Wi-fi was slow, and seemed to stop entirely every 2-3 hours, for 5-10 minutes. This was annoying because I was working on something that needed regular wi-fi.

I been here many times the front desk staff are very nice and helpful. It don’t matter a what time I get there they are always nice and helpful. Room is always clean never have trouble with the room. This place is very nice

My race was a little off setting for her, and she was soooooo hell bent on saying “no” over a minor issue that she could have resolved on her own but chose to put the responsibility onto me, the guest. Fortunately we had been there before to know the right people to deal with, so it’s just a suggestion to wait till after three on Friday so you don’t have to deal with that bs.

The room was clean, nicely decorated with furniture in excellent condition. The bed was very comfortable. There was safe and convenient parking, too. We did have some problems with the TV and WiFi was slow. The staff was quick to fix the problems. We enjoyed our stay.

Perfect spot for a Ft Myers night

Asked for a ground floor and was told they had no availability. The 3 days we stayed I counted over 10 every day. .. I guess you gotta pay more money. Also was provided with 2 pillows 2 towels. The head board was all brittle and chipped away. Was put in a non smoking room, but there was cigarettes burns everywhere. I guess you get what you pay for. Also druggies galore. Seen 3 used needles in parking lot. Picture in advertising isn't what you get. Totally off. Spend the extra few bucks for something a lot nicer. Can't forget. I itched the whole time I slept in the king size bed.

There was no hot water and the water stream was very weak. The room and grounds were in disrepair. The bed was clean and it was comfy, which was good. And the staff was very friendly and competent, which also was good.

Phones in room were not working so I couldn't call the front desk. Our heater did not work. I had to walk to the front desk to complain because the phone did not work. They gave us a small space heater that did work fairly well to warm the room.

The room was great. Service was very good. The exterior was worn and it looked a little run down. The sign was in disrepair. But I would recommend. My wife loved the bed, it was very comfortable

We did not have bath towels when we arrived. We asked for bath towels and were told they would bring some to our room. None were brought to our room so we had to go back to request bath towels and we're given some towels. What we received were one bath towel, one hand towel and one bath mat. People were outside talking and smoking all night long. I woke up and heard them outside talking at 12:30, 1:30,4:00 and 6am. The bathroom needed work as there were cracks in the calking. Bugs were getting into the bathroom. We checked out and didn't stay the second night because of the issues. We should be refunded our payment.

The rudeness of the check-in staff. No soap available. The tub drain was full of hair to where I had to clean the tub drain prior to showering!

Bathroom wall smells strong ammonia. The staff used informal language, demonstrated a lack of attentiveness, and did not offer an apology. They Still owe me an apology. They made considerable efforts to avoid confirming a refund for the remainder of my stay and did not provide any compensation for the inconvenience I experienced.

I loved the pool and clean up ladies. One of the nicest ladies I've met here. Is Sandra! This was my mistake I do believe, we got a smoking room and I got pneumonia a few days in our stay. Like I said my fault for not double checking if it was a non smoking room.

Staff wouldn’t let me check in because of “an issue with Expedia” on Christmas Eve, thankfully was able to get a full refund because they wouldn’t answer any calls from Expedia trying to resolve the issue. The area was pretty trashed all around. I think I got lucky I didn’t spend the night here. Across the street Is “river view inn” and I recommend that it 10X more.

Decent location to the different amenities in the area I can't say I liked much of anything during my stay at this property , I paid my deposit through booking . Com and upon checking in the front desk receptionist tried charging me another incidental fee , I couldn't watch TV in the room the hotels Wi-Fi was damaged from the line getting cut ,during construction , the TV kept popping up some annoying message saying something about the Wi-Fi , so I couldn't watch TV , the room next door was so loud I can hear them as if they were in my room just all out a horrible stay , there were not enough towels in the room and not enough pillows considering how big the bed was

Staff is great and welcoming. They keep the coffee fresh which is a plus in my book. The room was nice and clean and a nice comfortable king size bed to sleep on. It's been a nice and quiet stay.

My friend smokes cigarettes, and this is one of the few choices in the area that have some "smoking allowed" rooms. Did not make use of pool, but water felt warm and was clean. The owners are really working hard to provide a pleasant stay for one of the lowest prices in area.

The furnishings in the room were fine for a budget motel. However: there was no wifi service--the router only occasionally appeared in a scan list and when it connected it didn't have internet. (Fortunately, the signal from the neighboring Econolodge was so strong it carried over and they were kind enough to share their password; note, though, that they don't have a secure server.) The floors in my room looked clean enough but it was quite a shock if you entered the shower and saw how filthy the bottoms of your feet had become after walking around the room for five minutes.

The building in front of the hotel which looks like it was once part of the hotel functioning as a restaurant has no roof and is falling down. This gives the hotel a less than stellar appearance. I realize the hotel is very slowly recovering from hurricane damage.

I made this reservation online and the pictures are very deceiving to what I found when I got there. I could not believe that Wyndham put their name on this property. This property is in very very bad shape. I will never stay there again or recommend this property to my family and friends.

Property is very run down, says its under construction but looks loke a bomb went off there. There is a restaurant infront that looks like victim of a fire that doesnt help the whole look. It was pretty clean in the rooms no bad smell but ac was noisy and place looks very old. There was a little roach in my room and housekeeping came to clean, when i got back roach was still there 😐

By the nicest area to stay. Needed to do a turn, go down a side street, do another u turn to get to the property.

The staff was friendly, however the website stated that the hotel had a pool, the pool was never opened during my week stay there, it was very dirty, the parking lot was full of trash, the hotel on the web did not look anything like the hotel I stayed in, there was no phones in the room, there was 4 quest in my room and we received 2 towels and 2 face towels, the dumpster gate was wide open with trash all over the place, will NEVER STAY THERE AGAIN.

I thought the requirement for incidentals was excessive, and while I have nothing to prove this, it seemed that many of the rooms were being used for individuals or homeless and while I understand this, this is not information that is provided to people looking for hotels or places to stay. The property was in bad shape and was in severe need of repair and when I asked for verification that the charge for the incidentals was returned that was denied and I was told that was just put back. It is unlikely that I would recommend this property or return there again

This property is filthy. Out tv didn't work. Our phone didn't work. The 3 trips I had to make to the office I was cat called by several men hanging in the stairwells. And as I complained about TV and phone to office staff I was told "if I didn't like it I could check out"

Refrigerator made a load noise periodically was the worst about the stay

We came in this week for hurricane relief. Besides the outside appearance of the building everything else was great. Dealing with the staff was so good you would think you were in a 5 star resort. Big parking lot also good for equipment trailers. Nice access to a big fueling station just to the north. Don’t let the appearance And cheap room rates fool you. We stayed there 3 days and didn’t have any issues with theft or crackheads.

I recently wrote a complaint about my deposit being kept by the hotel since mid August after I canceled 1 reserved night. Just letting you know that the hotel had just credited back my deposit. I’m happy about that, so please disregard my last complaint about the hotel, as I have no bad intention for their business and reputation. Thanks again

Poor management!!! I had a family emergency situation and asked to cancel just the last night out of 5 nights reserved and the hotel agreed to it; but they didn't mentioned at all that they would keep my $100 deposit nor gave me the option of choosing not to cancel the reservation since it was more reasonable for me to let them keep my $74 instead of them keeping my deposit. Their statement to my bank was about their policy; but in their policy shouldn't be listed that they're allowed to trick costumers to keep their deposit. I won't ever go there again nor recommend the place.

Horrible! Property didn’t disclose prior to arrival that several amenities and rooms were not available due to past storm damage. No compensation offered and just horrible.

The hotel looked extremely run down. It look like it was still recovering from hurricane Ian. The room was very clean but is has a very strong smell of melded kinda of cat smell. They advertise a pool but was not available and the pool area was a huge mess.

My room was actually very good. But no trashcan!

Curb appeal is just non-existent, building is dilapidated. Hotel is apparently very, very low on wash rags and towels, you're better off bringing your own. Hotel cleaning staff dont clean rooms while its occupied. Floors were caked with dirt, socks very much ruined. Wear shoes at all times. The hotel is near a bunch of amenities and shopping centers and its cheap, thats about the only thing that hitel has going. Dont bring small children here unless you're trying to build their immune systems. Heck, probably yours too

The rooms are horrible, bugs are all over the place, everything is old beds are horrible. This hotel needs a great deal of an upgrade. The hotel building needs much needed work done. The property needs work done and trash picked up liquor bottle on property and trash. This hotel looks abandoned and its like they just cleaned up some of the hotel rooms and rented out. Over all this hotel needs to close and rebuilt all over again. I knw that there are hard times and bad weather conditions that had harmed this hotel. But i would be Embarrassed to even rent out any rooms in this hotel if i owned it. My apologies to own but im just giving my truth about this hotel for those who need a room. I left room Immediately got my refund an went to another hotel,i could bare staying here.

This place was so bad I couldn’t stay and had to book a room at another hotel. They make you sign a document saying that because they are still under repairs from Ian, you won’t complain. Pubic hairs in the sheets, smelled like they used Raid for air freshener. Complete waste of money.

I would love to come back and stay when repair work is done and I can check in earlier than 1 am. Good experience even with having to figure outy reservation (name on it was changed my friend instwad of just adding them as a guest who was able to check in for me.

You check me into a hotel that was condemned the people next door at the convenience store that I stopped at before I went to the hotel told me you do not want to stay there that is a garbage dump since I was unable to get a refund they charged my card which I gave you not them and I went to another hotel down the road that was very nice and paid cash you cost me $270

Check in took longer than what I expected. The room had a smell, phone line unplug, no batteries on the fire alarm. Whoever came to “clean” the room didn’t do the bed nor take out the roll of empty toilet paper. The bed was spacious, microwave and refrigerate work well.

The property looked like it had recently been set on fire and was in really poor condition should of been closed

Stay away

When I booked ground floor King, Expedia never informed me the Travelodge was effected by the last hurricane and no rooms on ground floor (UNDER RECONSTRUCTION) and The upper floor room I was assigned to had bad smell of mold. Checked in and out within half hour. Did Expedia get informed by Wyndham or not don't know. Be careful with Expedia. My first time using them and my last.

Shower did not work. Next door was a psyhic patient, screaming all nite long with tv blaring. Place is unsafe by looking at it. Sorry that i booked, and could not cancel when i was there. I think the place is being used by hopeless and social housing. I would give negative ratings

There’s was a lot of noise very hard to sleep

Very nice room on the second floor.All the first floor rooms had damage from Ian and we're being remodeled. Which is fine. Would stay again.

Very nice room and large for it's size. Even though there was damage from Ian it was still a good place to stay.

The low ratings for poor conditions are due to the hurricane damage, but also the second floor was pretty much all they had; no elevator. The deposit was available with cash which was nice. I don't like water saving shower heads. The room was nice
