much! We live in Denton but went to Fort Worth for a little night out to see Katt Williams so we chose aloft for our hotel and it was a great decision, everything was great! Beds, showers, staff, everything. The ONLY “issue” was the elevators, there was only one working…but really didn’t bother us, we weren’t ever rushing, but there was a few people really upset about it. Staff took us down the service elevator a few times because it was running so slow…either way, it was all good for us :)
- 5/5
agreat experience
- 5/5
We travel a lot! But I have never met a nicer hotel staff ever before. From the front door greeters, to the check in desk and bar tender, security guard… they all weee the absolute BEST!
- 2/5
The location of the property was great. Very stylish and spacious lobby. There was only one working elevator. No towels in the pool area. We booked the “breakfast option” on booking for our family of six and was told (after talking to three different people at the front desk) that “six was too many” to receive breakfast vouchers. In the end, we got six breakfast vouchers but they made it seem like they were doing us a favor instead of providing us what we already paid for on booking. Very disappointing.
- 3.5/5
Only one elevator was very annoying to do anything you had to wait five minutes.
- 2/5
There's a trend in hotels to over-tech everything. Aloft was very guilty of this. The elevators were ridiculous and in the room either all the lights were on or all the lights were off. It's stupid. Especially the elevator. Annoying.
- 4/5
Gym was decent. Clean.
- 1/5
For starters there is no onsite parking available you have to walk a country mile if you don’t valet and the elevators take forever
- 4.5/5
The elevator situation was not up to par. There needed to be more than one elevator in operation. Also the toilet in our room took 2 to several times to flush and it sounded like the lid was going to come off with every other flush.
- 2/5
The room was dirty. Dust all over shelves and bathroom counter had stuff all over it. The elevators were horrible and didnt work one night. Lots of false information like the price of valet parking, no room service or reward member welcome bags.
- 2/5
The bars drinks are completely watered down, the food is just bad and the room is so horribly basic the only thing you’re spending your money on is location, and there are plenty of cheaper places if that’s all that matters to you. The most disappointing hotel stay I have had in a very long while, and we stayed at a seedy motel during a road trip overnight last month. Save your money and your sanity and book somewhere else.
- 5/5
Bartenders Jessica & Drew are amazing! I’ve already come back to Aloft after my stay just to go to the bar. It was great to see them again!

I don't ever leave bad reviews but this one has to be aired. When we arrived the valet was out of carts for our luggage, understandable as it was right at 4pm. But we were told we could leave our car in the valet line to make two trips and when we came back down our car was gone! They had to go get it from parking which took another hour. Then we finally went up to our room to find it smelly and stains on the carpet. Definitely not up to par. Decided to just try and make the best of it only to wake up and all the elevators were not working. They did get one up and running for the remainder of our stay but if you can imagine that was very slow to get on and off with it being a holiday weekend. To say the least I would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone else!

Front Desk staff and valet were amazing. Drew in the bar was attentive and great. Our only complaint was housekeeping who on our last day only made the bed despite it being visibly dirty instead of changing the sheets and blankets.

We first got to our room and found it had not been cleaned. There was a medication wrapper on the counter in clear as well as stains on the bathroom counter. The bed was made, but did not appear to have had linens changed. We went back to the front and visited with the staff and was then advised that housekeeping staff had left for the day. After a discussion they changed our room. Great, however we had left our belongings in the initial room assigned when we went back down stairs. We received the keys for the new room and kept the keys for in the initial room as we had to retrieve our belongings. After going back up to the 13th floor we discover that we had no access to the initial room and our belongings were still in the room. We then returned back down stairs and had to wait on someone to “escort” us back up and allow us to gain access to our belongings. After the nightmare of check in we were finally settles in a room over an hour after initial check in. Saturday was uneventful other than house keeping did not come to try and clean the room until almost 4:00 after we had just returned from a day of walking around Sundance Square in the rain and were showering and getting ready for our evening reservations and plans. Sunday when we went to check out the elevators were down so we waited over 20 minutes with all belongings in hand for the service elevator to allow us to get to the lobby.

AC did not work in the room. We called about it twice and no one came. Bed is hard and the pillows were horrific. It was lumpy and old. Check in is 4pm and checkout is 11am which seems so early for the price of the room. Valet was nice to drop car off but it’s a nightmare getting your car. Plan to wait atleast 30 mins or more.

Only parking option was valet. Elevators aren't normal so they glitch and won't work if too many people are putting in their floor. No complimentary breakfast and the breakfast was overpriced. Only a black out curtain in the room and no sheer one. Staff wasn't the friendliest.

Staff was amazing! Libby with a market, lounge seating & pool table was fun! Bakers were awesome retrieving cars. I’d give it a 5 had the elevators worked wand there were a hot tub at the pool. Once the elevators are fixed, I’ll give them a four. But they really need a hot tub and or a sauna for adults.

Hallways were so narrow, doorways in the rooms were super narrow so it was hard to get inside with luggage, it’s valet only and $40/night, valet wouldn’t let us simply get something out of our own car, elevators were down, it took an hour to get our car from valet, staff wasn’t really present. Not one automatic opening door when everyone staying there is obviously going to have luggage to bring in and no staff opening the doors for you. It was disappointing and extremely overpriced for the quality.

I had an issue with 1 front desk worker, his name was Julian his attitude was not welcoming, I called ahead to verify my reservation and he had an attitude like I was annoying him on the phone and when I arrived a few hours later it was clear he still had the same attitude while checking me in, thankfully I did not see him again. The rest of the front desk staff were nice but they never spoke unless directly interacting with you, the cleaning staff and valet's were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is beautiful, and the location is amazing! My main issue was parking, I did not know I had to pay to park, and I assumed the indoor pool was heated, however it is not so we did not enjoy the pool as much as we wanted because the water is freezing and stayed freezing! Overall We enjoyed our stay and I will book again with Aloft Fort Worth!!

The house cleaning didn’t come one day and then when they did come the next, they didn’t vacuum or get the trash out of the room so we had to clean up after they had been there. Very poor cleaning when paying what was paid and expectations were higher.

Easy check in, valet parking, and super friendly, helpful staff made this hotel a great choice. Located in the heart of Sundance Square within walking distance to restaurants, shops and a short drive to the Stockyards. Recommend!

Be prepared to pay $47 parking fee for valet. I was a single lady and booked this hotel last minute online due to high ratings and price but was not prepared to pay that much for parking. There were absolutely no parking spaces on either side of the street. It was late, dark and I was alone and had to abandon my reservation and find another hotel because the hotel wouldn't let me out of this reservation.

Unfortunately, housekeeping was very disappointing. When we arrived, there were used bandages left on the floor. Throughout our stay, only one of the 3 beds was fully made each day, sometimes the other beds were untouched or only half made. Our toiletries were never replenished, we used the same small hand soap the entire trip. By the last day, the body wash had completely run out. Noise was another issue. The doors are extremely thin, we could hear people talking and laughing in the hallway almost every night. One night, the guests in the connecting room were very loud, shouting and pounding around 3 am. Front desk had to tell them to be quiet a few times. The location was very convenient, and the indoor pool was a big reason we chose this hotel. Some staff members were also kind and helpful, including one manager, a few valet staff, and the bartenders. However, other staff interactions were disappointing. While waiting outside with my young children, valet staff were loudly using profanity and complaining about guests not tipping. Another front desk employee watched as I struggled to move four pieces of luggage on my own and didn’t offer any help.

Beds had a little issue with dirt, should've been vacuumed or washed. Staff and security on site is nice. Hotel is dog friendly but area is questionable since the closest green and grass area has warning signs not allowing people to step on grass or let pets on grass. May be an issue for girl dogs. Every other tree nearby has grates locking the trees. Lots of wannabe racers burning out nearby and people blasting speakers if you are a light sleeper.

Unloading luggage was a nightmare because there’s nowhere to park and there wasn’t enough carts for how many people are staying there. The hotel is extremely loud at night even on a higher floor.

We did not eat breakfast there because it wasn’t like a breakfast buffet. It was order and pay for. For that price it should’ve came with a buffet breakfast. Also, I thought I was saving the money by parking across the street instead of valet and for lesson 16 hours, I was charged 50 bucks. The day rates supposed to be 25 and to me that would be a 24 hour. Period.

Absolutely unacceptable experience at Aloft Downtown. I was a paying guest at this hotel. My girlfriend was staying with me and had been at the hotel bar while I went to bed early. When she returned upstairs, she realized she couldn’t remember our room number. She went to the front desk, showed her valid government ID, and explained that the room was under my name and that I was asleep and not answering my phone. Instead of offering any reasonable assistance, the front desk employee refused to help, treated her like a nuisance, showed zero empathy, and threatened to have her trespassed — even though she was a registered guest staying in my room. To be clear, she was not asking for a room key — only the room number. What makes this worse (and frankly embarrassing for the hotel) is that the valet attendant was able to look up her name with her ID and provide the room number within seconds. This clearly was not a security issue — it was a customer service failure. She ended up outside crying while an employee with basic human decency helped her more than the front desk ever did. If this is how Aloft treats guests — especially women who are alone at night — I strongly recommend staying elsewhere. Policies do not excuse threats, dismissal, or cruelty toward paying customers. This experience completely ruined what should have been a simple, safe stay.
- 5/5
Room was huge, clean, and the staff was fast, courteous, and professional.
- 5/5
Place was great and would return here again. Room was clean, big, and had all the amenities as normally seen. I loved the master switch for lights.
- 5/5
Which can impact length of stay for many.
- 4/5
Great location
- 2/5
Elevator is so slow and parking is not free. Having to get valet and waiting for the elevator each time is not ideal. Elevator buttons were also confusing
- 5/5
I always have loved ALOFT’s vibe and quality! They never fail 💙
- 3/5
was just ok
- 5/5
It was super clean, great staff, overall great experience.
- 3/5
Parking situation is horrible down there. Even if you valet it takes forever and is expensive. Elevators are suppose to be “smart” but they are stupid and frustrating
- 3/5
Apparently, you have to pay for parking via the valet service they have. All downtown hotels do this was what they told me. Even if that is the situation, it would have been nice to know in advance that I would have to pay an additional $40.00 parking. I would have booked somewhere else. I don't like surprises like that, (oh btw, after booking you now have another fee to pay). Post it up front in the listing and let me make the decision.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 2/5
Cons: The room was fairly clean but there were very dusty shelves in the bathroom and no bags in the trash cans. There was also some kind of machine/electrical noise in the wall that was so loud we couldn't hear the television or hardly sleep at all. The staff was not pleasant and they all seemed to be in a bad mood all the time. Pros: The valet men were nice and they got my car to me fast. The area is very walkable and feels safe. There are a lot of restaurants in close proximity.
- 2/5
Front desk messed up on check in (gave us wrong room) and check out (send me email that we checked out late but we checked out and left key at front desk at 9am). Paid a lot for this room. Hotel "ran out" of Regular Kcup coffee. My husband and I asked for 4 Kcups so we could have 2 cups of regular coffee each before leaving the room. Hotel said they ran out (both mornings) and only gave us 1 regular and 3 decaf Kcups. Not acceptable. They need to go out and buy additional Kcups if needed. Finally, not really my style of room as lighting is too bright and overhead.... prefer warmer lighting in the room. Hotel location is good.
- 4/5
We booked a room with two queens, but upon arrival were told they were sold out and put us in a suite with a king and a pull out couch instead . For the inconvience we were given one drink voucher per person and breakfast vouchers for each morning. We did have to ask for more towels since the suite only came with enough for two people. I am pleased to say we received them immediately and did not have to wait! The breakfast was really good. The hotel has a little market with food and essentials, probably the best hotel market I’ve seen! Also the location is wonderful for walking around downtown

Room was nice. Bed was comfortable. The parking is the only issue. I paid $50 for the parking garage across the street.
- 5/5
The room was awesome!! The location of this hotel was perfect, and we were able to walk to many of our downtown destinations. The room was super spacious and comfy! The staff were very attentive and helpful throughout our stay! Would definitely book here again!
- 5/5
The views from my room were great, the staff was quick to help get everyone up to their rooms, and the parking was super easy to find. My room was clean and this hotel is located in a super walkable area.

- 5/5
Love aloft especially in Ft worth. Friendly staff. Clean rooms with good views.
- 5/5
A very comfortable hotel with an excellent location as you'll find shops, restaurants, and beautiful places to explore just steps away.
- 2/5
The room had band aid wrappers on the bench, there was a used lotion bottle on the sink and when we asked for someone to bring fresh toiletries, they never came. The elevators were slow and only 2 of the six elevators are accessible for guests which caused long lines at busy times. Not staying here again.
- 3/5
Room on small side without comfortable seating; just small bench seat and office style chair
- 5/5
Incredible room. Incredible view.

- 5/5
Loved the lobby.
- 5/5
Room, amenities, Service and staff was excellent! No complaints, but $37 for parking? I would suggest $20-$25 for parking per day.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was friendly
- 5/5
The corner room was exactly as described and pictured
- 5/5
The hotel was clean, staff was friendly & helpful. Breakfast was easy to access but only grab & go items. Overall the experience was very pleasant.
- 3/5
Room was not ready at 4pm for check in. Desk clerk said he’d text when ready- never did. Then we were checked in & given a room that was already occupied. Almost walked in on a lady naked coming out of the shower.
- 5/5
I didn’t eat breakfast or meals there, I was off property during those times, however I did enjoy some lounge snacks while watching a football game and shooting pool.
- 5/5
Very clean and modern!
- 4/5
2. Hotel pillows are the worse thing ever, they need to improve that ASAP 3. Toilet system in our bedroom doesn’t work properly

- 5/5
The room was a wonderful size and nice and quiet.

- 5/5
Just an overnight to attend a concert at Dickies Arena but we enjoyed one of the better hotel stays we have had in awhile! Staff are courteous and professional. Very clean public spaces, elevators and room. Bed was super comfortable-dying to know where to buy those pillows for my own home! Overall we will definitely stay here again and recommend to others!
- 4/5
$37 for valet parking and you had no choice but to use it that is crazy for what they charge for one night not worth it
- 5/5
The location can’t be beat. You’re right by Sundance Square, so food, bars, and live music are literally within walking distance. We parked the car and barely touched it the whole trip. The vibe in the lobby is fun—colorful, upbeat, and the bar is a solid place to grab a drink before heading out. Staff was laid-back but on top of things, which made everything easy. Honestly, it’s one of those hotels where you feel like you got more than what you paid for. Would 100% stay again.
- 5/5
Nice, clean hotel in a good location. Dining options short walk away. Would stay there again.
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay. Only issue we had was parking is only valet at $43 a night. Otherwise a great property.
- 5/5
great value for TCU families. Neighborhood was very nice.
- 4/5
Hotel is in a great location and the room nice but small. Parking is terrible. It’s only valet and there is no room anywhere to actually park your car so you have to circle hotel to wait for someone to leave the one car valet area on the street. Because there are so many other hotels in FW I wouldn’t stay here again even though hotel itself is fine
- 3/5
No public parking available, there is valet parking but they dont attend you when you enter the property.
- 5/5
I enjoyed my stay here tremendously. Everyone was very nice, and the hotel is beautiful. The rooms are spacious and clean. My bed was raised in the middle, so I had to scoot to the center to be comfortable. But that is my only complaint.
- 4/5
Hotel is really prettt, breakfast is great foe peices you pay is a down rown hotel so be ready ro pay valer parking $37 per night. Eveeything was going well until I slipped and dell coming out of elevator at the pool floor there ia no sign that saya floor might be wet, and when onw of the feont deak attendees came ahe may it seem that iit waa my fault. Her words where " this is the pool flloor of course is gonna be wet" she was veey rude i stated it was fine shw sis not habe to do anything but it was because of how eude ahe was beong not bwcause od how i was feeling at the time i hurt my knee really bad. I wwnt ronlobnyband spoke to Gael he was veey nice and helped me more than Roxane. Thank you Gael doe assisting me. I sent an email to manager still waiting for an answer.

What a great stay at this hotel, will definitely recommend and come back
- 4/5
Cleanness
- 5/5
Nice area, valet staff was very friendly. Loved the room for the most part. Very clean. The room we had was one with a connecting door, that wall had less noise cancelation than the other walls. Only complaint is the guests in the other room were very loud and could be heard through that wall.
- 5/5
Amazing hotel. Great hotel
- 1/5
Night two, (I was not there) my drunk boyfriend was in the room, and walked down to get a sandwich. He forgot his room key in the room. He asked the front desk for a key. He was told no because he did not have his ID, also left in his wallet in the room. He asked if someone could come with to look at his ID in the room and pointed out, the front desk employee just saw him walk out. I was on the phone with him, and the front desk employee was acting unprofessional, unreasonable and antagonizing him, which worked. He yelled at the employee and got trespassed. He was not allowed to get his belongings, including his wallet, his car keys (for next day), and was told if he returned the police would arrest him. He had nothing and was out on the street in the middle of the night. If that employee would have handled the situation differently, none of that would have happened. He would have gone to his room, ate his sandwich and went to sleep. I will never book with this hotel chain again. They are not flexible or reasonable.
- 5/5
Excellent customer service
- 5/5
Excellent customer service
- 5/5
Overall a good stay! We definitely will be coming back
- 5/5
I loved it
- 3/5
The hotel looks beautiful in photos. It’s close to downtown (driving distance from stockyards). However, once you’re actually in the room it’s quite cheap feeling. The sheets are awful. Our sheets were dirty with some time of bug shell. The couch in the room was dingy and ragged and so was the carpet. The hotel is also extremely loud. We could hear our neighbors talking and cars racing by until 2a. Definitely will not be booking here again.
- 5/5
This hotel is very nice and the staff is friendly as well!
- 4/5
We had a great stay. Check-in was quick and easy. You cannot beat the location. The hotel is located in the heart of the stockyards. Walking distance to everything down there. We enjoyed the hotel bar. Great drinks and friendly staff. Will definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
The property was conveniently located. The room was very large and newly remodeled.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Close to many eating options
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel! Staff is excellent and rooms are very spacious close to everything in downtown Fort Worth
- 5/5
It was convenient to walk to the Sundance square and surrounding restaurants
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
From the moment we pulled up to the curb to the moment we pulled away, it was a great experience.
- 5/5
The front desk lady has a beautiful spirit
- 5/5
This is one of my favorite hotels to book out. It’s perfect for a local get away. Rooms are spacious, it’s always quiet, very clean. It’s our 3rd time staying here and will continue to do so.
- 5/5
Me and my wife checked in late, at like 3 am and the staff was amazing. We even got to meet the big boss and enjoyed the hospitality they all showed. Will definitely be back😁
- 5/5
Nicest suite ive stayed in by this brand. Staff, valet and location were excellent
- 5/5
Great experience valet parking was on point bartender was on point room service was definitely on point
- 5/5
Beautiful, spotless, safe quiet, upscale, modern hotel, and room
- 5/5
Great spot.
- 5/5
Great spot downtown Fort Worth. Will definitely be back
- 3/5
Great property, staff was kind. Didn’t really care for the dining options within the hotel or surrounding areas though. Couldn’t actually experience dining at the hotel during my visit because they were understaffed this weekend, unfortunately. The options weren’t great anyway, so that’s okay. Clean. Room was very cold the entire time.
- 5/5
Stay here was an excellent choice, very modern and chic style. They were patient and understanding when I didn’t quite understand things. The room was exceptional! Beautiful view of Fort Worth and Dallas in the horizon. The room was so clean and bed bug free(I checked!) it was quiet and safe, the bed was wonderfully mad, pillows comfy, and the shower was fantastic! The supplies body wash, shampoo and conditioner smelled great left me feel clean and moisturizer :) will definitely consider staying here again
- 5/5
Great value
- 5/5
it was wonderful looking forward to staying again
- 5/5
- 5/5
We enjoyed our 5 night stay here. It's close in proximity to many restaurants. We were going to the convention center every day and we walked it day and night. Felt very safe in the downtown area. The breakfast menu at the hotel was a good variety with large portions. Definitely will stay again.
- 5/5
Over all great experience. Staff was helpful and friendly, will return!
- 5/5
Room was very plain, but the bed was great. Drinks and food options were seriously overpriced, but the quality was good. All in all a great experience. 10/10 would recommend
- 5/5
Very nice hotel only downside was the pillows were not comfortable
- 5/5
Great stay. we loved the room. excellent staff service
- 5/5
Great stay. Easy to walk around outside and great valet service
- 5/5
Great!
- 5/5
Had a great time amazing view
- 5/5
Outstanding
- 3/5
The hotel was easy to locate, friendly valet once they showed up (it was a busy weekend for them though), front desk was rude upon check-in when asking about parking/valet. The elevators were a nightmare. Sometimes you could wait up to 10-15 minutes. Another guest we encountered said they tried to go down only to bounce around for 10 minutes going up and down to pick up other guests. I was excited to see real shampoo (drybar) in the showers. However, after spending all day in the hot July sun, we wanted to shower and our body wash didnt work. It wouldn't pump. We called the front desk and got the bartender. Explained the situation, was told they would let the front desk know, we never heard a word back. Had to call back in the morning to get a replacement, the housekeeper came very promptly and rectified the issue. Room was clean, the pictures make it look bigger than it is, obviously. The bed was little soft for my liking, but that's just a personal preference, however it also felt a bit thin, again could just be a personal thing. Check out was easy. Not a horrible stay, but not the best either. I would choose them again if i had another option.
- 3/5
Shower leaked so bad that we had to use our towels to stop water from entering bedroom.
- 4/5
Great location.
- 5/5
Everything was fresh and clean, service was great and easy when checking in and out. Our toilet messed up but was fixed within 15 min after calling the front desk. There was a couple valet guys that could have had a better attitude as well as slowing down a little while whipping around the corner in your vehicle. Other than that I would say we had a great stay and would definitely stay there again.
- 5/5
We stay here when coming to visit for the weekend. The kids enjoyed the pool but it was a little crowded with a large group of adults hanging out so we had to leave.
- 5/5
Clean hotel, close to a lot of restaurants. Friendly staff.
- 5/5
I loved the privacy it gave. And how center it was in downtown
- 5/5
Was great
- 5/5
The place was perfect for a one night stay to visit the stockyards.
- 5/5
Really nice hotel. Felt upscale.
- 4/5
Valet fee is ridiculous its 40 a night. Room is kinda small for the price.
- 5/5
I have stayed at the Aloft Ft. Worth 3 times now and I won't stay anywhere else. The facilities are always neat and clean, super comfortable, easy to navigate, and just a joy to experience. The staff are ALWAYS wonderful, helpful, and knowledgeable. I wosh every hotel experience was as good as th3 experiences I've had here.
- 4/5
Nice hotel. Would stay again.
- 4/5
- 4/5
Good stay. Clean rooms.
- 4/5
However, the room is so spacious to stay comfortably with family.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly
- 5/5
We were greeted with a warm welcome from valet staff to the front desk staff. Our room was a pleasant surprise with a beautiful view of the city.
- 5/5
Great location, amazing hotel
- 4/5
Hotel room could be more spacious, staff was really friendly and great! We will most likely book again.
- 5/5
It was nice and clean
- 5/5
Walking distance from Studio 80 nightclub and several restaurants. Overnight parking is $50. Staff is great. Not many TV channels to choose from. Smart elevators.
- 5/5
Our room was huge
- 1/5
The pictures on Expedia did not match the aloft downtown location. It’s not family friendly. The room stunk, the elevators should not be allowed to pass fire code with 10 minutes wait and exterior digital control, a claustrophobic maze into dark grey hallways and room with exposed toilet. It Smelled mildewed. Hot upstairs. We left immediately and requested a refund. Could you please issue us a refund? We found another hotel so had to pay double.
- 4/5
I had to move rooms due to some water damage coming from another room. They moved me and gave me discount for inconvenience.
- 5/5
Great place to stay in Ft Worth. Within walking distance of Sundance Square and many fine restaurants. Nice staff & very clean. Safe & they offer covered valet parking, a big plus in stormy Ft Worth.
- 3/5
When we checked in it was late, but the noise in the lobby was crazy! Drunk people screaming and partying. I couldn’t even hear the girl who was checking us in. The elevator was weird, but I finally got it after a few minutes. The room was nice bed very comfortable. The bathroom door was hard to keep closed and the shower was soooo short the water was hitting at my shoulder. So that was weird. Also would have been nice to be told you have to pay to park every time you leave and come back. $40 was crazy!! I did hear later there was a garage somewhere where it was only $25 but it was after we checked out. It was a nice hotel but probably wouldn’t book again
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Amazing trip with great hospitality.
- 5/5
Nice place. Very walkable area. The only issue is there were only decaf coffee pods in the room. Also the parking was expensive — only valet.
- 5/5

Good

Very kind and helpful stuff

Hotel was clean and in a nice location but the rooms have an industrial feel that is sort of cold with the bathroom not having much division from the bed.

Didn’t like the fact I paid $300 for one night and couldn’t even check into my room until 1 1/2 hours after the original check in time.
